all drinks fell over and spilled into 3 mcflurrys which were inedible

My order didn't arrive but it was showing as delivered on the app. HOW HAS THIS HAPPENED???

food was cold when it arrived, and items were missing. i’ve applied for a refund and no one has got bad to me.

You have sent the wrong order told the man who delivered it he said contact you and I have rang the mobile number for you ain’t no body is answering I would like my order thank you!

All the drinks were tipt over and leaked all through the back especially the oasis

I ordered online and I got wrong order and I’m calling they aren’t receiving my call, I ordered mcspicy large meal and apple pie. They delivered me 3 cold drinks and 2 McFlurry. I’m on night shift and hungry. Zero customer service. I will never order it again

arrived cold, after an hour wait, the food is also stale there are multiple McDonald's around don't order from this one it's clearly got horrendous management that should be fired

Ordered the Cheese Mcrispy chicken and ended up with a cheese big tasty, it's not even on the menu... Had all the sauce etc but was literally a big tasty patty instead of the chicken. Understand they may have ran out but a call would have been nice.

the pies were missing and the Coke wasn't coke! it was heavily watered down and tasted like cleaner. I've taken a photo and despite my complaint, I was given a very poor excuse for why I'm not getting a refund. I will be taking this serious complaint further for the reasons of health and hygiene.

We rarely get a take away but been busy we decided to give our local Mc’s another visit (previous ones have been a let down) . We seem to visit at around the same time from 6pm. Ever since home deliveries became a thing it’s clear that these are prioritised over walk ins. When the food final arrived we took it home , less than a 2 minute drive … mostly cold . The last time we tried from here we had the same problem. They need more staff and less leaving the food to go cold between orders

Same as any other McDonald's. Food was good and reasonably priced, only problem it was only warm by the time I got home. Put it in the microwave for 20 secs and it was warm enough, though not sure this is a good idea 😊

Got no cheese bites with my order

after leaving details to find address driver called me for route and got it all wrong when he finally arrived he took meal out of bag and coffee dropped out of paper bag all over porch floor he appologised and left i cleared up and had my meal.

Whilst McDonald's food is about as palletable as having a 30 second unskippable and on YouTube shilling a service you likely have zero need for, there is just something hypnotic and welcoming about being in a McDonald's which I like to attribute that to the fun and whimsical atmosphere that can put a smile on anyone's face plus honestly McDonald's is king when it comes to Breakfast menu items. The staff too are incredibly kind and patient here so that made my day ten times better. I highly recommend this place for the breakfast and lunchtime cravings especially if you need a pick-me-up.

Can't believe we had to wait an hour from ordering our food until it was delivered - cold fries, lukewarm burgers had to microwave them to heat them up which doesn't improve the quality.

Half of the order is usually missing with no way to contact the restaurant to get a refund. I understand that it's probably not the restaurants fault, but it happens like 40% of the time, and that's absurd 😭🙏 I want my milkshakes

The management of this mcdonald's is the worst I've ever seen at any drive through 3 times I've had to wait for food here and had to go inside to pick up to be asked over and over again what my order was and reg of car ,and finally when i do get my food no sorry or apology from the manager avoid this place 😡

Honestly the worst delivery I've ever had, I appreciate it was at 1am on a Monday morning and usually 1 or 2 items are missing and the fries are cold every time but, everything was cold, even the hot toffee apple pie was cold! Missing a McFlurry which probably would have been warm... the cola was flat and was half spilled in the bag to which the driver felt the wet bag and remarked with a big smile on his face "I think that's your drink" as if he knew he'd spilled it and the McSpicy was hard at the edges and tasted like cardboard as did the pie, couldn't review on Uber Eats as they've probably had to disable them due yo many negative reviews so I've reviewed it here, did get a refund for the missing McFlurry but was very disappointed not to receive it and with this McDelivery all together so I wont be ordering from this McDonald's again no matter what the circumstance is. It's a multi billion dollar industry or whatever... how can they not heat food and get it to you warm? I'm only like half a mile down the road as well!
