asked for no tomatoe sauce in the burger comes has tomatoe sauce on it not happy at all

No egg one one muffin and paid for extra cheese on another which didn’t happen.

Missed a triple cheese burger off the order

The coffee and chocolate came empty, dripping because it knocked everything down along the way, in addition to getting cold to food. (bicycle)

was initially told my order would be with me around 19:15 ended up coming at 20:00 my food was cold my ice cream and drink were melted

placed the order at about 6.30 and it arrived about 7,30 food was just warm the drink had spilt over in one of the mcflurry and had to be binned

Don't bother ordering from here if you want to get your actual order. Ordered for delivery and didn't get everything we ordered. No way to complain and get this rectified on the app. Have to go through uber who just want you to contact the restaurant - who just want you to contact Uber!

Food arrived fairly quickly, no issues with order

Missing a large fries, apparently counting to 3 is difficult sometimes. Food was warm, driver was nice so that made up for it.

All the food was cold and the wrap had cucumber in it when we specifically asked for it without,due to a allergic reaction if eaten, had to throw it away

The delivery person delivered my order to the wrong address how do I get my order to come to the correct address

burgers missing chips were stone cold not much of a meal just chips going to stop ordering from here its getting to often with food missing

Come to McDonald’s order 4 meals, got told am not aloud a ketchup with my meal you have to pay for them 10p… anyways long story short, they give me 2 ketchups then the rest of the food came and they give me another 2? So tell me how this makes sense? What was the need in the disagreement ? The staff are rude. And have no customers service at all.

No problems at all, everything came and everything was ate/drank by me, thank you for my breakfast it was delicious

Appalled by the customer service. Ordered food from the mcdonalds app. The staff who is working there did not even pack food correctly I paid for 2 adult happy meals for my kids and only 1 toy delivered. The manager that answered the phone refused to help did tell me to contact uber even though I have ordered on mcdonalds app. And the member of staff did not do their job correctly the meals are not cheap near £10 each and this restaurant will not help with the issue. Uber which i have in wrotting wont help and said the restaurant have to sort the issue out. So it now appears no one is helping me it's wrong. Even the mcdonalds app glitches when I try to get help. Avoid ordering from this restaurant if you don't want any problems with your orders.

delivery driver took over 45 miniutes to deliver my food. my food was freezing when it arrived

Driver spilt drink in car. Said get refund ! Chips soaked in coke ! Why not go back and change it ?

To latte my order is no good courier.

Good was stone cold and the Philly cheese stack had no onions or anything on it! Forgot to put the sauces in the bag and the cheeseburger we ordered with extra onion and no pickled also came plain! BBQ chicken wrap we asked for with no tomatoes or bacon also came completely plain!!

McFlurrys off AGAIN so cancelled order but I was stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes the woman at the first window rolling her eyes and slammed it shut so rude!

Terrible delivery ordered food and I received completely different order none of items right and worth half of what I actually ordered

No pancake syrup and wrong drink. Everything else was perfect, but I didn’t have syrup at home

coke was flat and a lot of items are missing

Even when your the only family in the place they still manage to give you Luke warm food and cold coffee

Customised most of order and everything came spot on.

No sugar donut and food mostly cold

As per usual, it tasted amazing. The only issue was that the coffee was dripping from the bottom of the bag. My carers managed to sort it out and clean up the mess. This is not the first time it's happened, Someone needs to redesign the system.

delivery time was pushed back from original time, the cooking time was rather longer than needed and the meal was almost cold which seems to be getting the norm these days, considering its costing an extra £4 to get it delivered I would have hoped it would be hot but I think either the courier has too many deliveries or they are turning up too long after the meal is ready.

Like many McDonald's, the staff are friendly, the food is as expected, the only thing that really makes it breaks the experience is the other patrons.

The order came - all of the food was missing - 1 bag with 2 of the drinks was the only item. Driver said he had no food in his car? Appalling service.
