Went for salad in the evening. It was very convenient. All other restaurants were closed.

Too many people and not many sitting places 😕

i ordered a chicken wrap when i bit into the wrap my chicken was pink, i then went to the till and asked to speak to someone about a refund or a new wrap they said no as they could not see pink however it was pink and even one of the workers said it was my chips were also cold and had no flavour waste of a fiver absolutely disgraceful DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't get the order right and food tasted like it had been sat

Absolutely shocking customer service now days. The manager that works there is extremely rude to both her staff and customers and doesnt care about her job at all. Was never going to write this review as on a late night out i enjoy getting some food but the way she speaks is just so shocking and when you order on JustEat as well they dont read the board properly and process people's orders or even look at the names on the orders either which is absolutely shocking. This is why theres no staff at McDonald's either. Also, as for the JustEat and Uber eat drivers as well its just ridiculous that they stand there waiting for the order and no one bothers to check if the orders have been processed

I ordered my chicken mayo with ketchup instead of mayo as I am allergic but my patty had mayo on it so I can’t eat it now !!!

I am missing 1 Big Mac and 1 Quarter Pounder from my order.

I definitely don't recommend it. The staff cheated on me today by giving me a different order. Later I asked for a refund but I did not receive it. Always check your receipts and keep them with you. If you request a refund, always ask for confirmation.

My nuggets and drink are missing!!

Horrendous, ordered on the App and went to collect here for 6 people,we went here 6th july early evening, the place was absolutely rammed with over 35 people stood around waiting for food and it genuinely took an hour to get our food that we had ordered and even then it arrived in parts and was wrong but after already waiting an hour for COLD FOOD what was the point, I WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN, the staff was rude and totally clueless.

Never got my food as the delivery man never nocked on my door

Was a bit rough in there. Went to just get some drinks. Waited ages at the counter as our number was up. Two members of staff looked at me and blanked me even when I tried to ask where my order was. I could see the drinks still sitting on the side but out of reach. Agter fifteen mins I ended up having thr manager get them for me. Shambles

Can the staff do things carefully? I ordered muffin ketchup they gave me brown sauce. Also, I ate a lot eggshells in my hamburger.

the guy who delivered tried too take it away ,sent a text saying order delivered, it was not ,i saw him leave and got my order from window and it was cold then lied about it

Said it was delivered but it hasn’t turned up. McDonald’s were very dismissive and basically told me I was lying and it was delivered. Never using again

This is the 5 time of ordering food from you and you only sent me half my order this is abysmal food should be quality over quantity but you seem to not care at all this is beyond a joke

well the food was great and usually ebery justeat driver delivers on time i dont kno what went on with this driver but he turned his maps off, he kept delaying and when he arrived he was a bit loud and i wanted him to quiet down a bit and honestly i dont understand what the problem was tonight but im glad it came

My order never arrived. I place the order at 2304. It said it would arrive between 2325 and 2345. I logged a complaint with the app at 0030 as my food hasn’t arrived. They had the cheek to say my food was delivered 5 mins after my complaint. It is not. No attempt was made. No message saying on way. No call from a driver struggling to locate me. Total let down.

Seal was broken on the bag and items missing. Refund for missing items processing.

It is a very busy place. But service is good

Was assaulted by one of their food delivery riders as I came out of the restaurant. Lost all my food because of this. It is also ridiculous that the riders are always obstructing the pathway for pedestrians by leaving their bikes on the pavement. Also a huge nuisance across the city centre.

Food came cold delivery driver was fine the stickers on the burgers said only ketchup yet both came with pickles wasn’t a very pleasant surprise when I took a bite 😂and all fries were cold nuggets were stale wasn’t nice at all

Worst ever McDonald's how do you get it so wrong when you just have to follow the standardised cooking process, please message back when someone else buys this franchise I might come back update I gave them a second chance, ugh a breakfast wrap that took too long to throw together but made me feel very accomplished with my own wrapping skills and a coffee that tasted stewed

I’m disappointed as I’ve ordered this for my young child and he is picky with what he eats and unfortunately he’s very fussy with his chips and now I have to deal with an unhappy son due to the fries being cold. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this.

Not Happy with Customer Service and I think they don't care about the customer and what he wants , they don't even listen what I say . Even though the food was on time the food wasn’t nice as it was cold and it didn’t taste like how McDonald’s should of tasted.

I went at 2.30am, there where allot of people in mcds, must be people heading home from the night clubs. The food tasted like it has been made 20minz ago. And was waiting for orders. The chips didn't taste good due to this

The food was a standard McDonalds and was fine. However, we went there after a night out and the bouncers were quite rude. After we’d bought food we were making our way out and saw some friends passing so stopped for a brief chat in the doorway. The bouncers immediately started trying to move us out, even though we were doing nothing wrong and just having a chat.

Delivery time kept changing no sauce and no burger

Driver was at the restaurant for over an hour. Receipt on the order says 23:07 it arrived at 00:20 I live less than a mile away. The foods now cold aswell

The food is not as it should be . But that staff are amazing. There a good bunch in there so made the visits worthwhile

This has long been a favoured finishing spot at the end of an evening. Always very clean and conveniently placed at the centre point of most of Leicester's nightlife. Can get exceptionally busy particularly at night but staff are always efficient. In the day, I would say this is perhaps the better of the city centre McDonald's as it's size and position make it the least busy - with the exception of match days.

I asked for a quarter pounder but I didn't get it

Not had a filet fish for years but what I received today was an absolute joke. About a third smaller than it used to be, flat as a pancake and tasteless. Chicken burger also the same. Both were absolutely pathetic excuses for burgers. Budget burgers at supermarkets are better than these. How anyone can rate this place as good value food is beyond me! They're taking their customers for mugs with serious SHRINKFLATION and poor quality food. Won't be going McD's again.

Just went in with coworkers and ordered a veggie burger and they have given me a big mac that is very much not veggie. This was my first time in a McDonald's in 15 years and it will be the last.

Took over an hour for the order to be accepted, they just kept postponing the delivery time. We ordered 2 burgers with no lettuce, and they came with lettuce. And one burger with no lettuce, and no mayo and it had mayo on it so I couldn’t eat it. Spent £20 to only be able to eat fries.

This mcdonald’s is awful. I waited 20 minutes for one burger and they made me miss my train and therefore i had to buy a new ticket. The staff are appalling and spend more time talking or on their phones than working. Thanks mcdonald’s for making me miss my train and buying another ticket that i could not afford. Disgusting and will definitely not be returning.
