Mcdonald's in Stockton-on-Tees

Food doesn't taste as good as the manchester ones and it's very scruffy looking in this McDonald's. Wouldn't come to this one again it's full of loud kids with no parents and needs a good clean.

Chips were uncooked and cold, took ages to get them, good service and never gets the right order

Freezing cold and tasteless half of order missing 2 but it's a franchise who cares about bad reviews order from a local business and bad reviews all over

Hands down the worst mcdonald's, doesn't matter if you go yourself or get delivery. They must fry the food in the freezer because it's always stone cold. They make you wait like you're ordering from a 5 star restaurant, just get the damn food out man. It's absolutley pathetic to get a mcdonald's so wrong.

Food was soaked off drink and was freezing cold

the chicken burger had no sauce or salad on what so ever uneatable, that salsa dip wasn't put on my order for the mozzarella sticks

If possible would be 0 stars, order came 45 mins + after originally said it , wanted to cancel but because courier was at restaurant was not able to, when food arrived it was stone cold. Ended up throwing it out as we sorted something else to eat.

Missing dips for nuggets sharebox

If not get any of my order all I got was drink and chips and I ordered a family share with two big Macs two double cheeseburgers and two boxes of chicken nuggets with six in and did not receive any of them items

This is the 3rd time ive order a breakfast and this is the 3rd time things are missing and its always the sauces weather its the syrup for pancakes or bbq for later orders.

Once again half the order was missing after spending 50 quit

Order was not delivered i tracked the order right to the road my building is on and stood at the gate waiting i then reloaded the just eat page and it said delivered when it has clearly not been delivered as im stood here furiously typing this review

I ordered this at 18:16 it didn’t arrive as the drivers never go to my address they go the next street and wait till I have to come 2 streets from my house to go to them. Food was freezing cold

Food arrived stone cold - literally. Frustrating as I tipped the courier too. All of my food order was missing from the order, ended up cooking lunch, the coffee was only half full. Used to prefer Thornaby over Coulby as they used to send hotter and better prepared food, but that isn’t the case now. It isn’t difficult to count out 4 select meals. No longer a “cheap and easy treat”, given it costs a fortune and then I had to stand and warm everything up in the air fryer!!!

Second update,10 months on from first update, reluctantly went through the drive thru as other local was shut. Yet again 2 missing items. How can they so consistently get things wrong Updated review after yet another order missing items: Do not order from here, unless you are prepared to check every single item before leaving. Every time we have missing items, like entire food items, boxes of nuggets/burgers. The parking is terrible, with just eat drivers taking up half the parking spaces. Avoid this restaurant.

Every time I order from McDonald’s Thornaby-on-Tees, the delivery never arrives and says it’s delivered and I lose money or half the items are forgotten. This order was not delivered!

The food was stone cold. The chips were really greasy and barely cooked and the delivery driver spilt the whole cup of Coke into the paper bag so it spilt right through the house to the kitchen and there was nothing left in the cup.

It’s my little boys 4th birthday. He is poorly so i had to cancel his birthday plans but he asked for a mc Donald’s. It was late and absolutely freezing! I rang asking where it was and they told me to ring just eat. Obviously there’s no number for this. Over an hour late and I watched the delivery men sat outside on their phones before they delivered. Absolutely shocking, failed birthday for the poor kid!
