Absolutely disgraceful! Staff have no idea how to speak to customers. They got my order wrong and left 7 year old daughter with no food! Didn’t care one bit! Didn’t even try to offer sort the problem, absolute scruffy idiots in absolutely raging

My only issue is my order isn’t arriving complete now and again. Can of Pepsi and fries not delivered the last time and I mentioned it. This time around the Pepsi was replaced but not the fries. One wants to get what they ordered and paid for.

Didn’t put seasoning on my chips

Food has just been delivered and is cold. Food was expected at 9:05pm and came at 22:45. I am Very unhappy with this delivery

I didn't collect this order, I told worker to cancel order but they never so I got charged twice

I placed my order at 4pm and selected order time for 6.25pm however it was delivered 45 mins late. in addition to this, rice was missing from my order.

it's says my delivery has ordered and still not came I've got ring doorbell footage that it hasn't, I've rang the place 30 times now and when they decide to pick up I get put on hold and left me on the phone for 5 mins with no answer absolutely shocking

My Order never arrived and the restaurant was very unhelpful in resolving the matter, insisting on charging me for another delivery fee. I don't think I will order from them again and I will tell my friends about these horrible experience.

Ordered single platter, half the order missing, phoned the store wouldn't send it out, mayo, pepsi and salad missing, ate some food was ill afterwards, luckily uber eats were more accommodating then the restaurant itself, shall not be using again

Ordered takeaway from here, and the food was really delicious and represented great value for money. Had the Peri Peri Chicken & Rice and the Lamb Kofta with Naan, both came as meals so I got an extra fries and two drinks, all for £11.98 - meaning one could feel full on £6 (representative price of one meal) which is great especially during these times. Substantial portions as well. Would definitely recommend.

Así que esta era mi primera vez que iba aquí, el personal era muy poco servicial y te mira fijamente como si no estuvieras allí, pedí dos hamburguesas de pollo piri piri con papas fritas y una bebida, el precio parecía atractivo, esperé unos 25 minutos para la comida cuando llegaron las hamburguesas, eran mega pequeñas, solo 1 tira de pollo en toda la hamburguesa, ni siquiera cabe el bollo, impactante no recomendaría en absoluto

Food arrived really late so my family couldn’t eat it by the time it arrived and again my missing item from previous orders were not included

Driver didn’t follow the map and ended up going somewhere else. He then left and came back 30 minutes later and was rude even though it was his mistake. The driver also didn’t answer my questions when i asked him on the call and ignored them when i asked him to use gps to go to the right place. Very unprofessional and bad driver. The food came extremely cold and poor quality because of the driver not doing his job properly. Very bad service!!!

I was so disappointed today the food was absolutely cold the chicken Caesar salad was disgustingly because it was all soggy and watery they should not have been water there chips was called as ice the burger was cold lamb burger was I do not know what has happened I called the restaurant and they blamed it on the delivery person oh the food was ready but the delivery guy turned up late and when I them up they've decided to just give me five pounds back and I am not happy at all I had spent £27.

What a feast!! First time I've tried these and won't be the last, food was lovely especially the chicken. Cooked to exactly how I like it and the rice was nice too. Wasn't keen on the salad though, bit dry but the rest of the food made up for it

original estimated time for delivery was 7.15, upon chasing the restaurant at 7.25, it was changed to 7.40,I called the restaurant at.7.50, only to be told the deliver has left, it should be there by 8pm. called again at 8pm but the driver was still on way, driver didn't arrive until 8.10, when we spoke to driver, he only was only told 10mins ago, left my young kids hungry for over an hour, won't be ordering or recommending this restaurant

Ordered at 5.20 expected between 6.20 and 6.40 arrive at 8.10. To be fair food was ok apart from chips totally cold and soggy and “thick” milkshakes not exactly thick.

The burger patty was extremely dry, almost as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Despite the burnt exterior, the burger was surprisingly bland. Overall, this was a disappointing experience that didn’t meet basic expectations.

Bad customer services The thing is that when I order the food from this place they never put fork, never put souses, and the staff always on call to their back home by airbuds and not answering the customer response properly.

Very poor delivery service. It’s been over an hour since the restaurant said the food is out for delivery and food hasn’t arrived yet. Extremely disappointing and will not place order again from here. Even if it arrives, it will be cold and inedible.

Customer service is worst here. The staff need to learn what manners n respect is. The staff in the till , especially during the evening time, are very indifferent and rude to the customers. The lady speaks so arrogantly to the customers as though people are coming their to beg her mercy. I will never recommend such a mannerless and rude place to have food.

All the food was hardly warm and the peri peri chicken and rice was never delivered.

Delivery was exactly on time. The food was well cooked, juicy and melted in our mouths. The flavour was one of the best peri peri flavourings I’ve come across. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Super quick collection. Extra hot wings had decent spice but were pretty small. Wings & chips were not enough to fill me up. Pepes probably better value for money

I order a mega platter for delivery Home and I asked for one medium hot chicken and one lemon and herb and also I pay extra money for the Garlic mayo and I get for my small kids to eat but when I receive the order was both of them Hot and my kids can’t eats because was very spacey and when I call them they told me didn’t know what happen and speak rude with me so I didn’t recommend thi shop 😡😡😡😡😡

We ordered the peri meal rice box x 2 and asked for it to be mild due to kids eating.. This was not mild at all it must have been the spiceist chicken I've eaten and unfortunately my hungry child and myself could not eat the food it was too spicy.

our order was way over an hour late,I understand places get busy but atleast let me know , after multiple interactions with the app and phone calls to the restraunt , being put on held ,phone went down and no phone calls back is poor customer service to be honest. to add to the very long wait of over 2 hours, the majority of the food is not warm.so now I'm waisting more time re heating it all up.

ordered at 1:10 confirmed at 1:16 and delivered at 3:18. At 2:45 they finally picked up the call and man said he's just left the shop. When the person arrived said i was stuck in traffic for the past hour.

A polite suggestion to make is staff needs a little more manners and respect. The lady in the evening talked so rudely we felt like leaving the restaurant.

Rang straight away to advise no rice at all delivered. Was told 20 mins. Rang 90 mins later to chase, was told driver would be there any minute. I even said are you sure because it’s not really worth delivering now-she said yes any minute. Never got
