Taco Bell in Leicester

All I want is a burrito and it’s taking forever :c

first time and will always be, best taco bell EVER!!

My order never came I didn’t receive it

Ordered food & after 3 hours it was still "being prepared". There was no way of cancelling the order & was just left in limbo, panicking that it might just turn up at 3am or something. Tried calling the restaurant directly & no one answered. Eventually after 3.5 hours, my food was delivered & the poor delivery driver said he'd been waiting at the restaurant for over an hour. Food wasn't nice & I left most of it but that was also due to feeling stressed after the long wait.

waited for my food for an ages despite of my order numberwas first they gave other customer food first .Such a slow and nasty customer service on a quiet wednesday night.Staff being rude to my friend.I would recommend dont go there .I will defenitely never come back

I ordered my food at about 5:30 6pm and didn’t arrive until 9:30 so I had to order from another place

Took awhile to come , when food arrived took it in it was freezing cold, I was missing a crunchy taco , the quesadillas were squashed and in a mess

The food was for my son and his friends who had tickets to a show, so I ordered nice and early for them… it was predicted at 16:40 it finally arrived at 18:20 after they’d left! There was also loads missing from the order! No drinks, missing a chalupa and a taco! Ridiculous! NONE OF THIS WAS THE DRIVERS FAULT, so I don’t want him losing money but I don’t want to pay for this food that will now go to waste!

Gutted for my son who wanted to eat at Taco Bell for his birthday. No option to have food brought to your table when ready so my husband was waiting downstairs for ages for our meals. No labels on food so had to open it all up and try and get the right meal to the right person. Food portions were small, the tacos looked so lame and no sour cream in them. My burrito was pathetically small and bland tasting. The churros were hard and chewy. My husband had a burrito that was supposed to be spicy…it wasn’t. The place was quiet and am not surprised, that was my first visit to Taco Bell and it is also my last visit to Taco Bell.

I accidentally ordered my food too the wrong address and the courier rang me to say he was outside I explained that it was the wrong address, he still put my food down as delivered and blocked my number so I couldn’t call him back

Long wait 20min, staff member preferred in-store customer, not online orders.

would leave 0 stars but wouldn’t let me. had to wait over an hour and a half for food

They left it outside - anyone could have grabbed it or tampered with it. Poor poor service. I don't think I can trust eating the food.

The seasoned chips were cold and most of the food was not warm it was stone cold.

The delivery driver just left the food outside the front door. Didn’t ring or knock on the door just left the food there. Didn’t notice until 10 minutes after the delivery time which meant the food was cold.

The workers and everyone are great and the food gets served almost immediately. Would definitely recommend everything on their menu.

all food was cold. no lava sauce dip was included. volcano burrito was requested with no lava sauce or cheese and these were still in the burrito so had to be discarded. also one can of pepsi was damaged. food was prepared at 14.11 and arrived at 14.49. i would like a full refund on the order due to this.

The food was nice and it was delivered on time but unfortunately an item was missing from my order and I couldn't contact them about that so I am disappointed.

Our order was over an hour late with the expected delivery changing every 10 minutes, in our order we included a deluxe box with nachos and a crispy chicken taco, it arrived with chips and we didn’t receive the taco.

It not good value for money and I did not get part of my order.

I came here once to try Taco Bell, being a famous brand which I don't think has long been operating in Britain. The location seemed to be a bit dirty and the staff inattentive. The food wasn't anything too special either. Perhaps that is the ideal Taco Bell experience, rough and ready? I'm not sure.

We out in a pre order at 12.35pmto be delivered for 1.45pm, ready for the end of our staff meeting. Food arrived at 2.38pm. When arriving food is cold, soggy and not labelled what product is which and we have vegetarians with us The updated time for delivery was sent after the time it was scheduled to be delivered-if they were unable to take an order of this size in the time frame given it should not of been accepted in the first place We have a large number of staff now that have had to go back to work hungry I do expect a full refund

They can’t even deliver food properly without missing a large amount of orders, ridiculous effort from this Taco Bell

First time ordering and they get it wrong, asked for hard tacos and got soft, no sauce on either when only one was checked as no sauce, how difficult it is to read an order and follow it

The burrito’s are amazing bursting with flavour, The fries are nice with the amazing Mexican seasoning. Come and try out based in Leicester city

The money spent on food in tacobell was worthy. Amazing fillings and very delicious in taste, served freshly. Also, the staff was very friendly and the dining room was very tidy. I strongly recommend to visit this place.

Food turned up squashed and cold , tacos don’t have a lot of filling in , two men in the delivery car had to go down to them both sat in the car music loud smoking as they opened the window it blown out and hanging my food out the window of the car

Honestly I’ve been here before and it was definitely worth it but today though me off here all together they got my order wrong and it took them 30 min to sort it out 😡

Food was cold and had items missing 🥲

Missing items... missing a whole volcano box, 2 quesadillas, cinnamon swirls, 2 lava sauce, 2 cali ranch sauce and 2 cheese roll ups. Literally only got one volcano box and when I ordered £42 worth of food that's disgusting!!

Wrong food sent. Ordered chicken burritos. Was sent beef burritos. I ordered nachos and was sent fries instead. Disappointed.

food was wrapped well but taco 🌮 has it came out if wrapper the bits just starred to come out and can a drink 7up was very hot 🔥 not the best

Never eaten in, but had Taco Bell takeaway countless times now. For me, everything is a bit samey; the overwhelming flavours are cheese and lettuce. It seems like everything is cheese and lettuce. All the food is pretty much the same, so if you like one thing you'll like everything. Like the fact they're now doing a choice of sauces, that at least means you can add some spice - but didn't particularly find them hot. Good place to go for a quick snack on the go.

Ordered a delivery £60 worth, came all thrown in a bag, missing a soft taco, it's stated online it's in a box. I got a bag full of mess, food wasn't even tasty. Will not be ordering again unfortunately.

The Pepsi is diet and was ment to be Pepsi max and the food look horrible and it was all squished together and the delivery driver was not kind and ignored me and look as if he was angry at me and the food was all cold and the food was small and unappealing.

my delivery took ages to arrive as the courier was on a bike and went to the completely wrong house i had to spend roughly 10 minutes on the phone to him trying to get him to the right address while my food was getting cold. it arrived freezing and the courier was acting oddly towards me.

The food is not good compare to other sites of taco bell

The food was cold when I received it, more to do with delivery driver as I could not understand him on the phone . The quality of the food would have been good if it was warm when I received it .

Honestly loved the food and the service it was wonderful from start too finish. I personally loved the work attitude portrayed by the staff especially from laqs and olivia (apologises if i spelt any names wrong)

Food was so disappointing! Having lived in America I was excited to see a Taco Bell here in the UK however it did not live up to the standards I was use to. I ordered the Crunchwrap supreme which had hardly any filling in it other than lettuce. Not only that but the customer service was nonexistent, no welcome, no hello, no smile.
