If I could give negative stars I would. The rudest employees ever. Kinder shops in Trowbridge to spend your money on.

Order arrived. Restaurant kept saying it was 2 minutes away. Cancelled Just Eat to get a refund. Order never arrived. Restaurant never updated the tracker to say it was being prepared, so knew it wasn’t with the driver.

2 and a half hours late is crazy

Use to work here and I don’t know what’s happend seem to be skimping on product asked for extra cheese and no right amount put on and then to be charged 50p for 1 slice of cheese is criminal can say I’ll go again

Food was very late. Had to contact Just eat to find out where it was. We asked for the food to be toasted. You could tell it eas lying around for a while as the food was barley warm. Overall a poor experience.

This restaurant gives out a mobile number if you have any queries about your order but it NEVER gets answered it goes straight to voicemail.

My food was never delivered! I've tried ringing the restaurant but no answer just straight to mobile voicemail! I'm now waiting to see if Just Eat can fix this!

it took over 2 hours for the order to arrive with no update from the company. when it arrived it was stone cold and barely cooked. I ordered it for lunch and by the time it arrived it was 4pm.

Order never arrived, called the restaurant, they kept passing the phone between eachother saying hello, then they kept passing the phone between eachother asking my address, I explained my order hasn’t arrived they said it has I said it hasn’t, they then ended the call with no warning. I rang back and the delivery driver said he couldn’t see a number on the house so gave it to a man with a light beard, I said you’ve gone to the wrong house, no resolution.

Everything was great. The delivery timing and the food itself :)

The app showed that my food arrived.The curier told me is at a different location and can’t find the place.I went to the curier location, no one waiting for me.Called the curier no answer. After 5 mins the curier showed up with no apology.Full refund

I don’t know if it’s just me but I couldn’t understand what the staff is saying at all so I ended up having only a cheese, tomatoes and lettuce in my sandwich. I went and spoke to the staff if she could add a meat but she said it’s not possible anymore. I was their only customer at that time as well. Anyone else here had the same experience?

Slightly disappointed with the foot long dipper as it looks nothing like advertised but overall another amazing meal from subway

Wrong food was delivered and the shop would not help

They gave me the right drinks, sides and cookies but gave me the wrong sandwiches

They delivered the wrong food to our house and and I was exited when it came but when i opened the food it was completely the wrong food that i ordered

I ordered my food around half 12, my expected delivery was between 1-and 1.30 my food did not arrive until 2.45! By the time my food had even arrived i couldn't eat it as I had to leave for the school run. Waste of time and money.

The most longest disappointing subway I’ve ever ordered.

Delivery slot time has changed twice, supposed to be here by 13:45 now 13:54 - still not arrived !.

I am very upset with my subway today. It was 20 minutes late, it's cold, I have the wrong cookie and my pot of sauce has hardly anything in it. Not impressed subway!! I will be going somewhere else from now on. 😡😡

Place was cleaned the lovely view specially table in front with the sun was amazing to enjoy my meal, staff was very cooperative and humble, meal Was exotic and fresh , would love to visit soon.

I popped into Subway for a quick lunch, hoping it would be a healthier option than other fast food places. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. First, I noticed the employee handling my sandwich kept the same gloves on after taking money from the previous customer. It makes you wonder about food safety – shouldn't gloves be changed to prevent contamination? To top it off, the bread on my sandwich was stale and disappointing. Frankly, I could have gotten a better meal deal at Tesco. Overall, I'm pretty discouraged with Subway and won't be rushing back anytime soon.!

Phoned restaurant and was told they had placed order on counter at side of machine and forgot about it. Then told they were just making it! Took 45 min

My family loved these breakfast rolls. I wouldn’t have one because there was no option to remove the ketchup. A simple addition of “no sauce” would likely see even more sales of this product.

Ordered via Uber eats, eta was 11:50. The tracking updated to say it was on the way but 13:15 still no food. I called the place they said it was now leaving them. The girl on the phone seemed disinterested and was pretty useless. Uber eats tried to contact them on my behalf but couldn’t get a response so the order was cancelled. Lesson learned don’t order online from this shop.

