Perfect customer service! The workers here are so respectful and kind, helping customers as soon as they step into the establishment, which is very clean and well looked after for! The food is extraordinary, perfect flavours with the perfectly cooked chicken! I definitely suggest coming here whenever you crave to have some amazing food to eat!

Really lovely day. Sunny and hot but inside cold as a freezer. Food went cold fast. Didn't enjoy food as we were too cold to eat left fast. Asked if they could turn air conditioning off. They didn't. Won't be going inside to eat again

Not much interaction with the staff but the food was great quality as you'd expect, quite a good location for links with shopping or travelling, quite fast service too, very happy experience, the only way to improve i guess would be to provide table service (like their competition) but that didn't spoil things for me, keep up the good work guys!

Burgers we're cold won't be visiting again

My dissatisfaction with the service I received at Willenhall branch on July 23rd. I visited to purchase a vegan chicken burger meal and was informed that soft drinks were unavailable due to a broken machine. An alternative drink was offered, but I was not informed of the additional cost involved. When I brought this to the attention of cashier, Manpreet, she responded quite rudely. I explained that it was not my fault the machine was broken and that I should not have to pay extra. Her response was dismissive and lacked basic courtesy. I then requested to speak with the manager. The assistant manager, Sukhi Kaur, responded to my request. Unfortunately, her attitude was equally rude and abrupt. When I asked Manpreet for Sukhi's name, Manpreet refused to provide it. Eventually, Sukhi Kaur showed me her badge and said, "Here's my name, do whatever you like love," which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This experience was shocking and disappointing, especially since I regularly visit Burger King due to your wide selection of vegan meals. I have always received outstanding customer service from Carol and her team since the COVID-19 pandemic. However, this recent experience has left me with a bitter impression.

In a word; rubbish. I've often found BK to be hit and miss, but this visit was the first in a long time, and it's confirmed in my mind that they're not worth the money or effort. Dry dust old rubbish. In honesty, I did also have Fries and a Chicken Angus BBQ burger, but the fries weren't exactly crisp, more hard and stale than crisp. The chicken burger was OK but nothing to write home about. The local chippy knocks out a better chicken fillet burger in terms of quality and taste. Photographed is the bacon double cheeseburger, considered a staple at BK, but you can tell how dry it is from the photos. The cheese was somewhat rubberised and the bread, stale. All told, for £30 spent, I've ended up with an expensive bin filler of a meal. I can (and do) make better beef burgers myself for a fraction of the price. Lesson learned. The Sunday afternoon slog isn't worth having this for a takeaway, and for the sake of half an hour cooking, I'd enjoy my own a lot more. So disappointed. Even the dog turned his nose up at it, and labradors would eat anything.

This is by far my son’s favourite place!! The staff here are really friendly. We’re normally served by a lady named shell who is really good. The place is clean and the food is always bang on, so really recommend this place

i’ve had a great day today served by carol helped on the kiosk i wasn’t happy at first to use it but she made it look easy bubbly and lovely lady i promise her i would put something nice about her store but really it was her she’s amazing if you had loads like her your store would be amazing thanks carole burger king you did great when you hired her

Great Burger King Outlet, my Local as well. Staff are always kind, polite and friendly. Food is always served in timely fashion, and is the perfect temperature. Never had a bad experience at this branch and would highly recommend this branch to anyone who fancies a Burger King.

This place is a mess ! It's rubbish!! When you go in and speak to any members of staff your better off speaking to the wall.They are slow,they don't have a clue about anything ,they don't like to help and most of all the hygiene is terrible!. DON'T BOTHER WITH THAT PLACE.

Cheese burgers I ordered were very good, but the double hooper with cheese the bun was too small. They probably ran out of buns! Didn't know how to add a new review, but this one is about my drivethrough order sometime last month. I orered 10 cheese burgers and none of them had any ketchup in. C'mon, you're not suppose to do that - and its not that they forgot coz all 10 of the burgers had none.

It's a burger king Staff did not want to serve, sent us to the machines to order, there were no que, so they could have supported and taken order.

Went to the counter and waited to be served. Several staff walked past me. Then one asked if i was going to pay by card or cash. Card i said, she told me i had to use the order screen. So i said ok i'll pay by cash, she then said you need to order on the screen and come back to the counter to pay. What a waste of time. Why not just take my order. It was our favorite burger king. I don't like using the screens. Won't be using burger king again

Once again the ordering screens caused me a problem when I visited recently. You scroll down and it adds items you don't want to your order. So, two days later on another visit, i tried to order at the counter. They would not allow it. I explained the issues I had with the screens and others who were ordering. The member of staff didn't care, and would not let me order at the counter. I then left and went to the nearby Burger King at the Gallagher Retail Park, where they were more than happy to help me order, and understood the issues with the screens. Out of 5 visits to this restaurant (Armstrong way) 4 have been terrible. If I was you, I would give this restaurant a miss, and drive a further 5 minutes towards Ikea, and go to the other Burger King. You won't regret it. In my experience in retail management and fast food, if things are going wrong at the front of house, it means things behind the scenes, like food hygiene, will be a miss too.

"skip the queue by ordering on the app" except they literally serve all in store customers before anyone that orders on the app so its slower and u have to wait half an hour for 1 burger 😂😂😂😂😂

Allways eat at burgerking but after Friday don't think we will eat there again the staff were very rude the young boy taking my order was rude no please or thankyou off him just bad attitude ordered my food through my burgerking app and wrong burger came I told them it was a chicken royale and got told thats what you ordered I said no it wasn't and got told tough it's been made now.bad attitude of all the staff there so that's me done won't be using this restaurant again

I visited burger king with my client, I am a support worker. We are always treated in a friendly manner and staff are supportive and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

I have bit in the bullet and managed to get the app to work. Sitting in the restaurant ordering a coffee. It displays on the board. At which stage I'm told they have no coffee cups.. My question ❓. How do I get my money back. .. After 5 minutes of farting around being told to look on this app and check my emails... I asked to see the manager... Well they never came back. Eventually one of the servers who could tell that I was getting rather. Pussed off and gave me back my money... The fact that they received my order.. but couldn't fulfill it.. I ended up trying to resolve it myself using a. Useless app .... I would expect the shop to resolve it instead of me messing around on the app.. (Ie take charge of the issue) I'm happy for burger king to contact me about this awful experience.... But I bet you don't bother.. I recommend the lad who resolved this issue- because he had the initiative and brains to resolve it by returning my money. God knows what the server did when she left the desk... Possibly still waiting for me to leave???

Asked politely if I could have the bacon bits separate on my loaded fries, manger Sue refused to do as she did not have anything to put it in, I said I don't mind you putting it on a paper towel or a servett as they where dry bits, she still refused and charged me full price. The restaurant had one sitting customer. Great customer service Burger King. I'll defo not be using this restaurant again as it was not ahout the mo ey hut the principal of the matter. Luckily, I have the Bilston store in close proximity to my home where they did this for me previously. My mother who wanted to share the fries with is a vegetarian, hence the reason I asked for bacon bits separately. This conversation took place from Sue standing in the kitchen and did not have the decency to come to the front and speak to face to face.

Very clean restaurant, parking is awkward though, food spot on and cooked to order, score marked down for service due to having to wait at the counter for a very long time, without being asked , why I was here
