Absolutely disgusting! Ordered delivery and not only did they send the wrong sub it had pesto on and the person ordered has nut allergies. Refused to replace my order so Uber had to refund. The person on the phone was well.. it was like talking to a plaster board (didn't have a clue) won't be ordering from this subway again disgusting food and service!! Ordered a special sub that's supposed to have chicken bacon lettuce tomatoes cucumber and garlic and herb sauce.. got chicken bacon pesto and jalapenos!!

The place is ok . The bins are sometimes overflowing and it could be a bit messy on the ground . But in general the food is amazing . You can make your own sandwich which is cool . I would reccomend going here .

First time visiting this Subway shop for some time, since the Yeovil refresh project has restricted access to the bottom of town. We certainly won't be coming back again! Has to be one of the most depressing trips to Subway have ever had. The lone employee on shift was sullen and monosyllabic throughout the interaction, and did not ask what kind of bread my partner wanted for his sandwich, or offer him any salad. The food was hastily and sloppily prepared with sauce everywhere, and we were not offered a bag to carry out our takeout order. The Uber order chime was going off in the back the whole time we were there, which may explain why they were distracted and rushed. All in all, it was not worth the walk through town to get it, and the price as it stands now is not worth it. Do not recommend this store at all.

We as a family use to eat regularly at this subway. We went in today (first time in about a year) WOW has disappointed we were , there was rubbish on the dirty floors … the sevice was rubbish . The salad looked like road kill … and when making the sub we needed a magnifying glass to see the ingredients in the bread! I can’t believe how down hill this place has got! Very disappointing

I placed an order with a delivery time window of 13:40 to 14:00. However, by 14:15, I had not received my order, and my attempts to contact the store were unsuccessful. At 14:47, I received a text message informing me that the order was still on its way and would now arrive around 15:10. At 15:15, I had not yet received the order, so I requested a cancellation and refund. The store declined my refund request, citing traffic delays as the reason. I checked Google Maps, which showed no traffic delays, and even had a colleague visit the store at 15:45 to confirm the absence of traffic issues.

Delivery time was stated as 30-44 mins when ordering, actually took nearly 3 hours to arrive. Was all stone cold and soggy. Was told store was busy when saying I wasn't happy not even offered an apology

Have been dining at this subway frequently. My recent experience was really bad. Very bad customer service, food service, very unprofessional now. Over burnt and very low quantity food.

If you eat in at this Subway, there seems to be an unwritten rule (that no-one told me about) that you're expected to socialise with the other customers. When I sat down to eat my sub, within a few seconds, I had another customer (who wasn't even eating anything, and was probably just sitting there as a place to keep warm) mutter to the server about how rude I was, just for sitting there quietly eating my meal. Apparently I was expected to say hello to everyone like it's some community centre. As an autistic person, the last thing I want to be doing is chatting to a bunch of total strangers. I just want to eat my food in peace. This is no reflection on the service or the food I received, which I had no problem with, hence I've gone for a middle-of-the-road 3-star rating. But the atmosphere in this Subway, however friendly most people were, made me feel pretty uncomfortable. So I'm afraid I won't be back - certainly not with 2 other Subways in Yeovil.

Brilliant service here!! 5 stars ✨ the dudes that served us were perhaps the best comedic duo I've come across in subway! (If I'm not mistaken "bry" and "Ethan" although I definitely could be wrong 🤣) Very welcoming and friendly and didn't make you feel as tho you had to leave straight after your food! Both very sweet with my son too! And ofc the food was bangin!! 🤌Keep up with the awesome work dudes! 😁 From "Spiderman" and his mummy! 🙌🏻😊

I travelled to store 41823 In Melksham, Wiltshire on 8/4/21 @ 16:50PM. As I parked up another car parked up after me and went through the rear entrance of the building. As I entered the Subway building, the sign outside said open and the lights were on. I attempted to push both doors and was unable to open them which was clear they were locked. This meant I was unable to buy my dinner and was forced to purchase from another restaurant. I am disappointed with my experience.I have written to Subway to complain and this was dismissed completely.

Having always found it easy to get a gluten free sub at other stores, I found the assistant less than helpful when I asked if they had gluten free bread. she said it was in the freezer （where it is normally ）when I asked for a sandwich she said No, the bread is in the freezer, we've sold out today you'll have to come back tomorrow and walked off..Other stores just defrost and toast the bread as you need it.. Not impressed so won't be going back.. will detour to Chippenham as always very helpful！ shame as would probably use quite a bit because of lack of choice on restricted diet.

A good selection of products and all tables well spaced out. Nicely laid out queue system too.

Called in twice in 2 weeks with my family of 4, both times stood discussing menu and choices in full view of member of staff (not the same one) and then told ...." will be at least 20 minutes until you can order" not just 20 minutes wait...20 until it can be written down..so can't even go off for a bit...went to Trowbridge branch second time, lovely guys, lovely food and a totally different experience. Avoid Melksham branch, no cars, no customers in there, no food.

A relatively pleasant Subway to eat in. Situated in an ideal location so you can have a bite to eat before/after shopping.

The one on the houndstone business Park is one I'd rather not go back to! The person who served myself and my son were rude, impatient even though there was only 2 people in there and sat down!. The one poor chap at the cash registra kept saying sorry to us. The salad looked like a 2 year old made it!.

The wife and I will not go food shopping until we've had a light meal as it stops us from getting extras which are unnecessary and costly whilst trying to keep to a budget. Although using Aldi which has low cost prices, you've still got to keep a check on the monies.Like wise with Subway the food is always good and tasty, with a low price in mind.

