Dirty and appeared to be understaffed with people smoking in the entrance, won't be rushing back

Honestly don't think we've ever had an order arrive correct from here. Really disappointing. At least in store it's just an inconvenience to try and rectify it, but when you use the McDonald's app it is an absolute ball ache. Won't replace incorrect food, can't get a refund unless you ring Uber eats.

Food was freezing cold, asked for ketchups and didn’t get any

my dog got out and the driver kept on flinging the bags back and forth at my dog he is harmless and he started barking because of this

***this place needs to be shut and start again*** For my 3rd visit in a row with my kids in which my order came incorrect. One of which was Father’s Day when they wanted to treat me yet every meal was wrong. In addition overall the staff are not great (I’m sure some are) and the general lack pride at work just isn’t there. How can it be so bad ? Poor training, poor management, lack of appreciation of having a job, poor customer service…. The list can keep going. Just a really poor “restaurant” all round. I would love to be contacted to give feedback but I don’t expect to be. For now my advice is to go elsewhere

Absolutely ridiculous driver came on a bike, stood at the end of the estate for over 30 mins. Didn’t phone NOTHING. In the end I’ve had to drive down just to get my order, no apology no nothing. I pointed out that’s it’s a new estate and that I’d added the instructions on the driver instructions section nothing. Genuine joke how long would he have just stood there doing nothing. Food is freezing cold ridiculous

Brilliant just missing two burgers

Seem to have the amazing ability of messing up every single order placed with them. Doesn’t matter if it’s at the drive thru, delivery or click and collect. Not a single GCSE between them

They’ve delivered someone else’s drinks, without the food and a complete different order?

Staff were lovely, clean restaurant, food was served hot and all items were there. Nothing bad to say :)

My order didn’t turn up waited nearly an hour and it doesn’t get delivered and I couldn’t have made it anymore clear than I did on delivery notes where to go and drop the order to. Terrible service.

My delivery was early but i was missing a drink from my order.

Quality wouldve been better but we never received any drinks or dips for the mozzarella bites so the meal was a bit on the dry side.

Greet fast food when you need it fast ok

Food was fine, however very slow service and you can't get near the counter for the delivery drivers, standing in the way waiting for the delivery orders. 😡

Delivery time kept changing and took an hour from ordering. Original delivery time was 30minutes. Also didn’t deliver ANY of the dips for the nugget share box

just received my order and there was fries missing and also sauces.

No drinks came with the order and we didn't revive not refund even after talking with McDonald's.

Delivery driver went to the wrong address then accused me of it being my problem and then I put the wrong address in when I did not and showed him that I didn’t when he finally delivered my food, my food came stone cold because how long he took to deliver it, the delivery driver spent more time trying to argue with me and say it was my fault that he had gone to the wrong address!

Well where to start i ordered a chocolate milk shake and it was banana. Got my Daughter a chicken nugget happy meal it got delivered cold not only to top this off for her drink she got Milk and the Milk had a sour taste it was passed it expiry date.

Every single time I get the fries they are cold. Not only were they cold they were old and chewy.

Last 3 times I went here and they got the order wrong. Shorting us on a few things now. The staff for Some reason wander round as though they don't know what they are doing. They are pleasant, though, so just putting it down to poor training. I try to avoid negative reviews incase it was just a one off experience, it wasn't.

My iced latte was half full and I ordered a large. I didn’t even get any fries like I ordered. I asked for no ketchup on my triple cheeseburger and that’s what is said on the paper and it was covered in ketchup. The first notification I got said my food would be delivered at 2. Then it changed to 2:15 and then it changed again to 2:30 my food actually got delivered at 2:20 but on my order list it says delivered at 2:10 and it was not!

I only received 1 triple cheeseburger instead of 2 and drink I didn’t get any fries also

Went there with kids, ordered 3 meals one of the being happy meal...after we waited for so long.....burger from happy meal was missing, the completely mixed up other order (didn't get what I wanted) and the last meal was quite cold. That was probably the last time we go there.

Ordered through Uber eats app and wow the whole lot of my order is stone cold. I paid for sauces too and never got them, they ALWAYS do this. And to top it off I’d like to know who’s making the burgers, because at this rate I wouldn’t be surprised if they had employed my 93 year old blind grandmother.

Received someone else order not even the same receipt. Ring McDonald’s just to be told that it’s the drivers problem and it contact just eat.. all they do is partially refund you. What a waste of time

The fries are cold, the triple cheese burger was NOT meant to have ketchup on, the label even said NO Ketchup however it had ketchup smothered all over the inside and outside of the burger. Very disappointing.

Nightmare the driver was at restaurant for 40 mins it said so rang up they said the food wasn’t there and the order has been lost and gave me a number to ring which said go to website 20 mins later food come STONE cold chips like rubber rang restaurant driver had been popped to do personal errand whilst he had my food so was 45 mins late and inedible

Drink missing, driver must of had multiple drops as went off track at least twice. Food cold.

If your ice cream machine is not working, put up a sign so drivers don't get stuck in the drive thru.

if i could give 0 stars i would. my driver was sat waiting for my food in the restaurant for 45 minutes. my food was freezing cold and all i ordered was a big mac meal.

Everything arrived in really good time and it was freshly cooked and red hot. Nothing was missing from the order. FAR BETTER THAN COULBY NEWHAM. McDonald’s doesn’t usually get great reviews from me as I order it when I’m in a pinch (disabled), in order to help my family and I almost always have issues, but breakfast was great this morning! :) Order from here for delivery instead of Coulby Newham. Much better quality.

Delivery was late. Ordered £30 worth of food to receive x2 large cokes and x1 large vanilla milkshake. Absolute joke. Won’t be returning

time of arrival kept changing, started at 13.35 and by the time it was delivered the arrival time was 14.10. food was barely lukewarm.

Ordered a takeaway today. Order was delayed and when it finally arrived I was given cheese bites instead of a chicken select meal. But they put the cheese bites in a chicken select box 😂 Would not recommend.

From being notified order was on the way it took 30minutes for a five minute car journey. Driver said sorry but he’d had a bit of an accident. I could see on the map that the car had been in one place for most of the time and hadn’t moved from being a couple of minutes into the journey. Find was therefore cold and had to be microwaved to reheat which wasn’t the most pleasant experience.

All the food was cold. Driver originally did not go to the correct delivery address. Driver never bothered to look for me but just sat in his car on the the phone to someone.

Cold fries and burgers with food items missing. Use UberEats over this app. This is appalling.
