Too much waiting for pick up the food! Employers, sitting outside and discuss between them, having no respect for customers waiting on the line! And beside,this, the food tasted bad, like oil hadn't been change in the fryers, from long time!

( Jamal ) With all due respect this person most of the timeis walking/ sitting chill. Working in very slow pace . Orders are showing green on screen , he’s sitting insead or preparing/ packing the food . Also he does not have manners, he’s always staring and talking in bossy way ( bad way ) . All the time he’s giving bad rating /valuation to me which affecting my profile . Could you please assist .

Missing and incorrect items, burgers thrown together with most of the fillings around the box and not on the burger, incorrect drinks, last time we ordered the fries were cold and stale, this time we were t allowed any even though they were ordered. Thought last disaster meal was a one off, turns out it’s their usual standards! AVOID

I have ordered twice from here in the last 2 weeks and both times u forgot the 20 chicken nuggets that I ordered

So I popped into McDonald's Willenhall tonight because my daughter wanted a Grimace shake, 1st thing it wasn't possible to order the Grimace shake with a happy meal so had to order all my daughter's options separately, I ordered a chilli crispy wrap but when I got home they had given me a plain chicken wrap (basically a wrap with 2 pieces of chicken) I could have made that at home, my order was number 71, the plain wrap was for order 74 so basic numerical skills not required for a job at McDonald's, there was no ice in any of the soft drinks (do we need to ask for ice now?) My son wanted some Garlic bread dippers, he informed me that they were ment to come with a sauce which was also missing and as usual the customary cold fries all round. This particular McDonald's has recently had a refurb but sadly not for the better but more to accommodate the delivery drivers, the collection area is very cramped and the ordering stations are very poorly positioned, so a very disappointing meal for £25 pound, next time I'll go to my local chip shop where the produce, quality and service is far better at a lower price, needless to say I don't plan to use any McDonald's especially the Willenhall branch any time soon.

Wish I'd read the recent reviews before coming. Ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce and extra pickles. Came with less than normal sauce, 1 pickle and an extra burger patty... Chips were cold and nuggets came without sauce.

Visited this branch early morning approx 3am, I saw the golden arches from the traffic lights and thought that's a little bit of me! The drive-through was quick and easy, and despite the early hours, the food was delivered to my car window quickly, and away I went happy with my purchase. It's the way McDonalds drive-thru should work. Thanks to all the staff working a late on so I could grab a bite.

This place was good before refurbishment

All the drink where tipped over in bag milkshakes are melted. McFlurry melted driver drove off fast so we didn’t see.

How can you cook a muffin so bad ? It was burnt and hard and the egg was black ??? How do you burn a egg

I went late at night so there was a short wait while things were cooked fresh. This wasn't a problem. I also was able to get some ingredients removed from my order by asking to customise it. The biggest issue I have with this particular McDonalds is the location at a busy traffic jusnction and that the drive thru exit is into the cars trying to enter and go around the car park.

i visited this mcdonald’s today with my sister and i would like to thank victor and harkirat for their excellent service and speedy delivery time, the food took not even 20 seconds to come out and was hot, great employees would recommend this mcdonald’s over any in the area as the staff are so welcoming and kind. Mcdonalds has gone down overall. All they care about is the Uber drivers. Foods shrunk and tastes different. Staff don't care. Was parked up for fifteen minutes and had to go collect it myself. Ever since the refurb all we've had is cold food, misrable staff and items missing. Will avoid from now on.

1 large fries was a third full and 1 of the large cokes tasted disgusting looked funny colour too and food was quite cold

Most of meal missing just a joke and so are just eat as they never resolve these issues you can never get through to the restaurant one big joke

Half of the order was missing , after contacting the restaurant, they would not help, not even send out the missing items ! I phoned the restaurant, the response was sorry , nothing we can do , disgrace , a large order that was expensive & they wasn’t bothered ! Never use the service again & will let Friends know about the disgraceful service !

The one on Cresent Road is good as it is 24 Hour's.

Originally food was supposed to arrive between 18:55 and 19:10 - arrived at 19:35 stone cold and fries absolutely everywhere - no care taken with any of the items, burgers barely assembled correctly, and everything looked like it had been dumped in the bag without a care in the world. Disgusted.

driver made me very uncomfortable. had 3 children walk around my drive and not have anything to do with the delivery and stared at me making the whole experience uncomfortable. they were also drinking mcdonalds drinks which I initially thought were mine. wouldn't want that driver to deliver my food again the food is good though

My order never arrived. Everything about delivery needs to be better. This has happened more than once and I’ve heard many of the same issue with other people. I get the cost of living going up but if it’s not bad enough, to get charged over £4 for delivery and it never arrived. I’ve requested a refund which I’ll get my order repayed but my delivery charge is lost. Everything about the set up is wrong. Billion pound company and delivery service like this is shocking.

Yet again our food was stone cold. Gave them the benefit of the doubt last time but won’t be going there again. Food was thrown together and cold. There is no way the food was even luke warm when being put into the take away bag. I think they need to adjust the length of time they leave food standing. A complete waste of money.
