Missing items and what arrived was cold!!

really poor order no dips came that was bought with meal both milkshake wrong flavours fries were cold and considering they were all large they looked like happy meal ones didn't even reach top of box really disappointing

it was pre ordered for 12:55 and it came at 13:25

Food is okay, nothing special but decent enough for a quick snack. Trying to customise an order is a complete waste of time. After waiting for over 10 minutes for my order, when i finally got it, they got the order the wrong way round! I ordered a big mac with NO PICKLES and EXTRA LETTUCE, but got EXTRA PICKLES (5 in total) and NO LETTUCE! It would have been easier to order it as it comes, and pick off the pickles myself. Don't think i will be a regular here, especially as there's a Burger King just down the street.

one of the employees brought our food very rudely and practically lobbed the food at us. very rude customer service.

Visited here a few times recently and every time I visited it has been unclean and dirty my most recent visit the security guard was cleaning down tables with the same cloth and spray. The security guards are on edge the whole time constantly watching u as u eat aswell as hovering over us whilst clearly ordering food from the screen. However allowed teen girls to use the toilet and sit in there without having food. However the most disgusting thing was he accused my autistic brother of vaping when he clearly wasn’t and kept saying it then he realised it was the reflection on the window and used that as a pathetic excuse.

burger tasted old and dried up and fries seemed like they'd been sitting there a while. disappointed 😞

They made a burger and everything was outside it, so i went to ask them to change it, 3 times they gave the same touched burger. The guy that i told this too said itll be done in a moment, and then he went to go make it, the same way again, new paper, same burger, same way of the sauce being outside the burger. The classical music will make you cry and fall asleep as the chili sauce drips down your fingers, while you eat the burger that has been manhandled 3 continuous times.

In fact, the place is pretty easy to sit in, but when I wanted to buy blind box meals, they didn’t have the goods on display, and they didn’t put up a notice to inform other customers, which was a waste of my time! !

Saturday 26th April 2025....food cold ...tables filthy...won't be going to this or any other McDonald's in future...my big mac looked like a bus had run over it...

They gave me a plaster for free big up maccies i cannot express my gratatude in only words

Quality of food was abysmal I’m done with McDonald’s delivery I need to be physically at the restaurant to check everything is OK.

Has anyone ever received hot food from this place? Everything is always stone cold. They need to either find a better way of keeping things warm or just go back to cooking things fresh. And why do they always close the seating area at dinner time? It's a very poor use of space in the main room. At least put some standing tables or something so people can actually eat their food.

Food is always slow coming out, they have gotten my order wrong multiple times. I know avoid going to this location now.

Missing Big Mac… missing sauces… cold food!

I come here most days before or during breaks at college. My friends and i pride ourselves on being good customers - not making a mess, clearing up after ourselves and not being loud. Usually, we have a generally positive experience but today was completely the opposite. My friends and i were sat for around 5 minutes and hadn’t yet ordered. We had a rude staff member come up to us and bluntly ask if we had ordered and then proceeded to tell us that if we didn’t order we would be kicked out. Just because i haven’t ordered yet doesn’t mean i won’t?? I understand their perspective as some people may not order food and just sit here. However, the restaurant has minimum 15 tables free so we aren’t taking up seats that another customer may want to use. After, i could overhear the same staff member talking about me and my friend from across the restaurant. Finally, as i had ordered a drink to the table, they refused to bring it over and told me to get it myself. I wouldn’t have an issue with this if i hadn’t ordered it as table service or if there was a notice saying that they don’t take drinks to tables. As a hospitality worker, i understand their perspective as it is just a drink. However, the way that they dealt with this whole situation is thoroughly disappointing. I am upset with this experience and it will reflect poorly on whether i choose this restaurant again to eat at.

The order delivered and given to the driver was not my order. He even questioned why no drink and told. this was the correct order. Normally order from shirley branch by couldnt this time. 2 times order now from this branch and the order is wrong.

Ordered at 6pm, food was delivered at 8pm (was not the couriers fault) and the food was without the milkshake, fruit bags and only had 3 nuggets instead of the 4 ordered.

Went to get a simple bite to eat , lovely new girl had to serve us , we wanted to custom order a fillet o fish to a double patty which I have done plenty of times in other restaurants and was told I couldn’t as they have to charge us for it … duh I know that , but they refused point blank saying they couldn’t do it , so we left without anything! Bad service and attitude apart from the young lady who did try and help ….and yes we went to another McDonald’s who gave us exactly what we asked for as you can see from the pictures below .

