My card declined and i couldn’t pay for my food,would’ve gone hungry, but the Atlantis Mallinson helped me brought it when I payed her through bank transfer, very grateful for the brilliant service

I ordered footloog bread with the chicken Tikka and the potion of chicken Tikka was not even half cup of potion

Served by a courteous, friendly and hard working member of staff who served us delicious subs, packed full of everything I wanted!

Ordered a BmT and asked for it to be only ketchup and lettuce. It got delivered wrong the 1st time. Called up to say it’s wrong and the person I spoke to basically said I ordered it wrong but I didn’t. Replacement was sent wrong also

Never arrived and it's saying it was delivered

The flavour and speed was great however there was barely enough chicken for a 6 inch sub let alone a foot long , it was practically all salad honestly not worth £11

Food was amazing and the the workers are kind and the female workers look amazing highly recommend

This is the third time I’ve ordered from here and everytime it’s come cold! We asked for it to be toasted so it’s warm! Won’t be coming back…

Won't give extra dip or tap water without charging £1.60 for a cup. It's a disgrace - what happened to customer service? just penny pinching at every possible turn, puts a sour taste in your mouth

Missing ingredients from my food.

I came in subway couple days ago , was trying to order a BLT when the worker was doing my order they started to fall asleep, bless them, I didn't know what to do , so I tried to call customer assistance and got no answer

order(food) was on time and correct and still hot

One sandwich didn’t come and the one that did wasn’t toasted and it was cold so it was thrown away

delivery time was 30 mins late. No cheese on one of the buns. missing items from order. took over 40 mins to re-deliver

I asked for no salad but was still in my sandwich. I should of had crisps and never received them either

not as good as before not enough sauce plain boring

wrong items put in sandwich, also part of meal deals were also wrong items, I.e. asked for vegan patty and was given steak... wedgies had seasoning when asked not too.. plus sandwiches had cheese inside when requested not too.

Chicken Tikka sub barely had any chicken in it, otherwise was fine. great service from the courier

It has come to my attention that the ingredients used in the preparation of my recent Subway sandwich did not align with those advertised on the Subway website. Furthermore, the sandwich lacked the customary flavor, leading me to believe that the incorrect amount of meat was used. Despite my attempt to rectify the situation by bringing this matter to the attention of the staff member, their explanations were inconsistent and unconvincing. This experience has prompted me to reconsider my patronage of this particular Subway outlet and instead continue my custom at the Melksham branch, where I have consistently received accurate orders. In light of these circumstances, I suggest that staff training be reviewed and reinforced to ensure adherence to standardized practices and customer satisfaction.

Quick delivery and amazing food

asked for no onions, food arrived with 2 different types of onions

I know Subway has a bad name and their bread is full of sugar but I'm addicted to this one in Chippenham. Footlong Honey Oat Garlic Steak subs. No tomatoes (they're watery) and extra jalapenos. I love all the salad added to it. Not a huge fan of the cookies but the rainbow ones are good. The Chicken Teriyaki Legende (or whatever it's called) is delicious too. I'm guessing corporate stole the naming convention from Starbucks. Amelia always brightens my day up whenever I go in. She's cheerful, efficient and generous. I hope she moves onto bigger and brighter opportunities as a manager elsewhere soon. The tuna sub was lacklustre and uninspired.

Well, they managed to deliver everything that we ordered this time... but... im not convinced they actually read the sandwich order... veggies included that I didn't order, not toasted... Bag packed very badly (food leaked) ... Eventually maybe they'll get an order right!

Took 55 minutes from ordering - food was like warm, and over cooked

Not happy! I have ordered a few times from here, but never again. First missing sandwich and the one they did bring was wrong. Rang them up and said what was missing and wrong and the only thing was said is they will see if the driver (a man on an electric scooter!!) would come back and call me back, which they never did, when I tried to call back before they close they did not answer the phone. Now I have to wait 48 hours to see if I get my money back?!?

Never known something so stupid of delivering your sub on an electric scooter. Took ages to arrive arrived cold no surprise there. But the best bit there was a hole in the bag so half the order fell out on route. He was holding the bags in his hands a back pack would of been a better idea. Still waiting for my order to arrive and the shop shuts in ten minutes so doubt I will ever get it. Not impressed. Now not answering the phone

Delivered early so will be cold by the time my lunch break starts, and the sub itself has basically fallen apart before even being touched.

Never received my order and the only support available was to call the restaurant, which was not possible as the restaurant was closed at the time of expected delivery. There is also no option to mark order as not received.

Waited over an hour and a half, but still not here.

we live 5 minutes away and the food took nearly an hour, we ordered 2 toasted sandwiches and meatballs and everything was cold

Foot long was not toasted so was horrible and cold. Also didn’t have cheese or mayo in it that I’d requested. Nachos were cold and soggy. Cookie was nice though! Haha

I asked for a toasted footlong and it come to me as it was -.- apart from that everything else was good✅

I placed and order on Uber ,it had gone slightly passed the delivery window so I called the store as when I ordered it was close to the delivery window cut off and some rude prick gave me attitude and hung up the phone

Bread was dry, the lettuce had bits of sweetcorn in it and no honey mustard.

Delivery was quite late, so food was stone cold. It didn’t help my food was placed in the same bag as a cold drink

Wrong sub order and incorrect cookies

I had a disappointing experience with my first time ordering with just eat (subway) I ordered a meal deal i orders a sub a drink a ben and jerries and crisps and. And the sub and ice cream didn’t come and I am very confused as to why who’s happened.

