Do not order from here! There was a long hair in the chicken Tikia. It was disgusting. Ordered through Deliveroo and they were very unhelpful.

Food is so delicious.always make my food with love .best take away place in this area .I would highly recommend this place to check it out.customer service is phenomenal. Must try their fresh food never will be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful food, sensible prices better than anything else in the local Area which we have found,5/5 for delivery a fast service.

My last review of here was quite slating, after a bad experience, however the management responded to the review, and I have had no reason to complain ever since? They double check order is accurate, and telephone when it's ready! They do make the most amazing bacon double cheeseburger, with no salad and no sauce, it's just magic in my eyes!

So I have previously written amazing reviews about this place, but then one bad experience left me writing a savage review? This was duly noted by the management, and always one to forgive, when I used them again the customer service was amazing? I was compensated for the issues that occurred in my previous review, and I was contacted when my order was complete for the last few times I have ordered! I can only surmise that customer experience is back up there with the top runners again? I will continue to use this restaurant, and review it highly!

This is not India restaurants it’s Bangladesh restaurants just use Indian name. And I try food it’s very unhealthy and not maintain hygiene. Test also bad not visit this restaurant

Orders for the first time last night via Just Eat. What an awful meal.. I couldn’t even get my knife through my onion bhaji.. cold naan bread and tough meat in my chicken naga. Complained to Just Eat and offered me £3 pounds compensation.. what a joke. Certainly won’t be using them again. Not cheap either. Shame

Had home delivery, came on Time and in a nice packaging, really enjoyed the taste and good value compare to other's same food, I will definitely order again.

I have left some amazing reviews about this place before, but a change of management seems to have signalled a change in direction? The last couple of visits to Rose Grill to collect an order, I have had to wait, but tonight was a whole new low? From placing an online order, which was accepted at 6:31pm ( their website said collect at 6:15?? I have told them about this before), I left it half an hour, as that's what they have said before? It's really close, so I set off a couple of minutes after 7pm. Once the chap behind the counter understood what I wanted, to collect an order not place one, he went out back, came back and said '5 more minutes, please?' Sure, what's another 5 mins? Over half an hour later, of waiting in a freezing cold shop, a tied up bag was brought out and given to me. I walked home and my son and I opened up the bag. Two bacon double cheeseburgers - minus the bacon? One burger missing extra order of halloumi, and burger sauce. Two portions of fries - one missing! We sat and ate, as youngest was starving and I'm Diabetic! Afterwards, I walked back to complain! A deliveryman who had been there whilst I was waiting went to talk to the ?manager ?chef, came back and without even listening to what was missing, offered me a part refund. To be fair, there is an ATM next door, but I didn't want cash I wanted food? It seems as though they really don't care now? The reality is that in an hour plus I could have walked to McDonalds and back, and eaten our measl? I could also have cooked burgers, bacon and chips in that time? I think it will be a cold day in hell before I order from them again, such a shame as they are close, but it seems they cannot handle the traffic any more? I dread to think how long you have to wait if using Uber eats or similar, although I think they prioritise deliveries, as several came out to scooters whilst I was stood waiting? I appreciate that they are doing things to the order they come in, but I don't believe they even started cooking my order until I arrived in the shop? Choose a different Indian or Grill, people? This one's had it!

Haven't use this curry for over 5 years thought to give another go wish I didn't Naan bread very Greasy Put food on plate the plate was full of water which must of come from the rice Won't use again very disappointing 😕

We ordered a takeaway last night and where really looking forward to it. The onion Bhaji was soaky all of it was cold , the mint sauce was like water , the Chicken Tikka Starter was all very hard chicken , one out of 2 poppadum's was soft , the Pasharea Nham that we ordered ended up being a plain nan , the Chick Masala was ok but by this stage had lost interest in the whole meal, but tried the lamb madaras but it was all fatty meat. This all costs a lot of money and was very very disappointing. Maybe it was a bad night but so many things where bad.

Outstanding food, take away.always freshly cooked, plus service is great, always value there customers.

Their curries are hit and miss, however they are mostly good value in comparison to other Indian take away in the area. Sometimes too much oil/ghee and largely cut onion filler in certain dishes. Their Americana (Rose Grill) gets a thumbs up from the few times we've ordered. They're always super-friendly and accommodating.

