excellent.Good service and not very much people .Really clean in the Greegs. same food as always my favourite foods never run out. when i gone to cardiff with my mother i was hungry on the A36 so i stoped there and it had yummy food thats all for now so bye

Dear Greggs Team, This week I spent a few nights at the Travelodge in Warminster. Traveling for business all over the world, I depend on shops like Greggs. I have never seen a more efficient team like the morning shift at the shop next to the Travelodge. Nelly and Grace are rocking the place. One takes the order, the other listens already and prepares everything. Top speed, extraordinary friendly, best service I have seen in a very, very long time. Though the shop was highly frequented, the waiting time was always short. I am a German engineer. I don't usually don't do that. And maybe it is too much talking about it. But nowadays, you don't find teams like this very often. As we Germans say, I'll be back. A future regular. Regards Michael BTW, the contact page on your homepage is the opposite.

I asked if I could swap my stone cold, hard dry crusty sausage rolls for some fresh ones and the lady looked at me as though I asked her solve some kind of Einstein equation and proceeded to try and tell me they are all the same when I can physically see that there are fresh ones on display. I will not be using this Greg's again.

This particular Greggs is pretty poor. The staff were rude and disrespectful. We won't be going there again. It's a shame when Greggs is usually a great place to pick up fast food.

6pm was dinner time, service station still busy, and there was zero sandwiches or subs, no pizza and only sausage rolls or a hand full of vegan slices. So you lost out on a lot of sales. No way to run a service station food outlet.

Handy that it's open from 06:00. Especially when there's nothing else around that's open and you need a coffee. The sausage rolls and vegan rolls are tasty, but I just wish they were hotter than luke warm. Coffee plus sausage roll = £3. Bargain.

Greggs’s sausage rolls were as expected—hot and flaky. Probably the cheapest option available there (Subway, Burger King). The doughnut we got was filled generously with jam, whilst the chocolate muffin was also very moist. The young man serving us was polite. The shop is located in a facility with toilets, spacious seating and ample bins. Open on Boxing Day, which is convenient, but a shame for the employees.

Freezing cold pastys served bad attitude no refund or option to have food warmed £7.50 for 3 pasty’s that had to be binned as couldn’t eat cold food total waste of time and money pulling into this services. Staff should tell customers foods not warm before purchasing was told there not kept in a heated shelf it’s just a light and they don’t warm them up for you joke

How can you fault Greggs - you either love them or hate them. We love them. As usual excellent sandwiches - hot or cold - and a great selection of pastries for those who can. And Greggs coffee is one of the best available in coffee shops. Pity they do not have a concession at Centerparcs.

As a truck driver that frequently visits greggs I can honestly say this is one of the worst..never has eggs and never butter the breakfast rolls.. and why dosent all greggs sell hashbrowns.. sort it out.

Went for breakfast at 10.50 only to be told they stop serving breakfast at 11.00, we pointed at their clock which said 10.50 to which the server replied we've run out. How on earth does Greggs run out of the basics.

Service is always good here. Good food selections at early hour. I buy coffee here every morning, and always been greeted with lovely smile. Sandwiches looking full. Value for money.

The Greggs was ok. Much like any other Greggs. Located in a dismal grubby litter strewn service area. What a dump.

Opening hours wrong (closes at 4pm) but the woman serving was lovely and let me collect my order just as she was about to leave! Thank you!

No hand sanitizer no masks or screens for staff. No hot food what-so-ever. Only limited amount of toasted sandwiches . Low on stock and not much for veganary.

Food and drink was alright however the person preparing our food wasn't wearing gloves which isn't the biggest issue but during these pandemic times went from touching a card machine that was touched by many others and not disinfected to handling our food. From working in catering during covid and knowing the this Is a BIG no no made it very unnerving to eat out food. The workers really need proper training about the importance of disinfecting and glove wearing in general and especially during a pandemic.

Lovely food at lovely prices, but this store was woefully under staffed for a busy location at a busy time. You could tell the stress on the poor staff who were there, as try as they might to be courteous, it was clear the pair of them were unhappy and stressed, which unfortunately made for an unpleasant customer experience.

Stone cold pasty. Bought a cheese and onion pasty from a counter warning the customer that it might be hot to find the pasty stone cold. Asked the chap behind the counter who said many people complain about the cold pasties (why can't you offer to warm them up?) but nothing is done about it. I won't be using it again.

Really disappointed. I pass through several times a week and normally grab something.... Or at least try too. At the most busiest times, breakfast and lunch, they have next to nothing left. Hardly and sausage rolls, pasties, basically last grab sandwiches. Definitely an idea to maybe cook a tad more for the busier times.

Abysmal service. Waited to be served even though there was no queue and the incompetent state behind the counter thought playing with bottles of milk was more important than serving customers at a busy services!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Got here about mid afternoon, it was nice to see my fave Bakery in the service station. But as for selection of foods, this seemed to be non existent, i struggled to find anything at a reasonable price,in the end I went to Sainsbury's store in the same place. The meal deal was alot cheaper and a better selection of sandwiches and rolls.

Friendliest greggs ever! Nice and clean. A star greggs. It’s just a shame about the location as it’s a bit dead around the town.

Sandwiches and cakes for lunch really lovely loads of yummy food to enjoy all nice .We ate a lot of food it was so lovely would go again.

A good selection of cakes and sandwiches. The pasties were cold and people were being were being told they were not in a hot cabinet. The bacon roll and sausage & bacon baguette we had were nice and so were the cup of tea and cappuccino. The male that served me called Callum was friendly and although the was a trainee he was very good. Service overall was a bit slow and I felt the other female server was a bit rude to some of the customers. Overall probably an average Greggs, nothing stand out about it.

Visited here to get some quick snacks for sight seeing.Trying to pick something not bordering on a heart attack proved difficult!! So bought water and coffee.Then made off to nearest supermarket for healthier supplies!!

Stopped at the services and was happy to see Greggs. I had a nice vegan sausage roll and raspberry lemonade. I don’t like to eat a huge meal when I am in the car all day. The vegan sausage roll is light but filling. It was also warm and delicious. Greggs offers many other things besides the vegan sausage roll. They have pizza, sandwiches and other rolls with meat options, hot and cold drinks, crisps, and a lot of delicious looking desserts.

Situated in the Warminster services. Just picked up a few items to take on our trip. Small queue but no hassle and quickly served

The door said ‘open at 7am’ on a Saturday, which it was. But the shutters were closed and we asked the servers, and they said, ‘oh no, we are open at 8am’. Which is clearly false advertising. They lost out on about twenty quids worth of sale. ☹️

Visiting the 'worst service station on the planet' we were pleased to see a Greggs had opened since our last visit in August. Our service was brilliant, the Manager who served us was extremely polite, pointed out their specials and as I am milk intolerant they even had soya milk. We have always found Greggs to be good value for money but I would recommend that if you have to stop at these services then you wont be disappointed with the visit to Greggs.
