Subway in Wiltshire

Food was perfect , arrived on the requested time. Delivery lady was polite and smiley

Wouldn't allow to change a topping on the nachos. This is the only subway I have been to that doesn't allow this. And I'm pretty sure I have been here before, and they allowed it. It's off putting that this person wouldn't change 1 topping as there was a queue. I didn't want to hold anyone up by arguing it. Quick to take toppings off if u want, but not so quick 2 replace them with something else. No issue with the lady who put the toppings on my sub she allowed me 2 swap toppings, unlike her colleague

When I called the Devizes shop to let them know I never received my order, the person that answered was really rude. His actual words was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it “. Who says that to a paying customer! You either give me what I ordered or give me my money back. I actually thought at one point he wasn’t going to do anything about it and I was going to be out of pocket. Eventually my order was resent out with no issues but this experience has put me off ordering from there again

I went there on Saturday, met a lovely lady thought i would go back again today but i when i got in staff didn't acknowledge and were busy chatting with each other. I almost left. I always enjoy a subway but wont be going back there.

Really slow delivery time- over an hour, despite us being local and delivery time was non peak. Food arrived cold and the order was wrong! Really expensive sandwiches, you’d think when we are relatively close it would be warm and you’d have the right side orders. Won’t order from you again.

Just got told to not sit anywhere to eat my food as he was about to start mopping the floor. This was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon...

They have removed pat of the vegan options, such as the plant steak and chicken, and we are now left with the veg delight of the veg patty, like ten years ago. They do still have vegan cheese though. It was tasty, but shockingly expensive for a sandwich. The staff didn’t seem to know what vegan options they had when I asked them. It was okay, it didn’t inspire me to return.

i went there to pick up my collection and the man was making my wrap he put barely any tuna in it so i asked for me he said he can’t as it costs extra so i said i will pay extra and he refused he then walked around huffing and puffing saying “i don’t get paid enough for this”

Amazing delivery speed, arrived before the estimated time. Chap was in a rush, but I understand and have no worries. Food was exactly as expected, thank you to Subway for preparing my order!

Left items out of meal deal order. Submitted a request for a refund of missing items but due to system has to request a refund for full meal deal. Wasn't the first time items have been forgotten. Go in and collect - awful.

I also ordered a Sub of the day for my daughter when in store, the man who served us was genuinely a delight, however he mistakenly offered my daughter a replacement sauce on her Sub which she declined. Despite this; the other staff member (a lady) made a point to interrupt and correct the man and say no changes were allowed to be made despite it being irrelevant. He politely accepted the feedback and continued to talk to us, however the lady did not accept this and and kept telling him over and over (at least 4 more times) no changes were allowed to be made. I was worried she was beginning to have an episode the amount she was repeating it, while this kind of feedback and training is needed there was no need for her to belittle the man in front of us, and definitely no need to repeat it several times after his initial acknowledgement and acceptance of what she was saying.

We called in for lunch Subway Devizes. I don't use subway very often in fact this was only my second visit. The woman that served me was very rude and impatient as I wasn't sure what I wanted and didn't know what type of bread to choose. She was also rude to the next customer that commented to me how frosty she was.

Quick delivery, order exactly as requested and food was hot

Delivery was good however, I ordered normal cheese bites and what came was the chipotle cheese bites. This is the second time this has happened now which is unacceptable

Order was wrong nothing was right with order everything was cold!

Ordered my meal and a dispensed drink, the majority of the drinks were out of stock when dispensing your own drink, chose Pepsi max and once I tasted it I realised it had next to no syrup in just tasted like soda water… I went back in and mentioned it and asked for a bottle drink instead considering 90% of the drinks were out of stock and the few that were there (Pepsi max including) more than likely had no syrup either. I was told they aren’t allowed to give me a bottle of drink for an exchange so I wasted my money on a drink with no mention before payment that most of their drinks are out of stock… so I am forced to leave a bad review based on the fact they “aren’t allowed”to exchange even though a bottle drink is cheaper than a dispensed drink! They either need to stock check more for syrups and other drinks that are out of stock or simply improve their customer service and at least mention the drinks machine has next to no drinks available in it before letting customers purchase one!

Missing two cookies, sandwich incorrectly made, sweetcorn was added without me selecting this, I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t dislike sweetcorn with a passion!!

Was rude and speeding in a 20 zone

Driver/delivery guy was friendly and lovely. The food was tasty and filling. Only problem was the cheese/garlic slice was a little stiff. otherwise everything was good.

