Arda Kebab And Fish Bar in Maidstone

Have been using this place for years pizzas are lovely, last time we ordered both were wrong after speaking to them we were told they’d send it out free next, when I phoned them to ordered I was screamed at and called a liar despite being able to prove we call them from our call log! Great food but shame about the standard of service

Seriously miserable staff with zero patience or integrity, would recommend if you like to be ignored and looked down on and treated like a second class citizen, if that’s the service after , then please go there……x large donner, meat was cold and not very nice, absolute waste of £15 , please avoid

Freezing cold food, took an hour and a half to be delivered, small portions considering I bought a large

Low rating due to comments made by driver that we need to order by 10pm as we live too far out - don’t deliver here if it’s too far. Ruined my experience as I’ve paid service and delivery fees.

Normally enjoy ordering from here. Kids left their meals chips were so greasy. My French fries were like cardboard

paid £9 for a wrap that had barely any meat in it, burger was OK, Pepsi tasted weird.

Food is dry, they give very little amount of sauce and it tastes quite old.

We just ordered 2 burgers & a portion of fries to be delivered. They arrived well within time, they were hot, and they were absolutely delicious I mean, mouth-wateringly good Do yourself a favour and order the burgers. We had a quarter pounder & half pounder with cheese with a portion of chips. You seriously won’t regret it

£13.20 for a large kebab was not even large. That was the price for collection!!! Overpriced food.

Asked for burger sauce and no onions but got onions and no sauce😂 but food was warm so can’t moan too much

Very disappointing experience. Food order was wrong, no apology and said would send out . But food that arrived would be cold if waiting for missing items. No offer to send anything extra, no even a gesture. Would not recommend

Meat in the kebabs good, salad fresh and the chilli sauce was really good, and considering how far away I live food was warm on arrival.

Gone in tonight and noticed prices have gone up 25%. Fair enough but now the salad is pre packaged in a small plastic carton so it’s either all the salad (albeit a small portion) or no salad. My missus only likes white cabbage and we would always ask for extra which it specifies on website, but now a tiny portion, of which most is wasted as it’s bits she doesn’t eat. Would much prefer specifying my own salad especially given that two donners (1 large and 1 extra large) was £27. Seems to be a reoccurring trend with all the takeaways we frequently use, prices up and portion size down. And even before the portion size was hit and miss depending on who served you.

They forgot our chips!!!!! and there was so much grease that it was all swimming in the bottom of the plastic carrier bag.

They are stealing your money, don't go. service and quality is very bad. The food is very bad. They don't change the dishes they made wrong. disgusting. He dropped a burger on the floor and they picked it up again and served him.

I rang the restaurant for an update on delivery time to a very rude response then had the phone put down on me before i could say anything else! Awful customer service

We have just started ordering from here again and at first great lovely food today salad wax lettuce and a little onion 1 slice of cucumber poor ! For a large kebab , less meat for a large kebab than a medium we had last week disappointed. We shall be going elsewhere

Food wasn't cooked when arrived! Manager/ owner was rude when his card machine didn't work. Not good when I support an autistic gentleman he doesn't understand waiting which is why I ordered to collect. Other workers were lovely and understanding and gave a free drink for the mistake made will return due to the other members of staff.

Ordered last night. Food didn't turn up and the restaurant tried lying and said they delivered it to my next door neighbour. I saw my neighbour leave for the weekend an hour prior and we share a doorstep so my doorbell covers the whole property. They didn't even attempt delivery (at least on my road) and doubled down in their lies. Their behaviour is pathetic and disgusting

After a long wait then a phone call ti see where our good was it turned up greasy cold and not up to its usual standard which is unfortunate as we’ve never had a problem in the past

I have waited almost 2 hours for my food and still nothing. They do not answer thier phones. Absolutely ridiculous. Money down, no food and absolutely no communication.

Honestly... I don't recommend it. I would have to write a lot to convince you not to buy there. I hope they close it soon

Sends pizza with mushrooms on when we didn't order with mushrooms. Phoned to tell them as I can't eat mushrooms - rude man on the phone tries to tell us we asked for mushrooms, when we said we didn't then magically he changes what he is saying and says that's not mushrooms on the pizza... its in my hands...thats defo mushrooms. Rude people who won't admit when they are wrong. We've used these guys for years but it's gone down hill recently and this rude interaction means we will not be returning. No apology or acknowledgement that they got it wrong, would rather tell the customer they don't see mushrooms 😂

I ordered takeaway for 5:30. I phone twice. The first time I was told it was on its way and the second time I was told they were basically there but I still waited another ten minutes. I was going out which I why I asked for 5:30 so was not very happy to receive it 40 mins after

Order was disappointing, was regular and not large as ordered. Ice cream was mean to be Haagan but I got something else, ice cream itself had melted so it’s inedible until it’s frozen over night

food was out for 20 mins before delivery and when turn up cold and wet from sweating in the plastic bag, we live 1 mile from shop so 20 mins is absolute joke. teach me for being lazy.

Would never order from here again! The food took over 2 hours to come I did call numerous times and the lady told me 15 mins away when it already had been an hour then a further 30 mins she said 10 mins away then another 25 minutes later she said 5 mins away but still didn’t come for another 20 mins and when it did finally come all of it was stone cold, and one of the burgers had no cheese just burger sauce when I specifically asked for just cheese and no sauce. Never again!

Order was correct and warm. Kebab was as good as always, other food was warm and decent. Always my go to as they deliver and I’m I a village a fair way away.

Tiny portions soggy chips. Paid for large chips got a small didn't get the bottle or bring that it said you get after spending 30 pound.

Won't let me change it but always use arda was nice way to much salad and no sauce other than that was good

Food came really quickly which was great as it was Saturday evening. And lovely and hot and great quality again.

Very unhappy for the 1st time tonight, we use you all the time and never had a bad experience, your normally prompt and hot, tonight you was later than late and stone cold, it really ruined our takeaway treat.

Disgusting! Cold cold food!! Ordered for it to be here at 530! Came at 630 no one had called to say it would be later then what I asked for etc! Had to call them myself to keep chasing it up. Was assured the food would be hot but it was stone cold! The chips were all soggy!! Absolutely disgusting

We used to love to order from Arda but how could they get our order so wrong? Small instead of large French fries. Donee kebab without salad and the wrong sauce and a kebab wrap turned up with chicken meat over 45min later than predicted. On to the next one!

most unprofessional place i’ve ever ordered food from. we waited 2 hours for our food, we phoned a few times and the lady we spoke to was great. then the owner of the place screamed at us down the phone because we were calling again to see where our food was. he screamed down the phone aggressively then slammed the phone down on us. 100% never go there. food also came freezing cold. delivery driver was extremely rude as well.
