It took an hour and half for my food to arrive I would like a full refund

Always gets order wrong and never recive half of it

Was down to 2 mins on app then went back to 12 mins

No straws with drinks and no toys in happy meals!

If you go in the week it seems quite good but come the weekend it goes to pot. They don’t seem to cook the fries. There look almost white they are so undercooked and have no taste. Shame because the staff seem ok.

The food was not only slightly late, but they missed an item (filet of fish) and all of the food was cold. Had to drive to the local McDonalds to collect the missing item as apparently their phone number is un-manned.

i ordered over a hour ago and when food got to me the pop tipped over and leaked all over my food and only half of cup left

Totally Useless to be honest, they Missed a complete meal off a happy meal for our youngest daughter resorting to us having to use a different McDonald’s for it and having to pay an extra £5 delivery for one meal and it not being delivered until 10:30 pm, and this is not the first time this has happened from this branch but I won’t be ordering from them again,

Took 2hours, food Luke warm and bbq n Food Luke warm, took 2 hours,no bbq on burger.

I ordered my food at 6pm and it arrived at 8:10pm freezing cold £12.50 order went right in the BIN!! To be refunded £2 credit to use on my next order!! Im not happy at all and wont ever be ordering from here again!!!!

It wouldn't let let give 0! , None of the staff apparently know how to use there rewards app, the one that did said my points had expired, but he actually donated them to charity, and then when checking my receipt at home later on , they'd charged me for the charity donation as well

burgers we're literally just throw together and the burgers we ordered wich were supposed to be plain all came overloaded with sauce and pickles so my kids wouldn't eat them

Ordered food at 16 30 to be delivered at 1800 55 minutes later it was delivered coke a cola spilt in the bag the food was cold and 6x chicken nuggets wasn't in the bag the with the order . Not at all happy

Went through drive in got home order was wrong yet again. this time i went back and it was a joke got my food eventually but not happy about service was asked for receipt but not given one with my order then asked why I hadn't brought the order back just took a photo of what was wrong then was questioned in front of about 20 people. The woman said no food no receipt they cant do anything. Then she told me she was there when my order was being prepared .

Every time ordered here, twice me and once my mom who lives in same house the food is either late, cold or missing, first order bag was open, food was cold and missing apple pie, second was missing happy meal sides and cold, 3rd late and missingfries

I’ve always order a chilli chicken wrap meal and this is the third time now they’ve given me a bbq wrap instead I am very unhappy as bbq makes nauseous

I placed an order earlier with this store and all my food was freezing cold like it had been sitting out for a long time, and on top of that my box of 20 chicken nuggets were missing along with my medium fries. I don’t understand how it’s possible to miss a whole 20 chicken nugget box from and order and not notice, even I’ve worked at McDonalds myself and would never have packed an order so poorly. The service was terrible, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

Missed hash browns from the order

Terrible delivery experience. Driver had more than one delivery from multiple restaurants meaning my food was cold when it arrived . The bag with my hash browns in was opened meaning I had to throw them away. When the driver got out of his car I saw him drop my food on the floor before delivering it.

One of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. The gentleman Decker (I think) who was the staff member on the floor was friendly, helpful and was constantly on top of the cleaning. Excellent service!
