Hot pizza and fast delivery best service 👍

Slight delay because of confusion over our address-caused by Uber Eats. I called Papa John’s Aldridge and they sorted it quickly - Thankyou. Delicious food. We had one of the pizza bundles which was great value. Lovely polite driver.

We order pizza for delivery from this Papa John’s branch every 3-4 months or so. Normally, the food is tasty and arrives hot. Usually several decent deals to help with getting better value for money. It’s also worth doing their online rewards programme, as that builds up to you exchanging points for free food. Nice choice of hot desserts too. Occasionally, we have had minor issues and the staff are either helpful & apologetic, or the opposite - which is a general problem with customer service anywhere! Overall, I would recommend Papa John’s as our experiences have generally been pretty consistent and positive.

£27 for 1 pizza is discusting, never having papa johns again unless i win the lotto

This is the worst pizza place ever I ordered online At 6.35pm they were cutting and checking At 7.14 out for delivery I phoned them up and said i do not want a cold pizza When it arrived it was cold This went straight in the bin £17 ,DOWN THE PAN

Food was delicious and perfect timing.

Pizza was very nice however one of the sides had a few warm wings but then a few of them were cold. I called within 10 min of getting home and they did not offer anything and said that it was my fault it was cold, failing to recognise that some were warm and some felt they came out a fridge. Will continue to use the Dominoes next door!!!

Fist time ordering from here and definitely will not be the last. The food was outstanding. Lovely and hit. And the garlic sauce omg amazing. The driver was very friendly. Definitely Definitely ordering from Papa John's in the future

Hardly any tomato sauce or cheese. Just doughy. Not great. The cheese tots were horrible. Garlic bread was dry. I tried papa johns aldridge back in 2020 and thought id give it another go, bad decision. Papa johns isnt a bad pizza, but aldridge definitely is. Don’t order from here

Ordered 2 pizzas this evening!! Normally a Domino's customer, decided to have a change! Wish that I had not! Ordered a all meat pizza, the toppings were quite frankly a joke!! Totally a cost cutting & maximum profit exercise by this branch!! First time customer!! & Will not order again!

Don't know about their food but their management is very bad .. They just call from home for employment, person work their then they never called back neither give money for their work.. So poor management..

Dreadful service over the phone , did not help in any way took ages to understand what we wanted , couldn’t understand us ! Then when it came charged us £ 18 for one pizza and garlic bread : no garlic at all totally dry and tasteless, the supposedly chicken barbecue had no barbecue taste or sauce ? Rang to complain and was told that the chick barbecue only has two ingredients; chicken and bacon ?!! Counted four bits of each on a 12 inch pizza !! Couldn’t taste or see any cheese and was awful , asked to speak to manager who was dismissive , didn’t apologise just sent another one out ?? Didn’t care at all ?? Will never order again !

We have ordered twice since Lockdown as part of Birthday celebrations and on both occassions, a speady delivery whilst adhering to social distancing. The food arrived hot and was value for money! Brilliant service and excellent food!

Went in for pizza, the guy at the till took my money then went straight to handle the dough, I said that I was unhappy with his hygiene as he hadn’t washed his hands. Upon my request he did wash his hands and got fresh dough. I won’t be returning as I don’t want to get sick due to lack of hygiene.

Pizza delivery was quick and on time, the Pizza was Hot, The pizza was a premium Pizza, great standard. Will order again from you guys , i ordered from Dominoes a week before it was awful. PAPA Johns down the Parade all the way.

Wasn't enough cheese on pizza for it to really even be called a pizza

Very poor service dealing with their own error. Sent the wrong pizza! Called to advise of the error & arrange replacement, which never arrived. Poor excuses led to having to apply for a refund via Head Office & make alternative dinner arrangements 2 hours after placing the initial order. Now my bin has to smell of this pizza covered in onion! The employee dealing with my issue has zero customer service standards, making me question the other standards - maybe wasn’t a bad thing to not receive my order after all. This was my first & last order with Papa Johns.

Staff friendly, quick service, but it's no different to any other Papa John's takeaway. They seem to do reasonably well as they are competing with a Domino's just a few doors down.

asked for a spicy beef topping with onions and ended up with a plain tomatoes and cheese so basically I played £10 for cheese on toast, I was very disappointed with my order won't be going there again

Extra large pizza for £9.99, what can go wrong... Nothing! Pizza was brilliant; much better than the other pizza shop near by. Good toppings and flavour and cooked in around 15 minutes. My only issue is that the parking out the front is rubbish so either you gamble on the double yellow or Park further away. I suppose you could order but then the deals aren't as good.

Very good Experience, personally I would've preferred the Spicy Pizzas to have been more spicy but order was taken in friendly fashion, delivery was prompt and Pizzas were tasty especially the base of pizza (didn't taste stodgy) - Rest of the family were really happy with their order Thanks! Tried it again today and it wasn't very good at all, I don't know if it was a busy night or they ran out of cheese! The toppings were just totally loose and pizzas were luke warm. Not sure If I will be ordering from there again.

Excellent pizza and customer service placed a order of £50 and on delivery they sent a free drink and dips and the pizza is far better the dominos and pizza hut thank you papa jhons

don't usually do reviews, however ordered first time from papa johns and it was one of the best pizzas I have had in a very long time .... customer service was out standing very well mannered staff and was not waiting very long for delivery ..... I CAN ASSURE YOU I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM DOMINOS AGAIN !!!
