Very slow to get food. Food is always look warm and coke is flat

Awful ordered 3 happy meals after 15 minutes my order number disappeared and I could see my food just sitting on the side clearly forgotten so I asked the server what was happening, no apologies he tried to close the boxes and give me the cold food so I asked for my money back, still not a sorry or acknowledgement of the mistake, useless rude incompetence will never use this hole again

Awful. Need security in this McDonald's, either full off chavs sat on the tables, loitering with no food or the travelling type. In this case, pushing in front of my kid to snatch a table. Scum. Get them out, this is no place for families. Staff are useless. They don't want to get involved, and your order takes ages. Seriously, it took 25 minutes to get two happy meals and an adult meal. We would have been quicker going to a restaurant.

Ordered off Uber Eats. Took 1.5 hours for delivery even though motel I was staying at was about a 5 minute drive. I had to send a message to the driver to find out where it was. Order turned up, no apologies why late, driver left. Opened order and it was wrong and burger and chips were both stone cold. Through burger away as it was a chicken & cheese burger and felt like it had been cooked hours ago. When went back online to complain it said store was now closed. Pretty bloody ordinary

My kids love this place. The manager Abbas is very helpful. he keep the place tidy and very welcome

A normal McDonald's, if I'm being honest. I went in after taking my 2 little ones to the cinema at about 7 pm. Food was as expected, so there were no issues on that front, but there were some interesting characters in there. I was a little worried for my children. It wasn't the restaurant, more the location and time that was the issue!

HAIR in the food. Food taste like it chemicals on!!! Avoid at all costs.

Delivery driver was on time and friendly. I got exactly what I ordered and the food was hot and tasty.

We ordered 3 burger meals, there was something wrong with everything ordered. A burger was missing. The remaining burgers which were delivered were meant to have cheese which they didn’t. We ordered the large Twix and Galaxy McFlurry, they were half filled at best. The chips were about the only thing which was okay. Very disappointing all round.

coffee spilt absolutely everywhere and she has tried to hide the fact that the food was soaking wet, very rude driver. its a shame as I use justeat a lot but your drivers are getting worse and worse. always with mcdonalds. I don't know if I can continue using this app in all honesty and I tend to use this app quite often. please can you refund this as this is the second time now I've had to complaint about mcdonalds drivers!

Food was 2 hrs late. I placed order at 5.45pm it didn’t arrive until 8.20pm. Stone cold and drink had soaked through the bag. I expect a full refund.

I don’t blame restaurants but orders from Just Eat frequently arrive stone cold and inedible. Coupled with this the service offered by Just Eats in response to raising issues is appallingly inept and designed to cause further inconvenience to customer.

The food was freezing cold as if it was old food. There was no lettuce in one chicken burger but way too much mayonnaise to the point that it was unedible. I am not happy about this at all as this was supposed to be an enjoyable meal for me and a friend and we ended up having to cook which is not what we wanted to do, and was why we ordered from you.

80 mins for delivery but driver said it took him 7 mins for the journey + burger, nuggets and fries were cold and soggy

We seem to constantly have our order delayed every time we order McDonalds. I ordered at 6.15 and it arrived at 7.34. We have cancelled previous orders due to constant delays. I know we are not close but presume it is the drivers that are not accepting the delivery due to the distance. They would prefer more local deliveries as they can deliver more and make more money. If it is accepted for delivery then it should be delivered within the initial time given.

2 hours late and freezing cold

I placed the order at 17:40, it originally said an order time of 18:15. This then kept getting pushed back further and further. The poor driver was at the restaurant for over 40 minutes waiting for the food, so not his fault. This was food for children - no way to cancel the order and I had to feed them something else as it was going to be bedtime before it arrived. The food finally arrived at 19:20, an hour and forty minutes after I ordered it and over an hour after the original predicted time.

The food was 45mins later than the longest time advised when I placed the order and once received EVERYTHING was too cold to eat and had to be reheated - very disappointing

Order at 7.20pm and order kept getting pushed back and pushed back for the delivery drive to turn up at 9.56pm over 2 hours and half waiting, I never accepted my order and will be complaining as this is the second time this has happened.

Met some rude staff in my time, but this place is worst. Came up from Portsmouth, dropped kids off at Chessington and thought I would grab some breakfast. Wish I didn't. Staff so rude, esp woman with a bandage on her wrist. I asked for a sugar for my coffee, nearly threw it in my face. Disgusting.

extremely unhappy. missing items, wrong items, cold food and questioned by the driver on if it was my order and asking me to produce my order code, never ever have I been asked for a code. delivery was late by 20 minutes, time on the app just kept changing and becoming later and later. overall a rubbish experience. Just had a splendid experience with one of the staff members at Epsom McDonald’s. Dorsa you are a star, you went out of your way to change my wrongly prepared frappe and not only that but bring it upstairs when you just finished your shift. We need more staff like you! Thank you!
