Total disorganisation blaming customers for their mistakes. How hard to get an order correct and put the dip in the bag?!!!

Store is not 24 hours like advertised. People may be in the building but no work is being done. I have wasted petrol a few times just to find out it’s closed. One time it was open two colleagues decided to argue while dealing with my order calling each other liars. In no rush what so ever to return.

The staff are snappy and derogatory to trainees. ONE older lady does all the floor cleaning, bins inside and out and toilets whilst the staff just stand there. My burger wasn't exactly warm and other people said the same. I go to kfc

Could not put dips into the bag if their lives depended on it, even if you say, are the dips in the bag. They'll say yes, but they won't be. Chips are pastey, at least show them the fryer.

I prefer to drive a 50 mile round trip rather than 16 mile round trip. Huntingdon is so much cleaner, friendlier and helpful.

Waited nearly 30 mins for a double cheeseburger and chips

Just stopped by the drive thru 11pm. restaurant not particularly busy, drive-thru quiet - but had to wait for X3 old cheeseburgers and large fries that were luke-warm and more like medium fries, burned buns and onions that were black and obviously scraped off the griddle rather than freshly prepared. This stuff had obviously been cooked a while ago and was quite disgusting. I wonder if the staff handing this to me would like to be served the same? Will avoid this place in future, which is a shame as i had thought it better than the st ives branch. Did I have to wait so it would give the impression it had been freshly prepared?? Come on!! Your customers deserve better than that! I hope I don't get ill. If the management of this branch cares about providing good quality/service, you should see some manner of response from them underneath this review. If there isn't one - well, make of that what you will!

I use this McDonald's when working. Always fresh and the staff are very efficient.

Dropped into grab a cheeseburger and a coffee ( and use the toilet) waited ten minutes to then receive a cheeseburger that was cold and poorly made. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to

This female manager on shift was screaming at just eat drivers refused to give me my food in a click and serve I work at McDonald’s and i know how it should be done

If I could give less than 1 star I really would. The standards of McDonald’s in recent years have dropped significantly. In both service quality of food and customer service. The restaurant was almost empty 20 or so members of staff in there several of them standing around chatting about their social life instead of dealing with customers. 3 times I had to ask where and how long my food will be. I watched my coffee be put on to the side to be served which sat there for 20 mins which by the time my food was ready it was cold. The staff seem un interested or sorry that I was waiting over 20 mins for a simple cheese burger and fries. They seem to be priorities Uber eats and Deliveroo and the drive through but leaving there standing customers waiting longer. I really only go to McDonald’s now if I am desperate for a quick bit of food im in on the road but I really don’t rate them any more. This was the place I used to love going as a kid but unfortunately for me it’s not a very well run company any more and it’s gone downhill. And this I feel is company wide not just Huntingdon as this is a regular occurrence in most restaurants I have been too in recent months.

Slowest drive through ever, will not return

Everything was fine but the windows were very drafty

Really long wait for just a coffee. Annoying to see a staff member order at the counter ,collect his food and scoot off for his break while I was waiting with half a dozen others. Sharp turn into the car park always seems 'awkward' to me with cars coming out

Had to update my review as the last time I went, as it was a poor, slow service so food was cold before it was handed to me.. the burger didn't smell normal and tasted old. Partner also had issues with the soggy cold chips and veggie wrap. Even the milkshake was virtually totally melted in the middle of winter. Must try harder. Mac tasty meal 😭was over £10, so restaurant territory and definitely not worth it. Kids meal had a book in the box, we specified toy 🙄

Just had my worst meal from there, I had a three chicken select meal and the chips were cold and the chicken was luke warm.

went through the drive-thru twice, encountered lewis who was a very charming chap, very charismatic for his age, super customer service and a great laugh!! dont put the man on window one when its freezing, atleast get him a heater or a wooly jumper, id give 5/5 just for his fingerless gloves!! lewis really made the experience for us, hence why we came twice :)

Absolutely rubbish restaurant didnt pack all our order yet they blame uber there not the ones who bloody pack it or cook it mcdonalds are and the food we did get was freezing cold absolutely rubbish spoiled dinner completely rubbish restaurant will never use this one again

Ordered on app whilst in the restaurant Food came quickly but some of the food was cold. They did exchange the food. Perhaps the burgers were precooked. At least the replacement food was hot

Really nice bacon roll and an exceptionally good hash brown - crispy and not greasy. It's a McDonald's so you don't come here for atmosphere, but it's clean and well run.

Good service, food is usually correct and quality is good. Restaurant is neat and clean.

Wish I'd actually got what I ordered. Ordered 3 mc crispys actually got 3 mcspicy. As we don't like spicy foods it was a bit of a blow. Please pay attention to the orders! It's not difficult.

Normally very quick. Very poor service today, might be due to staff shortages. Waited 3 mins at the drive through. No apology. Then waited again to pay whilst further orders were taken.

My go to McDonald’s and I’ve never had a bad experience. Staff are friendly, quick and make decent food. It’s also clean and I have no complaints.

Not open 24 hours... Drove here from Willingham at 4am and it's shut. Not happy when it says open 24hrs

Food was cold and not fresh. Burger was soggy and chips were cold. Not a great experience. Milkshake was the only nice thing from the meal!

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Always miss items in orders and the drive through is always slow. Food is not well prepared.

