Nehaben is excellent with everyone and she is so humble. I like the food and service.

The taco was alright I tried it for the first time the beef tacos tasted a little better than chicken tacos. The desserts were crispy and tasty.

Not a great experience. No welcome from staff. The drinks machines were not working. Food was cold and dry. No napkins. There was no sanitiser or soap in the toilets. Not impressed for a first time customer. Only the churros were tasty.

First visit, card machines on kiosks down, signs saying press cash at counter to pay card, no option for this, tried 3 times, downloaded and signed up for app, never ordered, total waste of time, won't be back, maybe train your staff to be more alert or have a lobby host when things like this happen?

I was seved by the Manager Laxman. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products available. He was very polite; friendly and patient explaining the products and variations I was interested in buying. Thank you Laxman for a great Customer Service

Just had a delivery and what a disappointment. It was cold, the taco looked like it's on a vegan diet there was so little of anything in it. The crunchwrap supreme was an 8 inch wrap you can buy at any supermarket and again had very little of anything in it, especially meat and cheese. The cinnamon twists were just like they had opened a bag of kids snacks and sprinkled the tiniest bit of cinnamon on. The fries were ok but cold. I will never have a Taco Bell meal again. Plus we ordered on cheeky Tuesday 20% off when you spend £15. The 20% was £4.30 but the service charge and delivery were £4.86. If they served this in an American Taco Bell there would be a riot.

Amazing Food, clean seating area. Staff was also friendly and polite. Also, Service was excellent. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I recommend that, Everyone should must visit there once. cheers🙂

Have ordered multiple times now and every time something is wrong, this time there was lots of errors in our order so it's led me to leave a review, first of all there's always so much lettuce in the tacos and hardly any cheese, one of the tacos was cold, our drink was missing and it's not the first time our drinks have gone missing why can't you guys grasp that if two meals have been ordered and come with drinks it usually means that you're suppose to give us TWO drinks as there's two orders? 2 meals = 2 drinks ? We know it's not the driver pinching the drinks because the bags sealed upon arrival so it's you guys at the restaurant who not only get the tacos incorrect and cold but you can't even give us what we've ordered and paid for . Sort it out! does anyone even check the reviews because it seems to be a common experience for us all .

Probably the worst most bland food I've ever ate

It was the worst thing I’ve seen as I am strict vegetarian but they served me beef, it hurt my religious elements! I am not at all happy with the place, the manager sounds so careless!

I was served by a staff named Satya. He is so friendly and helped through the menu as it's my first visit. The food was really tasty and the quesedia is a must try.

Youse are a disgrace I ordered food to the premier inn at Leicester and the food has turned up to an address behind the premier inn and he wouldn’t drive round the corner to drop me my food this is a disgrace for an £18 order.

Ordered food from Taco Bell and more then half of my order was missing and is not the first time it happened I ordered few months ago and even food was missing from my order so I decided to order again because my kids wanted Taco Bell and again food was missing from my order I don’t know why is this always happening but they need to check the orders properly when they preparing it or then charge the staff because people paying for food and not even getting all the food it horrible worst experience ever never getting food from here again so disappointed

Taco bell can be the best food ever and its the reason i go back but it is so hit and miss and inconsistent it's not great reason i give a 2 star is because the staff are poor when i go in and when i ordered one time it was 2 meals worth with a couple of extras and no word of a lie half of it was missing i called and asked why and its because they ran out of beef !

Chalupa supreme is the boss of tacos.

Took about an hour before they started preparing the food, then was preparing for over an hour, I called them up and they said the just-eat driver was responsible, took almost 3x hours to receive my food! food was cold when it arrived, one of the wraps weren't wrapped properly and went partially hard, chips were cold and soggy. Very disappointing.

This person thought that delivery people were stupid. He heard me talking to my friend about the restaurants being late in serving orders. He made me wait 35 minutes to get my order. He didn’t think that I would complain about him here and the company, knowing that he only passes orders quickly. He doesn’t speak his mother tongue.

My order never came I didn’t receive it

Ordered food & after 3 hours it was still "being prepared". There was no way of cancelling the order & was just left in limbo, panicking that it might just turn up at 3am or something. Tried calling the restaurant directly & no one answered. Eventually after 3.5 hours, my food was delivered & the poor delivery driver said he'd been waiting at the restaurant for over an hour. Food wasn't nice & I left most of it but that was also due to feeling stressed after the long wait.

The food was for my son and his friends who had tickets to a show, so I ordered nice and early for them… it was predicted at 16:40 it finally arrived at 18:20 after they’d left! There was also loads missing from the order! No drinks, missing a chalupa and a taco! Ridiculous! NONE OF THIS WAS THE DRIVERS FAULT, so I don’t want him losing money but I don’t want to pay for this food that will now go to waste!

Gutted for my son who wanted to eat at Taco Bell for his birthday. No option to have food brought to your table when ready so my husband was waiting downstairs for ages for our meals. No labels on food so had to open it all up and try and get the right meal to the right person. Food portions were small, the tacos looked so lame and no sour cream in them. My burrito was pathetically small and bland tasting. The churros were hard and chewy. My husband had a burrito that was supposed to be spicy…it wasn’t. The place was quiet and am not surprised, that was my first visit to Taco Bell and it is also my last visit to Taco Bell.

I accidentally ordered my food too the wrong address and the courier rang me to say he was outside I explained that it was the wrong address, he still put my food down as delivered and blocked my number so I couldn’t call him back

Long wait 20min, staff member preferred in-store customer, not online orders.

They left it outside - anyone could have grabbed it or tampered with it. Poor poor service. I don't think I can trust eating the food.