The place itself is good... Clean, bright but was disappointed with no Italian bread, no nachos and stingy portions.

Food was good but one of the girls that did my sandwich was so miserable. And didn't even say hello or anything just "what do you want" second member of staff was very friendly and cheerful. Which made this visit more pleasant

Charlie the delivery driver always provides such lovely customer service. After accidentally delivering the wrong order, he and Alex were very apologetic and quick to correct the mistake and added 10 free cookies :)

Salad bowls are an awesome option for us on a keto diet means we can actually join in and eat out with the family

Lately subway have become my place to go and quickly grab lunch. It is easy and has a great selection for either wraps, subs or salad bowls. I use the app to collect points and love the fact that from time to time I get a free sub.

Easy disabled access, such a variety of fillings in 6" or foot long rolls ( choice of 5 or 6) or have the fillings on a salad. You have it your way, made in front of you with the salad you like, the sauces etc. Kept very clean. Ample seating both in chairs and a long bench down one side. Outside seating also available. Toilet kept clean as only used by customers by way of a code on their receipt. Key code lock too high for wheelchair users or height compromised people is my only negative comment.

They have some really good people preparing your subs. Generous with their servings and extra careful with keeping things hygienic and clean. Totally recommend this one. People worried about Halal options can eat Tuna or vegetarian subs with peace as there is no contamination between utensils or food. Staff changes gloves for every customer!

Stopped for a toilet break at this refurbished SubWay and was amazed at how good it was now. Staff positive and the place is now clean. Coffee turned out to be good as well!

No empezar bien con sólo 1 tipo de pan y luego resultó seco y crujiente en los extremos y poco apetecibles en el medio. Además, nunca he visto una pequeña cantidad de ensalada añadida. Mi hija podría contar el maíz dulce kernels usando sus dedos. Nadie quería terminar su comida, pero todos queríamos comer algo más, de otro lugar, tan rápidamente como sea posible para deshacerse de la horrible sabor persistente,.

Intentamos visitar hoy, pero no hay alegría. La limpieza de este lugar ahora es legendario. Pero mientras se pasa hoy es todo cerrado. Quizás nos pareció demasiado, no estoy seguro de por qué estaba cerrado. La comida estaba bien en el pasado pero los inodoros eran terribles, y allí sería la condensación en las ventanas. En general, parecía sucia y no un lugar que quiera sentarse. Dios sabe lo que era en la parte de atrás.Es una pena, ya que normalmente el metro son fantásticas!

i went here today with my family and i must say it's never clean! tables full of peoples mess, floor all sticky and covered in food, fingerprints all over the glass covering the food, and NO LOO ROLL!!!! i work in food retail and understand it gets busy at times, but it wasn't that busy in their today; yet staff were still stood out the back chatting rather than actually clearing the tables. when i told the lady about there not being loo roll she said "ok i'll let someone know ", yet i go in 20 mins later and there's still none there! food is always nice, just a shame about the sit in conditions in which you have to eat your food

Stopped for lunch with our Son and so glad that he did not need the toilet, husband also relieved he went to the toilet after he had eaten. The gents toilets were disgusting, grubby, smelly sinks not working, urinals obviously not cleaned for long period.There was broken tables with signs not to use, likewise the microwave, the staff were preferring to chat out the back than serve and once served it was slow (looked like a new staff member but no one was shadowing him and checked) the salad bowl portion was measley with hardly anything put in, the actual food was ok but it was just the state of the place.Where this used to be a favourite stop the state of it has seriously put us off.

Normalmente disfrutar de la cadena del metro. Sin embargo, cuando visitamos el parque de coche estaba cubierto de hojas caídas. Sé que es otoño, pero no ha habido un intento de claro. Dentro de las dejaban las mesas con migas y marcas de bebidas. Éramos los únicos clientes en los locales así que no tienen excusa alguna para que el estado de las mesas. Mi compañero ordenó su elección de sandwich sólo para ser comunicó que había sido una oferta promocional y ya no estaba disponible. Si este es el caso, entonces la publicidad promocional debería haber sido retirados. Obviamente el personal carece de motivación eso o son simplemente vagos. No hay bebidas calientes disponibles debido a "la máquina" rotas. No es un placer, pero no voy a visitar este metro otra vez.

Stopped for my first experience of a subway and I must say it was excellent I had a steak sub In an Italian bread roll and it is possibley the best sandwich I have ever had it was smashing super marvellous. My brother had the same thing with the same result.

I was looking for something quick and fast and yet somehow not that heave and decided to give subways a try. Normally I quite enjoy a nice sub but this place changes that. First of all the appearance isn't that inviting and for some reasons it just doesn't taste as good. Staff aren't that friendly and there is a lot of room for improvement.

The staff are friendly and efficient. It's a little way out of town but we pop in on our way home from shopping

Saying that the food was as good as any subway the staff where friendly enough it was more the state of the place it's got an outside area with benches, but there was so much litter about.Not recently dropped had been through a mower, but the worst thing was the toilets foul smelling hadn't been cleaned for a while, and I'm reliably informed by wife and daughter the ladies was no better.

I had planned to meet up with my dad here. The place was dirty and the tea and coffee we ordered did not taste nice. There was one member of staff on duty who didn't get out drink order quite right.The last time I visited, the staff were very friendly and Subway was really clean and tidy.Won't be coming back for a very long time in afraid!

I visited Subway, the original staff suddenly walked out, dirty work surfaces, covered in sauces & crumbs I will never eat there again.

I have a foot long turkey& ham cheese& toasted with all the salad& tomato sauce & it lasts me all day. The staff are excellent & give good portions & most importantly everything is fresh !
