Needed more seadoning on everything

Mcdonalds is no longer a cheap dining experience, typical fast food establishment nothing special. Great for kids. Too much time spent on take away orders leaving customers waiting too long and often wrong order or cold food. Trying to do too much. Doesn't WORK. Well today paid another visit and it gets worse, long wait. Again more attention being paid to drivers and little care for those of us waiting in store, disgraceful place poor service.

I do like working at McDonald’s and the food is nice what is the point to say same thing the things you don’t mine to say do you ever think before speaking if you say something not nice don’t say don’t it yes a am still narcissistic say pacifically for the mcdonal’s staff say what ever you like about me much you can doesn’t mine haif to like it

WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR FOOD 😤 Ordered via the drive through. Was given coffee, McFlurry and drinks via hatch and told to wait in bay. 45 minutes later, the food was brought out by which time, the coffee was stone cold and McFlurry melted! Always at least 1 item missing out of my order from here. Definitely NOT a fast-food chain 🫣

Food for delivery orders is always received cold on multiple occasions.

Consistently slow for breakfast, most customers had to park up then long wait. Food was then cold.

Very busy tonight having to wait then you notice what bad habits some staff have, if you have a cough when preparing food WARE a mask, if you have a runny nose go home, not going again also meal wasn’t great but I was hungry hopefully I won’t have the shits in the morning

Tbh, I can do a better job myself from buying burgers and buns from Lidl's or Iceland's. My last memory of this place was recieving my order and finding that there was no dressing or sauce in the burger. I recieved two overcooked buns with a burger slapped into the middle with no effort or pride going into it. I haven't been back there for a long time because as i said previously, i can do a much better job myself and on top of that I'll spend 1/4 of the money.

I’ve had enough. Every time I’ve been to this McDonald’s there is an item missing or the food is cold. There is no consistency. How simple is it to put food from a list into a bag and give it to the correct customer. Takes a special breed to work here, probably a Mc/Spastic. I find it difficult to assume genders however I believe it was a female manager who did not want to listen, and wouldn’t make my order correct after THEY left items missing.

Appalling service. Had issues with nearly every delivery order I've made. This time I discovered I had expiring points on the MyMcDonald's app, so as I had worked through my lunchbreak, decided to order in for dinner and use some points. The main item was not in the bag, despite being on the receipt. I called Uber Eats as instructed on the app and eventually was told by them that I would need to go to the McDonald's website to use the chatbot. Chatbot told me that, as it was an Uber Eats order, I would have to talk to Uber Eats. No other options. Tried calling the branch, no reply. Emailed the email address given on the receipt and no response, over a day later. So, rubbish dinner, wasted 45 minutes of my time AND I'm out of points as well. Disgusting.

Always a shambles. Today I asked for 9 chicken nuggets and told 'we can only do 6'? 'You only have six nuggets left?' I asked. 'No, we have more than six nuggets but we only have six nugget boxes' 'Ok then, can you put nine nuggets into two six nugget boxes please?' 'Ok' - then came up on the screen just six nuggets. When I got to the end, of course the ketchup and bbq sauce I asked for wasn't in the bag (the condiments request I find is ignored at least 50% of the time by Trowbridge McDonalds staff), so I asked for some and was given EIGHT of them. These underperforming fast food places should have a sign under their logo, saying stuff like 'No 9 nugget meals', so we don't get misled into getting stuck in their drive through and the food we want isn't there. Also appears to be no logic with salting the fries either - sometimes they are, sometimes they're not, and this time the person if they were salted, she wasn't sure and proceeded to hand me way too many sachets of salt. I'm fed up of spending my money here, it's bad enough that it's barely edible expensive food, but having a feeling of 'have they got my order right?', is one I ALWAYS have here. I never have it in other places.

Almost everything you order comes with the option to 'make it a meal', which involves adding a drink and a side. So why are the staff totally unable to put the drinks or sides into the bag? 4 meals ordered, all wrong with items missing. I could understand if it were a complicated menu and we had asked for unusual changes or substitutions but fries and a coke is surely about as basic as it can get?

