Food came that hot had to let it cool down, all food to a very high standard and order from here all the time now

This restaurant can't deliver on time over an hour late rang them up oh we have 30 more orders before yours. Well if you can't fulfill the orders don't take them. Will not be using this place again.

Honestly disgusting ordered food tonight and they have sent me a chicken burger that is pink I’m 5 months pregnant. Will not be eating here again and will not recommend to anyone. stay clear of this place.

Order takeaway 1 large & 1 small spicy doner meal & 6 hotwings. Spicy doner meal not spicy just heated with chilli sauce wasn’t hot very salty no flavour pitta bread was cold & salad was disaster cucumber was off very stingy on salad very basic. Hot wings just cooked with bread crumbs no flavour of spice very bland. Chilli sauce was watery not hot enough. Service was terrible guy didn’t let me film the cooking of lamb doner because he knows got doner out of bucket everything will be on social media god knows how long doner was at the fridge poor customer service. Fries guy reheated the cooked fries it was very dry. Real taste one of the worst pfc in tower hamlets should rename to No taste.

Its been many years since i had food from the China Palace, in those days you would expect to be queing out of the door and waiting 1hr to get the best Chinese around.... So,as we were looking for some additions to the meal we were having, I suggested ordering from the Chinese Palace...delivery arrived in good time...we ordered Salt and Pepper Ribs, Crispy Wantons , Vegatable Spring Rolls and Stir Fry Noodles...all for the grand sum of £24.00...hmm Ok, so lets get the good bits out of the way...Noodles, really nice, Spring roll ok but.... Crispy Wontons overcooked and in broken pieces, and im not sure what was supposed to be inside them! as for the sauce, which i assumed was sweet and sour had an awful aftertaste..however the biggest dissapointment was the Salt and Pepper Ribs...they looked ok ..but omg next doors dog would have had trouble chewing these, we literally could not chew them, rock hard...impossible to eat...so straight to the bin, the worst Spare Ribs I have ever had. I dont know what they are doing nowadays...but a very dissapointing experience. 3717794 is the order from just eat, 25th march..thanks for your reply...i would be prepared to order again providing you reply to me with an explanation of how bad most of the order was, its not about the money, the quality of what you delivered was really dissapounting. The food is tasteless not even properly cooked and also smelt weird

Terrible service ordered a pizza said delivery time for 7.10pm called at 7.40 was told delivery was on its way still waiting at 9 pm

I ordered through the drive through and even though they told us to park we still got our food in around 2-3 minutes and it was hot and included the correct amount of straws and sauce packets

Ordered a very simple order this morning at 10ish and not too busy at all at the time of ordering. My order was simple, or so i thought. Sauasage and egg muffin meal with a large Capuccino please. Firstly i was offered a regular capuccino, which obviously i refused and repeated what i had ordered and "paid for". Server said bacon with sauce is your order. I said no, sauage and egg muffin meal please, plus hash brown with large capuccino, extra payment for the larger drink by the way. Ended up with cold hash brown, very small egg and cheese muffin and half filled large capuccino. Will not deliver my custom hear again. God knows what the customers around me were subject to 😡😡😡😡

Ordered strip burger & chips bun is like a rubber only one strip of chicken maybe its been in the display since afternoon & the bun was microwaved instead of toasting it i placed the Ordered at 2.00am it wasn't any chicken in the better it's so hard & chewy I nearly cracked my tooth in short it's appalling disgusting don't waste your money in that place

This place is a health hazard, we saw droppings and very unhygienic practices which were quite shocking. The food looked somewhat edible although I could not bring myself to eat it.
