Its a maccies, not much to say really. Food was quick and the order was correct.

Staff at Omega South are always very friendly and the place is always clean and tidy. Love my morning dog walk and the McDonald’s Flat White Coffee 🤩

Emily was fantastic, took my order from the till inside right away (which is a rarity nowadays). Then also recognised that my order was too much for one person to carry so helped me carry it back to the car. Thank you 🙏🏻

Very miserable staff. I went at 5 30 I get nobody wants to be awake that time but no excuse to be miserable to customers trying to order a simple breakfast. Also this isn't limited to this mc Donalds but this mcdonalds does it time and time again, you order a mc flurry at drive through behind a queue and when you collect from the window it's half melted. Bearing in mind you probably want to drive home eat your food before having your flurry which by then it's just milk with bits in. I really don't mind waiting like 2 mins at the window for someone to make it while I'm there not while im 10 to 15 min away in a queue. Food always missing or cold, 9.9/10 there's an issue with your oder from here. Potentially the worst mcdonald's in the country as I can't imagine any other branch being as inept and useless.

Order from Uber Eats which puts the prices up and then they miss items from your order! Every single time

I have to park up on car park every time I come here wating for food because wating bays are always full.

Went for breakfast Saturday morning, I had a 10-minute wait for food , only to find a stale muffin and eggshell in my egg . Not nice. I won't be going back....

The burgers wear soaked in large Fanta the Fanta wasn’t in the beaker it was poured into the just eat bag basically my burgers was floating on fizzy pop I’ve sent the food back with the driver and I want a refund I have a picture of the driver and him walking g away with the food

even though this was delivered within the time frame the chips were stone cold and stale, the chicken nuggets were cold. kids are crying now mate thansk

Food is always fast and hot and staff are generally nice. The parking can be an issue as the car park is small and there is a limit on time. Also, teenagers tend to loiter around the entrance which can be off putting.

Never again. 2 burgers missing and the rest was stone cold. Went down get the order re-fired. While waiting another order came back similar story. Then a customer sitting in the restaurant bought back a cold kids meal and a half made big mac. Needless to say I'd seen enough and got my money back. Honestly anyone reading this please, save your money and go somewhere else.

Order was missing items. Clemente the delivery driver was amazing and went back to McDonald’s to collect my drink and deliver it to me. Usually the drivers won’t do that. Big thumbs up was really nice of him. The food was cold and muffin was overcooked. Won’t be using McDonald’s again for breakfast

The staff have all been friendly but I am getting sick of being served stale rubbery fries. I get you may not want to waste food but I’m paying for the food and while I don’t expect gourmet food I do want it to be as fresh as possible. Last time I ordered takeaway I had to put the fries straight in the air fryer they were so bad. And today I had to eat in store and I had to take them back to the counter to be exchanged. The replacement fries were only marginally better. Still not freshly prepared. Your prices have increased and the quality has reduced. While I am writing this review, another couple has taken their fries back to be exchanged.

Would actually rate it zero stars if I could. This place is an absolute joke, worst McDonald’s ever. Always have to park up even though it isn’t busy and on most occasions have to wait 20 mins+. Food order is always wrong and items missing, why when you’ve had to wait for so long can they not get the order right? The chips are always undercooked and burgers thrown together. Quality is shocking. Staff clearly need more training and would help if they answered the phone, customer service is a joke. Don’t waste your time going there

I have never successfully received any order I have placed. Always missing food. To add insult to injury, you are expected to wait 24-48 hrs for a Deliveroo refund. I don’t want a refund, I want my food I ordered!!!!

the courier was a nice, polite guy. The food was cold and luke rubber. Dips (to go with nuggets) were missing. No straws either

2 hours in the end. Once it got close to delivery, the time would go up and when it got here half my order was missing and it was cold. It’s not about getting a refund for what’s missing I just want what I order when I order it. This has happened more times than I can remember and it’s starting to become very frustrating I’ve never known it anywhere else.

Workers must be brain dead. At what point do you read plain burger and understand to put ketchup and onions all over it? And to mention the amount of times I've asked for no onions due to an allergy then receiving a burger full of them. Pathetic.

A young shy teenage girl I spoke to said she had been waiting at least 50 minutes and still not received her food, so I asked where her food was. After another 10 minutes they came back to her and said they had lost her order stub, they requested her receipt back to put her order together. Lots of other customer's complaing too and asking for refunds......nearly 40 mins fir my order too, which was just one saver meal. This place and service I'm sorry to say is a complete shambles. Never be using again.
