The taste of the food was good but the delivery took a long time

Bad customer services The thing is that when I order the food from this place they never put fork, never put souses, and the staff always on call to their back home by airbuds and not answering the customer response properly.

Would be 5 stars for food if they didn’t smother the chicken in so much hot sauce 😂. Can’t fault the flavour though and the chicken is cooked well every time I’ve been.

I got to say, I love this place. Food is always great, good offers, can sometimes be a little late… But it’s definitely worth it! Top marks on quality and value.

We ordered mild chicken but got very hot so the dinner was ruined If it would have been what we ordered then it would have been great!

Customer service is worst here. The staff need to learn what manners n respect is. The staff in the till , especially during the evening time, are very indifferent and rude to the customers. The lady speaks so arrogantly to the customers as though people are coming their to beg her mercy. I will never recommend such a mannerless and rude place to have food.

The food was nice but the time it took to deliver the cold ended up being cold.

All the food was hardly warm and the peri peri chicken and rice was never delivered.

Delivery was exactly on time. The food was well cooked, juicy and melted in our mouths. The flavour was one of the best peri peri flavourings I’ve come across. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Super quick collection. Extra hot wings had decent spice but were pretty small. Wings & chips were not enough to fill me up. Pepes probably better value for money

I order a mega platter for delivery Home and I asked for one medium hot chicken and one lemon and herb and also I pay extra money for the Garlic mayo and I get for my small kids to eat but when I receive the order was both of them Hot and my kids can’t eats because was very spacey and when I call them they told me didn’t know what happen and speak rude with me so I didn’t recommend thi shop 😡😡😡😡😡

Driver said he was here 3 times when clearly lost. Restaurant also said he was here then hung up. Food arrived over 30 mins late, dry and cold, and went in the bin

We ordered the peri meal rice box x 2 and asked for it to be mild due to kids eating.. This was not mild at all it must have been the spiceist chicken I've eaten and unfortunately my hungry child and myself could not eat the food it was too spicy.

The lady in the front is so arrogant, and the way she speaks to the customers is unacceptable.

our order was way over an hour late,I understand places get busy but atleast let me know , after multiple interactions with the app and phone calls to the restraunt , being put on held ,phone went down and no phone calls back is poor customer service to be honest. to add to the very long wait of over 2 hours, the majority of the food is not warm.so now I'm waisting more time re heating it all up.

ordered at 1:10 confirmed at 1:16 and delivered at 3:18. At 2:45 they finally picked up the call and man said he's just left the shop. When the person arrived said i was stuck in traffic for the past hour.

Rang straight away to advise no rice at all delivered. Was told 20 mins. Rang 90 mins later to chase, was told driver would be there any minute. I even said are you sure because it’s not really worth delivering now-she said yes any minute. Never got

A polite suggestion to make is staff needs a little more manners and respect. The lady in the evening talked so rudely we felt like leaving the restaurant.

the food is amazing, really good burgers and chicken is great,,, but ordered at 1804, estimated 1905, ok for a Friday,, called at 1920, only just left the restaurant and said it would be 15mins, no real traffic but didn't arrive till 2000, 2 hrs from order and had to chase each time, refused any compensation as they claim traffic issues,,, shame as the food is awesome and if delivery and updates were better then would be great.

Ordered peri chips but came as standard also because we spent over certain amount we qualified for free wings which we did not receive. But the food we did get was nice

I was really unhappy with the whole process firstly they charged me for lamb burger when I actually qualified for it free and then the delivery driver submitted that he delivered the order to avoid being late, but he hadn’t. He then came a couple of mins after and when we finally did get our order it was freezing cold and the whole burger bun for the lamb burger was burnt black. So so disappointing.

Worst delivery driver ever went to wrong address, gave directions on phone for 15min, no manners. Food turnd up 40min after he calls to say it was here, gave post code ect not listening or didn't understand. Disappointing as i have ordered before!

Food arrived still hot on a cold night which was appreciated. But the plain chicken we ordered (no spice) came so spicy it was almost too difficult to eat, and the beef burger had mayo which was not advertised.

I placed an order on and it took a ridiculous TWO HOURS to arrive. To make matters worse, the app said my food was “delivered” long before it actually showed up. What’s going on? When the food finally arrived, it was ice-cold and honestly inedible. I was really looking forward to a good meal, but instead, I got a sad, cold mess that I couldn’t enjoy at all. I tried calling to complain, and the guy on the phone just hung up on me before I could finish. He mentioned a problem with the grill, but when I called back, a lady said my food had only just left the shop. So clearly, the first guy lied to me! This whole situation is just a shambles, and it’s not just me— I have friends who’ve experienced the same issues with your service. I want to escalate this matter. Can you please provide me with a contact number or email for a regional manager or someone higher up? I’d like to reach someone who can actually address these ongoing problems.

I actually really enjoyed it , more than Nandos ! Juicy chicken which seems more meat than Nandos ! I scored service 4 as I had to call the restaurant because I was given the wrong order ? The man I spoke to didn’t say goodbye he just left the phone . Would be great if telephone service was better ! But my order was quickly sent back to me .

Food arrived 45mins late and everything was stone cold. The driver obviously didnt multiple drop offs, hence why it was late and cold. Will never order from them again

Complete waste of money , was delivered a tiny chicken leg which was tiny and looked like it came from a budgie it was so small . Hardly any meat on it at all . Phoned restaurant to complain and was fobbed off .

I have ordered from online order number was received from online website but I went there and asked for order they told my order was not updated just I told my order number they have received but they didn’t make it ready and blamed online order number was not printed in the store but pure negligence and blaming order not printed rude behaviour with customers I don’t recommend this place