No cheese on my salad at all, even though I paid for Double Cheese! No Oreo muffin received either. Branch is now closed so can’t even get them to replace the order! Clearly we’re in a rush to close. Not happy at all.

I was working nearby this Subway and, as options were limited for lunch, I popped in for a breakfast sub. I was really surprised it was not busier for the lunch rush but, although there were only 3 customers in front of me, service was quite slow with only two staff and a trainee. The lady who took my sandwich order seemed a bit stressed and unhappy, despite my best efforts to be cheerful and there was no-one after me. But the gentleman at the till was much chattier and as I left I noticed the place was empty. The food was really good and there was plenty availabilty from what I could tell (I was able to pick my favourite cookie). The coffee was just what I needed too. I had hoped to get lunch delivered to where I was working due to time restraints, but this Subway did not offer dispensed drinks for delivery (and I really NEEDED coffee!) and the delivery was the highest I've seen! Clearly a deterrent for delivery orders and I wonder if they had adequate staffing for the service anyway? Perhaps it's my ignorance to the area. Anyway, food was good and I was happy.

Love the salad boxes from this place but I’m a bit dubious about the “double” meat and cheese, doesn’t seem to be double the amount of either in my opinion.

Second time I’ve had to request a refund for missing items, the restaurant is always busy and always running on skeleton staff some mistakes are made it puts you off ordering.

The manage refused to let me refill my drink when this is allowed up and down the country in all other UK subways I've visited.

Food looked like it had been stomped on and the sides were cold and inedible. Also they had missed a sandwich off the delivery. For the price it’s really not worth it. I called the store and they couldn’t have cared less. I have requested a refund!

Order was late due to traffic lights which was completely understandable. I rang subway and they rang back straight away and explained the traffic issues. But when we received our order it was missing the meatballs. I had rang three times, all calls ignored and not a single call back which was odd considering they were very quick to ring us back the first time. Definitely believe they knew they forgot something and didn’t want to come back out, I just wanted a refund as no point in waiting 30+ minutes for some meatballs. Very poor customer service with communication there. Thankfully was able to ask for a refund from justeat so hopefully that’ll be okay. Second time ordering and in both times it’s had a mistake. First time they sent a veggie patty rather than the veggie steak, when I rang up i don’t feel as if they believed me as they asked for the sandwich back, which wasn’t an issue at all, but when the young lad delivered the order he had no idea why I was giving the sandwich back as he said he had made it and knew it wasn’t what we had asked for. So very disappointed this time I must admit. I’m hoping in future orders there won’t be any mistakes or if so at least an apology for it or a phone call back if I try calling.

We ordered delivery, but the food was cold, the nachos were all soggy underneath the cheese, the cheese bites and hash browns were also cold. The meatball sub, was cold and uncut. Not impressed at all. Will think twice before ordering from here again.

I was staying at the hotel next door and didn’t fancy going far. So this was a convenient place to grab a bit to eat.

Subway has always been a treat for me not an every day or week venture. I was really looking forward to enjoying a sub with my colleagues. We had travelled quite some distance to enjoy our lunch together. On arrival it became obvious that the menu had changed. So trying to get my head round what had happened to the menu ( with a slight rumble in my tummy) I was met with ' yeah what can I get you'! In a very disinterested voice. She barely looked over the counter. I asked if was able to have my favorite sub, chicken and bacon ranch.... To which she replied, 'well the chicken Caeser is similar.' When in fact not similar at all....I thought yeah why not. When I got to the salad part having not actually asked to have it toasted I was unable to change my salad choice as I had chosen a pre made sub! Which I fully accept if that's the menu but let's help our customers to see and get used to the new menu. Not rush us through the process....Didn't even know there was a build your own till I got to the pay section . I appreciate that as a member of the subway team they do this day in day out but come on sub way who are you employing. If they don't like talking to people and helping them then maybe it's not for them. In fact all my colleagues had the same frosty experience....and let's not even get into my colleague asking for gluten free!!!! The tut and huff that was given when she needed to go out back, change her gloves for a gluten free sub!!! I certainly won't be going back there in a hurry.

