Asked for one simple thing and they still get it wrong. Useless as per usual

Order has been wrong 80% of the time past few years. It’s usually a missing item or 2 or 3, and the process to get money back is so long that it’s not even worth it. Burgers usually dry same as the chicken. Go Brampton instead if u can.

Bad management! Rude and disrespectful to customers. Breakfast meals should not take longer than 5 minutes to serve. Having customers stood waiting with no notice of the delay timescale is unacceptable. Has McDonald’s forgotten the reason for its existence, to serve cheap food fast and with minimal fuss. Last time I bother using this venue!

OK, at off peek times, so plenty of tables for dining in can be very busy at lunch and evening times, clean toilets, and cooking time's from order to table are quite quick Mcdelivery drivers stop using the disabled parking bays to collect your pickups KM61KCF no blue badge but plenty of keep hot bags carried in store

In my old area out of all the times I had McDonald’s my order was never wrong since moving to Huntingdon and using the branch here it’s never right the amount of money I’ve had taken from me for missing orders is disgusting, you cannot communicate with these workers, something so simple is made so difficult and just infuriating, never a pleasant experience it’s ridiculous, Avoid!!!

Only 1 order point working but nothing tosay so. We had to drive in without making an order staff member spoke nonsense then we had to wait for order NOT fast food !

Clint is my guy! He’s deserves a special mention. Helpful and friendly! Not sure about anyone else.

Food was tepid at its best and server was looking for my drink which was already on the tray!!!! Staff ignored 3 girls running and screaming around store as did the parents of one of the children

Very busy. Most of the staff were brilliant. One loud mouthed girl who the managers seemed to be afraid of. Called an order number and then said, last chance and threw the food on the floor. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. The delivery food was lined up on the counter for over 25 minutes, the staff still allowed the delivery drivers to take it out on delivery.

Closed even though it says 2hrs

Ice cream was melted. Not enough toppings in my tub. They forgot my two chips. Made me pay TWICE! RIP OFF

Drink has turned upside down and was mostly gone by the time the food arrived. Driver not interested and blamed the courier bag.

It’s a mc’d s what is the else to say. The drive through is slow, I was passed by two snails as I drove from the order point to pay and then collect food. Order was wrong surprise surprise. Didn’t find out till I was on the A 14 , missing an apple pie, and got some savoury muffin thing not the brownie I asked for and payed for. The Big Mac was bloody awful. The middle was outside the bun in the box. The bottom of the bun was upside down and two minging strips of lettuce. The Pattie its self was great. If you use the drive through do so at your own peril!! And throughly check your order in side and out Oh and the girl who passed the food to me gave my dog a fuss , I just hope she washed her hands after or before touching someone else’s food. My dog is clean btw just hair and likes being transferred

My Mcchicken sandwich was missing from order, although I paid for it. This is not the first time when something is missing, not happy......also i had to go look for the courier as he couldn't find my address 😞

This is a bad McDonald's. I like to visit McDonald's as I travel and this was not good. They even kept calling the wrong numbers out. Mine was like 26 and they called 40. The guy after me was 40 and they called someone else's. And it was freaking hot! I feel sorry for the people actually working, but it was so uncomfortable to eat inside.

Waiting far too long every time. Food always cold ALWAYS forget something from your order on drive through and think they forget we now pay for sauces Sprite was flat water... ??

Two hours late and the wrong order

From what was delivered it was very poor, burger was cold and the bottom half of the bun was stale. Would’ve been nice to receive the rest of my meal, no chips or milkshake. I did for some reason get a sweet chilli wrap that I didn’t ask for..

Order was never delivered they state they delivered it. I’ve had numerous deliveries from Just Eat McDonald’s to our unit. Never had a problem today. They claim it’s been delivered when it hasn’t.

Drinks were flatter than a pancake, not a single dip, despite buying additional dips, missing a drink, sent the wrong, missing food, sent a burger but didn’t read the alterations and food was stone cold

Very slow for what should be 'fast food'. Chips were hot which was a bonus. No serviettes provided so had to ask. Been here a number of times but a bit hit and miss.

I have rated low because it took a long time for the food to arrive and it was all cold. However this was due to traffic and not driver fault. Driver was lovely and messaged to advise stuck in traffic and was really apologetic.

The meal was ok.as usual. But the frozen strawberry lemonade today had a very strong metallic taste. I thrown it away because I don’t know what that is. So a bit disappointed by that. I always order it with my meal but this is the first time I thrown it away and was quite disappointed as I love that drink.

McDonald's, is a good place to go when you can't be bothered to cook your own food. There are always lots of people in there and they all look like they are enjoying their meal, I know myself and my partner, always enjoy a good ole Macky Ds. 😉😍🍔

large drink was leaking out of bag, only half full once opened, food was stone cold too because the delivery driver decided to take an hour detour, no dips included either.

Placed order no tickets in the machine, could see number up in screen, we waited and waited then the number dissapeared and we still waited, went and asked a member if staff where it was and he said he would ask, had to ask again and he said you said you were only waiting 5 mins actually by the time we got back to car it was 25 mins, shocking service, runny thick shake luke warm chips, needs a proper manager not aload of kids

In one week two time I ordered apple pie and both time didn’t get it. The order never correct they don’t care about service at all.

Ordered a cheesy flatbread- got a hot chocolate. Because they sound the same, don’t they? Edit* It’s hit or miss as to whether the person takes your order can hear your order through the speaker. Another order mix up today. At least the guy taking the payment was pleasant.

Huntingdon McDonald’s has gone down in both quality and delivery time. Again the fries were near enough cold and the chicken was lukewarm. The only thing that was ok, was the burger. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Nothing came despite marked as delivered

Cold chips, very pale colour and not salty. Then the chicken burger had brown edged lettuce and a soggy roll with a bit of chicken that reminded me of cardboard so didn’t eat that, so I got a milkshake.

Arrived about 20 minutes late we received the wrong McFlurry and both of our milkshakes where extremely liquidated and tasted vial and left an extremely disgusting taste I’m mine and my sons mouth for a while and even made my son throw up and not wanting to eat anything because of it

Half of the order is missing. How can you mix and match and give only 1 item out of 3? And that’s not the only thing that went wrong with the order. You don’t give straws with the drinks anymore too? Where’s the logic behind it? Wasted money and time. Disgusting how someone can do that. Very unfair.

Had a drive through experience in my driving lesson, waiting before 3 cars showed up all of which was able to speak to someone before us whereas we was waiting ages before, no one answered so went to the window and explained, guy went away for 5 mins making us wait longer AGAIN then we ordered and went to the window like he asked, NO ONE SHOWED UP TO GIVE OUR FOOD, went inside and explained to manager, she said that they gave our food away to other people and so made our food again, then FORGOT MY DIP not good service at all extremely disappointing

food was stone cold i ordered a large coke and the cup came half full i had no straw and my burger looked like it was ran over

McDonald’s the 24hr fast food restaurant that can’t take orders for 30-60mins a day!!! Several times after work, I’ve travelled out my way to find they have to reset there tills after midnight and can’t take orders??????!?