Ordered through deliveroo. 6 items missing. Given a refund but wanted the food. Poor service from management at deliveroo. Never use them again.

My partner and I just wanted a quick bite to eat at the end of the day; and while our order did arrive within a decent timeframe, we had spent £30 to receive cold food, wrong ingredients in our burgers, and two completely missed boxes of nuggets. (We did get the dips to go with the non-existent nuggets though, so that's a bonus.. right?) This was at peak time, which means they're either running a skeleton crew that are rushed off their feet or they do have enough staff but not the right people in management positions to ensure quality control. Avoid at all costs, not worth your time or money.

I'd give negative stars if I could. Couldn't organise an evening of getting drunk at a brewery. I lose the will to live when visiting this restaurant.

Food as you would expect but service is very hit and miss with items often removed from menu due to stock issues. This particular visit I was unable to order box of 9 nuggets but could order 6 or 20 so I assume they had no boxes for 9 nuggets. Ice cream/milkshake is often out of service. I'd say 8 out of 10 visits you are made to park up and wait for your order from the drive thru so they can hit their queuing time targets. This often leads to incorrect orders being brought out and then having to go in to rectify it, defeating the object of usthe drive thru so be sure to check your order before driving off.

Waited one hour for food today. They busy, understand but one hour is not an excuse. Communication is zero between Managers and the team. They all look lost.

Yet again another order messed up. Got home and half the order missing( not the first time) tried to call and can’t get through. Not a happy customer

Always there when I need them. My wife refused to cook me breakfast (again) and it resulted in an argument. I ended the argument by shouting, “I’m going to McDonald’s, they never let me down.” My wife is considering her legal options because we have 2 kids and it could get messy very quickly. I still stand by the fact she should’ve cooked me breakfast but then if she had I wouldn’t be able to leave this useful review for you all. 1 star for atmosphere because I projected my sad feeling onto the drive through lady by not saying thank you.

Tonight the app was very bad and the help was bad in sorting it 😡

Its a good place to go, have a couple of tables outside and you can order on the machine or at the counter. Place is always very busy so waiting time varies depending on the day and hour.

Looking forward to my first taste of the chicken meal only find it to be spoilt by the over powering taste and smell of gherkins which had permeated everything. Such a shame

After problems with the app, ordered through the box then had a 30 minute wait for food in the parking bay

So rude ask for pain beef burger for my nephew! Got cheese burger! Then the old lady in there said iv got to do it again park over there!! So so rude! It's the worst McDonald's iv ever be too!!

Had a delivery, this McDonalds prepares your food way before a courier is at restaurant to collect and places it on a table within the restaurant (everyone can see it and even touch it )with nothing to keep your food warm so by the time a courier arrives at the restaurant to pick up your order it’s already going cold and by the time it gets to you it’s hardly edible, this restaurant deserves no stars but the option of no stars is not available so you have to go by the minimum one star.

Gave my order to the wrong person and laughed about it, waited in a space for 15mins and had to go in and remind them. Food was cold.

The only Dips they had was the people at the counter, no milk shakes either.

Only negative is that ice cream machine breaks down a lot !

How can mcdonalds have no onions.

If I could give this a negative figure I would. Chicken burger was like rubber and inedible when I complained there was no apology and had a disagreement with the manager. They would only give a refund to the burger I brought back half chewed and not the one thrown in the bin. They even had the audacity to say well you ate some of it! Don't go to this McDonald's.

Absolutely ridiculous! No burgers No filet of fish No sides We drove to the drive through to place our order and was told by a very unenthusiastic voice through the speaker that they only have chicken burgers and nuggets available! The staff were rude and the manager was pathetic!

Quick turnaround and staff nice enough. Food was a bit cold, I think just a bit of bad luck on how long the fries had been in the hot holding.

Ordered, asked to park up and wait. I waited for 25 mins before I asked where my order was. First person told me order had been made but given to someone else, after 40 mins manager came out and tried to suggest delay in my order was due to chicken selects. The manager wasn't aware of first conversation I had had. Just love people with integrity! So it took 40 mins to get order and told falsehoods. Not exactly lovely experience.