The food served here was the best, hottest and freshest tasting I've had at a McDonald's. The service was great, too. Lots of seating available and nice big, bright windows. My only gripe is with the self-service kiosk. It wouldn't accept my login code easily and I had to type it in after attempting a few times to scan it... It then didn't have paper to print my receipt, so I had to go to the till to get it. On this occasion, it would have been quicker for me to have ordered at the till. My food then arrived at my table before I got there...

Went for breakfast got 2 mac muffins i had sausage partner had bacon .sausage was so greasy egg rubbery. So gressy couldn't eat it bloody horrible going subway next time .come on mac Donald's make a effort

The service was fine a pretty girl who gave me my food made me think should i strave myself to be pretty 😒 the fries was cold it was okay and the was clean and tidy and saw the people behind staff both talking when I saw customers waiting for their food

No sauces that I ordered and paid for and were part of the meal. No straws for drinks.

The App failed again. I went to the shop to order 4 items (meals), once home I opened the bag to find 1 item missing and 2 meals had freezing cold chips.

Not usually a McDonald's customer but took two grandchildren there for a treat. Got there early so still serving breakfast menu. Staff member, Muslim lady, really made us welcome providing flags and crayons for the grandchildren.She also brought our food to the table even though we hadn't requested table service. Lovely and helpful experience and the boys enjoyed their meal. Thanks again for the excellent service.

Very busy. Was waiting a bit for order. Lot of children in as end of school. Again children making mess but staff cleaning up. Lots of room.

The place is always clean. The best thing I would like to point out is : the security staff is observant and vigilant. This is not my first time to see them stop some teens vaping inside / making much noise not buying any food but just occupying tables and smoke. Well done and please keep it up. no photo sorry

Missing fries from all x3 meals

We waited 25 minutes to pay for a single medium meal and extra medium fries we asked for help and the server said that he would get someone so we waited for another worker to let us pay but nobody came so we asked a manager I believe and the one that kept walking away was the one that meant to serve us when he said he asked somebody else and then the manager told us it was the kid we asked originally that was meant to take our money to pay for our meal, and the service was ridiculous 25 minutes!

Full of young chavvy kids. Unsure if they were short staffed but the restaurant was full of people waiting for their food. No clear sense of urgency in the kitchen. The only saving grace was the lovely cleaner with pink hair

I really enjoyed the service from the very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Be careful as the floor can get slippery .

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location today. I placed my order and waited for 35-40 minutes, only to watch customers who ordered after me get their food first. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, they finally served my order—but the food was cold. When I politely pointed this out to an employee, they were dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, their response was even worse. The manager simply said, “I don’t know anything,” showing a complete lack of accountability or willingness to resolve the issue. This level of poor service is unacceptable, especially for a fast-food restaurant. Long wait times, cold food, and unresponsive staff reflect badly on the company. I hope McDonald’s takes immediate action to improve the quality of service at this location.

Worst experience ever had in McDonalds , staff is too slow , ignoring customers, waited for my food more than half an hour, they lost the receipt, even when the food came it was totally cold, very irresponsible staff. Should improve everything literally. Even all the tables and floor was mess.

Complete shambles. No one taking charge. Staff look unsure about what to do. Ticket system not working. Just horrendous. Burger over cooked. Customers annoyed. Whoever owns this franchise is not in control.

Food was also freezing cold. Was told for 40 minutes a drived was collecting my food. When i rang the store i was told there was no drivers available. Shocking service.

Why they use McDonald’s in Solihull town centre I’ve no idea. Food is always stone cold due to them having to walk so far to their cars.

Diabolical. Food was pushed back constantly and there was no option to cancel online. It arrived stone cold and the milkshakes had melted down. If you can’t fulfil an order in a reasonable time frame then inform your customer and give them the option to cancel and go elsewhere! And Just Eat customer service were as helpful as a chocolate teapot!

Really unprofessional staff serving. One was ignoring customers and on her phone. Several of the servers then had a conversation about an HR issue right in front of customers, including slagging off the company.

No fries delivered with the double burger for 2 meal. Not drivers fault, McDonald’s staff’s fault.

90% of the restaurant was closed up at 645pm when it didn’t shut until 8pm. Had to sit on kiddy stool with some random people.

It never arrived! Your app just says it has after 3 hours wait. The app has no bearing on reality - the restaurant hasn’t been preparing it for 3 hours & neither has the courier been waiting. I’m only disappointed I couldn’t score 0. Please refund my payment & be assured I won’t be using Just Eat ever again.

Missed items, asked driver to take back to McDonald’s to rectify and he refused, wouldn’t even ring just eat and see what he’s supposed to do. So no meals for my children and driver wouldn’t do anything
