We love wingers but usually use the one at Wall Island. Aldridge is closer so we try it now and then but it's always sooooo slow and tonight was no exception. The person taking the order didn't want to be there and then it took a long time for the order. I went up to ask how long it would be and he shouted to the back to say he needed our order now. It was ready a couple of mins later. Mac n cheese was a bit burnt and chewy on the edges and it wasn't the best one we've had.

Let me take my bike in, super friendly staff, great milkshakes, great food. Not too spicy but still spicy too with the sauces. 9.5/10

Despite one sub par experience a good while back, this place really helps brighten up my day week or month. They even sell alcohol if you want somewhere low key for a quick drink. Very good food and the price and wait is more than fair enough. I dont quite know if i should leave my tray when i sit in but then most of the punters are collection or delivery. Either way its very clean and modern looking. Keep up the good work. :)

Food tends to be good but the service is dreadful, seem to take more care with the rude delivery drivers, that congregate inside and outside of the restaurant. Waiting around 25/30 minutes for a takeaway order and having to prompt a member of staff to fulfil the order or it would have been even longer.

Ordered 20 wings (order number #046 16/08/24 6pm) - these were supposed to be sauced (Frank's Hot Buffalo and Parmesan and Garlic). We received 20 plain wings. No sauce provided in bag or on wings. Total cost was £30 and the main part of the meal was wrong. Not impressed.

Food is good after u wait about 45 minutes to get it. Workers more focused on delivery drivers than the people sitting in the restaurant, saw the food sitting under the lamp for about 25 minutes before we got given it. Just poor.

Ordered meal through Uber spent over £56.00 this shop sent order to another address the Uber driver marked the order as delivered instead of cancelled went to shop who did nothing extremely bad customer service would not recommend to anyone and now got to try and get our money back from Uber wasted over 2 hours for a useless service!

We tried everything on the menu from the loaded jerk fries to the garlic parmesan tenders & wingers burger. Food was delicious and service was excellent.

I have just ordered of Uber Eats. A guy in a red corsa delivered my food. When i received it the bag looked as if it has been tampered with and the milkshake was only half full. When i questioned the driver about this he rudely said Its not my problem ask the shop. Even the stickers were peeling off which is a sign of proof. Please avoid this uber eats driver he is in a small red corsa car.

Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The. 6 tenders meal with house fries and loade jerk fries with slaw was especially memorable. Must try. friendly service!!

SAVE YOUR TIME! Worst subway that I have been to. They always have an excuse to not let you use rewards. Manager is absolutely not willing to participate in the rewards scheme and would rather throw 4 foot longs away then let us use 4 separate 50% off foot long vouchers. We visited as 4 with 4 separate accounts. I have been to this store in the past and they claimed that their rewards scanner was ‘conveniently’ down! Also refused to give the free birthday cookie. This store is also very tight on changing the salads or sauces on the pre set sandwiches. Honestly avoid and head to the Sutton Coldfield branch where the staff are friendly and the sandwiches are perfect.

A highlight of aldridge which looks forwards rather than backwards Consistently good food. Good cutlery and tidy facilities. An ideal way to enjoy this bumper sporting summer as well. Winger on the pitch or otherwise.

Ordered through Deliveroo. The overall experience was average. Some of the food wasn’t hot (garlic and margherita slices) so had to reheat these. Also, the garlic slice didn't taste of garlic and the edges around this bread weren't coated in the spread or cheese, so there wasn’t enough topping. My husband enjoyed a breakfast-style sub - nice that somewhere does a vegetarian one which doesn’t feature any meat substitutes! Waffle fries sadly didn’t have much flavour. Hash browns and cookie were nice. Churro didn’t look as long as advertised, and the caramel dipping sauce accompaniment for this was missing. Food was expensive (even with a discount!) and some of it wasn’t worth the price tag in my opinion.

OMG we eat so often here, I don't even take pictures anymore. The best chicken wings I have tasted in a loooong while. The loaded fries are actually loaded with generous toppings. Milkshakes are delicious especially the Belgian Waffle one. Slightly pricey but absolutely worth it. Haven't found better wings in Birmingham yet!!!!

Nothing special standard chicken just drenched in sauce, inside the shop the decor doesn’t feel cosy or a place to dine you just want to get out as soon as possible not vibrant enough don’t see this lasting for too long can’t really justify the hefty price on mediocre southern fried wings that are the size of my little finger felt generous giving two stars because I found parking right outside the shop.

