Roosters is always a good choice for quick and tasty food. I got the plain quarter chicken as I didn't want any sauce and to me it tasted just like grilled bbq chicken, if you don't want the sauce take it plain and it is just as tasty 😋

Everything was nice, clean environment, good service and lovely food.

5 star food and 5 star service!! I come here every week after Friday prayer and I have been coming here for the past 5 years. Akgul always serves me who always provides the best service. I have never had any issues at all.

Absolutely so disappointed actually appalled at the customer service here, two Asian ladies no smiles, rolling there eyes constantly. May I add Everytime I came to buy something,I apologized as I could tell she getting so annoyed for what reason I don't know, and she then again rolled her eyes!!! Told to hurry up and order just absolutely so so rude...!!!! Piri Mayo tasted like salt mayonnaise also.. will never return here ever and had to repeat myself so many times as apparently they couldn't hear me and then not understand me when I'm English 🤨 and no one was in the shop so I don't see how they couldn't hear me.... Awful avoid

These guys work really well under pressure, as a restaurant manager myself I can appreciate their hard work. The gentleman who wears a shirt, is so compensating and accommodating, and kind. And the slim Asian girl is also very kind and friendly. This guys do such a great job considering how busy they get sometimes. Love.

Expensive compared to other places but decent food.

The chicken and chips are always good, the salad is minimal and just from a bag.

We asked for their spicy chicken grilled chicken and they gave us a small chicken that was lathered with a really sour chilli sauce.... We could feel that the sourness more than the spice.... Upon asking them why the sauce was like this... They replied saying that this is how their sauce was and asked us how we never knew their sauce tastes this way.... Service us horrible... And the atmosphere is also not that great.... Steer clear of this place...!!! Burger was also bland with no flavour....

Very prompt service, care taken with preparation and the food tastes amazing. Went for the lamb wrap, which was seasoned to perfecion and mouth watering. So good you could be mistaken for thinking that you are eating a high end Lamb kofte. Will definitely be returning to order the same,all over again!

If I could give 0 stars, I would have. Ordered food via delveroo. The restaurant called me after I placed my order telling me my delveroo driver had left with only part of my order and that I should tell my delveroo driver to return. Told my delveroo driver that my main order, the mix platter had not been picked up, he stated it wasn't his issue as the restaurant did not give him the order. I called the restaurant back, who stated they had no one to send. I received no refund and no mix platter. Absolute disgrace!

The food as usual was amazing. Most importantly we recieved excellent 5 star service from our turkish waitress in ilford. She always greets us with a warm welcoming and a smile throughout the service. Senior management please do look after her and the chefs as much as you can. Teshekuleh abla!

Food was great! The service was amazing a big thank you to the Turkish waitress (I think her name is akurd) she was so attentive and so so lovely! She tended to all our needs with a big smile on her face!

Not the quality of food I remember from 2012 and before sadly. Their wraps were good tier. Very chewy chicken and dry. Sweet potato fries were better.

The most delicious, juicy and tender peri peri chicken with amazing taste. I am a Nando's lover but i think next time , i am going to come here for a delicious chicken treat.

The quality of chicken is really good here. I would say don’t get hot as I found it a bit too tangy so go for the medium.

Burgers cooked to perfection, fries are perfect with minimum oil. Service is amazing and friendly. Very clean seating areas and toilets. Would definitely come back for a third time.

Great restaurant and food is always prepared to the best standard. The atmosphere is amazing and very friendly, my family and I always have an enjoyable time. The staff provide the best customer service and we are always well looked after, especially by Akgul. She has an amazing and warm personality and always ensures that are needs are met. Akgul goes out of her way to make birthdays special for us when we come and dine in the restaurant. Definitely recommend!

Great place to enjoy the exquisite dishes prepared there. It is a place with a good atmosphere, cozy and very clean. The best thing has been the excellent attention we have received from Akgul, a very nice and friendly girl who makes sure to meet your requirements. I totally recommend it, we will come back again.

The food is good but customer service is horrible! My baby was sleeping in buggy and I asked them to turn down the music but they said it’s automatic and we can’t which is ridiculous of course they can . Also I ask two sauces for my chicken and they didn’t accept. They need to be more kind with customer.

Very bad experience i asked for half chicken both leg piece and they said they cant do it , And i take that everyday from Enfield branch . The lady said manager has said they cant give not a friendly staff and their rules and regulation changes for every diff branch .. i will rate it zero for staff

Roosters has delicious well cooked food which is very well price too. It is a nice cozy place and kept very clean. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Myself and my husband eat there regularly and would highly recommend this restaurant .

Went with my family and could not help but notice how the service was excellent. We had ordered the meal and the waitress made sure we were happy with our food. The next table had small children and left the table in a bit of a mess but the waitress had cleaned up without complaint with help from her colleagues. Well done to the staff and hope it continues.

I came with my wife and 2 sons who were in a double buggy, the service was very welcoming from Argul, we wanted takeaway but changed our idea to eat in , the server was also very friendly and kind. Food was great as usual. Will definitely eat here again !

The food was amazing alhamdulliah. I ordered quarter grill chicken with buffalo wings and it was on point. They never shy away when it's comes to giving us a lot of sauces for the chicken. What made the experience better was Akgul; amazing waiter, wonderful person. She made sure our food was on point and all of our needs have been met. Good customer service 💯. Will come back soon.

