I really enjoyed the service from the very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Be careful as the floor can get slippery .

Worst experience ever had in McDonalds , staff is too slow , ignoring customers, waited for my food more than half an hour, they lost the receipt, even when the food came it was totally cold, very irresponsible staff. Should improve everything literally. Even all the tables and floor was mess.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location today. I placed my order and waited for 35-40 minutes, only to watch customers who ordered after me get their food first. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, they finally served my order—but the food was cold. When I politely pointed this out to an employee, they were dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, their response was even worse. The manager simply said, “I don’t know anything,” showing a complete lack of accountability or willingness to resolve the issue. This level of poor service is unacceptable, especially for a fast-food restaurant. Long wait times, cold food, and unresponsive staff reflect badly on the company. I hope McDonald’s takes immediate action to improve the quality of service at this location.

Complete shambles. No one taking charge. Staff look unsure about what to do. Ticket system not working. Just horrendous. Burger over cooked. Customers annoyed. Whoever owns this franchise is not in control.

Really unprofessional staff serving. One was ignoring customers and on her phone. Several of the servers then had a conversation about an HR issue right in front of customers, including slagging off the company.

No fries delivered with the double burger for 2 meal. Not drivers fault, McDonald’s staff’s fault.

It never arrived! Your app just says it has after 3 hours wait. The app has no bearing on reality - the restaurant hasn’t been preparing it for 3 hours & neither has the courier been waiting. I’m only disappointed I couldn’t score 0. Please refund my payment & be assured I won’t be using Just Eat ever again.

Missed items, asked driver to take back to McDonald’s to rectify and he refused, wouldn’t even ring just eat and see what he’s supposed to do. So no meals for my children and driver wouldn’t do anything

it was all freezing cold my children are poorly and got them a treat to cheer them up and ended up not eating it as it was freezing

fries not large portion, no straw for milkshake, time kept changing from 0630 delivery, finally turning up at 0712. This is why there should not be a service charge levied to the final price. There is no respect from this food chain.

Been into this branch a number of times when visiting Solihull as our children like to get a McDonald's. However, I can't stress enough how bad the customer service is. The waiting time, even during quiet periods, is 15 minutes plus. We only have a small order. The staff behind the counter have no people skills and act like they are oblivious to having any customers waiting in the store which comes across as very rude. The poor Uber Drivers look frustrated waiting to take the orders as well. One girl behind the counter is particularly loud with her personal conversations and quite clearly looks for attention. She needs to do less talking and do more work. Its an all round very unpleasant experience.

Hi , I m complaining and speaking to the management level. We r delivery drivers and Solihull High Street branch staff is getting worse day by day. Specially they are taking driver as a personal issue. I was waiting for my order for almost 30 minutes, they still have made and if we ask about it they became so rude. Today they refuse to give me order because she said she don't like me. I can write more but please slove this issue because these shift managers which r mostly kids, getting worse

Drink straw was missing which ruined all the joy of the meal. Also, burger didn’t have proper lettuce and other dressing. Disappointing. Plus delivery driver was very bad. kept on talking to me for half an hour to find my flat. he couldn’t find my flat . didn’t even drop on my fist door. i had to get out of building in rain and kept on waiting for him while trying to guide to reach me. he didn’t listen my instructions at all and kept on wasting my time on phone while making me wait in rain.

Useless. Waited over an hour and twenty minutes. The app said courier at restaurant for over an hour. Two and half hours later said delivered. Phones restaurant and they said it was on way. Clearly not.

Food was warm and delivered at a reasonable pace for the small number of orders however At roughly 10 to 2 this afternoon a woman making drinks was swearing and having very inappropriate conversations with colleagues and telling someone they should get anorexia. As a fast food company and host to a lot of children for food, this simply is not acceptable when you have young children around you who could quite easily repeat what this woman was saying.

Boycott McDonald's. They provided free food to occupying forces of a little nation in middle east who un-alived tens of thousands of children and their families. Photos all over Internet as evidence. Smiling face Ronald M'Donald is as evil as they come. What awful upper management who allowed this. Fried Food is unhealthy. Their marketing guys just added an 'S' in between the phrase 'Fat Food'

Do they have training on customer services nowadays? As a general observation, staff don't look happy. As you go into the store, they don't look like they are ready to serve. Very recently, one of my parents asked for some extra milk for his coffee, he waited and had no attention from the staff. This ended up with some very unpleasant responses from the store manager. We have made a complaint before for a similar event, they said they are confident we will notice a change next time. But sadly the recent services we had are pretty much the same. Look for another McDonald's if you can. You will get better experience at the Greggs opposite to this McDonald's.

Went for a Sausage & egg muffin meal for breakfast & got a double Bacon one instead. Didn't reliased until I got to work, so went back later on my break & the lady got a manager out and said "I can't make another 1 for as breakfast ended 3hours ago, u can either come back tomorrow & I can make u another 1 or u can get a refund" Dude didn't apologise or says say "sorry, I'll give u a full refund & make u any meal u want on the house for any inconvenience". He was just a grumpy young lad with no manners or any customer service skills. The double bacon samdwich looks like the oil need changing too 🤢🤮🤧🤐😓 more greasy then my hair 😸🙈😓🤯