I used to like wingers but won’t be ordering from there again as I found bones in my boneless chicken strips

I tried Wingers fir thd first time, I walked in and ordered at counter, waited 18 mins for simple order.. Chichen tenders.. chicken was over-cooked not worth its value..very dissapointed

The food was absolutely delicious and I can't fault it. The food was freshly cooked, I believe, and the chips were hot, but it could've done with more salt, at least. We did order online for 7PM, and I did have to wait a little while after for it to be ready, but it was worth the wait. However, the proportion size, compared to the price, is terrible. As tasty as it was, those wraps are not worth £8 by themselves, no sides or drink. The same goes for the rest really, especially with the wings. Maybe if it were more reasonably priced, I'd rate higher, but for £30 I wasn't even full..

Pay for additional 2 tenders, so they purposely add an additional 2 tiny scrap ones that they couldn’t put in a usual feast bowl. What’s the point in paying for the extra 2? Con artists

Disgusting!! £29 for a family of 3. Could not taste the ingredients on our sandwiches due to the shortage of ingredients. Was told after complaining that they are watched via camera & would be sacked if they put too many ingredients on sandwich. Well I won't be going again.

I went for a late lunch with my brother and sister, I had house fries, a wrap and a brown sugar and cinnamon milkshake, my brother had a wrap , fries and a sprite, my sister had a burger , fries and a brown sugar and cinnamon milkshake,they was all very tasty and we enjoyed them all

it was very bad experience. We ordered 10pc of wings. it was take away. i posted the pictures. You can see how small are those pieces. they cut 1wings and make it 2. dont go to the shop. i will never go again. its a worst place we experienced.

First time visit very clean fantastic food friendly staff

Food cooked fresh to each order, The chicken was juicy and tender, and each of the fries were cooked just right, I'm definitely going again and would highly recommend. My only dislike is the wooden cutlery but that's not the be all or end all.

Went in to night was looking forward to trying the chicken,,, Come to pay and they would not except payment in Cash,,, so I left and went to another food shop that did,,, won't be going back...

I have regularly eaten at Wingers Aldridge ever since it first opened its doors. The food has always been absolutely fantastic and quickly became my favourite takeaway. Unfortunately since the business has franchised to other areas and opened a high street shop in Aldridge the prices have increased significantly. Whilst this is inevitable the size of the portions in particular the chicken tenders and wingers burger are unrecognisable. I write this with hope that wingers revert to their old ways. Used to love this place but now it has moved to the high street it has slipped a little, I realise that it s a good move fornthe business but food is always 15 minutes plus later than your pick up time, feast bowls are definitely smaller than they used to be and I'm sure they have changed the American BBQ sauce. Generally staff are polite but this all depends on what night you go.

I feel like their marketing tactics are a bit of a scam. We get a leaflet through the door on the 6th October 2023 saying we can get 20% off and it is valid until 31/09/2023. I thought this must be a misprint because (a) their are only 30 days in September, and (b) it was put through our door in October. They wouldn't honour it and while they got my money this time I don't like misleading promotions like this so won't be back unless KFC suddenly goes out of business. The food is nice but it isn't like they do something you can't get at other places.

Do not bother with this business customer service is terrible. No telephone number to contact anyone & bot says you will get a reply but never do. Only kids in charge in branch who don’t know what to do & say there is no management on site. Unbelievably terrible service.

I took my family to wingers for the first time on the 30/09/23 after receiving a menu through the post stating 20% off until the 31st of September. When taking the menu to the shop I was refused the discount and told the manager had told staff not to give out the discount. I spent over £40, i may not of chosen wingers without the discount, i feel like its false advertising. The food was OK but came out staggered, the milkshakes was really good.

Value for money, great variety on the menu, service on till can be hit and miss but I understand that there are staff who are training at the moment!

Been to every wingers so far except Worcester, and never had a bad meal. The only thing letting Aldridge down is the draught coke, as all the others give an actual can: the coke didn’t taste like full sugar or was watered down / too much ice

The first thing this place needs to remember is the customer is always right don't argue with customers. I left annoyed and frustrated. We ordered 8 tenders and left a note on the online order to say please put the sauces on the side. When I arrived the first thing I was told was next time order it plain and pay for the sauces, which was rude. We waited over 25 mins in store after ordering online to Still collect the order. We were given our order and called back from our car because the order was not our order. We pointed out we were missing a coke. After some time we got our order which we checked and I thought ordered a meal. The lady then argued with me then trying to fix it. It was very frustrating. I asked her if we could pay the difference for the fries which was £1 she then said she won't give us fries for free. I said I'm not asking for free fries and she wasn't helping me. I just said f this and left I had enough at this point and I had been in store to collect just 8 stripes which took 32mins which I had already pre-ordered online. We checked the order at home and we were missing any napkins or straws for the shakes and drinks we had brought. What a joke this place is for service. Food was good but I had enough and I'm not going back. I regret getting annoyed but we had other food to pick up and guests at the house who needed food. Parking was bad and the parking warden was out it makes no sense for the online pick up.

