McDonald's in Solihull

You won't get what you order. Foods always missing stuff, I got a double cheeseburger where they forgot everything but the bun and burger and that's usually how it goes every time I go, something is missing.

Wrap was half empty. Had to complain to the manager.

Please check your hot chocolate machine this morning is not working. I come back for change my hot chocolate and still the same at home.

3rd time now this has happened I’ve been short changed on my order, this time missing a Big Mac, last time I’m going to this McDonald, live a few miles away so can’t be bothered to go back Frustrated 😣

i ordered TWO diet but only ONE came, i ordered a mc chicken sandwich meal NO CHIPS there is this sticky yellow sauce on all the packaging and it came late i would like them to fix this

Placed an order via McDonald's app late on Sunday night having just back from holiday. The order was placed at the Warwick Road store. 2 double cheeseburgers were completely missed off my order. Obviously a picking error. Yet to get a reply from Uber or McDonald's some 36 hours later.... Really disappointing. I would expect more care to be taken on delivered orders... Suspect staff were more interested in going home than servicing orders correctly.

I am fed up of ordering from you, you literally NEVER get the order right! Who checks the bags before they go out for delivery! Not good enough, yet again we’ve received our order and are missing a burger, we got a refund but what good is that when we’ve payed delivery charges!!

Place order on the kiosk had to wait like ages then get my order checked in the car some items missing went back first denied it then replaced the missing items very bad service.

We visited the shop on October 20 morning, the shop was not busy. We could easily find a table and sit down. Food and drink were good. Thank you. What could be better is : the cleanliness of the tables.

One of the slowest drive thru's I've ever been to (maybe they were short staffed) and orders were all mixed up! I ended up with something I hadn't ordered (a chicken burger which wasn't nice at all). I'll think twice before going here again...

Wasted my whole break waiting for food then when asked how long no one had idea when it would be ready the lady on the till made numerous mistakes and over charged me never coming here again

Unfortunately by the time the food got to me, it was cold. I have been to this place a few times, normally the order is wrong.

Okay normal like the rest good customer service

Online order arrived 50 minutes after I placed order. All drinks are missing , all sauce missing as well. No way to report missing item or anything basically. Avoid using there app to place any order if you can.

This McDonalds is the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Either the orders are wrong, missing items or the food is stone cold. Drivers are rude, arrogant and very unpleasant. I’ll never use this restaurant again.

Incompetent staff. Avoid like the plague, food was that cold it could have just come straight out of a fridge. Milkshakes defrosted and the staff outright lied over the phone when I asked them if it was going to be fresh after a 45 minute wait. Baffled by the thought that working at McDonald's could be this difficult to just send minimum warm and correct food out the door. Fast-food from over an hour ago should be the slogan.

Great staff and service rude customers

A nice and clean mcdonalds. Go with the kids sometimes and friends. It's mostly busy.

Staff are lovely. Customers are racist. I feel sorry for the staff. Some of the Customers have a very bad attitude.

Great to see McDonald's supporting the RNIB, although my burger was clearly not constructed by somebody with vision, it was heart warming to think my money was going to a good cause.

Don't use this place if wanting to pay with cash. Waited 10 minutes and no one bothered to deal with me. Only dealing with people that paid by card. Disgrace. Cash is still legal tender in the uk

Food is good, and they are fast

This place is quite possibly the worst place you could ever have food from. The staff are that incompetent that they cannot even manage to read a screen with an order on and follow it. My order was missing two fries, a large coke and the sauces my kids asked for. What food I did receive was then cold. You try to call the store, they just ignore the phone. When people pay hard earned money for something, they should receive what they pay for. May aswell just run past the drive thru and throw £30 in the window and leave. Absolutely disgrace of establishment and embarrassment to the food industry.

Ordered on Just eat and yet again mistakes have been made, this happens time and time again, no chips were delivered with order this time, tried ringing and not answering the phone believe me this isn't the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time this has happened. Really frustrating not using this branch again they extremely unreliable.

They make the same food as all McDonald's nothing special. However they can never get my order wrong even if I get it delivered or go in they somehow mess it up. They've even given me someone else's order before.

