Hotspot Pizza in Huntingdonshire

Won’t be ordering here again, Ordered before 7:10pm and we are still waiting for our food at 21:40pm Honestly no excuse and has ruined a nice treat we do. They don’t answer the phone also.

Past few times me and my partner have ordered there has been at least one item of our order missing. They used to be good but has put us off ordering anymore.

Absolutely appalling service; food ordered at 7:19pm but not delivered until 9:30pm. Called the restaurant and the employee spoken to was so rude “just cancel it if you’re not happy” - not quite the point!

I usually have a good experience with hotspot but for some reason today it was unacceptable. First we ordered and they took a lot longer than they said on the phone, it took over an hour and we live 5 minutes from them, it is also 1:30 am they cannot have a ton of orders at this time for it to take that long. Once we received our order the quantity of chicken was incorrect and also not what we ordered, the chicken had a raw texture to it and made us feel rather sick, the chips were also not good quality. The only good thing about the order was the canned Fanta.

Delivery is always so bad, never arrives when they say, never have drivers and never apologise for delays on deliveries.

Delivery was faster than advertised and food was piping hot.

After 5 long months i decided to give hotspot a second chance - terrible decision. They cancelled the order after 20 minutes and I have starved to death - garbage

Our new favourite go to for burger and chips! Food was lovely and the delivery driver was quick, funny and talkative - you hardly ever get that these days! Thank you for making life easier for us the last two nights whilst moving house by providing good quality food!

I’ve used this place for some years. But today was exceptionally bad. An order that they said would be 45 minutes was over an hour and 45 mins. I was ringing for over 45 minutes to find out what had happened and the phone was off the hook. When I finally got through the person on the phone was rude and said the order hadn’t even been sent out yet. Clearly they were taking too many orders and couldn’t deliver the food. There was no apology and said they didn’t have a driver and it was raining ! He basically said “ do you want the delivery or not “ wrong attitude to a customer. After many years of using this take away I will not be using again or recommending as this not a way to treat customers and as it was 9pm the hunger was gone for what is only a mediocre take away. There are better pizzas 🍕 out there 😡

Was out on an absolute binder with my mates and a little bit of munch was all I needed and their garlic bread pizza absolutely hit the spot was cooked to perfection and the staff was super friendly Donnie's, deffo going there again if feeling peckish

Not special really the chicken wrap was ok,chips needed seasoning and the onion rings wasn’t that really good but you do get decent portions..

Tried to place and order through the st neots app - they cancelled the order without notification - when i rang up to ask if it had been cancelled and to find out why they just said "yes cancelled" and hung up.

If I could give a -1 I would! Hour and a half wait for cold food, missing food and no drink! Tried calling but phone line was continuously busy... think they disconnected it so they didn't have to hear me complain! Avoid at all costs

When I was living in the area, my carers ordered from here and everytime they ask for thin crust, they get given deep pan (thick crust).

We ordered online and paid by card. was immediately called back to advise an item wasn’t available, manager told us to reorder minus that item and they’d refund the original payment. We did, food was delicious, no problem however two weeks had passed and still the original amount had not been refunded so we called Perizone, spoke to the Manager whom I can only describe as rude, offensive and very patronising, told us “sweetheart I can’t refund unless we see the card despite you claiming you have the receipt, don’t be a bloody nuisance just come down to the shop, it’s not far to come, you live 2 mins away, bring your card with you along with proof of receipt and I’ll refund it” with that he promptly put the phone down. Now I’m a reasonable person despite being very busy with my job as a Nurse a few days later having finished my shift I thought I’d call and check they were open, big mistake! When I explained why I was coming down and wanted to check it was ok as I understand they can be quite busy as the manager pointed out in our last interaction, the “manager” (who I hasten to add was the same person I spoke to last time; you never forget a voice that talks to you like you are stupid) proceeded to say they can’t do a refund, he denied telling me to come down then changed his story and said he was a new owner who had taken over the business a week ago, now I know this to be untrue given that as he pointed out I live two mins away, I think I’d notice if they were or had a change of ownership! When I pointed that politely out he proceeded to call me a f’ bitch and that I should f’off and die and proceeded to put the phone down! So avoid at all costs, we are in the process of dealing with the payment provider he uses in order to attempt to get a refund but we just wanted to voice our disappointment in their customer service, sadly despite the food being delicious we and everyone we know will be told of our experience and advised to look elsewhere to enjoy a takeaway!

Every order I have placed with Hotspot has arrived wrong, either with items missing, or items added that I have specifically requested NOT to be on my food.. If I order a burger meal with no cheese no sauce no salad that's what I expect! Tonight I called hotspot because my order was wrong, salad and mayo added to burger my drinks from the meal deals were missing, the person answering the phone didn't even apologise for the mess up, I would say it was a mistake but every order messed up can't be a mistake. When I mentioned to the person on the phone, " are you not going to apologise for your mess up," the person didn't even acknowledge that that saying sorry is common courtesy

Worst delivery service ever. Not order again. Food late all the time!!!

Waited 2.5hrs for my food, in the end I went to the shop they had 5 people all panicking around the food poorly organised phone wasn't manned. I tried to ring with no answer. Customer service was non-existent I didn't even get an apology, just blamed the football.? When I got there the food had just turned up at my house. Wich by this time it was so late I couldn't eat it and went to bed angry and annoyed. Only upside was that we got refunded most of the money I paid for it.

Always good, hot, filling food with friendly service. I highly recommend. Its great fried chicken, even when sober!

I'ts been couple times we waiting for delivery so long . Food was cold , no taste, chicken very dry. We try to call , but line was busy all the time. Very disappointed.

