Really nice delivery driver, very polite Order was missing items but that's down to McDonald's

DO NOT order from this McDonalds. EVERY SINGLE ORDER IS WRONG. They never check the bags and always forget items. Go with the City Centre McDonalds, much better service

I ordered approximately at 5.30 you changed the delivery time four times and it finally arrived at 8.12 pm the order was stone cold , there were no straws for the drinks , and I paid for a garlic mayonnaise and never got one , I tried ringing the branch several times but nobody answered, I am not happy with your service , I paid over £25 for my order and I’d like a refund please

2nd week in a row it’s gone wrong from here, first week lots of items wrong it missing and cold. Second week over 2 hours to get a delivery. This McDonald’s is just awful. Won’t be doing this again on a Friday night. Far too stressful

Ordered my 2 children their Friday night treat, 1 burger missing, 1 drink incorrect (so not suitable) and everything else stone cold. This was ordered through deliveroo , the total was £24…. And on complaint refunded £8. So it’s not what was ordered, and so cold it’s not edible…. But still charge £16…… Awful. Won’t bother again, such a shame as it’s the children’s Friday night treat.

Late delivery by 3 hours. Unable to cancel as they had assigned it to a driver that wasn't there the time kept going up. Food is stone cold and inedible. Delivery driver was nice and it wasn't his fault.

Often went through the drive though on a Thursday evening to buy burgers as a treat for the residents where I work but have given up now. The staff are miserable and the food takes forever to prepare. On the last occasion I had to go to the counter and ask about my food as I was going to be late for work (I'd already waited nearly 30 minutes). The manager asked for my receipt, walked away and came back throwing my money back at me before storming off. Absolutely no customer service skill. You have to blame the management when a store is failing so badly. Staff are only as good as their manager requires them to be and this manager obviously doesn't care.

Live 45 mins from here, so not a regular user, but popped in twice within a week! Quick bite with a friend on a Saturday - busy, but staff working efficiently like a conveyor belt serving drive thrus and walk ins - we ate upstairs - premises clean and tidy - all good Mon eve with son so he could grab something following a late hospital apptmt Less staff, longer wait (still no more than 5 mins) - takeaway - again all good. Shift Manager Rhys impressed me! Calm, polite and in control of team - able to multitask and deal with all customers with ease! Gave service with a smile and listened to customers! 100% credit to him! People generally review to complain or compliment, I wanted to compliment this chap (Rhys)

Great delivery driver unlike the last

Popped in at 9 on a Saturday morning while waiting for tyres to be changed at a nearby garage. First of all, everything was very clean. I ordered using the self service kiosk, and then waited to collect my order. It took less than 2 minutes from ordering to collecting my food. Food was hot, and was perfectly tasty. Staff were polite, and watching other people order, quick to cook and serve the food.

Food was cold by the time it turned up not an enjoyable experience

Not the best Macdonald's. They usually forget part of your order, the foods cold and it can sometimes take a long time to arrive.

Absolutely shocking, words can’t describe the awful service. In an empty restaurant and two cars coming through the drive through it took 30 min for my food to come, to then be told one item was out of stock. Just after the person told me it was out of stock, and his colleague was doing the refund he sold the same item to another customer. No clean tables, no sauces, no ice, the list goes on. There must be 15 staff and they all need retraining. Never again will I come to this branch.

Ordered a double big mac online. Got two beef patties in a bun....last time I looked,a double big mac had 4 in it,no?? Not the 1st time you guys have ballocked my order up!! Please read the order correctly and check it before you send it out!!

One portion of chips was missing. Had two drinks but no straws was delivered with the orders. Fillet o fish was not very nice. Tarter sauce was hanging out way out of the fillet o fish.

ok order said 30 to 45 min ,then post pone another 45 min ,,i phone up an extremely rude member of staff basically told me aint his problem ,after ask him his name he said: i dont know my name,,then driver arrived and guess what they forgot my drink,,wow well done to mc donald staff ,,u menage to ruin my dinner

Food hot an good staff friendly. Only thing letting it down was over flowing bin in door way an empty tables needed wiping .

Absolute joke. This is our local and not once has it been FAST food! even ordering a cheeseburger will have you waiting at least 10 min - busy or not.

Nat at the drive through today was exceptionally polite and friendly, really made our day as usually it’s like speaking to a robot, 10/10 :)

We order regularly in the hope that the order arrives correct as always missing something BUT today ALL of the drinks from 7 meals were missing and the driver couldn't care less when I told him before ge left!!

Worst order of my life missing sauces, fries and what did arrive had less items than meant to. Just terrible service, I used to work at McDonald’s it isn’t that hard to count to five to provide the right number of selects and oh yeah actually include fries in the order.

