Waited 13 mins by the counter, i had to ask the staff if i could make an order please, she asked if i had used the kiosk i said no i would like to order normally please, she said we can help you with the kiosk, i said i dont want to use a computer device to order food with, just want to order normally, she said they were dead busy, absolutely waste of time and no apologies i will not be dining at a burger king again.

It’s fine as it can be but it was the fact it’s tiny and busy then the machine that you order at just decide it’s touch screen is now not working and does what it wants ended up ordering the food with the wrong things don’t bother with half of it if I was you

Quite little establishment which I personally prefer. Order at till or via machine, machines can be a fiddly nightmare so do so being prepared to go nuts 😂. Aside this food is always quick out an piping hot, delicious goodness

Me and my wife went BK on Friday 14th 2025 at around 8pm. We ordered our food and sat down waiting for it to be cooked. Then we smelt a sewage smell a lady came from kitchen and toilets entrance and the stench was unreal. I thought bad toilets it's now Tuesday me and my wife have been throwing up and had diahorea since sat 15th started at 1.30 am coincidence or they trying to kill us reporting this to health and hygiene will seek legal advice. Disgusting don't go save yourself. Even tried to call see what they say won't answer phone must be a regular occurrence

This is my favourite Burger King to eat at in the area. The food is amazing, the staff are so friendly and the service is so good. The restaurant is really clean and tidy also which is a a big positive

Absolutely disgusted with bk. Order a peppercorn with everything on it we finally get our order and we just recieved a plain burger. This is disappointment to bk will not be coming back. Paid around £30 for a trashy burger

The staff member Carol was very helpful showing me how to use the order screen and use my burger king app to order my food. I was impressed with the drink selection at Willenhall burger king. The place was clean and quick with my food.

2 items cooked then had to wait 30 mins for the onion rings as the staff couldnt be arsed to cook them the girl kept saying sorry a joke then I had to wait for the fries as again none ready a joke when people were ordering after me and getting there food manager doesn't give a shit I want answers

Honestly the slowest burger king around, hardly any customers and we still had to park up & wait nearly 15mins for our food. Nothing in Burger king even takes that long to cook. Useless and staff really don't care.

I had a generally positive experience at Burger King Willenhall. The food was freshly cooked, and the dining area was clean and free from crowds during my visit. The toilets were also clean. My order was prepared correctly without any mistakes. However, the car park could be improved. It might benefit from being larger, and the parking lines could use repainting for better organization. The bins were emptied and in place, which was good to see. I believe adding a large sign on the side of Big Black Country Road could help make the location more visible to passing drivers. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would visit again.

I am not a big fan of fast food restaurant but I have big sentiment for this one. Service was very nice and friendly for me. I am a visitor in UK and my English is not so good. There was my first time when I order simple food and tried to talk. Women there ( blond hair with glasses) was very nice, patience and helpful for me. I got much more confident. Even I paid less cose of meal deal. Thank You so much. 👍 👋 all best for all of You.

Was a little slow with the app order but yeah fries were not really hot more warm not much salt burger just thrown together and also not hot more warm drink was cold as expected so much ice! Not offered any sauces or dips and had to wait in car park for it

Staff are super friendly and approachable, clearly care about the customers unlike some places! Food was piping hot and fresh which was awesome. The music wasn't loud either which was really nice and created a pleasant atmosphere for eating rather than making you feel like you were in a nightclub 😅 would definitely come here again 😊

Every time i visit the quality seems to deteriorate... grissly beef and crumbly buns....its gonna be a while before I return to ANY burger King....thats if at all.

Great staff very friendly and quick service

Ive always rated BK better than maccies but noticed the patties at BK containing more and more gristle and large pieces at that. Well i ordered a smoked bacon double whopper meal to find no bacon and a mouth full of gristle in EVERY bite this for me now really has put me off using BK from now on and seeing the 2 star rating willenhall has got doesnt surprise me one bit!!

Manager Danielle absolutely brilliant customer service. Friendly, helpful and always helps and can't do enough to quicken our order.

Don't like the fact that you are having to use a touch screen to do the ordering I prefer the good old fashioned talking to somebody , also the words card payment only when going through the drive through is not right , I thought it was an offence in this country to reject the coin of the realm .. they should be able to take cash as it still the currency in England as well as card ... apart from that the food never disappoints me always a higher standard than most places

Perfect customer service! The workers here are so respectful and kind, helping customers as soon as they step into the establishment, which is very clean and well looked after for! The food is extraordinary, perfect flavours with the perfectly cooked chicken! I definitely suggest coming here whenever you crave to have some amazing food to eat!
