Taco Bell in Leicester

The experiance was very nice. Nehaben Dhobi was very cooperative and helpful.

Order was easily taken via the self-service terminals. Receipt printer was not working. The place did not have anyone eating in at the time but it was full of people waiting. There were a large number of delivery riders entering and waiting for their orders. The drivers were surrounding the counter making it difficult for customers to order from the counter or collect their food. The restaurant must have been inundated with orders as drivers were told to wait 15 minutes and myself and other customers seemed to be waiting a long time for our food. The place was obviously understaffed and usually when that happens other things will start to fail. My order had a few things incorrect with it but I could not be bothered to return to such madness. Hygiene may have been overlooked due to the busy period as I fell ill a few hours after consuming my food. Food was pretty standard and slightly better value than some other fast food establishments. I will probably not return.

We placed an order and then were told they didn’t have what we ordered. We asked for a refund and the staff were incredibly rude, wouldn’t even look us in the eye or say anything to us like we had done something wrong.

Good experience with staff and service is exellent. A little time to waiting my order but not long because for service of delivery before me (10min maximun). Open until 1am is good to eating very late. Very good recomandation in the central of Leicester.

The taco was alright I tried it for the first time the beef tacos tasted a little better than chicken tacos. The desserts were crispy and tasty.

First visit, card machines on kiosks down, signs saying press cash at counter to pay card, no option for this, tried 3 times, downloaded and signed up for app, never ordered, total waste of time, won't be back, maybe train your staff to be more alert or have a lobby host when things like this happen?

Not a great experience. No welcome from staff. The drinks machines were not working. Food was cold and dry. No napkins. There was no sanitiser or soap in the toilets. Not impressed for a first time customer. Only the churros were tasty.

I was seved by the Manager Laxman. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products available. He was very polite; friendly and patient explaining the products and variations I was interested in buying. Thank you Laxman for a great Customer Service

Just lovely staff and always have a good experience

Just had a delivery and what a disappointment. It was cold, the taco looked like it's on a vegan diet there was so little of anything in it. The crunchwrap supreme was an 8 inch wrap you can buy at any supermarket and again had very little of anything in it, especially meat and cheese. The cinnamon twists were just like they had opened a bag of kids snacks and sprinkled the tiniest bit of cinnamon on. The fries were ok but cold. I will never have a Taco Bell meal again. Plus we ordered on cheeky Tuesday 20% off when you spend £15. The 20% was £4.30 but the service charge and delivery were £4.86. If they served this in an American Taco Bell there would be a riot.

Have ordered multiple times now and every time something is wrong, this time there was lots of errors in our order so it's led me to leave a review, first of all there's always so much lettuce in the tacos and hardly any cheese, one of the tacos was cold, our drink was missing and it's not the first time our drinks have gone missing why can't you guys grasp that if two meals have been ordered and come with drinks it usually means that you're suppose to give us TWO drinks as there's two orders? 2 meals = 2 drinks ? We know it's not the driver pinching the drinks because the bags sealed upon arrival so it's you guys at the restaurant who not only get the tacos incorrect and cold but you can't even give us what we've ordered and paid for . Sort it out! does anyone even check the reviews because it seems to be a common experience for us all .

Probably the worst most bland food I've ever ate

It was the worst thing I’ve seen as I am strict vegetarian but they served me beef, it hurt my religious elements! I am not at all happy with the place, the manager sounds so careless!
