i had odered my daughter a happy meal with a book in as she likes reading and there was just a burger and chips no book as she was poorly and i used what little money i have left 2 buy her 1 and get her 2 eat again i think that is bad

kept changing the delivery window constantly, ordered at 12.15am, delivered at almost 1.30am

food was cold n the mccrispy the chicken was lime it was beennleftvall day nearly broken my teeth it was that hard n crusty more like aboustly awful

I waited over an hour for my order,when it stated 15-30 mins. And my food was cold

The delivery driver gave me someone else’s order the absolute drip, when calling McDonald’s the gentleman was really polite and respectful and apologetic.

Ordered at 21:10 and received at 22:20 and food was cold

all food was cold. and looked like it had been sat in the bag for ages, as the fries was all soggy. the frozen lemonade was not frozen and more like a cold a drink.

coke and mcflurry was split so i was left with half a coke and half a mcflurry all mixed with coke. straw was demolished because it was soaked. foods cold and missing my dips.

the order was wrong, the bags should be checked before being delivered as this has happened multiple times with JustEat and Mcdonald’s.

The whole order was cold, the drinks was wrong. One of the happy meals had some random sauce all over the food so it's no good even if it was warm. Not a clue what went on with the driver as was saying for ages it was being prepared but with it being as cold as it was the food was sat there for a while whilst the driver just sat there according to the app?

I waited over an hour for my order, my delivery driver was there at the restraint waiting for an hour. Part off my order was a wrap meal and then when it came it was missing the fries and wrap and the only part of the meal they remembered was the drink and the drink was flat.

Pancakes were NOT light and fluffy, they were hard around the edges and one was not editable as it was completely hard. Do not believe these to have been freshly made, think they were left overs from the day before.

Another shocker! Missing a massive chunk of the order. Time and time again McDonald’s Chelmsley wood forget to put items in the bag. Surely it is not that difficult?!

Awful experience. Went in the drive through and asked for caramel frap and got told the machine was broken. When i got to the window i saw multiple caramel fraps about for other orders. Took them multiple trys to give us the correct order. Saw this with other people aswell having to go back because they got sent with the wrong food. Didnt give us sauce or a straw after paying extra for them. I went into the store to get my drink and when i got it, it was just full of ice with cream on top, no actual drink at all. Definitely avoiding this place in the future.

I have taken a photo for evidence of this food . The driver has opened the bag and ate my fries and big mac . The macodnalds bag came opened so I knew from then that my food was missing and touched . This is disgusting
