this place is ok but sometimes the food is cold and also if you use the drive thru they always tell you to go and park up and wait isnt that the whole point of using a drive thru so you dont have to wait for you food? just drive through collect and go. if wanted to wait maybe aswell order from inside.

Reedswood Drive-Thru @ 9:45am - Twice in 3 weeks I've asked for a Bacon and Egg McMuffin meal with Hot Chocolate and again the Hot Chocolate machine wasn't working so I just had the muffin, as I refuse to pay for something I don't want; and the muffin looked like they had, 'thriwn' it t together. When I collected it there was a girl with very long dark hair, tied back but no hair net, unless she had and it was ripped, because her hair was all over the place. WILL MOST DEFINITELY NOT BE RETURNING!!! In my experience they all need a good shake up in and wake up call !!!

I was there at 5:30am, walked via Drive Thru, went to the payment window and they denied service because I was not in a car. Is that your policy? Is that a safety policy, in spite of cameras, protected windows, and other security in place? So, a common man without a car can’t have a coffee before 7am at McDonald’s ?

I work late hours and have 4 step children that I don’t always have time to really cook for, even though I’d love to. I ordered a McDonald’s from Reedswood and this isn’t the first time I’ve had nearly half my order missing! I do my upmost best to provide for our family and treat them when we can. But to miss most of the children’s meals is shocking! Especially when they’re 3-5 years old and don’t understand why they haven’t got their dinner. Money is hard to come by, I don’t always have time to go shopping and I’m tired of not having the time to cook proper meals and wasting money on incompetent people to cook a simple meal! Our fries were cold and half filled, drinks were flat, and 2 out of 4 of the children’s meals were completely missing! It’s not fair that the orders I did get, had to be shared between all of them and having to explain to small children why they couldn’t have a full meal! Get yourselves some decent staff that can actually do their job! It’s not other peoples faults that your staff are lazy! Sort it out! I work in a restaurant and a bar! I have 2 jobs. Sometimes we just fancy a bite to eat at night as I don’t always have time to cook. Doesn’t make me or my family criminals! I’ve rang the restaurant multiple times but no answer! I’ve asked for a refund on just eat but not received anything! Absolute joke, don’t order here if you can help it. I’m done with this place!

Food was cold and all a bit messy in the bag/ double cheeseburgers had come out of wrapping.

They missed my child’s entire meal! Our large fries are only filled halfway! Absolutely disgusted! It’s bad enough we’re having to work our backsides off to even afford to order food and yet get away with not putting it in the bag!

Driver ate the food left half eaten chicken nuggets in bag ate a whole burger and left the box in the bag , was sitting at the back out of my house for past 5 mins and it go to the point I had to go out and go to the car he was messing with bag I felt uncomfortable with the experience took the bag and left

Food was hot and our order was complete. However, the large chips were only half full which isn't acceptable when you are paying extra for large and only receive a medium size.

The meal was missing two key items shown on the till receipt, but not within the bag. Food was okay / mediocre, but not so good for the individual who lost their main course and desert. The preparation of the order should be done with more care.

The newly refurbished McDonald's is a let down. The ordering system is poor. Although we ordered at the auto machine when the order was ready no one told us and we had to shout and assistant because they are now hidden round the corner. It definitely wasn't thought out with the customer in mind. Too much automation/ high tech and no customer interaction. The food was just about warm and we had to request more sugar as all the condiments are out of site. There seems to be more importance on getting the delivery drivers out than the existing customers served. We used to love go to McDonald's but no more.

This place is terrible. I came to pick up orders that was on the app. They would not let me collect more than 2 orders. When I asked why they said I don’t know. I asked for a manager to start off with the manager was rude. Then also the manager had a scruffy beard working in the kitchen with no hair net on. Absolutely disgusting.

Items missing pretty much every time we order, this time no different! I really don’t understand how this happens consistently! Just eat don’t really help as the items missing cost over £8 yet they give £3 in compensation.

Macdonalds is an absolute joke about joke I have 4 chips missing 9 nuggets missing and 2 double cheerburher when my driver got here he told me he had been waiting 45 mins for the food and that there was 20 other delivery drivers waiting there for hours what a joke

After being told to go to the next window and forget about .. waiting for 2 simple plain burgers shouldn't take as long just because you forget to tell someone to go to another window. The prices they now charge its more affordable to go to a cafe or any other fast food.

Ordered 4 tomato ketchup, not with order

Salad good burgers good fries cold also no straws for drinks

They changed the delivery time and when arrived was cold and drink had leaked all in bottom of bag

I asked for ketchup and once again got nowt. Tight gets.

Fries were good, as were the drinks. The burgers were horrible, the plastic sheets used to keep the single cheese slices separate were left on the cheese, which then melted in to the cheese itself, leaving them effectively inedible.

Food was absolutely cold the delivery time kept changing and no wonder it was cold it came on a push bike
