Flies, cold fries. Wasn’t impressed at all.

wow. best mcdonald’s i have ever experienced. as an avid mcdonalds goer, i recognise their priority of fast food and no so much the customer service. despite this, the customer service at this mcdonald’s is brilliant. words cannot truly express the magnificence of this mcdonald’s. food, cleanliness and customer service ♾️/10 would HIGHLY recommend ‼️

Last time I ate was 4 years ago and it was ok xd now you'll throw up. Expensive, poor quality food. Better buy vegetables, meat in the store. And make the bread yourself. Buy a bread machine. Or find a recipe for bread it will be cheaper and healthier. Ban McDonald's, KFC...

It was okay but I heard some one complaining about the cold food I didn't mind it tho the worker was very kind

I like this mcdonalds seems more calmer not so many people in it like the one at clocktower,where it's usually rammed.

Absolutely horrible service, I ordered some food then I went for a smoke while I was waiting for the order, after I came back the staff told me they have my food to…:”my friend” who’d didn’t have a ticket or payment, the manager was really rude and told me it was my fault somehow… absolute disgrace didn’t get a refund or my food. Been treated absolutely awful and it’s not how it’s supposed to be… I paid money to get my food and because someone’s mistake I have to pay for it…manager and staff absolutely rude and said it was not their fault… I hope something will be sorted cause this is a robbery. I paid 15 pounds and all I got was an argument off a manager who said it was not their staffs fault that they gave the food away to someone who didn’t have the ticket or the payment… got embarrassed for no reason, they don’t deserve anything and I hope someone WILL do something about it…absolute disgrace… this is jot about whining it’s about fairness… best regards. Ordered food for delivery, didn’t get given my drink that I ordered, even after asking the delivery driver if the drink was in the bag to which he said yes. (liar). The burger I ordered I asked for no onions in and it came WITH onions in. On top of that when it arrived the chips were cold.

It is one of the best McDonald's in Leicester. Clean, great food, and amazing customer service.

I give one star because worst service! As a delivery driver huge disappointment service of night staff member! It’s not busy on that time it takes more than 25 to 30 minutes ready to one order! I ask manager name pushpinder Kaur he can’t handle staff and ask for order! My order alredy ready! I shouting 2 or 3 times she ignore me! Even food also cold! I request to Mcd management please put proper staff who make fantastic customer service! And also please take some action staff who don’t work properly Thanks 🙏

Food is cold and missing double cheeseburger

Ordered 4 mcflurrys and got 1 . We ordered 2 orange juice and 1 milkshake and got none but got a diet coke and oasis we didn't order.. How wrong can you get an order really..Ridiculous

Absolutely shocking customer service now days. The manager that works there is extremely rude to both her staff and customers and doesnt care about her job at all. Was never going to write this review as on a late night out i enjoy getting some food but the way she speaks is just so shocking and when you order on JustEat as well they dont read the board properly and process people's orders or even look at the names on the orders either which is absolutely shocking. This is why theres no staff at McDonald's either. Also, as for the JustEat and Uber eat drivers as well its just ridiculous that they stand there waiting for the order and no one bothers to check if the orders have been processed

I ordered my chicken mayo with ketchup instead of mayo as I am allergic but my patty had mayo on it so I can’t eat it now !!!

I definitely don't recommend it. The staff cheated on me today by giving me a different order. Later I asked for a refund but I did not receive it. Always check your receipts and keep them with you. If you request a refund, always ask for confirmation.

Horrendous, ordered on the App and went to collect here for 6 people,we went here 6th july early evening, the place was absolutely rammed with over 35 people stood around waiting for food and it genuinely took an hour to get our food that we had ordered and even then it arrived in parts and was wrong but after already waiting an hour for COLD FOOD what was the point, I WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN, the staff was rude and totally clueless.

Was a bit rough in there. Went to just get some drinks. Waited ages at the counter as our number was up. Two members of staff looked at me and blanked me even when I tried to ask where my order was. I could see the drinks still sitting on the side but out of reach. Agter fifteen mins I ended up having thr manager get them for me. Shambles

Can the staff do things carefully? I ordered muffin ketchup they gave me brown sauce. Also, I ate a lot eggshells in my hamburger.

the guy who delivered tried too take it away ,sent a text saying order delivered, it was not ,i saw him leave and got my order from window and it was cold then lied about it

My order never arrived. I place the order at 2304. It said it would arrive between 2325 and 2345. I logged a complaint with the app at 0030 as my food hasn’t arrived. They had the cheek to say my food was delivered 5 mins after my complaint. It is not. No attempt was made. No message saying on way. No call from a driver struggling to locate me. Total let down.

Was assaulted by one of their food delivery riders as I came out of the restaurant. Lost all my food because of this. It is also ridiculous that the riders are always obstructing the pathway for pedestrians by leaving their bikes on the pavement. Also a huge nuisance across the city centre.

Food came cold delivery driver was fine the stickers on the burgers said only ketchup yet both came with pickles wasn’t a very pleasant surprise when I took a bite 😂and all fries were cold nuggets were stale wasn’t nice at all

Worst ever McDonald's how do you get it so wrong when you just have to follow the standardised cooking process, please message back when someone else buys this franchise I might come back update I gave them a second chance, ugh a breakfast wrap that took too long to throw together but made me feel very accomplished with my own wrapping skills and a coffee that tasted stewed

All my orders keep coming wrong

My drinks were knocked all over the bag leaving all the food cold and soggy with Coca Cola all over the food

I’m disappointed as I’ve ordered this for my young child and he is picky with what he eats and unfortunately he’s very fussy with his chips and now I have to deal with an unhappy son due to the fries being cold. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this.