It's a Mcdonald the food isn't very hot most of the time and the drive through is what it is. We use it for convenience and my pregnant daughter loves it at the time. On the mc flurry the chocolate bits in them is getting less and less

A nice and cold McFlurry on a hot summers day. Minimal Drive through times.

Food fine, order correct and all hot. No salt on fries and some items unavailable. However this place is absolute bedlam for the drive through & parking because of the crazy car park lay out. Ordered on the app, but from the back of the queue, it was at least 10 minutes to get to the speaker box. You can't just park in the click and collect to make it easier, because to get to them, you have to join the traffic for the drive through (or go against the one way arrow) and if you park up to walk in you then have to wait to get back out as the drive through queue is in front of the parking spaces.

Food always cold , service slow from paying drive in or click collect spaces. Orders always wrong. Portion sizes not as they should be ie mcflurry and fries

Chips cold and disgusting missing drink order and fruit bag service and quality of food appalling

Visited yesterday. Machine did not print out receipt. Obviously something wrong as no numbers either showing and staff had to shout out numbers supplied verbally by them. Second time visited in last month and both times chips were barely cooked. Mentioned to staff that did not want replacing but was not offered a refund. Poor customer service Avoid

Its not a 24/7 branch. Such a disappointment on Saturday night. They were closed before midnight

Everytime I come in there to order food, my fries are only filled half way. I pay extra for a large meal and yet only get half of the portion every time. Terrible!

Ordered a chicken wrap and a customised BBQ burger with no cheese. Burger came with cheese, we were questioned what was wrong with it when it got taken back. Wrap was empty, hardly anything inside as you can see from the photo. They binned the exchange burger, such a waste of food.

One of the worst mcds to access. They have tried to make the drive through better. It still is a massive delay in ordering. Car park is cosy. Restaurant is small and busy. Staff are helpful. Food is typical.

Drive through isn’t the best, car park is a awful and you get blocked in, better off going to the Brampton Hut one if you want drive through

The website says that this is open 24 hours but when we ordered from the app the drive through was coned off and no food appeared after 20 minutes so we gave up

After calling to say the coke zero had no flavour and the chips tasted like they had been sitting for 10 mins. The person who took my call today 8th at 15.00. Gave very little concern about my complaint. And didn't offer any refund or replacement meal. Very poor won't be going back to this picticular Mc Donald's.

The taste of the burgers recently have been rancid. Not sure if it’s where they haven’t cleaned the grill in a long time, but last 2 orders the burgers just taste unclean and really sour. Probs won’t order any type of beef burger for a while from this branch.

20min wait for an order that was missing food and stone cold. One item was replaced with something else which we were told about when we were handed the order. Worst "fast" food restaurant I've ever been to.

Got the order completely wrong. Didn't realise until we got home as labels were correct on the boxes. Had to repeat our order several times even though we ordered via the app. Quality of food even though it was wrong wasn't great. I would NOT recommend using the app to order. I'd also recommend you check order carefully before leaving drive through. Not a great first time experience when using the app.

We ordered for the first time on the mobile app and our order was COMPLETELY WRONG! I would attach the screenshots of our order on here but this website doesn't have that function. We ordered 4 meals and they were ALL wrong! My meal specifically was a complete waste as I did not want any sauce, I ordered tomato and got no tomato too, so I didn't eat my burger at all because I really do not like the sauce and it ruined the taste of the entire burger! My mum ordered hers with cheese, lettuce and onions and she got only cheese and said the burger itself did not taste very nice so another meal wasted, plus the fact she is diabetic and needed to eat something quickly (hence why we got McDonalds in the first place!) My brothers ordered a big Mac meal each completely plain as they're lactose intolerant and CANNOT eat cheese and both of their burgers came with cheese, so another 2 meals wasted! The only thing that was actually right was the drinks and the chicken nuggets, it's totally unacceptable!!!

The only reason I haven’t given it five stars is because, although I don’t visit McDonald’s very much at all, on the few times I have, my order has often been slightly wrong.

Ordered the Mighty McMuffin breakfast meal (Muffin, hash brown and juice bottle) and a Bacon and Cheese Flatbread so 4 things in all and they managed to forget the hash brown. How do they make such a basic mistake?

Food come out below correct temperature as recommended by the FSA No point complaining as would have had to wait 20 mins again Instead of trying to do just eat Uber eats I think you might need to concentrate on food standards in your restraint first

Can be pretty busy at peak times (especially drive thru). Staff seem to manage this well. Never had any issues with quality of food or drink. Some nights of the week it is like Need For Speed Underground in the carpark. But I can't imagine there is much the branch can do about that. I was impressed to se McDonald's litter pickers out and about in the local area recently.

Chips are always COLD, they all seem to think its ok to serve nearly cold chips, so I spefically either request fresh or say no salt and bring my own salt cruet, that is only way of getting hot chips. Quality of salad seems to have nose dived also, not so fresh, some stalks quite woody !! Not impressed this time round, sorry !! Hygiene of servers playing with hair,rubbing body parts then serving, folding hands under opposite arms then serving. No gloves when prep foods, 9 servers 7 of which larking about at Cambridge services A14. COME ON MC'Ds you used to be Sooooo Good xxx

Only used the drive through and considering it was fairly quiet it took a while to get food from ordering to receiving. Didn't have a huge order either. Can't complain about thr food though.
