Mcdonald's Restaurants in Huntingdonshire

I ordered McDonald's through Uber eats and I got fast service of 13 minutes!! However with fast service you expect hot food. Everything was cold except from the coke! Explain that one. I knew this wasn't Uber eats problem so I called McDonalds and I got through to a guy called mark who is the "supposed manager" he than lied to my face by saying he doesn't understand why it's cold as all orders are made to order. I than said well that must not be true witch than he lied to me again and said no we make to order and tried to blame uber eats. Becareful of this mark he is a outstanding liar and I will be taking this further hopefully they will look at my time of order and see if it was made fresh.

Turned up at 5 minutes past 12 (midnight) on December 12th and the drive through was shut with cones blocking it off. I parked up and tried the entrance, this was locked. I saw 3 members of staff inside cooking chips and making burgers, applying sauce etc. They ignored me and my brother stood at the door which ironically has a "open 24 hours 7 days a week" sign, clearly it's not! After the staff made the food they were preparing they took the food and vanished from the food prep/cooking area, we then returned to the car. This is a joke of a McDonald's, not the 1st time either, your better off driving all the way to Ely if you are this way.

No ketchup in the pack. Food was cold and delivered late.

Delivery driver left it outside in the cold didn’t even ring the doorbell! Foods ruined! Not happy!

Fries were cold but everything else was good.

The gentlemen was on and off the phone to me for over 20 minutes trying to find our house and our food turned up cold and milkshake melted really wasn’t a great service

They prioritise the drive thru and deliveries before customers in the store. Ended up waiting over 20 mins and this is not fast food The screens don’t work for children either Also, the times online are incorrect and it states 24 hours when it isn’t as it shuts at midnight

Took over 2hrs to arrive, no dips, no straws and everything stone cold and inedible.

Food just literally never arrived so i guess a delivery driver had his dinner on me. Enjoy it fella

bad service, every time I ordered a snack missing something and never deliver correctly.

It’s a map you have to follow and every time i have to go out and search for them. maybe they shouldn’t be doing this job if they can’t locate a house

The staff at Huntingdon are sooo slow and there is no organisation. It takes 20+mins for you to get your order.

The app offers don't work and the staff will not let you use them in store

The delivery time was revised numerous times. When the food arrived it was cool not hot

Terrible. Cold, not even warm but cold. Never again.

First and last order with Just Eat. Ordered at 18.55, ETA: 19.25, courier showed on app at restaurant at 19.20... Delivered stone cold food at 20.10... Never again, you live and learn!

Food brunt and cold. Missing orange terry pie. Chips dry and cold. Nasty the girls never eat them just a waste

Ordered at 4pm and delivery time kept changing. Delivered at 5.07 all cold and horrible. Delivery driver also had to deliver to the oxmoor first before ours, the other side of town.

My order came without the sauces.

this drive thru is a bloody nightmare! built in the worst possible place. the queue exceeds the actual road, makes it so difficult to drive in and out as someone who isn’t actually using the restaurant. just seems ridiculous

Delivery time kept being changed. At least 3 times. When food arrived it was cold and I had to reheat it. The delivery driver left it on my door step, came through the back gate when I stated to knock on the front door due to having dogs. Unacceptab!

What's the point of offering delivery times if they're never going to be honoured.

The bun for the fillo fish was rock hard and inedible

said it would be delivered at 19:00. only arrived after 19:40. Food was completely cold and chips soggy. MacDonald burger buns were burnt

all our drinks were spilled in the bag. not happy. waste of spending money on large drinks to only be in the bag spilled.

That particular delivery driver is always friendly, polite and professional.

Some of the food was cold (especially the chips) , ordered a double Big Mac but got a regular Big Mac and the apple pie was not only luke warm but also past its discard time on the sticker! Never had any trouble here before. But not great this time.

Order was wrong and looked like driver went on a jolly.

I did not get the food I ordered and was not offered a refund.

A burger was missing from the order. Pretty poor.

Missing part of order and cold

Order has been wrong 80% of the time past few years. It’s usually a missing item or 2 or 3, and the process to get money back is so long that it’s not even worth it. Burgers usually dry same as the chicken. Go Brampton instead if u can.

The order was wrong, chips were missed and there was Chicken in the wrap when I order no Chicken

Ordered my food at 12:45 arrived at 14:35 freezing cold

was late because the driver decided to go to other restaurants after picking up my order to then deliver other orders before mine we watched this on the map and had evidence and the food was disgustingly cold

Sausage McMuffin had a burnt muffin, had to be thrown away. Also it was missing the extra sausage I paid for. Everything else was fine.

My order wasn’t delivered, it was given to another customer but they insisted I had received it. I had to reorder with another company to get my food. Terrible service, never to be used again

The food was cold, it was terrible. The delivery took ages, we saw it leave the restaurant and it must have done several stops before us, the food was completely ruined and the McFlurry was completely melted and tasted off.

Bad management! Rude and disrespectful to customers. Breakfast meals should not take longer than 5 minutes to serve. Having customers stood waiting with no notice of the delay timescale is unacceptable. Has McDonald’s forgotten the reason for its existence, to serve cheap food fast and with minimal fuss. Last time I bother using this venue!

Waited ages to have two wraps missing and my dips .i got cold chips and a burger

OK, at off peek times, so plenty of tables for dining in can be very busy at lunch and evening times, clean toilets, and cooking time's from order to table are quite quick Mcdelivery drivers stop using the disabled parking bays to collect your pickups KM61KCF no blue badge but plenty of keep hot bags carried in store

In my old area out of all the times I had McDonald’s my order was never wrong since moving to Huntingdon and using the branch here it’s never right the amount of money I’ve had taken from me for missing orders is disgusting, you cannot communicate with these workers, something so simple is made so difficult and just infuriating, never a pleasant experience it’s ridiculous, Avoid!!!

What is the point of having the option to add notes for the driver when they don't even look at it and leave it in the wrong location?

Stone cold. Had to heat it microwave. It's surely not beyond them to use a heat bag!

Dipping sauce for nuggets are always missing! Lukewarm but still edible.

Food arrived cold, driver had not kept properly in veg so drinks had spilled every and only recover half of the drink ordered. As a result of the spillage, food was all soggy too, so had to throw half of it away as was inedible.

Only issue I had is I got a coffee not a hot coco.

Clint is my guy! He’s deserves a special mention. Helpful and friendly! Not sure about anyone else.
