Domino's Pizza in Walsall

The staff workers are racist along with their drivers, if you live in a block do not order as they feel they don't need to deliver to your door and want you to leave your under age child alone, Baring in mind if you pay for delivery you expect food to be delivered at your door!! I also contacted the CEO of this business and put a high compliant in, the food is disgusting like they rush to cook the pizza's. Also found hair in my food one time but even explaining it to them they ignored my concerns, reasons why i have never ordered a domino's pizza again doesn't even matter what branch they will never get a penny out of me again.

Bad management and bad drivers I have a broken foot And driver was not willing to help me out and when phones store up they brushed it off as it was nothing there is no point of a delivery if they refuse to deliver

Rude staff, food was FREEZING and chips tasted like they had been reheated. Avoid!

Deadest dominoes in the land. Its as if its fake. They added extra crust as a topping by the looks of it. Sticking to fFire away pizza from now on.

The pizza bases are an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! I have ordered from dominos for years, and I have never been so disappointed. They have clearly made cut backs on the pizza bases, that have completely ruined the pizza. When you charge as much as dominos do, sub-standard produce should not be served up. The food wasn't particularly hot either so I suspect the delivery driver had been to the wrong address prior.

Friendly staff, been there many times and food is OK too, the only down side is that they don't accept cash anymore so it's 2 stars instead of four

Decent little place. Don’t think it’s too busy as there’s less workers. Usually Faisal on his own at lunch time. Decent service. But Faisal needs to smile more.

Placed order for large pizza and chicken wings , was told my card had declined but could not give me a receipt from the contact less machine so I paid again, looked at my statement the first payment was NOT declined. So I paid again Waiting 10 days & still counting for a refund still No phone call from manager , Head office are jokers . The staff are crooks

I made an order today as I usually do every few weeks as a regular customer at this Domino’s, however on this occasion the delivery driver refused to bring my food to my door. I live in a flat and have done for 5 years and in all that time I have never had a Domino’s driver not deliver my food. The driver point blank refused to bring my food up so I called the store and spoke to the manager Faisal, I explained that I have a 1 year old child in bed and I cannot leave him alone to come down and collect the food. Faisal refused to help stating that the driver wouldn’t be coming up and I would have to leave my 1 year old to go and collect it. He refused to consider refusing my delivery fee considering my food had not been delivered to my door. This went back and forth and in the end I had to get my neighbour to come and sit with my child whilst I went and collected the food. When I finally had the food, one of the pizzas was wrong. I ordered a small meateor on classic crust and they sent it on a thin crust. I rang Faisal back and he told me I was wrong and that they sent a classic crust. I reiterated I was staring at a thin crust pizza that I compared to the other pizza that was classic crust and was considerably thinner. Faisal told me that this was untrue and again refused to consider any refund. Both Faisal and the delivery driver were incredibly rude which is not an experience I have ever had with this Domino’s. I would like to request a refund for the delivery and pizza.

It's ok food is ok but the service was not good at all very rude to my partner when she was sick due to being with child they kicked us out

The staff supposed to wear gloves when making pizza.the staff didnt wash their hands after making meat pizza. To make vegetarian pizza. They should wash their hands for vegetarian people like us. Even I worked in pizza place we weren't filthy as these people in Dominoes. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. NEVER GOING BACK. THEY OUGHT TO CHANGE HOW THEY WORK. ESPECIALLY FOR VEGETARIAN LIKE US. I wouldn't give any stars.

The only Dominoes I use as they've never let me down once. I avoid my local Dominoes and travel a couple miles further because I know the food and service is much better.

Ordered from the app, and according to the app my food was in quality inspection for 20 minutes+ and even though I live 6-7 minutes away or 10-20 mins with peak traffic, the driver took half an hour to get to me, by the time I received my food it was stone cold and tasteless, I phoned up base they tried to make up excuses and all they could offer was 1 free pizza the next time I order… after today I don’t even want to order again, and 1 free pizza is an insult, what about a full refund or next time 2 free pizzas and 2 free sides as they were all cold. As a delivery place it should be your duty to ensure food is delivered to that standard you pay for. the original domino’s actually says, if your pizza is not delivered within 30 minutes of being baked then you don’t pay, that is because they know any time after that it looses its quality and texture… all you guys care about is delivering as many orders in one journey and not caring if customers end up with a tasteless or poor quality pizza… thing is I wanted to pay more for quality yet it’s poorer then a lot of back street pizzas… it’s appalling.

ordered online….. the track the pizza app said the pizza was delivered i called the shop and the manger said i have to waiting max 45 min is their estimated delivery timing evening though the app said it had been delivered, there would have been no problem if the app had said out for delivery. the manager fasial said wait another 6/7min i waited 15 more and drove to the shop….. the manger did not seem to under stand that the problem was the app said my order had been delivered while the driver had not arrived. someone marked it as delivered to save their on a** …. he offered a imaginary refund and said he will make my pizza now CONSIDERING my pizza should have been out for delivery with a driver.

We ordered two pizzas, sides and drink in last night, spent over £30 and the pizza cane with incorrect sauce which my partner will then not eat. Fair enough the Walsall restaurant replaced his pizza but it didn't come until 45 minutes later which by that point mine was stone cold and the film/pizza night together just ruined. No apology and no hesture of good will which I thought to be disgusting when we had wrote exactly what we wanted on ordering. Just put a downer on a relaxing night in.

