Terrible delivery ordered food and I received completely different order none of items right and worth half of what I actually ordered

Even when your the only family in the place they still manage to give you Luke warm food and cold coffee

Like many McDonald's, the staff are friendly, the food is as expected, the only thing that really makes it breaks the experience is the other patrons.

The food wasnt very nice and it was cold

Given cokes and brownies in replacement of milkshakes would of been nice to be contacted somehow and told or asked now got items paid for we don't drink or eat

Food was completely drenched in my drink as there was a leak in the cup

delivery time was pushed back by 20 mins so the original time was 15 to 20 mins but it was actually 40 mins before it arrived and as usual chips were cold

Missing items and cold food. Telephoned McDonald's they couldnt help or re-arrange another driver. No apology and was told to get in touch with Just Eat. Phone calls cost money as I'm pay as you go. Just under £20 wasted. Food in bin. Not happy.

Second time the courier from jisteat has not delivered an order yet claimed it has been delivered. Shocking service. Reported to thw restaurant they took the food and we are trying to trace the delivery person.

Ordered twice recently and on both occasions, the meals arrived without the fries.

Wrong drink on order. Diet Coke instead of full sugar coke what I paid for. Burger was completely incorrect and chips were freezing. Will not be ordering again from here and want my full money back!!!

Went through the drive-thru and it was as quick and efficient as it always is I've been to some McDonald's recently we took over an hour to get seen but this we were in and out in less than 10 minutes, food order was right and needed after hours of Christmas shopping!!

No Chocolate milkshake as ordered, instead half a cup of chocolate drink, can't call it hot chocolate as it was freezing cold along with the rest of the food. Had to microwave it all which is not really acceptable.

I ordered the burger without sauce. It was delivered with sauce. Its a good job i dont have an allergy. The fries were cold on arrival.

Driver took insanely long route, stopping loads of times in residential areas. Food stone cold. Driver abusive at door. Not happy especially with the price i paid for service and delivery fee.

I got the duo McMuffin deal you get 2 McMuffin’s and 2 hash browns for £7.99. I got 1 McMuffin and 0 hashbrowns!!!!

Fast food.......not! 15 minutes we waited for breakfast, then no coffee followed by another wait for the hash browns. It was blatantly obvious that some of the staff did not want to be there by their attitudes and extremely lethargic service.

We never get any dips /sauces with our chicken nuggets and we always order and put a note asking politely if we can have them never get straws either 🤦‍♀️

Slow (but seems typical for all their restaurants now!), but more worrying the food prep and eating areas had a fly infestation. I asked a staff member why and he showed no concern or interest. Horrendous!

If I could give this mcdonalds no stars it would be appropriate food was disgusting very unfriendly staff and the place needs a good clean avoid this mcdonalds there are plenty of them out there maybe one might be a little better.

Staff extremely rude, they acted as if the didn't care. The chips appeared that they were cooked the week before. We ordered a Mccrispy with no sauce, we received it with so much sauce that when we oped the box the chicken slid out out because of the amount of sause. Never again.

No table service. Staff weren't as friendly as other branches I've been to, but to be fair I don't care so much about that. Screens are dirty and unhygienic for children, should have sanitiser next to any touch screens. Tablets should be regularly cleaned down too.

The quarter pounder had no sauce in it. very dry. Had to put my own sauce on. Disappointing. Daughter was not happy.

Got a nugget happy meal for my daughter as well as a nugget meal for myself, my daughter has been throwing up all weekend and I have been unwell. Something was not right with the nuggets.