I haven’t had a subway in a long time, I have not previously visited this subway As subway is a chain/franchise I have a general expectation, however, this has been ruined I went recently with colleagues as this was on our route and was recommended, the service from the lady taking orders was abysmal She gave very little reply to any question with anything besides a sigh The ordering process has recently changed, after looking at the board for around 10 minutes trying to understand how we now order (after being offered no assistance or explanation) I finally managed to order my food The lady serving had very little to no personal skills, she offered no assistance in the ordering process I finally got to the till after feeling like I was back at primary school and being told off by the head mistress The girl on the till was slightly more personable, as a lot of other things had changed I asked “What drinks can I get with the refillable cup” Before she told me the available drinks she jumped in with “Well actually it’s not refillable so” At this point I felt like walking out, I had enough of being spoken to like rubbish by not one but two members of staff I don’t expect the world from people working in customer service/hospitality roles, I understand the hours are long and the pay isn’t great however, it is not difficult to be polite and explain the process to customers The food was not bad, however, the service ruined my experience.

Food was cold (cheese pops) and squashed, might aswell have thrown it about. The sun itself though was enjoyable

Driver was really slow getting to the door as he was on his mobile phone and when he got to the door and passed me the bag it sound more like a grunt then walked off not impressed

Ordered online 4 times, every time the order has been wrong, call up and they send out the forgotten or wrong order parts and guess what 4 times I’ve had to call and 4 times the replacement items were wrong, clearly need new management

Food was cold, my foot long hadn’t been cut. My pizza slices were poorly made not enough sauce cheese didn’t cover the whole slice. All in all what be ordering a delivery from there. As I have never had a bad subway when I go in.

Terrible service. Manager Alison was rude and sarcastic. She got annoyed when a question was asked regarding whether the coupon on the subway app included any subway? They won't allow any changes to be made. I wanted two salad pieces removed as I have interstitial cystitis and can't have acidic foods. They refused to remove these items as they can't. The new menu means when selecting a subway, you have to have everything with it and can't make any ammendments. I wouldn't mind if this was made clear, but it wasn't.

Food was not correct to the order. Tried to call restaurant but no answer. Called restaurant next day and was told to get a refund through just eat, but cannot find the option to do so.

Have always been a massive fan of subway, BUT I have had my mind changed, the service was even worse than it has been in the past, the guy who served us was miserable. So we had two foot longs and did the meal deal and got charged over £5 more than we did a couple of weeks ago and the salad was sparse!

Terrible cost cutting screw the customer display menu, skimpy salad, absolute rip off. My last ever custom in subway. Subway, you cant screw customers and expect repeat custom.

Food was lovely. I had a turkey salad. It was very filling. My mum had the emperor wrap and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong muffin. I ordered a caramel muffin but they sent an Oreo muffin. Overall, very good experience.

Lovely baguettes, filled with a huge selection of beautiful ingredients. About a dozen different breads too. Top class.

Order was missing footlong tuna sub. When phoned Devizes subway they said they were really busy so would be unlikely to have time to deliver the missing item and said I should claim a refund on line. Very disappointing service as refund being investigated and will take 48 hours at least

Place an order for delivery to not get what we wanted, the wrong bread the wrong crisps and when I rang up to speak to them to be told they were to busy in the shop today and then it was they didn't have the items anymore, and then whist I told them I was unhappy I don't pay for food that I didn't want she said sorry and put the phone down. Disgusting behaviour and very disappointing!

We didn't get the food we ordered, missing items on the bread, it was the wrong bread and the wrong crisps and after ringing the restaurant to discuss all the wrongs they were rude and impolite and blame just eat for not removing items. Disappointed as a whole and wont go there again

This arrived cold, cheese bites were undercooked and vile. The sub came with no sauce, there was no taste or sign of any cheese, despite paying extra for cheese. The only flavour was from the garlic sauce which came with the cheese bites. The ‘beef patty’ is a tasteless burger, I’ve had better from Iceland. Vile.

Was ok except for nachos that had half a teaspoon on sauce in the corner and a sprinkle of cheese on it, next time, CANCEL NACHOS!

My tuna sub wasn't wrapped properly so when I took it from the bag 1 half fell on the floor and was unable to eat it. I also got delivered a peach ice tea when I ordered the mint one.

Made an order via uber eats, order kept getting delayed and after an hour and a half I called to see where my order was to be told its on the way to me. 30 seconds after calling for an update, uber eats notify me that subway devizes cancelled my order. Rang again to see what was happening to be told there was no such order to my address and they haven't cancelled anything, after telling me my order was on its way. Poor service and rubbish attitude on the phone after being questioned on whether I definitely ordered to the correct subway!

Quick delivery time but our order was wrong. We had a vegetarian patty instead of a veggie delight. Tomatoes in the meatball sub that weren’t asked for.

Billed for 3 cookies but only delivered 1.
