No collectables and only half of yhe dips provided. Very disappointing.

Half food was cold and no Minecraft toy for my son

my mam is blind and her burger was absolutely frezzing and chicken nuggets was terrible

No straw and no ketchup even though I made it clear. No wonder they work at McDonald’s. Idiots

Food was good but drink had been spilt in the bag and was soaking wet. Only a tiny bit of the drink was left in the cup so wasted money there but hey ho is what it is

This restaurant has left off items the last 3 times I've ordered. My own fault as each time I thought they couldn't possibly do it again. Genuinely a garbage service.

McDonald thornaby, every time I order you guys miss items. Last time strawberry muffin was missing and this time 2 malteaser mcflurries weren't there.

This McDonald's is ridiculous! Everytime you go in to order, there is always like 4 drivers, hoovering above the customer counter, and you go to get served, and nobody serves you cuz they probably think your just another driver turning up! This absolutely does not look good for the company. It looks scruffy, unorganised, unhygienic!

Food arrived over an Hour late, stone cold and completely wrong order apart from drinks. The order receipt on the bag was not what we ordered and not what was in the bag either! Child delivered the food to the door whilst driver was in the car!

I was waiting for my order and had requested driver to call when outside but shockingly order was marked as delivered yet i did get my food or order

Staff didn't engage at all with me during my visit. Slow to get food, Latte was left on machine for minutes before a lid was attached, then left to cool on stand while food was slowly prepared. Food was just put on counter, order number shouted, then staff member turned away, went back to kitchen and continued chatting with colleagues.

Food doesn't taste as good as the manchester ones and it's very scruffy looking in this McDonald's. Wouldn't come to this one again it's full of loud kids with no parents and needs a good clean.

Terrible delivery was over an hour late.

The driver sat in a dead end corner for 10 minutes and then marked it as delivered, I never received my food. what's the point in using delivery codes if the drivers able to bypass it themselves

The delivery time kept being put back but it wasn’t too bad. The food was cold. The large fries wasn’t full at all. There was no sauce that had been requested which happens regularly at this McDonald’s. However tonight there were also no straws for the drinks. Very disappointing.

The nuggets and selects were perfect, but unfortunately they forgot to put the fries in my order... I did get a small refund for the missing fries in the end, but I'm still short on my meal. But maybe this is just one of those uncommon mistakes and I got unlucky.

Hands down the worst mcdonald's, doesn't matter if you go yourself or get delivery. They must fry the food in the freezer because it's always stone cold. They make you wait like you're ordering from a 5 star restaurant, just get the damn food out man. It's absolutley pathetic to get a mcdonald's so wrong.

The food couldnt be eaten. The burgers where over cooked, black and to hard to eat. The meals had to go into the bin. I phoned the restaurant and was informed I could receive the sane order again for free. I havent been given a code though
