Every time need wait 40 min and my food cold my drink missing what is that ?

Food was cold and the kids meal literally looked as if it had all been chucked in

was happy to see I got a straw for once then to see was totally wrong order ... 20 mins turned in to 50, stone cold and given random food

couldn't find our address and also was quite rude

Delivery Driver left without delivering the order and did not even tried to contact me. I never received my order

food was cold, squashed and there was coke in the mcflurries where the courier had been careless. sauce missing, not impressed

I am a food delivery driver and I just wanted to ask if there is a responsible person who will see this. Why are we being given orders with missing items? Are those who pack the food on purpose or should we, the food deliverers, bear this problem? Next time if I am given an incomplete order, I will report it to the company via email.

Orden colocada en el quiosco, normal ahora para ningún recibo, esperó 20 minutos para: Hamburguesa con queso y oasis. Cappucino Choc caliente Tea. Después de 20 minutos y ellos gritando órdenes más grandes que la nuestra, preguntaron cuánto tiempo más para que te dijeran que es una orden grande debido a las bebidas. Claramente el personal no tiene idea de lo que están haciendo. ¿Entonces lograron hacer el siguiente pedido? Así que cuando abro mi capuchino está medio vacío después de sentarme allí durante 20 minutos. Genuinamente el personal no se preocupa en absoluto. Hace que la sangre hierva siendo tratada con tanto desprecio. Solo voy a evitar McDonald's ahora, ya que cualquier sistema que han introducido es terrible y el personal que están obligando a introducirlo parece que se está adormeciendo a la insatisfacción de los clientes.

a bit too expensive, the fries were cold, but the plus is that the order was full, nothing was lost like in other restaurants

What a waist of time wait over a hour and 30 minutes for a cold mashed up burger spilled drinks and missing chips.

That easy too use the mechanic and place your order and save your Time

Food arrived cold and drinks all spilled in the bags.

Driver tried to hide that he spilt the drink. When asked about it, he told that he didn’t know anything about it & for to ask for a refund. We took it in and made pictures as outside was dark. Upon opening the food parcel- we realised that the food was cold. Burger was eatable but the fries were not. Very disappointing service from just eat driver as I could see that he had multiple deliveries and we were the last one.

My last couple reviews on McDonald’s restaurants have been particularly negative, but this is only because I’ve had a particularly negative experience. However, this cannot be said about this McDonald’s often nicknamed by my friends and me they’re not busy McDonald’s as it is not busy compared to the McDonald’s near the clocktower. This McDonald’s is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever experience seating is fantastic and gives a cosy vibe. The food is good and I always have enough sauce in my chicken and Caesar bacon wraps. I’ve never got the wee wee disease here near the poo poo disease and I don’t expect to have a well. I’ve never suffered abuse from the start it and I’ve never ever been pushed and I’ve always been carried out if I’ve broke my leg suffered injuries in the shop which cannot be said about the McDonald’s in other places which I will wear it be reviewed. I will say one thing this is my only negative thing but I feel like it was handled very nicely one time when I was in your restaurant I experienced a bit of a bad experience when I was a shit at the shop because what if your place headset McDonald’s on fire this didn’t affect me however I did see a wedding and a party for wedding first McDonald’s and then see that was on fire upset that they could not get McDonald’s at their wedding the most exciting get a life and now they can’t have their favourite meal although this didn’t affect me so I’m not going to speak on that finally I would like to say that you guys have really helped me through some tough times and I would really really appreciate if I can get some extra points on my McDonald’s app I would recommend you give me about 10,000 points for this goes with you as it will get a lot of business going and I have also recommended this restaurant to lots of families and friends and also people that are not my friends. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work and I will see you soon maybe tomorrow.

I never got the delivery and they don’t even take responsibility who took the order but keep going around. It’s not my fault it’s theirs.. money gone and food nowhere.