Always our go to place for a takeaway, so we are really happy there’s now a restaurant! Really clean and friendly to sit in and the food is as nice as ever. Never had a problem with the takeaway service either. Loving the new flavours and milkshakes!

Been using this place for years, back at the old premises and now at the new restaurant. Absolutely love it, the burgers are chickeny bricks of amazingness, the wings are so good the chickens want them back, the loaded tender fries are a gift from the gods and recently had the feast bowl for the first time which was a warm puddle of crispy goodness... keep it up wingers love it.

If you’re looking for fresh tasty food then look no further… We decided to try this because we’d seen rave reviews on their Instagram. So we decided to do a collection and it did not disappoint! Cannot recommend the loaded jerk fries more! So delicious especially if you like a bit of spice. The restaurant is so clean and bright and staff were ever so friendly! Defo will be returning!

Half of the meal didn’t arrive and they’ve point blank refused to refund which against my legal rights. Shocking customer service from the so called owners of the business. Posted this on Facebook and instead of apologising, they have since blocked me. Clearly a very small, unprofessional “business” that need every penny from people they can get whether or not that means stealing from customers! Absolutely shocking.

Wingers Aldridge is a great restaurant, nice and clean interior and friendly staff. The ambiance is inviting and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal.

Missing sauce's of the tenders/wing meals that cost a fortune and missing a extra dip we ordered. No phone number to ring either. Don't bother

Don’t bother ordering if you actually want the food you paid for to arrive!!! I ordered on 1/07/23 and I still haven’t received a refund for missing items! I ordered two full meals, one of them had the main part of the meal missing (the wrap). I immediately rang Uber eats to tell them it was missing and he said that the restaurant are liable for missing items. I contacted the restaurant and the person I spoke to sounded absolutely miserable, no help at all. He said that the problem was with Uber eats who had just told me the problem was with the restaurant. Straight away, awful collaboration between the two parties. We ended up sharing one meal between two of us so we was left hungry and out of pocket. The restaurant refused to deliver the missing item because they was now closed and had absolutely no answer to me asking what I should do now. I tried contacting Uber eats to no avail. I rang the restaurant days later and told them of the situation and go a managers details (Amran). After a wait in response, Amran sent me a voucher code for less than the meal cost but I couldn’t be bothered and was very amicable so accepted. Amran specified that I could use this for my next order. When trying to use the code I had an error message showing that it was not applicable and couldn’t be used. I referred back to Amran who informed me that this could only be used for collection in the Wolverhampton store. He failed to inform me of this before so I went ahead and wasted my time because 1. I am miles away from Wolverhampton and 2. Why would I collect when I know I can order it as I have done before? Since then I have gone back and requested a refund which I am well within my legal rights to do. Amran has stated that this won’t be possible due to us placing the order through Uber eats which I understand. However, as wingers have voluntarily partnered up with Uber eats, they are liable to sort this situation in the event that I cannot get through to Uber eats. It is not my problem that the third party they have chosen is such a poor company. How are you going to punish the customer for that? Furthermore, I asked amran how I make a formal complaint to which he stated that as he is the owner, the complaint would only go to himself. So basically I am out of pocket and at a dead end because nobody can be bothered to apply any appropriate customer service skills to this situation. Wingers have most certainly lost themselves a customer and I will be sure to advise others of my experience to make sure they don’t make the same mistake.

I phoned up to inquire about thier platters and the Man who answered his name was Sean was very helpful and friendly, then when we went into the shop to discuss our platters he explained everything and was ever so helpful. When we picked them up they were all ready and waiting at the time we arranged the man who was seving was ever so helpful and carried them out to the car for us over all a wonderful experience thank you

Ordered a 6 inch tuna and when it was delivered there was less than a tablespoon of tuna on it. Why on earth would someone make a sandwich like that thinking it was satisfactory and furthermore allow it to be delivered?

Always get the order wrong and food is nowhere near as nice as it used to be. Will stop using wingers after the past few disappointing orders. Also very very expensive and is not worth the money at all.

Unit where you collect your food, very hard to find.

