Subway in Huntingdonshire

Food was cold, including toasted sun and nacho chicken. Took 2 hours to arrive. Number for restaurant doesn’t go to restaurant so can’t call to ask for update on order.

Consistency is always late over several orders

We've been going to this subway most weekends for the last few years and it's slowly getting worse. The staff can't follow clear instructions and they have the same enthusiasm of a sloth. The churro's were more like Rebar and to top it off when you open your expensive sandwich it looks like it's been dropped. Alot of room for improvement!!

Went to wrong address I had to go collect when disabled lady rang me

Made requests on order and did completely the opposite despite, the receipt acknowledging our requests. FAIL and will be getting our money back, won’t order from here again.

I haven’t received my item I have called multiple times no answer this is not good enough

Food was a little cold, and I did get told my food was going to be delayed but on a whole it was excellent.

The toppings were all mixed up, I got olives and sweetcorn on my meatball marinara which I hate, I also got garlic sauce, all of which were meant to be on the BMT sub. My mum got jalapeños on her BMT which again, she hates and were meant to be on my meatball sub.

Waste of time ordering from them , never have anything in stock even tho just eat gives an option to purchase the items.

Order didn't arrive but said delivered. Phone line off cant contact them. Am having to drive to them to find out what's going on but paid extra for delivery. 6 bags on the side. so serval customers waiting. no apologies. no refund for delivery. terrible service.

Shout out to Hettie who was working this evening, there wasn't any meatballs out but she said she would go out the back and make some for me (she was working alone by the way).. this may seem small but I was in a car collision an hour before and I was waiting for my car to be recovered, so I'd had a rough evening, and Hettie doing that thing for me just really helped a rubbish day get better. Thank you so much!

Food was cold when arrived, arrival time was changed so was half an hour later than expected. No jalepenos on the nachos, cheese barely melted and subs were barely toasted.

Missing item from a small order. Poor customer service, had to wait 50 minutes for the remaining item to arrive with no goodwill gesture offered. Would recommend avoiding.

Didn't deliver what I'd ordered. No cheese or toasted, wrong bread.

Meats were dry, barely any sauce, all poor quality, it was like dry slop mashed into bread. Worst Subway I've ever had from this branch.

Website and Google both state this store closes at 8pm. Turned up at 7:46pm, all lights are off and the store is closed. Not the first time I have turned up to get some food and it is closed before the advertised time. Unpredictable.

Ordered off Uber Eats food takes forever to arrive ingredients are hit and miss for freshness. Overall wouldn’t recommend

Not pleased with the new menu idea. Hubby wanted his philly cheese steak on Italian bread. He could only now get it on a baguette unless he wanted to pay a lot extra for the toppings. We won't be back.

It was a nice SubWay, modern and clean, but the place was really cold unfortunately. A common complaint I have with SubWay was borne out here - if you ask for a sandwich or salad and sat you want everything on it, they'll load your choice up to the top of the salad box or as full as the sandwich will hold. If you only ask for a few things (I had lettuce, onion and sweetcorn only, to go with my tuna mayo) they give you under half a box usually. I had to ask 3 times for more in my salad box and still got significantly less than the "with everything" salad boxes the rest of my party had. That said, this is my experience in most SubWay places, so I think it's a training issue at the corporate level. The scoop size of the tuna mayo seemed like it was 50% of what it was a few years back, so all in all not really worth the money these days sadly, as I love a nice salad box!

Good staff, nice place. Lost a star because I don't like the new menues at all, and don't eat cheese.

Was short staffed when I went, so took a while to be served. But tasty meal.

I have to say that they make a good sandwich. I have to say though that some of the staff need a little training in customer service. I accept that sometimes they are busy making up orders for delivery but it takes seconds to look up and say hello, I will be with you in a couple of minutes rather than ignoring you when you are waiting at the counter.

I had not been to a subway in years but I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it and there new suggestions menu. I will be going back again sooner this time.

Stopped here today and experienced superb customer service. All the staff were super friendly and talked us through the new menu and made some suggestions on what to try. Food was the usually high standard and everything tasted super fresh. The resturant was spotless. One of the best subways in the area. Highly recommend.

Nice to see a subway open after 6pm, the place was empty when we arrived. Nice friendly staff, 2 x footlong rolls made quickly and well, very tasty, would recommend this place to everyone.

Nice clean store fairly new, Unfortunately like many Subway stores they have started giving less toppings than what they are supposed to - probably to save on costs. Example spicy Italian - Supposed to be 10 slices of each type of meat now they are only giving 8, saving 10% also have become tight on salad. Same can be said for the steak and chicken subs.

Contrary to some reviews on here I had an awesome experience here for lunch! I ordered an Italian bmt and added steak. I had lettuce, red onion, pepper, sweetcorn and ground black pepper. The extra steak I got was a mountain and the sandwich was stacked! All the salad looked and tasted fresh and the store was clean, the staff very polite and chatty. All in all a fantastic fast lunch experience.