Driver never arrived, called me twice when my phone was off, I was waiting down at the front door and they never showed up. I'm not walking half way down the street to meet the driver just because they can't be bothered to find the right house!

Impolite staff disrespect delivery riders waiting time they say 5 min and they give food after 30 min because of food becomes cold and customers complain delivery riders + staff behaviour so harassing that when we ask for food they just shout and say cancel delivery and go from here

Food was just on hot side of warm, fries cold and soggy (even accounting for delivery affecting quality). Likely due to it being nearly an hour and a half from ordering to getting the food, driver marked as waiting for handoff for nearly 30 mins.

It’s the 3d time when they give me wrong sauce… Do you even know how to read??? I always order sweet&sour sauce (1st pic) and they always give me Sweet curry which I hate! 🤮🤮 this is ridiculous… oh and they always forget to add straws for the drinks 🥰🥰🥰 thank u very much

In 5 years of getting food from this place they have never given me a full order. There is always something missing whether it’s a drink, a side, or even a burger. I ordered today and guess what one of my items is missing. This place is a joke

Great food, great service and great atmosphere

Hello everyone, I have a very shameful incident to report here by the staff of Macdonald Market Street Leicester. I am a security officer, and I do part-time food delivery. On 25 November 2024, I went to Market Street Macdonald at 6.45pm to pick up an order. I waited for the order to get ready, and staff prepared the order and put it on the table, and asked me to wait for the drink to get prepared. I waited a further 5 minutes and requested the staff to complete the order and hand it over because food was getting cold, but the "Shift Manager Khaushli" said you are being loud and we will not give you food and stopped rest of the staff to give me food. I apologised 3 times if I sounded loud, but he was stubborn to not give me food, and everything is evident in CCTV. I was still waiting, and he delayed food further 15 minutes. Then he gave me the food and threatened me to report Just Eat, and he did that. We riders work hard to deliver fresh food but that person spoiled food and kept it without heating. This behaviour is not acceptable for any reasonable person. I would request to Area manager and site manager to investigate the issue and take proper action. Macdonald Market Street ,East Gate, Almond Road, Abbey line, all the staff is well familiar with me and my behaviour because I have been working as a delivery driver for the last 2 years. I would request the proper action of senior management. After all, we are like your staff. Thank you.

Awful place and the customer service

wow. best mcdonald’s i have ever experienced. as an avid mcdonalds goer, i recognise their priority of fast food and no so much the customer service. despite this, the customer service at this mcdonald’s is brilliant. words cannot truly express the magnificence of this mcdonald’s. food, cleanliness and customer service ♾️/10 would HIGHLY recommend ‼️

Last time I ate was 4 years ago and it was ok xd now you'll throw up. Expensive, poor quality food. Better buy vegetables, meat in the store. And make the bread yourself. Buy a bread machine. Or find a recipe for bread it will be cheaper and healthier. Ban McDonald's, KFC...

Absolutely horrible service, I ordered some food then I went for a smoke while I was waiting for the order, after I came back the staff told me they have my food to…:”my friend” who’d didn’t have a ticket or payment, the manager was really rude and told me it was my fault somehow… absolute disgrace didn’t get a refund or my food. Been treated absolutely awful and it’s not how it’s supposed to be… I paid money to get my food and because someone’s mistake I have to pay for it…manager and staff absolutely rude and said it was not their fault… I hope something will be sorted cause this is a robbery. I paid 15 pounds and all I got was an argument off a manager who said it was not their staffs fault that they gave the food away to someone who didn’t have the ticket or the payment… got embarrassed for no reason, they don’t deserve anything and I hope someone WILL do something about it…absolute disgrace… this is jot about whining it’s about fairness… best regards. ordered came just 2 fries missing and my cheese burger

Ordered food for delivery, didn’t get given my drink that I ordered, even after asking the delivery driver if the drink was in the bag to which he said yes. (liar). The burger I ordered I asked for no onions in and it came WITH onions in. On top of that when it arrived the chips were cold.
