It was cold, milkshake was warm and ice cream melted waste of money

Order ordered at 18.22h and received at 19.30h . I am very unhappy about it.

Right hand side of drive through being completely ignored, while left side was being served. Had to call the store after sitting waiting for 15 mins to get any service.

food was freezing all drinks were spilt into he bags non drinkable for a 75 pound order I expect a bit better service I am going for a refund I have autistic children who won't eat cold food or have it warmed and no drinks to even fo with the meal other than 2 the only ok thing wS the mcflurrys

order never arrived to house delivery driver stopped on the map for an hour.

Warm drinks. Missing items. Wrong dips. Not great.

Well first of all there has been items missing in our order, even though we paid for item (this isnt the first time actually, so when you order fruit bag, you most of the time get none..) Also food was cold, ice cream was very badly melted.

The website indicates that it is open 24 hours but it doesn't indicate that this only applies to the drive through.

food was really fresh and perfect.

Genuinely always forgets at least one of my items in my order

Mcdelivery orders always missing items how hard it is to pack few items into a bag I wonder if this is some sort of tactics to maximise profit

Didn’t have the right food completely different order

Everything was good but no drink for the happy meal

Delivery driver was more than happy and polite would give him 5 stars. Food was cold and half the order was missing. Not good

Towerfields McDonald. Order cancelled after 30 min of waiting then as usually something missing,straws,napkins,sos or toy.

Chips where cold. Had to heat them up.

The dips were all missing even though one was part of the order. No straws for the drinks, no napkins. Food was lukewarm.

We waited 35 mins for a quarter pounder meal and a pineapple ice drink due to a broken self-service machine and they only served deliveroo drivers. The worst part is THEY GAVE ME GHERKIN and I DID NOT ASK FOR It! I even took it off my order! THE WORST!

got my order partly wrong. instead of a hot chocolate, mini Mc flurry, carrot bag and pineapple stick I got a large coke and 2 muffins!!

Because the Mcdonalds app doesn't work properly my food was registered for drive thru not restaurant. After waiting at the counter for at least 5 minutes with no-one even bothering to acknowledge me I eventually shouted 'excuse me' just to get attention. What followed was a massive faff while the mostly gormless staff tried to work out how to change the order to pick up. Took 25 minutes. Fast food it ain't and the customer service is disgraceful.

They added a chilli burger to a kids happy meal. Kid not happy!

The order was completely wrong and even missing items from the order. The only thing the order go right was the special chicken sandwich and fries. The selects was just 20 nuggets. Missing a medium fry and surprisingly got the sauces we ordered.

Cold and chips weren’t cooked. Driver didn’t follow instructions to find my house and was shouty when he called.

What I like about this place is that I hardly speak with humans. The self-service machine is more user-friendly than human services. I let my fingers do the talking. Within 20 minutes, I'm out of the restaurant feeling full and happy. My only resentment is that the portion is too small for such an expensive price. On an unhappy note, I must say the staff are getting lazier. They are getting paid, and yet they don't want to do a lot. Is it too much to ask for them to clear the tables? They have robots taking orders. Customers collecting their own meals. As for me, I like to be served, and I think it's only fair to ask for such services.

Delivery kept getting delayed. large chip x2 was half full. All chips were soggy, undercooked and cold. Chicken nuggets were dry and cold. All burgers were cold!

Last time we shall visit this location. Franchise owner needs to address the speed of service and quality of food. The location is consistently overwhelmed with the customer levels. Brampton Hut services McDonalds is far superior.

could find driver for over a hour and no way of getting help with that. was missing a latte food was Luke warm at best really let down

Awful service. Restaurant messed the order up! Chicken selects were ordered and cheese bites were inside the box and no chicken selects. Restaurant wouldn’t help, advised to contact just eat and they only partially refunded my order!NOT USING JUSTEAT

Some of the order was missing again !!! Not acceptable that you place an order and then some of the burgers etc are not delivered! You then have to send an email giving the details of the missing items to Just Eat as Mc Donald’s are not interested !! This means there is no immediate resolution unless you re order with Just Eat and pay again or go to McDonalds and pay again !! Rubbish customer service !!!!

McDonalds is McDonald's. It is not fine dining, but it fills a hole. Use the App, to get points and offers. Drive through is so convenient.

The food was stone cold. The order took too long to deliver. When delivery courier arrived he didnt have a clue which was my order. Very poor experience. I informed Just Eat and got 25% of my money back for a meal that was 100% unacceptable.

You have to wait for atleast 5-10mins to collect your order though it will be displayed as order is ready to collect.

Everything was good , some of my drink was spilt because the cup didn’t have a sticker ontop but it was my fault when I tilted the bag sideways

Driver forgot the bag of food at Mac Donald’s and only brought the drinks. We had to go and collect the missing bag from Mac Donald’s. Hardly the home delivery we wanted.

I ordered McDonald's through Uber eats and I got fast service of 13 minutes!! However with fast service you expect hot food. Everything was cold except from the coke! Explain that one. I knew this wasn't Uber eats problem so I called McDonalds and I got through to a guy called mark who is the "supposed manager" he than lied to my face by saying he doesn't understand why it's cold as all orders are made to order. I than said well that must not be true witch than he lied to me again and said no we make to order and tried to blame uber eats. Becareful of this mark he is a outstanding liar and I will be taking this further hopefully they will look at my time of order and see if it was made fresh.

Turned up at 5 minutes past 12 (midnight) on December 12th and the drive through was shut with cones blocking it off. I parked up and tried the entrance, this was locked. I saw 3 members of staff inside cooking chips and making burgers, applying sauce etc. They ignored me and my brother stood at the door which ironically has a "open 24 hours 7 days a week" sign, clearly it's not! After the staff made the food they were preparing they took the food and vanished from the food prep/cooking area, we then returned to the car. This is a joke of a McDonald's, not the 1st time either, your better off driving all the way to Ely if you are this way.