Fantastic. Working Xmas day was a rough experience...so being able to get something fresh and filling delivered to my workplace was such a pick me up

Food was great but there was a huge delay. This was due to a RTC but there was no communication to us. I was surprised the food was still warm.

Compared to other subways. The add ons were minimal in volume or where completely forgotten (missing) and the items were either over or undercooked

That was the driest subway I’ve ever had. There’s was a tiny amount of sauce, far too much lettuce, 2 bits of cucumber and a few bits of onion. The rest was pure meat and chewy bread. It was also cold. Would not order from here again

Order was late and incorrect, I ordered roast chicken (plain) in my sandwich and it arrived as chicken tikka, which unfortunately I cannot stand so was unable to eat.

The cleanest subway I've seen in my entire life, not a speck of dust on the pictures on the wall, floor, toilet, anywhere. Immaculate. Tasty sandwich too.

Order arrived 1hot and 10 minutes late. Rang the restaurant twice. Contacted customer service. No refund. Food was cold, bread was soggy and no salad. Sandwich was a flat soggy mess. Not happy will not order again.

Food wasn’t delivered despite Just Eat saying it was, and I didn’t get a text notification either. An hour later and after 2 calls, they made another one to be sent. Had to wait over 2 hours in total for my food. Not only that, I specifically said DO NOT KNOCK as my child is sleeping and they still knocked. I’d like a refund please, this is not acceptable.

Ridiculous delivery times and very often late! Don't know why I bother any more. Never within timings given and hardly apologise when delivered! Just so take out if u can!

The food was good, however the order was incorrect. I phoned up, and granted the nice lady help to resolve it, it did frustrate me that she insisted that she had personally packed part of the order that was missing. So either that was not truthful, or they had somehow been “misplaced” from the order during delivery which seems a little suspicious.

I ordered my food at 1pm - my order stated delivery would be between 1320-1340. At 13.50 I called and was told it would be 10mins At 1410 I messaged them through just eat as the order said delivered when it clearly hadn't been - they updated it to say delayed and that it would now be 1430 - its now 1445 - they aren't answering the phone and have declined my request for my money back. At the earliest opportunity I will be writing a formal complaint to head office and I will also be visiting the store to get my money back. This is unacceptable. How can a fast food sandwich shop take almost 2 hours and STILL NO DELIVERY!!!!

Mother saw the delivery driving having a wee on side of the road before delivering to me which obviously would of had no where to wash hands before passing the food over to me. Terrible.

There was no mega meat it only had meatballs and not double meat either in the salad I’d ordered! Only good points were it came on time and everything else was right. Not worth the money I spent though!

16:00: Said it has been delivered when it hasn't, Called the shop. Lady had no idea what she was doing. Just used the excuse of we are busy. Asked to speak to a manager as she couldn't tell me anything. Then got hung up on. Called back and asked for her to put me through to a manager. Was left on hold for about 2 minutes then she asked for my number which i gave it to her then she just hung up on me again! 16:30: Still no food over 1 hour of waiting. No call back yet. 16:36: called and said its out the door and will be 5 minutes. Still asked to speak to a manager. Promised a call back. Said if i don't get a call in 10 minutes i will be coming down to the store. Was offered a free cookie for the food being over an hour late! Absolute joke!

Garlic cheese bites were cold. Food took over an hour once ordered. Crazy considering it was 2 rolls. Had to ring restaurant when it was already 5 minutes late to be told it had only just been sent out for delivery. £2.99 fir delivery is ridiculous. Never again. Could've walked there, ordered and walked back with order in half the time

The food was good but the delivery driver left my food outside where i had trouble reaching it as I am a Wheelchair user.

Ordered a large delivery including a salad. Lettuce was limp and pickles old and slimy. Definitely not fresh! Really cross as I wasn’t great last time either but I gave them another chance and waisted my money 😡

The nachos were very spicy and i was not happy with it.

Waited an hour and 20 minutes for two sandwiches, in which they got one order wrong and now have to wait 25 minutes more for the replacement.

Over an hour late. 2 out of 3 garlic breads missing. Missing items on the sub and sweetcorn was added when I didn't order any. Thought I'd try this subway for a change rather than the usual Warminster branch. Probably won't try again
