Once again haven’t received any sauces I have PAID FOR

No sauces as ordered and cookie smashed

burger missing all chips are cold

My drink come split everyway in bag

Requested dips and didnt get any, drink was spilt a bit with the bag being ripped and wet, fries were cold too only thing that came right was the nuggets

no dips!! I ordered the chicken box which should have 4 dips with and no dips at all!

Completely wrong order tried to call driver back,rang the restaurant but no joy,food went in the bin as it was beef,religious purposes beef is strictly forbidden

McDonald’s forgot both of my fries so the driver said he would go back and get my fries so I waited about an hour and no one turned up

I'm missing a large chips and a hot chocolate

Food is cold and non of the sauces so ordered other than one are correct no sweet curry and I orders two of this

Half off our meal was missing, all we received were burgers, no fries or drinks. And received a mcflurry we didnt order

Missing item and was told I’m unable to get a refund for something I’ve paid for!! how is that acceptable?! Poor customer services , will not be ordering again when I’m not going to get what I’ve paid for!

Want my money back i only got 8 nuggets and missed out all my sauces. One of the drinks came half full.

Atrocious yet again! 2 full meals missing, plus fries from the meals that did arrive. Plus 2 desserts missing. How hard can it be to get an order correct?!!!!

our pop was flat and as we received it the pop was all over the place not secured, no sauces that I paid for or straws n napkins and chips to slated could not eat them

He ordered it to the billing adress and not my address, but I never complained to him as he seemed like a nice guy but would like for this to not be an issue in the future

Ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffin meals with 2 hot chocolates for my 14 year old and friend but got 1 hot chocolate and a coffee!! I feel bad because my son Misses out isn’t rite

Driver didn’t follow instructions from text sent. It’s always wrong on map. Property is entered via Walsall Road and not from pub car park.

Massive, thanks to the Courier. Because my location is hard to find, the courier got a little confused, he then messaged me on the app, however due to me being blind and the accessibility of the app, I didn’t see the messages. When I did finally see them, I messaged the courier back, bearing in mind. This was about 10 minutes later, and he came back and delivered the order. Thank you for going above and beyond tonight.

the order was 30 min late, the ice cream had melted, the food was all cold and dips that had been paid for as extra were not included so items i paid for were left out not happy with the order at all

i ordered a quater pounder with cheese meal without cheese and they sent a plain quater pounder with only cheese, the food was cold and poorly put together, I've had this issue before but this time I specifically ordered no cheese and they completely messed it up never again

all the food was cold and it happens every time I order from that restaurant. I don't normally say anything but this time it was colder than ever. Even the milkshake I had was closer to room temperature rather than cold like it should have been. There also no straw or napkins. It was just really a waste of money.

I ordered the strawberry lemonade instead the mango one came which clearly isn’t what I ordered as it says on my order.Then i ordered 6 chicken nuggets meal, it came with 5 nuggets & the chips was stone cold.Food did come on time but other then that I am appauled.

The driver came down my path on his bike and left the delivery and then proceeded to do wheelies on his bike for 3 minuets on my front garden. The house has an elderly woman attatched to mine and alone and she got very scared and thought it was a trespasser going to break her windows or something. Whilst I don't wish to contact the police this was a reportable incident please make sure this doesn't happen again.

Absolutely disgusting! Mcmuffins were burnt and thrown together, hash browns and pancakes were inedible! Absolutely rock hard! Disgusting that they are giving out orders in such diabolical state! Never again!

terrible delivery delivered my food wrong place don’t look at notes and awfully late

Food arrived Luke warm and we received books with meals when specifically asked for the toys, fries were uncooked