Fast and friendly service and the sub was nicely made. Was quiet when I went in so I had no wait but it soon got busy for lunch. Fills the gap for a quick lunch. The place was bright, clean and tidy

We did enjoy our Subway but whoever made mine forgot my pickles, which also happen to be my favourite part of the sandwich. It's just annoying - how hard can it be to read from a list? Please check more carefully, Subway!

Really poor service from the Friday staff. Rude and unprofessional was incrediblly stingey and did not offer much in terms of customer care. The price I paid for the amount given is disappointing when compared to other stores that I have been to. I didn’t recieve the double portion requested and was provided with a rude remark when I asked to check if this was the right amount.

None of our order arrived correctly. Some correct items were then sent after complaining but we are still missing bits. Can’t be arsed to call again to get the right order, just won’t bother ordering from them again.

Not particularly clean. The counter was a bit messy, and the food looked old. Not particularly well tasting. Strangely enough, this subway is more expensive than other subways in nearby towns.

Got our drinks wrong but food was good.

I popped on for a quick sandwich on the way to the train station and I was so impressed with Christian's friendly and knowledgeable service. He advised me on all the vegan options, showed me how the vegan products were kept and served separely from the meat - even advising on the honey in one of the breads - and pointing out the award winning vegan cookies. His recommendation was fantastic as the vegan steak and cheese sub he made was delicious. Thank you :)

Salad was tiny, had minimal amount of each salad and no crispy onions as ordered. Really poor when it’s so cheap to make a salad and you’re charging that amount.

Original delivery time was 1pm I phoned restaurant at 1.10 and was told would be any minute. They then changed the time to 1.20 and eventually arrived at 1.30 over an hour after ordering

Food was good but I ordered a footlong which usually comes cut in half which it wasn't this time and i had to pull it apart.

Great service again, couple of items were missing which wasn't much of an issue, I called the store and they resolved it instantly. The lady I spoke to was super friendly, re arranged the delivery of the missing items and threw in a couple of cookies for the inconvenience which they needn't have done. 5* service as always.

Aidan was such a breath of fresh air today, took the time to ask me how i am, make conversation and brightened my day!! So friendly and couldn’t have asked for better customer service - thank you aidan!

The subway wasn’t toasted which I’m not happy about as it arrived cold

Service in terms of delivery time was good, arrived nearly 10 mins early however, food arrived cold, dips missing for the cheese bits, 6" meatball sub missing. Rang and raised concerns, service was then good as brought a replacement sub and missing sauces out straight away along with some cookies for the trouble.

All 3 subs were dry, fillings were not at all nice and unfortunately we didn’t eat them, so that was a waste of my money £28.27 worth of inedible food

All the food came freezing cold as if it was made atleast 30minutes ago.. arrived late with no updates on the delivery all.

The gentleman obviously got a bit lost but I understand that as its a bit of a maze. Really friendly and my food was still hot when I got it

They didn't deliver all if my food

The wrap and sub ordered were completely wrong and not edible due to this as we both didn’t like what they’d messed up.

Sub was soggy and despite being toasted it was cold which probably wasn't helped by the fact my ice-cream was placed on top of it in the bag.

Sent wring crisps and missing cookie and dips

Food is good even here lots of times and only had 1 or 2 rude staff to me but the others where amazing and made up for it. Foods worth it in the price but the cookies arnt that great. Tastes salty.

Ask for it to be toasted and it comes not ruined 👍🏻

I order from this subway all the time and there is ALWAYS an item missing, usually I let it slide as I know they’re busy but today’s order was missing about half the food ordered, as well as my sandwidh having been incinerated in the oven and has the hardness of a rock. Doubt I’m ever ordering from here again.

We visit this store on a Saturday afternoon 2 staff on duty the man served us food was ok so we went for the meal deal that we always have in every subway we visit and we’ve been in a few to be told drinks are not refillable due to the teenagers hanging around after putting a complaint in I was told a different story by the area manager that they’ve never done refillable so why is the machine where customers can assess get your story right glad this is not my local subway there just cheap skates post mix pop costs them pennies

Delivery late, missing items, hot food cold and a salad shook about so soggy and inedible. 40 minutes after being out for delivery with the driver it arrived. Appalling and gross.

All of the food at 12:50 didn’t turn up till 2:20 Everything, freezing, cold and soggy

Food was cold , payed extra for the slightly salted doritos with cheese and salsa and recieved a packet of cool original , the delivery was 20 mins late with no contact about it doing so

1 word...fantastic. Very hygienic, friendly helpful staff and amazing food. I'm a massive subway fan but over the years, I have seen some horrific stores. Chippenham store is 1 of the best...if not the best. Will definitely be seeing me soon ❤️

Wrong order twice on same delivery, it seems nearly every time l order something is wrong or missing

The actual food is tasty but there’s a certain member of staff who is simply rude. Speaking over when ordering and talking so fast. Very patronising to customers and heard him be unpleasant to a younger staff member which was sad. Makes the experience unenjoyable. He has a long dark pony tail which isn’t in a hair net. Just cuts people off every time they speak which is so frustrating. Other members of staff are lovely but this guy is letting the store down.

The food was stone cold and burnt!

The food was extremely cold when we got it and the order was wrong, one of our footling meals was a 6inch sub instead, checked the receipt and we had def ordered a foot. Delivery time was good and the delivery person was very polite.

Took more than a hour to get here and cold
