Slowest mcdonalds ever. Ordered from just eat, took 2 and a half hours to arrive. Had to do our daughter something else so that she could go to bed. Arrived stone cold

Took way too long to get the food. But they got my custom order right. The tray the hash bowns were placed on was dirty and had old food on it.

Food good. Service could be better. Serve facing customers first. Uber delivers second.

Stole my money. Ordered via JustEat but it never arrived and they have not offered a refund. Reordered via UberEats and received cold food that had been soaked by the spilled drink and gave me food poisoning. About as bad as an experience gets.

Cant comment on food etc as not eaten there for over 10 years. Its not my favourite place. If customers didn't throw their rubbish everywhere it would help. The ones I really hate (and not just from this takeaway) are those that eat in their car then hide the rubbish below the car before driving off

Quite decent experience for a McDonald's. The service was very good and the wait was normal. I was a little apprehensive with some of the reviews but everything was good for a meal there.

I ordered the vegan burger meal on Sunday. The delivery arrived and the chips were cold. My partner got his meal but my burger was missing. This was ordered via deliveroo and this is the second time I’ve had to go without my meal. The orders are rushed and not checked that all items on the orders are in the bag. The staff don’t care and this keeps happening. The staff need to take more care when online orders are placed.

Takeaway ordered for my elderly parents at 6.45pm and arrived at 9.42pm. original delivery time was between 7.05pm and 7.25pm. The order constantly had status of preparing meal and the delivery time kept moving later and later. Shocking, especially as my parents (80+) were unable to cook and were very hungry.

Today I went to the epsom MacDonalds to get a single wrap and 2 drinks. I waited for almost an hour to get this small order. I understand that they were busy, but the fact that they were filling 10 delivery orders for each in person customer is shocking to me. When I asked if a refund would be possible, as I had a time-sensitive arrangement they informed me that they were 'bagging it right now'... 15 minutes later I got my order, my frozen drink (strawberry lemonade) had almost completely melted by this time, and all my food was warm at best (the fries were cold and stale already). I don't understand why, if my food had been ready for that long, they waited so long to give it to me? They just kept doing deliveries and apologising for how busy they were, but everyone who was in there had been waiting for ages, people by the door were telling potential customers to go somewhere else given the wait times. All in all very disappointed, I was never a huge Macdonalds fan but at least they were quick... Or so I thought. This is most likely my last time ever going to a MacDonalds.

over an hr late, had to go to the shop as they wouldn't answer the phone 11 times. the driver to be fair called me when I was on the way back after the McDonald's staff climing they knew nothing about it.

Delivery was around 20 minutes after the original stated time. The app just kept extending the estimated delivery time to compensate for the lateness. When the food finally arrived it was cold. Although the app stated that the delay in delivery was due to the courier waiting for the restaurant to prepare the food, this was clearly not the case, as I only live a short distance from the restaurant and the food was absolutely cold, suggesting that it had been prepared for sometime before being delivered to me.