Constant mistakes, if they don’t forget the sauce they forget the fries. If they don’t forget the fries they forget the sauce. If they don’t forget the food they forget their manners. Horrible customer service, no one is answering the phones. They will take your money and not give you what you pay for and then ghost you. It’s not good enough, the place needs to be shut down

Helpful and friendly staff clean and tidy

Ordered from just eat. I ordered 2 cokes with my meal and they give me oasis😂. I also ordered an extra cheese slice to be on my burger they couldn’t even do that. What a joke. The staff clearly can’t handle the pressure of working in the fast food industry making continuous mistakes.

I ordered off of Uber eats, the order was quite a big order, 2 of the new burger meals, the chicken box 2 drinks and 2 mcflurries, the driver came and gave me one bag with just the drinks, absolutely no food, the driver recommended me call the shop to try see if the food was there so he could go back, I ended up calling on repeat 7 times with someone answering one time and they put the phone down on me instantly. Only got half of my money back and I don’t know what I paid for. Never ordering McDonald’s again and never using Uber eats again either, absolutely terrible service. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this too this is the 3rd time I have received anything but my food that I ordered. How can you be a food spot and forget to send the food?? Never again

Extremely bad service, although online it says McDonald’s are open they do not mention that it is drive through only. I went in to ask if they were still taking orders and the staff said only drive thru. Staff were also extremely rude. When I tried ordering for drive thru I came back to ask if I could collect it but they would not allow me to pick up my order even though I had already paid for it. At the sight of me the manager said “why are you back again” in such a rude tone. Will not be returning to this McDonald’s again. Poor service and quality and rude to customers. Staff needs to undergo some customer service training.

I asked for a plain cheeseburger, no sauce or pickles only to find it had all of the above on it (couldn't eat it). I asked for fries, no fries in the bag. The banana milkshake I ordered was vanilla. What a total waste of money!

Today I have had a take away of 2 BBQ wraps. The food has been appeared very cold. This shop doesn't follow the food serving temperature at all. We are staying just below half miles away from this shop. Not happy. We are usually a regular customer in that shop but from hereafter not. Not recommended at all. Just 1 star

Ordered 4 fillet meals. Fillets were cold and chips were cold and dried out. Called several times and no one answers the phone

I can not review the burgers because it was not delivered. The rest of the order was but not the burger. Customer Services closes at 7 pm, and the restaurant does not answer their phone. I called delivered to see what they could do, they did not offer to go back and retrieve the lost burger but offered a refund. Great when you're very hungry and people around you are eating their Mcdonalds. I accepted a full refund, which I reeive in up to 15 days, do they refund interest?

Was quiet when I visited so that’s probably why the fries were not fresh and very very dry! So were the 3 mcplant burgers I bought, buns were stale and again not fresh. This place is so inconsistent, sometimes the food is good and others bad, it’s pretty much 50/50, but I’m not taking the chance anymore, been let down too many times

Food is McDonald's say no more. Service depends on who you get, The two guys taking payment are great as are the two Asian sisters...the others are really ignorant, don't say a word to you (just hello, thank you and good bye as basic interaction would be the least to expect). Some don't even face you and pass the food behind them to you...damn right rude Oh I nearly forgot.... countless times my order has been wrong. If they were paid on performance, most of them would be on 20p per hour

As a customer going into to this restaurant have to wait ages to be served far to busy dealing with delivery drivers and drive thru and found on 2 occasions staff swearing even manger on duty to the point walked out needs improvement

Very clean and tidy place food was hot and fresh, the only negative side is that this is one of these new sites that have no counter service just robot screens or app. And occasionally a member of staff magically appears like MR BEN, to deliver your food 🍔 🍟 🧋

Burgers the beef & the chicken don't really have any flavour and the burgers are pretty dry however staff were friendly ice cream was good 😋 so it filled a hunger x

I ordered a wrap meal and a mc chicken sandwich meal, when I got my wrap the chicken was so dry and obviously not fit to eat..when I told the employee...she stares that is how it is and walked off.

Honestly, the food was vile! My plain cheese burger had off lettuce on the burger? The chips was cold and so dry, they didn’t bring the drink or a burger with the meal so had to go back up and wait for them to be done to, so everything else went horrible and cold. Not good!

