Worst McDonald's ever, rubbish everywhere, slow service, toilet unusable, cold food

Looks like methadone…this is at 11am. Serious health and safety issue

Needed a quick pit stop for the kids Veryyyy slow service took almost 10 mins for the food to come and the place wasn’t busy at all The chips were old and like cardboard so don’t know what they were waiting for ? I did see them clean here but it was a bad job Did speak to one staff member which was nice Lucky I don’t live any where near so won’t be visiting any time soon

After placing App order, arrived at McDonald's, Switch Island, at 19.57hrs. Was given my hot drink then asked to park up. At 20.30hrs I was still parked up when I got the 1/4 Burger and fries. By now, the hot drink was lukewarm. Extremely poor service at a 'Not So Fast Food' Restaurant. I will not order from here again. Not specifically blaming staff, but management who obviously can't plan for demand on a Sunday evening.

Gone down hill over the past few years with Uber eats and etc parking everywhere including in the disabled bays

Final nail on the coffin for me here. I’ve never complained about somewhere before, but unfortunately this place has made me feel like I have to to help others. Out of the last 6 deliveries there’s been 5 of them where somethings missing or wrong, most of the time they were the sauces so wasn’t overly bothered, but still shouldn’t happen. This last time though it had 1 wrong side, missed an extra mini chicken fillet (at £2.45 for a single piece), and the wrong drink. I phoned up and explained and they were nice enough and wanted to sort out issue. Fortunately I realised I had missed something off order so the opportunity to add the mistaken items into the new order was there, which they said was fine. Order arrived and nothing… at this point I’ve spent £45 and missing most of the order, which now I think what we’ve ordered is actually a lot for not a lot. Not sure if the issues is staff error, the system they use, or just under a huge workload. Regardless, I would avoid getting a delivery from here and just get in person if you really want something from here. For me I won’t go here again. Although worth noting the delivery drivers were awesome 5/5!

Food is a pretty good friendly staff. Service pretty fast. Always use the APP to get the offers of the day. Big Mac and fries are the best thing on the menu with the wrap of the day. Kids love chicken Nuggets and MCFLUFFY to.

Food was slow getting to us!! Ordered a specific meal for my son, so that he could have the limited toy unfortunately the toy didn't get included in the meal when brought out to the car also food missing from what was ordered!! Unfortunately as the premises was busy with other orders the staff do not seem to pay attention to what the order needs to be completed

Nice Store on two levels that is a lot bigger inside than what you expect and nice bay window area over the high street that gives you an interesting view of what's going on.

I asked for a portion of chips takeaway and this is what happened, plastic box melted from chips because they must have run out of papper.

The burgers were huge, juicy and full of flavour. The chicken wings were crunchy and delicious. My son loved his burger. Highly recommend