This is not my first visit to the store but it's the first one that's felt like it needed a review. Unfortunately not the best experience this time round, having been here a few times it feels like the service is getting worse, staff barely acknowledged us during our visit, it was assumed I was paying for the person who I walked in with despite us ordering separately at the begining Didn't have some of the options that were listed online, specifically the vegan meatball which the lady I was with wanted and that wasn't made clear until half way through trying to order food, if that had been said at the begining we would have just gone elsewhere for lunch.

Food itself okay I suppose. Looked online at what they did, only to be told half the vegan options they don't do instore anymore. Go to pay, my friend ahead of me. Without been asked they charge him for both of ours. Never asked if we wanted drinks or snacks, very poor communication. All three younger staff working looked miserable.

Typical subway with the usual subway menu but the staff here are very friendly and helpful.

I recently went in to the store and ordered my food as I started eating the food I felt something sharp cut the inside of my mouth, after inspection I found it was a piece of metal I then inspected the bread further and found more absolutely disgusting. I phone the manager of the store who didn’t want to know about it and blamed it on someone from the warehouse who makes the bread, good job it wasn’t a child that’s what I say.

Ordered a veggie delite with lettuce tomatoes cheese and pickles with sauce. There was scraps of lettuce in the sauce and 2 tomato slices with a couple of pickle slices. An absolute joke! The food was also cold when requested toasted and no extra cheese. Never ordering from this subways again, utterly ripped off especially as their prices have gone up.

Bright, clean and welcoming. The food is, obviously, standard Subway fare, but the space available, decent amount of seating and, above all, friendly staff made it a step up from most. Conventionally located on the outskirts of St Ives, there's free parking and plenty of other options for friends or family who would rather skip a sub.

Excellent delivery service!!! Ordered via Just Eat arrived before scheduled time, delivery driver was lovely and cheerful. Never ordered a takeaway from Subway before but was feeling lazy today!!! Baguettes were packed fantastically and the fillings were huge would definitely order again!!

It was lovely to have a foot baguette with steak cheese and salad coke plus crisps. Staff were lovely and chatty. Plus there was not many people about.

Walked in one second after another customer who was in line. Was then told to leave as they were shut at 14:30 in the afternoon when the sign on the door said open until 6pm.was not given a reason for this just asked to leave and the door shut behind us whilst the other customers who walked in seconds before us were served.

So I joined a que and was number 23 in line. Took me half an hour to get to the counter. The salad and staff were great but very over worked. Staffing should have been 4 and not just 2 for peak lunchtime. Owner seems to want to save money by not employing staff. Such a poor experience with the times that I won't be going back again for a long time. SORT THIS OUT!

Always varies. Sometimes clean. Sometimes. Not. Sometimes the sandwiches taste great. Othertimes you may have an upset stomach later in the day.

Got my son a foot long bacon, and when he ate it there was barely any bacon in it. My sub bread was over cooked and too crispy. Will be sticking to Chatteris subway, as I've never had any problems in there.

The quantity of filings is going down and the price is going up slowly...... they can’t reduce the quantity and increase price much more and keep customers.....

I only went in for a coffee so can't comment on the food. Service was good and friendly

Ignore all the bad reviews as they seem to be very finicky and unrealistic. It's subway, not the Ritz! So my experience.... I picked up two of the Vegan subs from there and the girl serving me was helpful, polite and courteous to what I wanted. I believe her name was Joanna. Quick service, really tasty subs, and will definitely be back for another soon. Haven't sat in the subway yet, but it looked very clean, and hygienic which is of course always welcome when food is concerned. Even better it's open until 10pm which is great for a late night takeaway without the massive weight and cost.

The place is absolutely amazing with it's fresh forward design. It gives you the right atmosphere that you need for the day, lots of selections and also vegetarian options, amazing salads and also a choice of different platters for a party, meetings etc made with fresh bread and veg that is prepared daily. Give it a try and you won't be sorry.

Visited the new Subway found in the Abbey Retail Park along with a Drive-Thru Costa Coffee and Mcdonald's. The Subway restaurant is modern and was very presentable when we visited. Big-screen televisions and the white, clean look throughout the restaurant was good to see. Opted for the customary Italian BMT foot-long and was happy with the quality of the sandwich - our sandwich artist did not hold back on the fillings which was good to see. A nice guy, too. Happy so will return,

I visit Subway fairly regularly but I really love the new Subway in St Ives. It's always spotlessly clean, queues never seem to last very long, and the staff are very friendly.

Newly opened, was easy to park and staff were friendly and helpful. Enough seating when we were there, Sat lunch. Food was great (for fast food) generally clean restaurant although some of the tables needed wiping.

This is a nice Subway store, located in a new build leisure park. Visited today for the first time, modern "new look" Subway with the new branding. Food was great, fresh and trademark Subway. Reasonably priced, good coffee. Free parking outside. Card and cash accepted. Clean and tidy. Staff are very attentive, friendly, know their stuff and happy to help, thumbs up to Lucian. Great atmosphere. Only (minor) feedback for improvement would be to offer free Wifi, as not a great signal area. All round a nice place. Will be back again soon, thanks! 😎

They have a few teething problems as a brand new store. The service is the slowest service I've had at a subway. They forgot napkins with our order. They can only take cash payments at the moment too. The subs themselves were fine and the seating area was pretty clean. I'll certainly come back and try them again in the future.
