If there are more than 3 people in the queue, unfortunately you have to be patient and wait. Always check take away orders, mistakes happen often.

I have been multiple times, usually for the wife, food is always or either cold, order wrong, delayed or cancelled. It is not an exaggeration that I have had problems 9/10 times I go. Food is never really and made to park up waiting for up to 30 mins at a time. DO NOT waste your time here!!

Order online and disgusted with how you’re treated over the phone with response on why one website offers items and another doesn’t. More training needed.

Order 4 meals and 3 of them out of stock sauces , cheese . Drinks not topped up properly as no ice . Have to paid full price !! This McDonald it’s just getting worse and worse . Milkshakes more than 2 years out of stock .!!! What this owners done For this place past 10 years nothing !! Totally nothing it’s just going worst to worst . Not worthy even penny , and staff getting abused of it !! It’s should be shut and replaced by other brand .

Food is mostly okay, it does usually take longer than expected but it's consistent. Always filled with the very local clientele so would recommend drive through.

Very busy so service was slow food not very hot.

I ordered a double cheeseburger meal at around 10pm Friday night, outstanding cheeseburger. Best one I’ve had from a maccies before, it was even warm! (Shocking I know) However… who has cut out a working ice machine from the budget? Because every drink tastes like it’s been left on the side for a couple hours. Besides that, all is good

Service was slow for dining inside. Probably busy on the drive thru.

Started using Melksham McDonald's or not at all. Management must be very poor in this branch as orders always have items missing or incorrect. Half items on menu are unavailable. Best to avoid.

Absolutely shocking, first time using the app. Order placed, money taken, expected delivery on route, then it's cancelled. Oh no another drivers taken it, oh noooo, no drivers. I ring say to prepare order fresh, yep it will be waiting I then arrive to find out they turned to ice cream machine off. The drip offers me a cake and tells me to take my refund up with uber, sorry I ordered via McDonald's. Quite potentially the worst service I've received. Avoid

Fast food? Nothing fast about it. Waited over 20mins for my order, then had to go back as they gave me the wrong order. Poor. Another order recently, went throught the drive thru as I had a trailer and couldnt park. Got to the collection point and told me to park, there are no double bays to park with a trailer. Got my food, took it home and again an item was missing. Really not hard to lok at the order, check all is in the bag and give it to the customer. It is not the customers reponsibilty to check you have put every ordered item in the bag. Its fast food.

I can’t remember a time when they got our order right. Can never get it delivered because it will take over an hour, be cold, and always have something wrong.

Everytime we come here they don't have anything. No milkshakes no water no breakfast wraps my disabled child couldn't have the food he wanted and it caused a meltdown. We then had to wait over 30 mins for the food and we weren't even given us our drinks at the window while waiting there was a wait for a drink!! This place is getting worse. Something needs to be done its a disgrace

driver given me the wrong order

Delivery service shocking, driver rude. Food is cold, greasy, badly put together. The restaurant is less than a mile away. Not to mention the 30 minute wait. Utter disgrace.

Food was hot and delicious for a change. Everything spot on including delivery from Cem.

the food arrived late, cold and soggy. it was missing dips, straws and napkins. so we couldn’t even drink our drinks!

Ordered a large BBQ stack meal only the fries and drink came, ordered a 5 select medium meal only the drink and fries came very poor and wasn’t even warm. Was stone cold.

My order did not come at all what type of services is this and you have the obesity to tell me the delivery guy left the food on the outside door. NO HYGIENE am i suppose to pick and eat it

Absolutely awful service was meant to be at work an hour ago and it took them 2 hours to deliver me 4 items witch turned up stone cold won’t be ordering from maccies for delivery ever again

I don't expect red hot food delivered, but I have just spent £30 on food that was so cold I had to throw it away. So cold I was worried my kids might get stomach aches. Never again just eat.

Do they teach you guys to fold the bags anymore? Lady brings out food to parked orders, all bags she is carrying open, freezing outside, no surprise food is cold then second you get it.

McDonald's is ok as a place. But the one in Trowbridge is probably the worst! Cold food, sloppily packed, something always missing from the menu.

missing 6 milkshakes. been charged for them. Also food came nearly 1 hour late. Driver was so apologetic about this, but i do understand it was not his fault as Trowbridge Mcdonalds mixed up my order not the first time...

Food is hot and fresh and was delivered early best experience in a good while.

The food quality was poor because of a poor delivery, the driver went in the opposite direction to my address on leaving the restaurant (I could see it on the live map), which means the courier was most likely doing another delivery with my food in transit so by the time he got to me my food was cold .

The order was on time, however, the chips werestone cold. We ordered two big Mac meals and a plant-based meal for my religious Auntie, who cannot eat meat. However we were presented with three meat meals. We rang McDonald’s as we are very aware it was not Just Eat that packed it. McDonald’s have said JE keep the money so we need to take it up with you. I was able to refund one meal, I would rather refund all three. The chips were cold and we could not all eat together as a family.

Happy meal came with 3 nuggets and a toy.. no chips . Chicken Selects came with no chips and No cheeseburger in the order either..

Never arrived even though it said it was delivered

i am very upset with my order today as the drink was split in the bag, i was missing the terrys chocolate orange pie and the delivery was very very late. i ordered at about 5pm and original order time was about 5:30pm but the time kept changing

I telephoned Trowbridge McDonalds 1 hour after order placed due to receiving another “Delivery Update” stating order would be delivered 1515 - 1530 !?!? I subsequently cancelled the order on the “Just Eat” app and made my children lunch.

Absouluit joke of a restaurant. Food arrived 1 hour late, cold & bits missing even the cola was flat. When you hand £38.59 to a company for a service you excpect them to deliver a high standard. Never ordering from here again. This is happening way too often.