Very busy but only had downstairs seating, so about 5 tables. Didn't want to sit in the as we were on a long car journey.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a fast, fresh or correct order in all the times I’ve come here. Service is incredibly slow and negligent. I’m unsure how the franchisee can let it run like it does.

Completely slow and the staff ddnt seem to be interested in being at work. Had to wait 30 mins for 3 burgers.

Burger meal said 2 burgers and 2 medium fries for £9.99. I received 2 burgers and NO fries!!!

ordered at 18:55, received delivery at 21:31, time stamp on food says it was bagged at 20:48. one meal and drink was missing. everything was cold. this has to be a new record for the slowest delivery ever. environmental health should visit because food bagged up and left to go cold before delivery will allow bacteria to develop, what other bad practices take place at this restaurant?

We’ve visited this McDonald’s many times without any issues, but the last 3 have been dreadful. The food was so slow coming out, the fries hadn’t been salted, fizzy drinks were unavailable, and the staff seemed to be lacking any urgency to remedy the situation. It took nearly 40 minutes on our most recent visit, and the lower level was full of fed up customers waiting for their food. It seems to be persistently short staffed, and missing products.

As McDonald's go, this is pretty poorly run.

Probably thr nicest Maccies I've ever visited! Really well set out with plenty of seating on both levels!

Apple pies are cold and old No chips with my order as they could not be bothered to get my order, correct, I will not be returning The thing is about it, they were not even busy. It was me and one other car in the drive-through and it was practically empty inside and they still got my order wrong.

When the food come it is cold didn’t even feel like it had been attempted to be heating up at the restaurant absolutely shocking missing multiple fries. The order was not complete. Made it very difficult as I did not have any food from the hospital. This was my only meal and half of it is missing while my son was in hospital.

Happy with everything. Our address is a little tricky but the courier found it no problem.

Since covid McDonald's has ceased to be fast food, when I worked for McDonald's in the late 90s every customer would have their food within 5 minutes of entering the store, now you wait minimum of 5 minutes to get the food after you have ordered, plus the beef burgers are cooked and then stored in the cupboard and then assemble to order, it's lost its freshness, only the chicken dishes are the same as before. The only good thing is the app has good offers. Parking was not good and very tight

Sadly, this McDonalds was not good. My Chicken burger was cold, had a limp piece of lettuce in it, and the piece of chicken couldn't be any thinner! They were very busy, but tables were dirty.Very disappointed.

Wow what a disgrace of a restaurant!!! I waited 10 mins for a coffee and food and had to listen to the petulant children employed there. One in particular was bragging how he doesn’t care what customers think of him and he says how it is if they complain! He said once a manager told a man to put his wife on a lead and I’m not that bad so being rude is ok!! He went on bragging how he has had people complain and try to sack him but he doesn’t care. I had to listen to this with my young child in earshot and had questions about what he meant with regards to wife on a lead!! When I asked for his name to complain but was told I wasn’t allowed as he was under 18. This explains a lot as he was very immature, rude and a total disgrace to your company.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waiting 1h for a cheeseburger, coffee and 🍟 . Order showing on screen and after 10 min gone. I was waiting for another 40 min and then the staff rebooked my order . Highly not recommended

We had to ask for toilet paper as there was none in any of the ladies toilets This was 5.50am

At 02.00 am, they could not offer a cup of coffee when I was on a night shift and actually needed it more than the food. I ordered chicken selects as a meal deal. In the packet later, I didn't have my water and fries. Unfortunately, I am very short of time on my meal break, so I didn't want to go back and take my fries and drink. For 5 chicken selects, I got 1 sweet chilli dip. Really? Never again.

The most appalling staff who have no manners, no enthusiasm, and no care for service of any standard. Food is routinely missing from orders, what arrives is cold, and looks like it fell off a shelf in the box when you open it. The worst McDonald's I have ever been to, it's a disgrace.

Only went through the drive-through. Everything was fine until my wife pulled off with my drink on the dashboard and it spilled all over me... Apart from that, all was good.

I went to this establishment with my 46 year old son and ordered their famous “mcfreeky” I was then violently touched by multiple Asian men wearing nothing but a McDonald’s cap, lovely place will return 10/10

I went to the counter to order a McFlurry and the staff member said they only sold “mcfreeky’s” and then violently touched me after payment, 10/10 will come back again

The atmosphere at this McDonald's is really good. The staff is professional. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, which is appreciated. Overall, it's a great place for a quick and satisfying meal.

The food was fresh and hot but we sat downstairs by the entrance and the amount of dead flies on the windowsill is ridiculous it looked absolutely vile
