DO NOT ORDER FOR HOME DELIVERY!!!! Delivery cancelled after 40 minutes of waiting..... time before that food was cold and most items missing Very poor service would not recomened

Fast service food generally ok.

After 30 minutes with for breakfast My food was cold and not fresh and she told me I had to wait another twenty minutes.was terrible

Super slow management. They work super slow like snail 🐌 moves. Take whole day for nuggets and drink order. I will never suggest this McDonald's to my worse enemy.

Orders have been taking too long in here recently...orders are mixed up...Drinks are water. Due to machines not being topped up..and to top it off today...ordered 3 Double sausage and egg muffins at the drive through and got bacon and egg. Absolutely shocking service here now

Absolutely terrible 2 times we’ve had our order not arrive or take extremely long and everytime I have phoned they have not helped one bit and we’ve had delivery drivers cancel numerous times due to them being slow

I cannot believe how absolutely useless this particular branch of McDonald’s is. I’ve been here a couple of times as a visitor to the area with work and I can honestly say the service is appalling. I’ve just waited 45mins for a double cheeseburger meal to leave and find out the fries were missing 😣 they seem to prioritise the Uber and online orders over the customers waiting at the main restaurant. People alongside me this evening were waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for what is supposed to be ‘Fast Food’. Even a security issue this evening with a rider becoming abusive due to the long wait. The management and staff need to be spoken to about the operation because it reflects poorly on the company. I won’t be visiting this branch again. Poor customer service

On the whole ok. McDonald’s food never really stays warm long so don’t expect hot food on a delivery. It was acceptable though. Didn’t provide the balsamic dressing for the salad, but everything else was provided correctly.

Absolutely shocking!! They forgot my burger I was livid! Chips tasted like cardboard and my full fat coke was outrageous it was flat and tasted like it had been left on the counter all day and someone had spat in it to top it off! Food arrived freezing cold. Ordered at 18.13. Order was stated as being prepared with courier at the restaurant from 18.20 until it changed to being delivered at 19.12. Courier arrived at 19.17. Food had obviously been left standing at the resturant

Had to wait 30mins through drive through when food came fries were cold, she went to get fresh fries, had to go in after waiting 15 minutes to see where my food was, another 10 mins until hot fries came but all my other food had gone cold. Requested all my food done again, Theydon it all but missed out my apple pie but charged me, could not be bothered to argue as my food would get cold again. Since they have upgraded the resturant the service has gone hill, staff never smile, do not think I will bother going there again or recommend to anyone. Burger King is a much better place to eat as food is cooked fresh, may have to wait,but food is hot and fresh.

Shocking, I've had so many order errors, attitude, and incompetence here that it pushed me to review. I've had a mc spicy with the wrong patty, cold orders and finally they have taken money for an order when the restaurant is unavailable to fulfil food orders. Now we are in the mystical journey of mcrefunds. Avoid, unless you crave anxiety

Acording to your app the courer was at the restaurant for forty minutes and when the order was delivered it was cold poor customer service by McDonald’s and by your app that keeps telling you the restaurant is busy poor poor poor
