there is no chips with the meals what a disgrace

I ordered for a cheese burger with chips but they only delivered chips. I would like you to make a refund please.

Food all cold. Delivery came on a electric bike 15 mins from the store. Absolute joke!!!

Took an hour to arrive, all the food was cold, not even an ounce of warmth, large chips were half full, ordered extras for the burger, which weren’t included and the bun was soggy. The only nice thing about this meal was the milkshake. I don’t have a lot of expectations for McDonalds, but this was the worst meal I’ve ever gotten from them. Spent £20 and got a £4 refund. Wow.

The drink was not in the slot properly and went all over the bag in the mcflurrys and had to bin the lot

The orange had spilt in the bag so the burgers had soaked it up were horrible.

Congratulations Epsom - for having the worst McDonalds in the World. Food was late and cold, staff are rude and don’t care. Place is a filth. Avoid like the plague.

Lovely service was provided by Mcdonalds, couldn't say the same for the courier delivery of my order, just should look at courier behaviour and procedures!!! Mcdonald's did a great job

The food was surprisingly warm and edible for this order. The driver did call and say he was outside but had gone to the wrong house. Other than that it was an enjoyable meal.

Freezing and wrong drinks and burger

Drink was empty all over the bag and half the chips arrived.

We ordered our food at 6.30 it didn’t arrive till 8.04pm and it was freezing cold - not spending £35 on a McDonald’s again for such poor delivery and quality of food!

As McDonald's go, this is a fairly smart one, and food is available until late. It's lost another star because more than once I've taken food away only to discover that they've not included all the items I've paid for. It just another for fries often being under cooked.

Ordered a McDonalds's thinking it would arrive on time. The time kept changing and getting further away. Once the food arrived the delivery guy kept apologising for how late it was and the food being cold. Food was stone cold had to give it a blast

When I went to order it said it would be delivered in 15 minutes. As soon as I ordered that went up to an hour. When the food arrived it was freezing cold and parts of my order were missing

Pre ordered to arrive for kids to have dinner after leaving park. When it did arrive both kids were fast asleep. Both kids meals were wasted. Not good service at all.

Food was fine - what was ordered arrived. You need to find a way for the app to actually convey the delivery instructions to your drivers tho.

Missed half order and food cold

Honestly, how is this place still in business? Just placed an order tonight at 7:30pm, it’s now near 10:00pm with no food. The app told me at 9:30pm that my food was delivered at 9:45pm, then 9:50pm and then at 9:55pm. Every time we go to order from this restaurant it’s issue after issue. It needs either huge reforms to bring it in line with nearby Cheam, or close entirely. Absolute joke of an establishment.

Food never arrived. The delivery man told me that the postcode did not match with my address so he won't deliver. Already raised a case within the Just eat app but very upset that money was lost but never got the food, either.

Feels like you go to a wake ...wonder how long till they will close them down ... With this kind of service and cold food, as soon as better...

Sorry to say but apart from the guy that corrected my order after they got both mine and my friends wrong. Upstairs was closed by 7pm meaning there was around 6 seats at its busiest. This venue is clearly only interested in deliveries and not on the customer's that come in. I physically watched then send out 6 different orders whilst mine sat on the side getting cold. Chips were luke warm and if I was rushing off to the cinema I would have sent it all back. Order a change to a double cheeseburger which they got wrong, lucky I checked as it was completely wrong. I was strongly advice trying somewhere else as this store is not good for the passing customers. Having said that the staff member that helped when I took the burger back was brilliant.

I’m extremely disappointed, me my brother and my Dad ordered food at about 7:20 and the expected time was 7:55-8:10 andnour order came at 8:35. The food was cold! The sprite I ordered was spilt all over the bag meaning i didnt even get to drink any. Very disappointed and I expect to be refunded in some way or at least contacted with and apology!

The bag with drinks was wet. Courier handed us the bag without telling us. We took the bag and it split so we lost our drinks

driver was unclear of instructions and was on foot going to two other homes before I came out. the map does not always work