Good amount of seating, service is becoming slower, where managers prioritise drive through over instore customers, which is frustrating, or moreso, prioritising those in a queue, rather than those actually waiting for their orders.

Terrible, order online , food arrived cold and item missing, same as yesterday, same item missing, called macdonald’s Trowbridge and they blamed Deliveroo, like if the drivers check the bag inside, just ridiculous instead of taking responsibility, really bad image for a big company like McDonalds

I had an issue with my order but the manager Flo was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She went above and beyond to help me while it was during a busy Sunday lunch time. A lovely lady and provided exceptional customer service.

This isn’t fast food it’s slow food you order you’re food through the drive through and wait 40 mins for your food to be ready ridiculous I’ve never been to a McDonald’s like it I’ve tried it 2 times now just to make sure it happens every time and yes you will always have to wait for your food 40 mins is slower than a sit down restaurant

Shared space with Greg's, the service is a bit slow, ran out of milk while I was there, the food is of excellent quality

Absolutely ridiculous, first off some of the screens were broken and not working and they had barely any food items, also within 5 minutes there was about 4 complaints about the food being cold or wrong or even burnt and even food having pieces of plastic within the food. When we received the food the staff member rudely passed the food to use and barely said anything and rolled her eyes at us.

Always forget food when ordered online I ordered a big Mac meal and they forgot the burger and the fries but gave me the drink and that’s it do better 🤬

They always forget here to put the extras you request on the burger. Today they outdid themselves and i got my extra onions woop woop but did you know I got charged am extra 20p for extra onion. Extra sauce or pickles are free just nor onion 🤣

I’ve used this McDonald’s numerous times, it is by far the worst about. They never got your order right, rarely provide napkins or straws, and I’ve yet to receive sauces, even asked or ordered. Today, yet again, food was wrong, got a normal Big Mac rather than a double with bacon, no straws, napkins or sauces. Half empty coke. Come on, where are your standards. A few weeks ago me and the wife went to the drive through, I ordered quarter pounder meal and got a cheese burger. Get it together guys

Delivery driver brought incorrect food, we said it was wrong. He took it away and told us he was going to get correct order and hasn’t come back. But because labelled as delivered struggling to get a refund

Ordered at 12.11 came at 14.20. Food cold. However cant fault tne chap that delivered. He was very polite and apologetic, wish i had gave him a better tip.

Food was shown as delivered but never arrived, no way to get in contact so had to submit all items individually as missing. Only let me request a refund for food and not delivery or tip. Will never use the service again.

Ordered a fish fillet burger meal and a double cheeseburger, courier at the restaurant for over 30 minutes food being prepared for over 35 minutes (allegedly), I suspect it was prepared and left to go cold as they had no drivers to deliver, when my food eventually arrived the burgers were cold and the buns were soggy the fries had to warm up in my microwave, ABYSMAL.

Prepare for a long wait if you order a plant burger. Food is as expected, you get what you pay for. I pre-ordered on the app, then still had a 15 minute wait on arrival for my burger. Wasn’t worth the wait.

Once again no sauce was delivered... this is now the 5th time! food was stone cold! all chips had to be binned! shocking and now realise why we don't order from you!

Bang average, when the drive thru gets busy then the entrance for the retail park gets blocked so you end up waiting until they’ve served the first few cars. Will always forget sauces.

Delivery drivers firstly didn’t put handbrake on and nearly drove into neighbourcar. Then handed me food didn’t speak I called out as all soaking wet she wouldn’t stop as drink had fallen all over food its all ruined!!

I use this Mc Donalds at least once a week. Drive thru = Missing food every time I return home, so I call the store, and all you get is SORRY I tell you what if only sorry could fix the world's problems. And then they have the brass ones to tell me they will give me a code to collect the missing food for free like there doing me a favour next time I visit. Well it's not free is it I just paid for the food. Anyway folks Sorry seems to be the magic word if anything goes wrong when you visit.

Busy restaurant. Took a while to get order. Napkins not available in dispenser. Nor offered with our too table service.