Tonight we had a family meal and decided on a curry from the Rose Indian takeaway in Pound Lane Epsom,and I must add the food was amazing I would highly recommend this to all and sundry who order food from this fantastic little takeaway one which I will have no hesitation in ordering food from in the future so thank you so much for an absolute fantastic Indian meal.

Absolutely disgusting meal.. the prawn curry sauce was watery and flavourless the meet was un edible Please avoid these like the plague they need to be shut down

Used to be the best takeaway in Epsom( old management) ! Not anymore struggle when busy and cancel orders when accepted ! I’m not being bitter righting this on recent experience , as just thought I’d give benefit of doubt after other recent experience , but similar outcome shame cos food is quite good , other local takeaways offer better service !!!

After a disaster of a takeaway last month, my wife and I fancied a curry and this one is the closest so we thought we would give it another go... Bad mistake. Customer service is not high on their priority. When told they would sort me a deal! He offered less discount than I would get for ordering online... Pointed this out and he stood there arguing that its not true when I'm standing their with the website open in my hands.... Left with no curry and went to the Tamarind Spice... Better food, better service!

My first experience of this place is that it's ok, nothing more. Good portion sizes yes but not the best curry I've had. For a take away it's not as nice as Blue Mint and nowhere near Everest Spice.

Delicious food, fast delivery.. and that’s everything you need! Ordered the veggie Dansak and Prawn Rogan Josh; both were cooked well with good spice depth and flavour.

I tried this restaurant a few days ago, this has to be one of the most horrible takeaways in the whole of greater London. There was a hair in my food the food was cold in the middle. I saw a child at the counter who looked like he was forced to be there. I will be forwarding this to maybe authorities or higher. This is honestly appalling FIX UP.

I recently moved to Epsom and I felt hungry so I went to this takeaway shop. I’m telling you this now. I saw one of the employees spit in my food. Please do not come here if you want to live. It is honestly very tragic that a promising take away can do these nasty things to your food. I also wanted to eat in the shop. Big mistake that was. There was a boy in the background asking for veebucks whatever those are and that’s not all. After I had my disgusting food I saw one of the employees take a banknote that looked like a £20 and hid it in his pocket. NEVER eat from this shop. 1 star...

when i was having my disgusting slop i heard a little boy crying and heard lots of hitting sounds. i dont know what type of discipline you're doing but ill be sure to tell my friends and family that this shop failed us. i also heard signs of child labour i think they can handle this

When I called them I heard a young boy and he said I get no pay please help me I forwarded this to social services.

Quick delivery during the week, although I did have one problem on a Saturday night delivery took nearly 2 hours as they were so busy, but was offered a free dish on my next order to make up for it👍🏻 Would 100% recommend trying Rose.

Epsom & Ewell have one of the highest ratios of curry restaurants per head than almost anywhere. Now I have found a real cracker. As a takeaway the food is the star not the surroundings. The food is exceptional. Chicken always moist, prawns plentiful, several rice variations. The sides and starters are great. I like to have the flavour of different curry but with a bit more heat, including my Tara Daal ( best I have had). The guys here never fail but to repeat their great food week after week. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT STANDARDS. Don’t miss out on this little cracker. AMAZING 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Our local Indian takeaway, and the food was always much better than the 'other nearby' restaurant. Recently, it was taken over by a new management team. When I placed my usual order, I was given a complimentary salad, and some papadums, which Da Boss loved! I had my usual Chicken Biryani, but then found it was so good I actually ate the entire container full, initially bad news for a diabetic, but now that I know how good it is I can bolus accordingly! If you are here, order and eat! Seriously good food, seriously good business ethic, evidence of a management team that want your business! Affectionately termed 'Surrey Curry' it is a regular famly mealoption!

Incredible affordable and healthy portions of delicious Indian food make this my favourite Indian in Epsom. The vegetarian set menu is incredible filling and although meant for one, it’s more than enough to fill you up and really tasty!

Delicious, fresh and hot on delivery. The best curry delivery I have ever had. The Rose will now be my number one choice for curry now.

Good selection of dishes, and consistent. The owner now knows what we want for our 'usual' meal and suggests it to us - although we do sometimes have something different.