Thought we would have a Friday night treat. Ordered at half 7 via just eat got told would be delivered between 8.05 and 8.25. I get a text at 8.23 saying it’s on the way. We live 10 minute walk so 2 minute drive for them..... 9 o clock still not here so I get the kids something from the shop! Walk down to the takeaway to see someone else in there for the same reason as me. Only explanation was they got overwhelmed so closed the phone lines down (will explain why I called 63 times and was engaged!) Despite the txt saying it was on the way they cooked it whilst we was in there waiting. No apology no incentive to go back nothing! Really disappointed in the lack of customer service. This was the first and last time I will be eating from there. Shame because the food was quite nice.

We ordered a takeaway. Just eat notified it was on way just within the predicted delivery time. Nothing came. Rang, was told that was a mistake they were just packing it. Another half hour later - two hours from original order time - rang again and they said it wasn't on way they were very busy. And no idea when it would be ready. I appreciate it gets busy bank holiday but don't lie about when it's coming. And clearly not bothered. We won't use again and had been regular customers.

Ordered at half past 5 and said they would be delivered at 620 phoned restaurant several times no answer was getting ready to go down there and turned up at 7, was surprised the food was hot and was very nice, no social distance and no mask when delivering

Best chicken burgers around. All their fried chicken is delicious, fresh, succulent and the seasoning is spot on. Customer service is ok. not bad but not great either.

Have ordered from hot spot manys a time with no complaint. Ordered my usual jacket potato today and what i received can only be described as a potato war zone. Called hot spot to lwt them know what was delivered and was not given good customer service. Was told other jackets that had gone out had no complaints today etc. Very let down, dont appreciate being patronised and advised will not retutn again

I went I because I fancied a chicken burger but saw the prices. Over £7 is too much for chicken burger and chips. So I went next door to Istanbul and ordered it there. Surprise surprise they went to hotspot to get my food....

When Our Food Arrived It Was The Wrong Pizza - The Chicken Wings Were Covered In Soggy Breadcrumbs And The Chicken Was Pink And Me And My Friend Have Been Very Poorly Since. Only Reason Why I Ordered From Here Is Because Dolminos Pizza Had A Long Wait.

It continues to get worse. So bad they have removed their lack of hygiene marker due to being dropped again. If it wasn’t for drunk people and just eat I believe they would have gone out of business months ago

I just been to this restaurant today to eat in order combo meal and onee of the guys took my order and waited patiently for 15mins which is ok i can still wait but no one inform if they are preparing my food or not.I decided to ask for a refund and cancel my order but the Owner in the till.(hairy arms and chest with greyish hair).He was so rude that he didnt even bother to apologize i even called him BOSS. I will never visit this restaurant again..

After an evening of refinement and a wavy experience in the nearby spoons establishment I found myself sat on thin wooden seats in hotspot. Expecting little of the food I ordered, a fillet burger with fries and water. Only to find a succulent burger filled to the brim with delicious chicken and fresh salad in a textured bun. The best fast food establishment in the historic town of St.Neots for individuals looking for a post Carlsburg feast. 9.5/10 - decor could be improved..

Over forty minutes late was given the wrong drink. A bite was taken out of one of the mozzarella sticks! And i dont see how a tray of peppers with some cheese thrown on top is a vegetarian lasagna.

Forget Col. Saunders, this chicken is the best I have ever eaten. I usually pop in after playing in my band. REally great it is still open at 2am - I can highly reccomend the chicken burgers!

Absolutely horrible, tasteless food. Also full of drunks after kick out of the local pubs which makes for an overly unwelcoming take away. I guess it must be a necessity to be that drunk to bare the awful food.

If you want to pay £4 for potato wedges this is the place for you. Burgers are OK chicken is OK but if paying £4 for potato wedges is your thing this place is for you!

Perfect if you all like different things as they do a range of foods and all seem very nice (what we have tried anyway). Pizza's are very good - and I'm not a pizza fan - but their chicken is amazing!

Food quality not the same as it used to be. They still have lunch time specials advertised and don't open until 15.30 hrs some of the staff are friendly and the rest rude and ignorant. Standards have really slipped

I bought through just eat and left a note asking to substitute the bottle of drink in a meal with a side, I wasn't even sure that it would be seen but I got my substitution and the delivery was earlier than estimated! Warm and tasty!

ordered food for three no receipt given got it home and found order was wrong called up to get it sorted out right told us what we ordered was what we got and there was nothing they could do unless we ordered another set of curly fries even after we insisted we ordered curly fries not a wrap they still insisted they wouldn't do anything even if we brought the wrap back in

We use Hot Spot all the time, whether it's pizza, chicken, burgers or any of the other multitude of food items they serve, it's always good. They can be very busy so the delivery time quoted is not often short, but it always arrives hot. Their pizzas are loaded, delicious and there is lots to choose from. Their chicken is great as are their wraps. I always have the potato wedges with my chicken, the coating is to die for. Good value, lots of different deals to get plenty of value.

The foods cheap and its awesome after a night out to just go and get a takeaway. I would recommend this place is you want to get a takeaway that's the cheapest but good enough.

On a good day, it's really not bad. Food is nice and fresh. However, it can be hit and miss. Been in here very late at night before and had a few issues with the way we were charged. If it's a bit quiet, expect for the food to be less than fresh. Pizza ok, however recently ordered delivery and it was quite overcooked. Customer service ok, again better if you catch them on a good day.

Slow service and greasy food. However, they have good customer skills, and have a wide range of food available for a reasonable price.
