freezing cold food ,, unacceptable

the man was sweet to me but the drink literally felt like the river thames just came flooding down on my hands from the bag the drink was half way full and I’m absolutely fuming because I love my drinks and also there was no ice it just gets worse and worse to be honest with you it’s just upsetting

Rider tried to deliver to the wrong address. I had to go and find out where he was. My food was cold when I finally got it. The ice creams had melted as well.

Epsom food is always cold. Order from Cheam if you want warm food

I am writing to complain about the above order number . . . ordered for McDonalds. I received the wrong order and requested a refund - but I have only been offered a refund for the cost of the incorrect order that I received (£5.99), whereby the food that I actually ordered and paid for was (£7.99). Slow service 10 minutes for one small burger

Missing so much, I haven’t ever commented before but this has happened on more than 5 occasions, what makes it worse is you don’t even fulfill the order when items are missing!

The delivery time kept being put back despite the courier being at the restaurant and the food was stone cold when it arrived.

The store gave a half portion of fries

Delivery driver was very polite & considerate as the bag got wet from the rain. Chips weren’t as full as they should be but burger and nuggets were good 😊

Absolutely shocking establishment! That is NOT fast food! It took 15 minutes to get a happy meal and a burger meal annd wasn’t even busy! Only to find that the cheeseburger was cold, they gave me a chicken burger rather than Philly cheese stack! They were concentrating on getting the delivery orders out rather than servicing the poor sods in the branch! If I could leave a zero out of 5 I would! Not the first time this has happened either!

My food has not been delivered but is shown on the app as delivered. Driver brought wrong food and said he would go and collect the right food. I’ve spoken to the restaurant and he has not returned there. This a theft and will be reported as such

Consistently awful service from this McDonald's. They always state the delivery time as 25-30 minutes but it's always ended up being over an hour. The food arrives totally cold, so you have to reheat it for it to be at all enjoyable. Won't be ordering again.

First order cancelled after an hour with no option to review. Second order took half an hour and was in ok condition. Ordered bbq sauce and got salsa which went in the bin.

The food was cold when it arrived and I received the wrong burger with my meal. I ordered a Philly cheese stack meal and a BBQ Mc Crispy arrived. I don't see why it took so long to get the food out for delivery as it arrived fairly quickly once it left the restaurant. Overall a poor experience and I would appreciate some free food or some money back.

I never rated Maccies for delivery before as had always had a few issues. But lately I have been pleasantly surprised ! Quick delivery , all items have been delivered and still hot ( not the chips of course 😉 , but they where warm enough to still enjoy them) will definately be ordering again 😀

It's been 20 minutes since the delivery driver was supposed to be here with my food and I am hungry. No one driver was here till now.

My order was for 2 cheeseburgers and 4 sugar donuts, to say we were disappointed is a bit vague, burgers arrived donuts nowhere to be seen. Have requested a refund so far heard nothing, tried ringing macdonalds they never answer. .wont order agai

We ordered two meals and mcflurrys. We were given two bags by the delivery driver. One contained our drinks from the meal and our mcflurrys. The other contained two drinks that we hadnt ordered. We havnt recieved any of our food meaning we had to reorder it and wait another hour. So we think that the person who ordered the other two drinks wil now recieve our food and not their drinks. We understand it is a busy saturday evening, however its not hard to mix up a bag of food with a bag of drinks.

Frustrating as once again, the fries and McFlurry were half filled. The price of a large Mcflurry has gone up to £2.09 but we received only half a cup which left us thinking we should have ordered a small one!!! Not ordering from them again!

Fries came cold but delivered on time

I ordered a triple cheeseburger but without the cheese or pickles. I am allergic to dairy products and so I ended up throwing the triple burger away. Leaving me with just a portion of fries. McDonald’s staff need to read customers orders correctly.

The food was poorly packaged. It arrived cold and there was only a quarter of a box of chips even though bag was sealed and intact when delivered so clearly not sent as a full portion
