how does McDonald's manage to FORGET THE FRIES??!!

Absolutely shocking never turned up

every time I order there is something missing !!

food arrived cold and missing all sauces

very polite delivery driver, what a credit to your company

problems with driver when giving code. driver was rude when i asked to check the order was mine. argued with me for no reason.

Food was ok but time kept rising and it came cold so had to warm it up. Obviously sitting waiting for a driver to collect hence why cold

Food was cold when i received it and it was 15 minutes late if possible i would like a refund for the inconvenience

My porridge was cold, it doesn't taste too nice when it has to be reheated. I hope it doesn't give me a bad tummy.

Every time I order from this place through there app or just eat the food is ever thrown together cold or has hair in it im sick of this crap

Hi, I've received my order and I've had to leave because the food was luke warm, this unusual from this store . This was a treat for me and partner and be let down by luke warm food

ordered 2 medium big macs and you've sent a small and large coke also chips are cold and no sauces or straws

half of my drink was in the bag. this is the second time it's happened!!

burgers were overfilled with lettuce and cold, burger buns burnt on cheese burgers, fries were cold also

Everything cold almost all the time and carelessly boxed and bagged,I know these restaurants get busy but that's no excuse for sloppy.

Food was stone cold did not eat or drink anything as the time kept on getting pushed back more and more and more time as obviously no one would pick up my order horrible this happens last time just was not as late it’s getting worse ?!?!

Delivery was great, but apple pie and 2 lots of chips missing so had to get refund. My children were not happy as it was from their meal choices. Disappointed. ☹️

Order took over an hour to come, upon calling the restaurant I got no answer.

Prioritises uber/deliveroo drivers over customers who go through drive through or eat in …. How many times I can count I’ve come to the drive through and been asked to pull upto a bay and had to wait 20 minutes for food

food was cold as the driver didn't put the food in a hot bag, the drink I ordered wasn't what I had got. I ordered diet coke and got coke zero

Ordered white chocolate and raspberry pie, got apple pie. chilli burger was cold, fries were cold, steak stack was cold but at least the delivery driver was had a smile. not all doom and gloom.

yet again food cold because it took the driver 17 mins to travel 2 miles and this was due to him doing 2 other drops before mine this should not be allowed if this is normal then my food should be half price as full price is for hot food not cold

chicken selects were over cooked and chewy.

Never had this issue before im use to sometimes missing items but my drinks and food were both open before they got to my house he had drank half my coke and eaten half the food. Discusting straight in the bin

Im so dissapointed everytime i order a Maccis meal i keep having stuff missing today i ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it came with no salad and i also ordered a coke and it came with no straw also fries were not full at all.

Very service and food I told manager it’s eat in she serve in take away bag and no sauce no tissue there is no sauce sugar tissue section You can see French fry condition in my photo it’s looks like 2-3 days old dry and hard very bad

Every item was freezing cold, milkshake was not a milkshake anymore it was just flavour milk from melting, was meant to be banana but was strawberry. All sauces were missing from the chicken select! Terrible service

Order 20 chicken nuggets and a large Coke drove home check how many nuggets I got and somehow someone can’t count to 20 ended up with 14 nuggets. It’s really sad that people nowadays can’t count the number 20. How do you mess up so bad when it’s such an easy thing to do?

Fast service food was hot so can't complain food was nice also.

Unfortunately, this McDonalds has been completely taken over by Uber and Just Eats. Service for customers that come to the drive-thru, or to dine-in just get given the back seat. It’s not the staff’s fault, they’re completely flat out back there, but it’s completely mismanaged. We have just waited over half an hour for a Big Mac and some Nuggets… meanwhile, we’re physically watching Uber and Just Eats orders being banged out the door minute after minute. Service for customers popping in seriously needs rectifying here, hence the countless negative reviews.

I have been to many McDonald’s services all over and by far this was the worst waited half an hour for order while they serving Uber eats bring back the service

Typical drivers take to long they chat while the food is in there bags and it’s cold when it gets there sort it out McDonald’s

Consistently get orders wrong and have you wait well over the needed time for basic menu items on drive thru. If you're in the area, I'd recommend reedswood McDonald's over this place. Consistently inconsistent.

Drinks bag had spilt and was pouring all over the driveway, it had also spilt in the bag during delivery so the food bag was also soaked leaving most of the food wet of coke, quality of the food was 1/5 genuinely horrendous. Needs to be better ways of delivering the food instead of a huge bag leaving things to fly around

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Seating area was very clean as staff are very efficient.

The worst maccies I've EVER been too and I've been to hundreds all around the UK. You wait at the counter over 10 mins to get served (I pay cash ) alls they care about is the drive through and Ubers

Order was spot on, everything present and correct. Food could have been a bit hotter but the kids didnt complain so thumbs up from them 👍

All staff are dedicated and polite

Food never arrived, driver was rude and put the phone down on me. Gave him directions where to go even though he was parked outside and the app clearly states where my address is, he walked around and he went to the wrong address even after telling him it wasn’t the green building. tried ringing the restaurant to help and they couldn’t do anything. Messaged driver in the app also and he didn’t respond to my messages. Completely shoddy service.
