The Good was delicious, just Chickenwas a bit dry! The Staff was okey, can not complain about, and it was reasonably priced and you get a lot. Regarding dining Area it was Cold, dirty and a lack of space.

Very poor customer service. I have asked for a fork and a tissue. And he said he doesnt give a fork or a tissue for take away. I have asked how do i wipe my hand then he said go buy tissues from tescos!!!!!. Very poor manners from all the staff. Alwayse rude never ever apologise or say please. Very poor customer service which they need full traning on. They need to learn simple manners like please, sorry & thank you. My husband order 6 packs of wings. When we got home and checked there was only 5 packs, called to confirm and the man was very rude saying he did put 6 packs and that we are lying. Not apologetic at all. Would not be returning to this place.

Any time we order it take ages to arrive, way longer then the app suggests, takes about 2 hours, I could walk there and back like twice…When trying to contact the shop they just say things like sorry its on the way, last time the phone was busy, they don’t even want to answer. Food is nice but cold.

I had a disappointing experience at this takeaway shop. The staff was incredibly rude and dishonest. They claimed that they didn't have any cutlery for my order, and when I returned to the shop, they sarcastically remarked that I had come all the way back just for a spoon. Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up asking for a refund due to their behavior and false claims. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Every time i order i get the option to choose the spice level i choose mild as i have kids and it comes extra hot i do like the food but the organisation and preparation skills need to change staff need to smile more and stop being so mardy and rude

Shocking place. Rang up to add something to my order and they told me it was on the way. Over an hour later it still didn’t arrive and when I rang back up they said an extra 10/15 mins.

Best peri peri I've been to in a while beef burger was amazing with peri peri salt sprinkled on the chips and a ferroro rosche milkshake to top it off 10/10 deffo recommend

What I saw today I could not believe it. For hygiene I would give this place a zero if I could. Two of the staff had flu and they wiped their nose but did not wash or sanitised their hand and started to prepare and sever food with their dirty hand. I will never order again from this place.

Staff are the most rudest workers I have ever encountered, I have been ordering from here for a good 5-6 years now, food in semi ok which is the ONLY reason I order but whenver i use to ring to order or to even enquire anything, they act like they don’t care, they would answer their phone saying “YO” like a little chav. only order on Deliveroo now to avoid any human conversation with them. The problem with ordering on Deliveroo is that they forget majority of the order, not the meals but always the extras and drinks. Food 3.5/5. Service0/0. Communication skills. -1/5,. Once they even sent me a burger without the meat inside was just 2 buns and rashers, honestly what workers do these lot even have, can see why they dropped in hygiene, never fail to disappoint. Do not order from this restaurant it is disgusting my food arrived freezing cold and my chips were all brown and looked vile! Embarrassing! I called the restaurant to explain this and they were very rude thought it was funny and offered me no kind of refund. They told me if I wanted more food then I will have to go to the restaurant myself. Poor customer service and poor food conditions.

Regular place I order from. Thought whilst I was in town I would try it. The food is still amazing but the service from staff wasn't great. They gave wrong information on pricing whilst in store. So paid more then I should have for most things.

Called them for an order put me on hold without even saying hello for 15 minutes. Not once not twice, thrice. I understand you can be busy but at-least say hello to the customer and ask them to hold the line, basic customer service. The guy on the phone is anyway very rude and unprofessional. I called on Sunday midnight (05/02/2022). Very disappointing.

I always order lamb kofta and it’s always 50:50 it’s either bland or overdone or it’s done properly. They need to fix consistency also I ordered a chicken breast burger and it was old and the meat gave me stomach issues

Always messes the orders up, check your order before you leave the place or else you’ll get a nasty shock when you get home. Very rude customer service, will cut you off while you explain. Idiots can’t tell the difference between Chicken breast strips & wings.

Food did not come. When I called the restaurant, the man answering the phone was very rude and stated that they had tried to call me to deliver my food. I told the man that this was not the case and I was waiting for my food, even saying to him that I could screenshot my call log and send it if needed. This man then proceeded to say to me that I am not understanding what he is saying and that he is trying to explain that my number was wrong when I reiterated to him that this was not the case he continued to be rude and say that I was not understanding him. He then offered to get the driver to deliver my food back out to me as it was waiting on the side I told him that I would not like this as I have been waiting an hour and a half of my food and this food would be cold.

Quality really went down the drain in past few years. Looks like I ordered here last time. Bon appetite...

If you guys don’t understand what customer ordering ask them again. You shouldn’t make whatever your mind say. Two days you guys made wrong food for me! I ordered full peri peri chicken platter extra hot and only chicken strips wanted lemon & herb but you given whole chicken lemon and herb. Couldn’t even eat properly!! I know u guys busy but if you’re too busy you should’ve taking less order. At least let your customers eat and enjoy the food…. Really disappointed.

The service here is abysmal, so horrible. The chef was extremely rude and impolite. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. Especially when there are so many other places close by that have better food and especially some decent service. Don't waste your money.

awful place, constantly missing items from your orders, refuse to refund money and missed deliveries constantly. stay away from this place. latest update!, there has been no refund from a missed delivery even though I spoke with the manager last week. just checked my statement and guess what? they have charged me for it. Stay away from the delivery service, one good service out of 5 attempts does not make this place good, regarless of the reviews you read on here!