This was a drive thru order and it was a terrible experience. The food was extremely cold, burger 🍔 came ice cold and very sloppy and wet. Ended up feeding it to my dog and he seemed to of enjoyed it more than me. Apparently the ran out of the regular sized McFlurry tubs but charged me the full price and out Mc flurry in the mini tub. Very minimal smarties added to the tub also. Waiting time was over 10 minutes not good enough for a fast food service. I would like to rate a 0.

Went to the drive through… the car in front of me had to wait while two cars in the other lane got served first… I then pulled up to the speaker, only to have to wait whilst 3 cars, all of whom arrived after me, were served first. When I got to the first window, the server simply stuck the card machine through the window… not even a hello or smile! I offered my cash over, only to be sighed at. I told the server what had happened with the other cars in line and she snapped at me that she wasn’t the only one there so it must have been the others who weren’t paying attention. When I drove to the next window to pick up my food (3 x Happy Meals with nuggets and an extra hamburger) I was presented with food by a server who barely looked at me, let alone spoke to me! The food was stone cold, the chips were half empty and there was no sauce offered. I tried to phone them to complain, but no-one answered until an hour later. I asked to speak to a manager, told them what had happened, how the staff were rude and the food cold and unsatisfactory. They said they could replace the meals if I came back before the end of their shift in an hour… I told them not to bother! Seemed very uninterested and unprofessional. In summary… rude staff, terrible food and piss poor service would be a step up!

Uber eats maccies experience isn't great. Expensive delivery. Long wait times. Food often arrives "verging on warm" and order is often wrong. Something out of 5 things will be wrong. I do live within a mile of this place so trying to understand the fee and lack of QoS 😅

Half of my order was missing after ordering a delivery i had to go there myself only for them to claim to re do our meals but then messed that attempt aswell by only replacing my meals not the desserts or milkshakes I can't get my head around it 4 quid delivery then u have to drive there im so stressed its supposed to be fast food jokers honestly

Had a mcdelivery from here inconjunction with Uber and they cheated me by missing out part of the order, had to repeat the order and pay the delivery agsin cost an extra £10 - furious. tried to phone to complain but they never answer the phone. Emailed them to complain and never heard a thing. Not even common decency to reply. Food was cold anyway.

3rd order form this branch, and third time they’ve got it wrong. Missing food EVERY TIME and you never answer the phone! The kid who looks like a well-worn toilet brush and was handing over the food at the drive-thru window on 17/03/2024 @8pm - sack him. He opened the window without even glancing my way, swung the bag over and closed the window. Not a single word, not even eye contact. To add to his horrific service, he went one step further and got the order wrong. 😑

Missed my mozzarella dippers on my delivery order last night, and just handed me a cappuccino instead of a toffee latte at the drive thru. Terrible service, can your staff not read? Or are they just not bothered about getting orders correct?

Absolute terrible service ordered via app waited over 25 minutes nobody brought my food out had to go inside to get cold food and silly app does not let you give feedback on your orders our staff refused to give you receipts

Hair found in chicken burger, twice now.

Treated ourselves to a Monday lunch with MccyDs. Used the app to order, then collected through the drive thru- easy. Customised order- no sauce on the mc-spicy, ended up with no lettuce either, so just a little chicken fillet between 2 pieces of bread. Chocolate milkshake just ok- seems a lot less creamy- use to taste like ice-cream - not anymore. Coke & Fanta watery. Fries portions looked like medium - we ordered 3 large meal options. Double-quarter pounder with cheese, seems a lot less cheesy. Overall, appears to me that MccDs quality is no longer like it use to be. Considering the price paid these days for 3 meals - definitely not worth it! Nice to get a 20% discount, still paid just under £20 for 3 large, sub-standard meals.

Went through drive through. Fast service. Fries were fresh and hot. Partners burger was good. No sauce offered with either the nuggets or chips. Quite unfriendly service. I'm hoping we can put it down to having a bad day.

Good ol' maccie D. However slightly disappointed with the amount of chips handed to us the large box was not filled as usual or as other restaurants around would. Also we ordered two sauces for chicken strips and ended with bith same. Other than that the food was ok service was fast and efficient.

Ordered a takeaway and when we got home they had got it wrong yet again! Wrong burgers and cold fries and coffee. Don't waste your time visiting McDonalds in Olton, extremely poor service time after time, we won't be going back there!
