over 2 hours for food, times kept changing

Terrible. Everything was freezing and crushed. Over 15 minutes finding my address, when I saw him go passed my back gate.

Awful rider spent £20 on food and was given someone else order with only two large fries - Put the Fries in the Bag and Vote ReformUK

Drink had spilt everywhere so there was hardly any left. No dip. Fries were nearly cold.

The order was missing a Katsura chicken wrap

the driver spilt my coffee, didn't even apologise and was very rude and littered the front of my house with the bag with spilt coffee, I have been reimbursed for the food but I'm not happy with the driver littering my front door

the restaurant accepted the order at 19:11 and I received it at 20:38. I waited for more than one hour as the time of preparing and delivering was constantly changing( from 30 to 19 to 25 to 16 to 21 to 15 and so on) for at least 19 times. everything arrived cold and smashed ( hamburgers). there was no option to call the restaurant or to cancel the order.

Such a bad service from McDonalds, this is the 8th time in a row they failed to provide my order complete or with the right items I've ordered. ( 7 times before I went in person there ... ridiculous !!!)

i asked for no mayo on my sweet chilli chicken wrap and they still put it in and pickle in my cheese burger when i asked for none. i’ve never gagged so much in my life. unprofessional also the man in mcdonald’s kept harassing me to get out whilst i was waiting for my order so strange

he put that the delivery was done , but I didn't received the order and I had to order and wait again for the food

It's OK but you will get pestered by homeless people asking you to buy them food. They walk into the mcdonalds and hover over you when you're ordering at the self service. Occasionally is ok but it's everytime you visit now. Puts you off going.

Food was stone cold when it arrived, poorly packaged and messy. Should probably lower my expectations since it’s McDonald’s but I at least expect it to be warm. Abysmal.

I was confronted by two very aggressive members of the public whilst making an order. The Asian security guard was very dismissive and made out that I was the aggressor despite me not doing anything. He did nothing to help. He then also berated a new member of staff in front of us? He works for a separate company, not the McDonalds. Vile behaviour. There was then a racist attack from a white member of the public and he did nothing to help the black security guard. He needs removing.

Worst staff ever to work in a MCDonalds. You can never find a more horrible place to eat. Made us wait 20 minutes just for the sake of a single burger with literally no customers at all.. and when complained about the cold food they responded carelessly by saying that i can leave a feedback. Horrible staff

Double check your take out orders if you’re ordering for more than 1 person. Constant missing items.

Ordered a Iced Latte with my meal. My drink had Chocolate in. Rang the restaurant to ask why there was chocolate in my iced latte. The lady was rude and would not let me speak or get a word in she kept saying that's impossible. I have no reason to lie. Good job I'm not allergic to chocolate. She was so rude and basically tried calling me a liar and said she couldn't find my order on just eat!

I asked if I could borrow some cardboard boxes, and they were more than happy to help. Unlike other shops like Tesco, where I could see cardboard boxes but was still refused, they didn’t hesitate for a second. I always get my food from here—love it!❤️

I got just a part of the order 1 hour late and the rest of it (most of the order) i never got it. They didn’t go to Mcdonalds to pick the order and I waited another 1 hour to find out about this. Had to go to McDonalds to pick it myself. And had some missing things as well. Absolutely awful!!

We got a breakfast delivery that was ordered on the app and there was some things missing such as a wrap and some sauces. We called up to talk to someone to see what could be done and the customer service was so poor. They claimed they saw everything get packed which clearly it didn’t otherwise we wouldn’t be missing food we paid for. Then the person on the phone refused to give us her name or the managers so we could say we spoke to her about the order if we needed to call again. And in general was quite snappy and had a rude tone.

I am a food delivery driver and I just wanted to ask if there is a responsible person who will see this. Why are we being given orders with missing items? Are those who pack the food on purpose or should we, the food deliverers, bear this problem? Next time if I am given an incomplete order, I will report it to the company via email.

