Really poor service tonight. Customer service poor, Calzone with barely any meat and no chips with the kebab! Rang and spoke to someone and just got shouted at. Won't be returning! Waste of money.

As for a shish kebab and fries with salt. No salt and meat was like something from an old Iraqi desert goat.....tough, dry and inedible. Rang back about lack of salt. Then when I rang back about meat they had blocked me. I took a chance against me better nature and ordered from them, never again. AVOID.

Don't day free delivery if thats not the case

I stay away a lot with work and I have to say the Lamb kebab was probably once of the best I’ve had! Delivery prompt and the food was lovely and hot….will use again! Great food

No salad, no chili sauce, no green peppers... too many paid for items missing. Cheesy chips instead of just chips, box of soggy onion rings when they wasn't ordered. First order with you, last order with you.

Popadoms were inedible and the main was wrong

Doner meat and cheese calzone was tasty and amazing for the price. However, the chicken kebab was stingy for the price, if we didn't get the salad there would be almost nothing (but that's not what you're getting the chicken kebab for).

Chicken kebab meat was tough, as if it had been cooked too long, will not be ordering from Mama Mia again

Worst take out I've ever had. Chips undercooked and ordered a £5.50 Ben & Jerry's ice cream that I had to throw straight in the bin as it has clearly been defrosted and refrozen and was mostly just ice. Very disappointed.

Disappointing food. Calzone pizza flat and nondescript. Lamb kebab chewy. Mint yoghurt flavourless and watery. Delivery was very swift so perhaps the food wasn't cooked to order.

pizza was just ok, they still use not the best dough recipe so therefore dough is tasteless, no salt at all, no delicate yeasty taste. Also in general pizza is too dry, there should be more tomato sauce on it and more oily cheese. But all the ingredients are fresh so pizza is safe to eat.

Food was nice and hot, good portion sizes and the char grilled chicken was cooked beautifully

Chicken burger was supposed to be a double and came as a single. Couldn’t eat it anyway as it was so tough and dry. The doner was very good but the pizza was overdone and chewy.

Amazing delivery time- just 20 minutes after order was placed online. Was really surprised! Food quality was also really good as well as prices.

Will not be ordering again. Was missing 2 items from my order and the chicken tikka kebab consisted of a few pieces of tasteless chicken, 'salad' which was just lettuce and it was late and lukewarm. Probably be the worst I've had to be honest.

We didn't receive our sweetcorn relish or bbq sauce but otherwise it was all good

I'm sorry to say but the pizza I ordered was absolutely horrible.....!!! It was obvious that the pizza was taken from the freezer straight to the microwave. I paid 80p for extra topping of sliced olives, and got 5 pieces. As for the ham and mushroom, they were non existent. After a couple of bites, it all went in the bin. Truly disappointed.

Mixed bag. Food on time and hot. Quite tasty. Calzone was full of chicken but it wasn't particularly flavoursome or spicy as described. Naans were undercooked cooked and chewy. Rest was pretty good though. Would give it another try. 👍

relatively good however this takeaway has persistent problem with pizza dough which doesn't taste very good and has no added salt at all. This was my second order and again, dough was still bad. They must be using wrong recipe for dough

We had curry popadoms and a pizza. Pops were floppy, curry just tasted a bit off and the pizza had what looked like crumbs on it! Not great!

No sauces that were ordered. No free drink over £20. Horrible pieces of random black rubbish in the chips. Perhaps changing the oil or cleaning the frier? Overall experience... shocking.

Food was cold, not very appealing. Delivery person abrupt, won’t order again. I feel the delivery price is so wrong.

Don’t know what’s happened tonight but my food was stone cold so wasn’t really edible at all. To top it off aswell on delivery the delivery driver tried to charge me extra delivery even though delivery was paid through just eat.

The pizzas and kebabs we ordered were nice, a little colder than expected but that's understandable with delivery. The "Fried" chicken however was disgusting, don't know what the guys cooking it did but they were luke warm at best and soggy as if they had a soak in a tub of water. Took one bite and it went straight to the bin. Massive let down.

Ordered 2 pizzas they came and was cold. Rang mama mia and they was so rude was told to ring just eat for a refund i will never be ordering from there again.

Chips were soggy and had been fried more than once. Over 15 minutes late from the time given on just eat. Overall just nothing enjoyable about the food.

What came tasted good, but my meal deal wrap had chips missing and the Ben and Jerry’s order didn’t come and sponge cake came instead. Didn’t even get a choice of alternative as ice cream ran 👎🏻

Was excited to go here until they forgot the chicken on my pizza and the hagendazz was a Ben and Jerry's cookie dough without cookie dough and the pizza tasted microwaved definitely no Gordan Ramsey's here oh and the ice cream was refrozen...👌👍

Food Quality, service and timing gets 18/18 stars. Cos pizza taste was top notch just like every mama Mia pizza is. But whoever put toppings on needs to realise that people have thin crust cos they ain't fans of crust. Almost an inch--inch1/2 of bare crust round the outside. Might have well as got smaller size considering the how much base was covered in topping. You guys know me and I've love every pizza calzone wrap or kebab you have ever put in front of me but if I wasn't sooo hungry with how late it is for tea I would have brought it back. I have photos. I just hope this was a one off.

After receiving my order and please note that I am a chef of 34 years I was told that is how they sell them I replied what half raw, all I wanted was a properly cooked calazon pizza but was told it cannot be raw as it goes through a machine, sorry to say customer is always right you take my money and send a raw product well I ain't happy and this was our first visit to your establishment and I highly recommend that everyone avoids this place as they do not accept any responsibility for their product as it goes through a machine without being rude or abusive the staff need a lesson on customer service, and accept the fact that it's raw as pictures will show and its definitely not a calazon but a pancake, what a joke, I was also wondering where the filling was

Garlic mayo missing, so food served dry. Salad (for which we pay 20p extra) was two slices of tomato and two tiny strands of lettuce. Basically just meat and onions. Not even served on the pitta bread, it was on the side - had to make my own kebab! No Pepsi with the child’s meal.

We regularly order from just eat but this has honestly got to be the worst ever.... The tandoori chicken was so dry that none of us could eat it and actually feel it had been left for weeks!!, won't order again

The steak pieces were overcooked, chewy, hardly edible. The pita bread was very small. Grilled vegetables were quite tasty. Onion rings without onion, only soggy tasteless butter, ended in a bin.

We've ordered from here a few times, the food is ordinarily nice. This time the side orders were burnt and the desserts we ordered were completely wrong. We ordered 2 desserts, we received one, but the wrong flavour and then completely different replacements. We weren't rang and told that they didn't have the items or to ask us what replacements we would like or if we'd like our money back. I rang to say that we hadn't received the right desserts and before I even got to that was met with an incredibly bad attitude from the person on the phone. The man said that we got the order ages ago and I explained that I wasn't calling regarding that. I explained we hadn't got the correct items and he continued to be incredibly rude, so I just accepted it and ended the call due to the way the man spoke to me. The delivery driver was also rude. As such, we will not order from here again. I wouldn't mind the order being wrong, but I do mind a staff member speaking to me in the way I was spoken to, especially when I was nothing but polite and they were at fault. This also isn't the first time this has happened.

On my order I paid for a service fee and a delivery fee, when the order arrived the driver asked for another £2 deliver fee. When I questioned him he said the delivery fee on my order was for Just Eat and the restaurant delivery fee was separate. He also said i need to order directly with them to avoid the delivery cost, they supposedly have an app for ordering. This is misrepresented on the Just Eat ordering page. Won’t order again.