Pizza was great as a treat. Find paying £5 for the potatoe wedges a rip off, paying that much thought it would be able to share with at least 3 little girls but no. Not buying those again.

I always order from this particular store but will probably be the last time I do. Food came in great time but came with a bottle of coke that I didn't think came with the deal I ordered but thought I must have been mistaken and took it. I'd had already opened it and drank out of the bottle when 15 minutes later the delivery driver came back and asked for the drink back. I told him that I had already drank from it but he was adamant he had to have it back 😂😂😂 so if anyone gets an open bottle of coke with their order just know that my gob was all over it then it was snatched from me so rudely. It was their mistake, own it.

Waited over an hour for delivery. Called twice to chase it up, each time told they’re busy so won’t be long. I appreciate places get busy but if I’m paying for food I want it hot. The pizza arrived freezing cold and rock hard. We had to take slices out and microwave them. Awful service and quality of food not up to usual dominos standard. Will not be ordering again.

I have been ordering pretty much the same thing from dominos for years.. today I asked for a pizza with half of one topping and half of another. I was told this could not be done as it’s not something they allow. So basically I have to order 2 pizzas, just to get what I want. Overly confused why I couldn’t add half a topping when.. it’s my pizza, I’m paying for it and I’m eating it. Finding customer service from most places terrible during the pandemic.. but I think this just topped it off. Imagine serving the public/providing customer service.. without actually doing either.

The pizzas are gorgeous and fresh salad too, but best fetched as the delivery's a bit slow (30 mins after their estimated delivery time) but still worth the wait.

Tried pizzas twice here now. Gave it the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Cheese and tomato pizza had hardly any cheese on and was too tomatoey. The meaty one was not very nice. The potato wedges were hard so we had to leave half of them. The pizza was nearly cold when it came. I've had better pizzas from the frozen section in supermarkets at a fraction of the price.

Does this shop do free pizza for NHS staff?

Waste of time. I've getting leaflets from them every week. They are 0.5 Miles from my house and not possible to get a delivery. I just spoke by the phone and gave them a post code ws1 1sz same as domino's place of pizzeria. The guy on the phone said not in our area to deliver our pizza. Sorry about a leaflets I don't know why... And he hung up. Don't know what, sorry?

I live half a mile away from the shop and pizza took 40 mins to deliver. Barely warm. Definitely wont be ordering from here again

Service has gone downhill with a passion. The veg pizzas will always most likely be mixed with meat at some point. Staff do not have a policy to wash there hands when dealing with meat.

2 medium pizzas overcooked, 1 pepperoni and 1 half veg and half margarita. phoned and spoke to manager Sean who offered 2 free, would have preferred a refund. When phoned to claim free pizzas, to give a second try, manager Amit first tried to say he couldn't find the free offer, then tried to say oven fault for burning, again come overcooked, plus half and half was 3 slices veg and 5 slices margarita exactly like the first time. Wont be using here again, poor food quality and poor customer service on phones and from driver

Was good before and now I’m sick of waiting hours and I live 5 minutes from the store. Apparently the driver didn’t turn up and it’s just 1 man who’s doing the deliveries. I’m not ordering anything from here again because I’m fed up of the rubbish they say when I’m ringing up to chase my order. I’m not happy with this service at the moment

A bit expensive ,but it tastes great.

We use to order here on a regular basis, however we are going less and less. The pizza didn't even look like it was fully done on our last visit. The cheese wasnt melted and to be honest it all seemed a bit mushy. In heinsite we should have checked before leaving. We wont be going back as I feel we have given it a fair try over the past months and nothing is improving. I would rather buy one from the supermarket than pay these prices for a substandard meal.

l order 2 pizzas & side for 6 , pizza ready on time my side took was not ready took them 25 mins extra got my order at 6,25 . Pizza was cold this is what they call good customer service member just said sorry , would they wait extra 25 mins and pay for cold food . They think this was funny . If you want cold food and hang around bad customers service place go .

We ordered 2 pizzas and a side on the app , when they came the order was wrong, so we phoned them and the person on the phone was really unhelpful, and refused to change it ,which is bad in my opinion, for a bit of expensive cheese on toast, just ordered it for quickness as we had been out, but it was no better than a deli counter in the supermarket 1* off me

Disgusted with this store made an order payed by card went to collect and refused any knowledge of this then after half hour if them faffing about we was gonna return next day to speak to manager they ring us asking us to come pick food up as they suddenly found the order then we asked for refund as we was not driving to collect again then offered to deliver and had to keep telling them we wanted our refund to be told manager will deal with that refund when he's in next absalytly disgusting customer service which as happened on 1 occasions with this company would highly NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered veg supreme and veg volcano. Probably the worst domino pizza I have had. It may have as well been tomato purée on pizza dough. Hardly any toppings, under cooked and no flavour. Avoid this place. Other domino branches will be better.

Ordered a pizza and they got it wrong instead of giving me an offer or letting me keep the pizza complementary they decide to suggest that i have a discount on the pizza they got wrong. bad customer service all other dominos wouldnt do this

Obviously decent pizza but the upselling they try and the deals they try to confuse you into spending more on is annoying. Do it online and avoid the shop or phone.

A new shop, so all is clean and tidy. A very small operation, can only sit upto 4 people inside and no were out side. Pizzas are good but not cheap.