It is the day before payday and I am broke but want to eat real food. I love roosters for this reason, the chicken is always amazing, service is great (particularly from Akgul) and the atmosphere is really nice and calm.

I always go to Ilford branch since last 7 years, now I feel this is my home dining. All staffs are friendly, specially Argul is very friendly and helpful. she is too good for service, friendly, smile on face always, quicker and awesome behaviour. She is loyal staff. Thanks Argul for your best service.

Been going there for years, food is on point every time I go there, foods are perfect and hot. Akgul was very helpful and very friendly, always looking after her customers, she always makes sure if her customers are happy with there food and the restaurant.

Been going here for years, the food is always quality. I practically grew up eating chicken burgers from here and I haven't eaten at Nando's in years cause the chicken here is way better, better flavour and sauce and not dry at all.

Worst customer service imaginable by a young manager that swore at us. We ordered food for 3 of us and recieved 1 chilli sauce dip. We asked for another and was told that they cannot give it or sell it and that it is used for cooking. Imagine macdonalds refusing to give you a ketchup sachet! After a lengthy debate, the young manager told us to FXxx off!!!

The food was delicious and unique! Their service was excellent. This is one of my favorite places to dine in.I will definitely recommend to my relatives and friends.

Don't waste time here, food was very tangy, and with runny sauce, also the the Bengali guy at till was very rude, don't know how to deal with customer, ordered burger and wrap but he gives 2 wrap. Drinks were flat no fizz. Wasted my money £38, wish I went Franzoz.

I ordered fries and got rice instead. Asked for hot peri peri beef burger I was given plain burger very disappointed. The first and the last time. It felt that the person taking orders didn't show any concerns and didn't seem bothered..

I used to eat often here 1 year ago, however, when i tried it again after 1 year I was shocked. The food quality is very bad compared to before.I got the chicked wings a while and it was very chewy(was feeling like eating chewing gum) . Recently i thought i would give them another go and I got the beef burger which again was chewy, no flavour at all and full of hard pieces I couldn’t even eat it. I ordered peri peri fries, when i got home i realised they gave me plain fries even tho I paid extra for peri peri. Also, the price is now x2 compared to 1 year ago which i would understand if the quality of food would be at least the same as before but now it’s just expensive with 0 quality. Very disappointing keeping in mind that it used to be a good food place.

Best grilled chicken I have ever had. Convenient location and helpful staff. I’m regular to this place and would highly recommend.

Lebanese chicken is soooo good!

Overall the food was nice but thought it was definitely overpriced especially for the lamb wrap. Paid almost £9 for a single wrap that does not come with any sides. Also, the worker at the till was quite rude and staff were not the friendliest.

Decent place near the station with good seating options, clean and open late. Could do with a few more healthier add ons and the mains are rather expensive. The menu is very similar to Nandos and prices are possibly slightly higher than Nandos. Good option for an eatery right by the station but would choose the cheaper Nandos if there was one nearby.

The food here is delicious especially the wings thats my all time favorite in roosters. Customer service was also excellent. Ambience is good. I have been coming to this restaurant from one year and they never disappoint me. I would highly recommend this place

As much as I like the food, I believe customer service should be taken seriously. The cooks scream, laugh and gossip so loud without even caring they’re people eating. They just keep on gossiping loudly as if they’re in the living room. Also, no heater inside the restaurant. It’s difficult when it’s winter

One of the best wraps I've had, decided to try something new and I was not dissapointed, just wow. The flavours go so good together and as someone who has almost zero tolerance for spice it had a really nice heat that connected the whole thing together, 10/10 would highly recommend

The place is very tidy the staff are very welcoming to the place but they should have menus for the table or a barcode then you can order it while online and then you'll get table service and that's how the business will run a lot better and a lot quicker.

Went here yesterday evening. I used to come here years before but the standard had gone so low. The whole place smelt of toilet smell. If wasn’t pleasant. Not many customers. The staff were polite. Food was expensive especially for what they offered. This morning the whole family has diarrhoea. It’s been reported. I don’t usually leave reviews unless it’s this bad. Do not recommend. This place needs to close down!

What a bad service this place the food was ok but the people inside workin are so rude and don’t even no how to talk to customers and the talkin about other customer when the Leave and sayin bad stuff about them I wish the owner was the I would of told the owner workers like them who don’t care about the owners business and making the place unwelcome need to sack them straight away nasty people workin in that brunch

went to roosters and staff was rude and got the chicken strips and smashed avocado and coke zero, waitress didn't bring my drink until i asked and ate the food and i have vomited 2 twice, clearly food is not fresh as they say it is. I wont be coming back again and i advise people not to go as this was at 13:30 lunch time ish time and wonder how many people eat there during that time. i strongly advise people not to eat here not safe

Nando's Twin Sibling. The restaurant has very similar vibes to Nandos from the menu items to the seating arrangements and style but still unique in its own right. Food is really nice and flavourful. The chicken strips were succulent and filling and the chicken burger was very delicious. Rice was a bit undercooked but the seasoning were nice. Staff did mess up our order but quickly rectified the problem. A nice alternative to Nandos.

Jhansi, was really friendly / helpful and had great customer service. She was really patient with me since I didn’t know what to order, didn’t rush me and offered suggestions. Service was good and food came quickly and was nice too. Thank you