I’ve always liked it here, great food. I see negative comments from people “it took too long to arrive” etc, well that’s the problems we have in this country with food delivery with any company. With all takeaways, I always collect it myself because with deliveries mine could be last on the list to deliver. If a error is made on my collection (which I’ve never had with Wingers) I just go back in and it gets corrected rather than getting nobody from nowhere to re-deliver it

**EDIT finally received 90 minutes after the latest estimated delivery** After 30 minutes past the expected delivery, called to be advised they were 2 drivers down and ours was the next order to go out, but the food will be fine. 40 minutes later we had to call again to advise we are still waiting. Our order went out 5 minutes prior to the second call, not one apology or even a kind gesture of a discount or refund.. Appreciate somethings are out of your control but courtesy discount or an apology goes a hell of a long way. I hope you manage to employ more reliable staff as to not affect your business. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! That is unless you want your food to take 3 hours to arrive and stone cold upon arrival! At the point that delivery was 1 hour late we called to chase it at which point we were told it would take 20 more minutes. 20 minutes had past and still nothing so we called again and was told the driver left 5 minutes ago. I live 7 minutes away from the food location however even though ‘the driver left 5 minutes ago’ I was surprised to see that after ANOTHER 25 minutes had past and I still didn’t have my food. When the food did finally arrive it was far from expectation and was cold and soggy. So I would strongly advise again ordering as I definitely won’t be again.

Ordered yesterday for my birthday, waited over an hour. My partner called to find out where the order was and the person who answered was rude and arrogant! He answered the phone with 'hello' my partner thought he had the wrong number at 1st he said is this wingers? He replied 'yeah" then he said what do you want? My partner said my food please he got told 5 minutes another 30 minutes passed. I called this time again answered the phone 'hello' not hello wingers or anything like that I said to him its not very professional he said yeah and, whats up, I said your attitude is whats up, he then hung up. Bad attitude this guy has we could have been customers wanting to place a big order. Food is lovely but his arrogance is disgusting he will lose a lot of customers speaking to people like that 😡

I was in 2 minds after reading all the reviews, however I’m so glad I ordered!!!! Fresh, crispy and super tasty food. Ordered jerk wings, the siracha bowl and house fries. Can tell these were prepared fresh and finally some wings that hit the spot!!! Fries with all the toppings, sauce and flavour one could ask for. There was literally a party of flavour going on. Have found our new food joint 🤗

Used to absolutely love Wingers - ive ordered from there nearly every week for 3-4 years - but it's gone down hill massively the last 3-6 months. First they've had a problem on their website where some postcodes arent being recognised so I can no longer get delivery (i've told them and they didn't seem bothered). So since then i've had to go to collect it myself. Had loads of issues. Food coming cold, feast bowl being half empty (barely any chips or salad) and always just left waiting on the car park for ages. Went for a collection tonight, was waiting nearly 20 minutes after my allotted time for my food - then it was cold. Worst thing is, no one ever even says sorry about your wait, they just hand you your food like nothings happened. And like I say, its not a one off, it's every time now. Shame because it used to be so good.

Can’t believe this place is able to trade, the food is terrible, ordered through Uber eats, delivery took nearly 2 hours from there own delivery drivers not Uber drivers, then the delivery driver then phoned telling me to go out to collect from him because it was raining... really! food was half cooked, freezing cold and was missing the drinks which was apart of the order/deal. Huge delivery problems recently. Ordered from Wingers for a long time and always used to be amazing. Last 4 times the food has took over an hour and a half to be delivered and is basically cold. Please do not order from these and save yourself the hassle.

Food was cold when it arrived and waited over 1hr and 30mins. Then decided to drive to them and then it got delivered but the food was cold and not to standard.

Ordered food waited 1hr 40 mins for it to arrive during that time after around 1hr my partner drove to the restaurant as I rang them 36 times for an update on the food it finally arrived food was cold and unacceptable. This has happened twice now the first time around I waited 2 hours for my food rang them up and they said well we are closed now so your order must of got lost in the system. Tried to contact them since to complain had no answer.

Dead food, come stone cold n in the middle of nowhere hard to find. Wouldn't recommend it too my dog.

Wings were very salty and soggy, not crispy at all. Salad and coleslaw not very nice, chips were okay. KFC wings much tastier and crispier and less salty and cheaper. Delivery took over an hour when very close by.

Absolutely amazing! We have had a lot of Takeaways over the past 18 months...I mean a lot. This was the best by far. Ordered for the first time this evening, will be the first of many. Will never order chicken from anywhere else again. If you haven't tried them before then you really should.
