Subway in Wiltshire

Never a bad experience when I come here. The salad has always been fresh and the meat tasty. The staff are really nice and friendly and the shop always clean. I will keep coming back.

Didn't mind this place, but the manager has limited toppings to 4 per sandwhich, which is apparently the way it's always been... Had to pull up the Subway website where it clearly states there are no limits to toppings, but 'tHe mAnAgEr' put his foot down and maintained that it had always been this way. I don't appreciate being told I'm wrong about limitless toppings, despite previously never being restricted. Disappointed they have decided to do this, and will probably find another franchise instead now.

right so Can I help at all? Yes, I am a man who has recently bought a house in the local area and I'm having a house-warming party to which I'll be inviting a lot of the local adults. Hence the crisps. Yes And I'll also probably need some alcohol as well.

Food was delivered cold. Items were missing No salad or cheese in the sandwiches like there should have been. Appalling.

Salad was small, missing cheese! Paid for 3 cookies only got 2. Hashbrowns cold.

I really don’t recommend subway for delivery. Put the wrong cheese on and it was cold when It should of been toasted.

Picked up our food order, to then be told what we had ordered was out of stock. The hot food we had ordered had gotten cold.

One of member of the staff (female) make me feel I m not welcome here,guy was really good, while he was preparing my order woman put her jacket on and went to the front door for smoke

Dreadful store never open till the time it says ...It's hit or miss of it's ever open till 7pm so annoying when you've driven to the shop... And when you complain the support team put it down to public transport , don't take a.job if you can't get to. Your workplace

Where do I start, well two of the staff where more intrested in what the each got paid instead of giving customer service. When they prepared my food they put less on there than any subway I have ever been too when it came to wrapping my sub in its wrapper they picked the sandwich up off of the white paper which it is ment to be in where most of my extra toppings where still sat so I had less topping than I started with not that there was much on there any way, they forgot to give me my cookie which is probably because they weren't paying attention. So had to ask 2 more times for it, payed and then the girl just walked off no offer of a receipt no thank you in fact no acknowledgement what so ever. Who ever is the franchise owner of this particular subway you really need to go and have a chat about how your staff work, I'm not trying to be rude but you really do. Also they need to change there gloves when handling different sandwhich. I have worked in the restaurant/fastfood industry for many years this is not good enough

If i could give them 0 I would, staff clearly not trained properly in food hygiene cross contamination, lack of cleanliness and as for customer service there is none staff disscuing their wages ect

Not even 7pm and its shut even though it was updated on Google recently that it shuts at 8pm. Quite disappointed

I came in for my usual subway, and was greeted by one of the staff members ,he was smiling and clearly enjoyed his job, Amazing customer service, and a very nice sandwich, I came in on Saturday 22nd of January.

Quite disappointing customer service. Only worker was out back on a casual phonecall to her mate with loudspeaker blaring. Did not notice me coming in and did not check for several minutes. Took over a minute to hang up after I did shout for her. She seemed incredibly disinterested and unfriendly, although not rude per se.

Closed at 7.30 normal hours is 8pm close because they have no bread but they do more options like salad etc . Loo like the staff didnt fancy opening until 8pm . Poor service

Efficient. Had almost all possible salad options available. Good COVID protection levels.

Subway is great. This one tends to run out of things and the young lad doesn't have any manners. But you don't eat manners do you? There is a new tiger bread which is fantastic on a mega breakfast. Give it a try

Good service and well made food.

Quick service and standard menu. Place is a little on the small size but one is still able to sit and eat if needs be. There no direct packing space so one has to utilize the packing lot of the nearby supermarket.

Sub sandwiches were made well, though staff can do with a little smile on their faces.

Delivered to another address completely and waited 90mins for food. Restaurant immediately repeated order and delivered within 15mins of calling to ask why it had not been delivered.

I probably visit this Subway at least twice a month and they're always sound. I've visited more than my fair share of Subways in my day and this one definitely does not fall below par. They are always very busy around lunch time and can be queued out the door. Never gotten my order wrong or been inpatient with me. A good franchise branch in my opinion.

Visited this store in October and was pleasantly surprised at the quick efficient service. The sub that I bought which was the chicken wrap was fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and chatty. The store was busy but clean. I would be happy to return to this store.

Great staff and great sandwiches, shame they are quite often out of certain bread types but being a busy area is expected. Never had any issues and nice and clean set up. Average price is around £6 and good if you want cheap lunch or dinner.

IV been over charged the last 2 times iv been there and the older lady that works there had a stinking attitude after I told her i had been over charged as if it was my fault

Young brown haired sandwich man was very rude and clearly wanted to go home! Was blunt and assumed I was with the man in front and put our food in the same bag!!! Suggest he gets some manners as it was awful customer service

Absolutely shocking woman was completely rude guy was eyeing up my wife, they would not stop swearing. Not to mention they spent more time talking to each other than serving customers. What a joke, deffo do not recommend!

It's ok, not much can go wrong in subway, staff were pretty slow, and one not wearing gloves then huffed at a customer when asked to put some on

It's subway but the staff are friendly and efficient.

Seems like I visited on a bad day, miserable staff on the cashier obviously loves her job, when you pay cash and she leaves your change and your sandwich over her side of the counter for you to reach over to collect it.

Literally just walked in the shop & we were told "We're closed!". We pointed out that the sign said 11pm to which the member of staff grumpily replied "I've been here since 9am! We're closed" We repeated that there was no sign on the door to suggest that, the neon sign said 'open' & the door sign states 11pm closing. He replied with "I've got permission!". If you can't adequately staff your establishment to fulfil your opening hours, then you shouldn't have it open at all! Very unsatisfactory!! 3 very unhappy customers who will not be attempting to eat there again since we were refused service!

Ok very busy food average nice clean place though

Was served by cheris. Very misable and. No smile. Made me feel very uncomfortable and that i was a inconvience. On a postive note the young man was very polote made eye contact and most importantly smiled. Food was very nice as always

Lad that served me was as thick as pigshit

Visited this subway at 1900 on a Sunday as it is supposed to be open until 2300. Went through the door and was told by the staff that they are closing now as they haven’t had many customers. Really not good enough.

Tatty and tired looking premise. Service was ok but staff did not offer the meal deal. Rest room was filthy. Bread was tough, over sweet and doughy. Not good!

Very good for a quick, relatively inexpensive meal. Often have good deals on. Loyalty card collects points quickly and offers free snacks and even meals after a while. Never a long wait in a queue. Recommended!
