the food says delivered never arrived not happy wont order again

Was told food would be there by 7:15, then had an update to say 7:30, then changed again to 7:45 but came at 8:05. Burgers and pitta wrap was cold, chips were cold. First time ever having a bad order from here. Usually my go to.

Never ordering again food was terrible and came 1 and half hours late!!!!!!!

I have had to phone 3 times to find out where my order was coming. we have had to wait for over an hour for our food and as it was school night the kids food was very late. not very happy with this service.

The food never arrived, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. The delivery driver I spoke to swore and cut the phone off. This will be the last time I ever order from this place. 0/10 in every way.

Made a order and it was missing the chips and drink. I rang the restaurant telling regarding the missing iteams, the gentleman told me they will deliver within 15/20m. This was at 19:56. They came at 22:00 - no professional at all

It wasn’t that good it was cold and all the sauce was all over the wrapper that it was in

The order took the entire expected order time plus 10 minutes extra was added to that time and then it took 5 minutes longer than that. I ended up receiving my food after I would normally have gone to sleep! Fortunately it was nice but I wouldn’t order from there again. No form of refund was offered just “sorry the driver was stuck in traffic”.

This is not the first time I have ordered my food from this place, but definitely is the last one. I have been waiting over an hour for delivery, they just keep changing time, even calling them they was keep saying qill be with me shortly. food arrive with missing item and cold ! no more ordering from them for sure !!!

The drive took no care with the food what so ever the sauces were all over the boxes due to the carelessness of the driver and when we got the food it was cold and rubber like. We usually order from this place and give it high praises but today has been a let down and will make us reconsider ordering from here again.

Been a regular since moving here and it's always been a 10 out of 10 experience, food tastes superb and staff always friendly. All my neighbours and friends order from here as a result of my recommendation, could not recommend this place enough, definitely try if you have not tried it yet! Your missing out!!

Ordered delivery for the first time and the food arrived on time. We ordered whole peri peri chicken and peri peri wings and strips, it was really delicious. The sauce itself was very good and spicy. But little disappointed with chips. The chips were quite soggy and we ordered large portion of chips but the quantity itself didn't look like large portion. Salad looked fresh. We really loved the small tub of spicy green chilli sauce. Overall we really enjoyed our food !

Worst food ever tasted, it’s not the original peri peri where the food is very bad ordered chicken rice which is completely dissatisfied and the grilled chicken also came like a curry.

food use to be good but it’s fell off gave me food poisoning

The food is amazing and it is worth the price. I always buy from here and have never had food from any other place that tasted so good .The burger pati is the same size than the bun so you will not get any bite without a piece of chicken in it. The chips are absolutely delicious and I haven’t seen them anywhere else. Also the place was very clean and tidy. Once again lovely food keep it up.

Ordered at 12.35pm, estimated delivery was between 1.35pm and 1.55pm. Food eventually arrived at 2.20pm and was barely warm. Very disappointing

Food took about hour and a half to arrive. Then it said on the app it got delivered when it actually didn’t. Called the restaurant to ask and the lady’s attitude was very unprofessional, didn’t even apologise. The food was cold, which begs the questions why make the food early if you know it will not be delivered for a while. On top of that the cheesecake was frozen.

Only 1 little pack of chips, it had less chips on it. It should have more chips in for 2 people to eat. Not good at all…. However, overall it was delicious as always 😆

I have a little complain to make because I ordered for a meal deal and extra in potato wedges but nothing else like chips, rice and along with Tango apple came with it.

I ordered at 7.26 and i still haven’t received my order it is now 9pm i was supposed to receive it by 8.15! I rang the restaurant twice they said the driver is on its way then when i rang the third time they said the driver left my order in the restaurant!!! I am fasting and i have kids who are also fasting how is this right in any way!! Very bad service it has been 1hr 30mins i still haven’t received my order and we are all fasting i need a full refund from this order!!!

When the food did show up the chicken was overcooked and devoid of flavour - just spice. Restaurant claimed the driver was "stuck in heavy traffic" since half past 9 in the evening for over an hour.

Made an order online, the wrong order got delivered so I sent it back. I got a call about 15 minutes later telling me not to order again and swearing down the phone to me. I order from here alot but never had this happen to me before from here or anywhere else. Disgusted won’t be ordering from here ever again seeing as there’s clearly a man here who likes to try to intimidate women over their mistake.

Staff were lovely and attentive. I was very drunk and they were so kind and helpful. They gave me water and helped me out. Thank you so much!! Food was lovely and just what i needed!

I really should have read the review before placing an order. Many reviews stated that they did not even receive their order. NEITHER did I!!!! The app states it was,delivered, I got CCTV cameras around my house to prove they never came. Their own delivery guys actually keep OUR food and foot the bill to us.

The food was very cold. The chips did not taste fresh at all. My toddler was unable to ear his chicken nuggets and chips.

Firstly the service is the worst service you could imagine, items missing from order and whatever that arrived was so poorly packed that it cut through the foil all fell out from the packaging to the bottom of the bag like I recieved a bin bag bottom full of rice and chips and wings hard as my shoes all in the bottom of the carrier bags Never again worst food in and service in my life. Sometimes Its to good and cheap to be true and now I know the meaning behind that phrase