Orden colocada en el quiosco, normal ahora para ningún recibo, esperó 20 minutos para: Hamburguesa con queso y oasis. Cappucino Choc caliente Tea. Después de 20 minutos y ellos gritando órdenes más grandes que la nuestra, preguntaron cuánto tiempo más para que te dijeran que es una orden grande debido a las bebidas. Claramente el personal no tiene idea de lo que están haciendo. ¿Entonces lograron hacer el siguiente pedido? Así que cuando abro mi capuchino está medio vacío después de sentarme allí durante 20 minutos. Genuinamente el personal no se preocupa en absoluto. Hace que la sangre hierva siendo tratada con tanto desprecio. Solo voy a evitar McDonald's ahora, ya que cualquier sistema que han introducido es terrible y el personal que están obligando a introducirlo parece que se está adormeciendo a la insatisfacción de los clientes.

a bit too expensive, the fries were cold, but the plus is that the order was full, nothing was lost like in other restaurants

It is one of the best McDonald's in Leicester. Clean, great food, and amazing customer service.

What a waist of time wait over a hour and 30 minutes for a cold mashed up burger spilled drinks and missing chips.

That easy too use the mechanic and place your order and save your Time

Food arrived cold and drinks all spilled in the bags.

Driver tried to hide that he spilt the drink. When asked about it, he told that he didn’t know anything about it & for to ask for a refund. We took it in and made pictures as outside was dark. Upon opening the food parcel- we realised that the food was cold. Burger was eatable but the fries were not. Very disappointing service from just eat driver as I could see that he had multiple deliveries and we were the last one.

My last couple reviews on McDonald’s restaurants have been particularly negative, but this is only because I’ve had a particularly negative experience. However, this cannot be said about this McDonald’s often nicknamed by my friends and me they’re not busy McDonald’s as it is not busy compared to the McDonald’s near the clocktower. This McDonald’s is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever experience seating is fantastic and gives a cosy vibe. The food is good and I always have enough sauce in my chicken and Caesar bacon wraps. I’ve never got the wee wee disease here near the poo poo disease and I don’t expect to have a well. I’ve never suffered abuse from the start it and I’ve never ever been pushed and I’ve always been carried out if I’ve broke my leg suffered injuries in the shop which cannot be said about the McDonald’s in other places which I will wear it be reviewed. I will say one thing this is my only negative thing but I feel like it was handled very nicely one time when I was in your restaurant I experienced a bit of a bad experience when I was a shit at the shop because what if your place headset McDonald’s on fire this didn’t affect me however I did see a wedding and a party for wedding first McDonald’s and then see that was on fire upset that they could not get McDonald’s at their wedding the most exciting get a life and now they can’t have their favourite meal although this didn’t affect me so I’m not going to speak on that finally I would like to say that you guys have really helped me through some tough times and I would really really appreciate if I can get some extra points on my McDonald’s app I would recommend you give me about 10,000 points for this goes with you as it will get a lot of business going and I have also recommended this restaurant to lots of families and friends and also people that are not my friends. I never got the delivery and they don’t even take responsibility who took the order but keep going around. It’s not my fault it’s theirs.. money gone and food nowhere.

Driver never arrived, called me twice when my phone was off, I was waiting down at the front door and they never showed up. I'm not walking half way down the street to meet the driver just because they can't be bothered to find the right house!

Impolite staff disrespect delivery riders waiting time they say 5 min and they give food after 30 min because of food becomes cold and customers complain delivery riders + staff behaviour so harassing that when we ask for food they just shout and say cancel delivery and go from here

Food was just on hot side of warm, fries cold and soggy (even accounting for delivery affecting quality). Likely due to it being nearly an hour and a half from ordering to getting the food, driver marked as waiting for handoff for nearly 30 mins.

It’s the 3d time when they give me wrong sauce… Do you even know how to read??? I always order sweet&sour sauce (1st pic) and they always give me Sweet curry which I hate! 🤮🤮 this is ridiculous… oh and they always forget to add straws for the drinks 🥰🥰🥰 thank u very much

No fries and order was late. Complete waste of money.Also i paid extra for coke only to be told there are no soft drinks!? No refund given. £15 for 2 burgers, a bottle of water and an orange juice. Don’t waste your time!
