Probably the worst most bland food I've ever ate

It was the worst thing I’ve seen as I am strict vegetarian but they served me beef, it hurt my religious elements! I am not at all happy with the place, the manager sounds so careless!

I was served by a staff named Satya. He is so friendly and helped through the menu as it's my first visit. The food was really tasty and the quesedia is a must try.

Youse are a disgrace I ordered food to the premier inn at Leicester and the food has turned up to an address behind the premier inn and he wouldn’t drive round the corner to drop me my food this is a disgrace for an £18 order.

Ordered food from Taco Bell and more then half of my order was missing and is not the first time it happened I ordered few months ago and even food was missing from my order so I decided to order again because my kids wanted Taco Bell and again food was missing from my order I don’t know why is this always happening but they need to check the orders properly when they preparing it or then charge the staff because people paying for food and not even getting all the food it horrible worst experience ever never getting food from here again so disappointed

DO NOT ORDER!! Order three hours ago food no where to be seen rang the shop they were just as useless as the app, no food arrived but the app say’s delivered

Worst food ever, avoid, it's nothing to do with US taco bell taste. The food here is really bad, and they mix orders very often.

Missing one of the main meals. No option to have it delivered afterwards so one person just doesn’t get any food. Rubbish service.

Taco bell can be the best food ever and its the reason i go back but it is so hit and miss and inconsistent it's not great reason i give a 2 star is because the staff are poor when i go in and when i ordered one time it was 2 meals worth with a couple of extras and no word of a lie half of it was missing i called and asked why and its because they ran out of beef !

Saran gave us wonderful service and was very helpful. The food was lovely and the restaurant was very clean and tidy

I orded a tago drink and a spice rap the tolite smell like a gas stion bathroom and my family orded the same thing we hand downstairs the service was nice

Chalupa supreme is the boss of tacos.

Took about an hour before they started preparing the food, then was preparing for over an hour, I called them up and they said the just-eat driver was responsible, took almost 3x hours to receive my food! food was cold when it arrived, one of the wraps weren't wrapped properly and went partially hard, chips were cold and soggy. Very disappointing.

This person thought that delivery people were stupid. He heard me talking to my friend about the restaurants being late in serving orders. He made me wait 35 minutes to get my order. He didn’t think that I would complain about him here and the company, knowing that he only passes orders quickly. He doesn’t speak his mother tongue.

Ordered food & after 3 hours it was still "being prepared". There was no way of cancelling the order & was just left in limbo, panicking that it might just turn up at 3am or something. Tried calling the restaurant directly & no one answered. Eventually after 3.5 hours, my food was delivered & the poor delivery driver said he'd been waiting at the restaurant for over an hour. Food wasn't nice & I left most of it but that was also due to feeling stressed after the long wait.

The food was for my son and his friends who had tickets to a show, so I ordered nice and early for them… it was predicted at 16:40 it finally arrived at 18:20 after they’d left! There was also loads missing from the order! No drinks, missing a chalupa and a taco! Ridiculous! NONE OF THIS WAS THE DRIVERS FAULT, so I don’t want him losing money but I don’t want to pay for this food that will now go to waste!

Gutted for my son who wanted to eat at Taco Bell for his birthday. No option to have food brought to your table when ready so my husband was waiting downstairs for ages for our meals. No labels on food so had to open it all up and try and get the right meal to the right person. Food portions were small, the tacos looked so lame and no sour cream in them. My burrito was pathetically small and bland tasting. The churros were hard and chewy. My husband had a burrito that was supposed to be spicy…it wasn’t. The place was quiet and am not surprised, that was my first visit to Taco Bell and it is also my last visit to Taco Bell.

I accidentally ordered my food too the wrong address and the courier rang me to say he was outside I explained that it was the wrong address, he still put my food down as delivered and blocked my number so I couldn’t call him back

They left it outside - anyone could have grabbed it or tampered with it. Poor poor service. I don't think I can trust eating the food.

The seasoned chips were cold and most of the food was not warm it was stone cold.

The delivery driver just left the food outside the front door. Didn’t ring or knock on the door just left the food there. Didn’t notice until 10 minutes after the delivery time which meant the food was cold.

The workers and everyone are great and the food gets served almost immediately. Would definitely recommend everything on their menu.

all food was cold. no lava sauce dip was included. volcano burrito was requested with no lava sauce or cheese and these were still in the burrito so had to be discarded. also one can of pepsi was damaged. food was prepared at 14.11 and arrived at 14.49. i would like a full refund on the order due to this.

With one of the meals the cheese sauce was missing.

The food was nice and it was delivered on time but unfortunately an item was missing from my order and I couldn't contact them about that so I am disappointed.

Our order was over an hour late with the expected delivery changing every 10 minutes, in our order we included a deluxe box with nachos and a crispy chicken taco, it arrived with chips and we didn’t receive the taco.

It not good value for money and I did not get part of my order.

I came here once to try Taco Bell, being a famous brand which I don't think has long been operating in Britain. The location seemed to be a bit dirty and the staff inattentive. The food wasn't anything too special either. Perhaps that is the ideal Taco Bell experience, rough and ready? I'm not sure.

We out in a pre order at 12.35pmto be delivered for 1.45pm, ready for the end of our staff meeting. Food arrived at 2.38pm. When arriving food is cold, soggy and not labelled what product is which and we have vegetarians with us The updated time for delivery was sent after the time it was scheduled to be delivered-if they were unable to take an order of this size in the time frame given it should not of been accepted in the first place We have a large number of staff now that have had to go back to work hungry I do expect a full refund

They can’t even deliver food properly without missing a large amount of orders, ridiculous effort from this Taco Bell

First time ordering and they get it wrong, asked for hard tacos and got soft, no sauce on either when only one was checked as no sauce, how difficult it is to read an order and follow it

The money spent on food in tacobell was worthy. Amazing fillings and very delicious in taste, served freshly. Also, the staff was very friendly and the dining room was very tidy. I strongly recommend to visit this place.

Food turned up squashed and cold , tacos don’t have a lot of filling in , two men in the delivery car had to go down to them both sat in the car music loud smoking as they opened the window it blown out and hanging my food out the window of the car

Honestly I’ve been here before and it was definitely worth it but today though me off here all together they got my order wrong and it took them 30 min to sort it out 😡