When they serve freshly cooked food, no one can beat their taste but sometimes its not as fresh as it should be.

If you want a post-workout meal done perfectly this is the right place. I had a simple 1/4 once burger and it was delicious. The speed of the food being made was good. Normally when I would dine in at a different shop it would be painful but not here due to the comfortable seats and delicious food.

If I could go less then a star I would be happy to, probably the worst take out I've ever had, the food is okay but wiaitng over 40 minutes for it to turn up is a joke, considering I live a 5 minutes journey from the place itself, ordered £30 worth and turned up cold and the staff where really rude, can easily say the best thing about my order was the pepsi and even that isn't great, will never order again! Even if it improves!

The food is amazing and it is worth the price. The burger pati is the same size than the bun so you will not get any bite without a piece of chicken in it. The chips are absolutely delicious and I haven’t seen them anywhere else. Also the place was very clean and tidy. Once again lovely food keep it up.

The afghan guy at the till ruins the image of this business. 1st time here, never again I saw this guy literally shouting at his customer because he asked for a cold can of drink. The guy was proper built but chilled, anyone else would have smashed the guys face with that can. I left and went next door to fireaway, they smile and talk politely when taking your money. Staff- 0 Courtesy- 0 Politeness- 0 Cleanliness- 0 Menu- 0 Floors are dirty, tables filthy, staff behind counter wearing dirty clothes, the staff shout at each other like they are in some ghetto. Nothing I’d love more than get in touch with the owner of this place so I could let him know his brain dead staff get 9 out of 10 orders incorrect. And are 100% the reason customers are going elsewhere - good tasting food - takes ages, you’ll never get what you ordered Update - placed a few orders with them since - more so because I really like their chilli sauce - but all have come completely wrong.. attempted to order 20 sauces from them so I can eat elsewhere but still enjoy their sauce… low and behold they didn’t send me the sauce… and said oh we forgot.. honestly go elsewhere

I’d very much so like to get in touch with the franchisee of this establishment, it seems not a single member of staff cares for the customers, service , quality.. every order at this point is wrong, I only carry on ordering from them as they make my favourite chilli sauce however I’m now thinking I buy chilli sauce from them but eat elsewhere! However when I attempted this this time (spending £10 on sauce) they forgot the sauce and just sent potato wedges (without the peri salt obviously because regardless of writing repeatedly on the notes PERI WEDGES it’s too much of a hard task for them to complete… although I should of known better.. regardless of what you do.. they won’t get your order right! I’ve now messaged head office, messaged on Instagram and here asking for someone to get back to me, I really do hope this branch can be fixed, although I feel the only way this store can be fixed is a complete refresh of staff. This honestly used to be my go to, favourite take away, now I only order from them if I crave their chilli sauce or if every other option is terrible food. And I know for a fact I’m not the only one that feels this way as it’s become bottom tier in my extended friend group as their reputation grows for wrong food, missing food and late deliveries I’m sure others will turn away too. Honestly don’t order from here and expect the correct food.. it’s more a you get what you get kind of situation. It’s not even as if it’s cheap 3x small portions of peri wedges and 20 tiny sauces are near £20..

I placed an order via Uber for a mega platter which I had paid £35 for and it came extremely dry like the chicken was not fresh and was cold normally with places like peri peri you will find that the chicken is covered in flavoured sauce however this was not the case with my order and I had contacted the staff and they showed me the worst attitude and said that if I come to the shop then they can add sauce! Is that a joke?! Why should i come out of my personal comfort go to the shop just for them to add sauce so that when I get back home it's cold to eat some unacceptable customer service which should immediately be handled by whoever is in charge over there! Then I visited the shop and they did not show any respect and told me to handle it with Uber when clearly Uber just delivers the food peri peri are the people who make the food so make it make sense!

Order via Uber or just eat, as they always come late of you order via this app or directly, as nobody to complain to. If you call the shop they are rude even when they are late. Real shame as the American cheese burger and wings are really nice.

Ultimately the best burger place in Leicester; beats all the smashed Pattie burger places. burgers are thick and plentiful well worth the price and better value than the national chains or other independents I guarantee to you that this is the go to place if you want a really good thick burger.

Probably the best chicken In town honestly, I have placed orders soo many times through uber, their online app, food is fresh as always and everytime the taste is same, I have only ordered chicken and rice hot, and mixed platter extra hot. If you like chicken then I will highly recommend to try it...everytime I think of ordering chicken this is the place, thank you periperi original for quality service and yummy food

Definitely the best peri peri chicken takeaway in Leicester. The chicken is always nice and juicy inside but well charred on the outside, the rice is slightly spicy and delicious and the extra hot sauce is genuinely hot! Always my go to for grilled chicken.

Chicken in the burger was so bland my dogs food is probably tastier. The turkey rashers were undercooked. The salad tasted off. Could only have 2 bites of the burger before throwing it away. Food was so bad I had to leave a review which I do not do at all. Will not eat at this spot again.
