Raheem was really helpful with explaining how chopsticks works and also explained that I could add a drink to my meal, and that there’s student discount. Great food too !

Buena comida. Sin embargo, los asientos del primer piso estaban cerrados, así que tuvimos que sentarnos y hacía mucho frío. Esto tiene que ser el peor comer sentado en la experiencia. No hay calefacción y las puertas se abren con cada transeúnte. Todos teníamos tanto frío. No es bueno.

Praful was really friendly, kind, the food was spicy and so good

We were served by Praful and Talha. They were very friendly and helped us to select the food from the menu according to our taste which was a good suggestion.

Rude service from a guy called Raheem. Ridiculously disgusting attitude. Asked a simple question and acted like I asked him to donate an organ. Asked for fresh noodles and rice as my friend and I were ordering together and he went on the defence for no reason saying even if I make it fresh you will get the bit that was from before. We were happy to wait but he was forcefully saying that we would be getting the last remaining of the noodles and not the fresh one. The manner in which he spoke was highly offensive. Beyond poor customer service. Disgusting. Whatever happened to you before is not the next customer's fault. And if you don't like your job then you should not work there. Even more so if you don't like dealing with people. Horrible person. And the female colleague working with him just stood there looking. You could tell that this is not the first time that he behaved like this from the look in her eyes. Ate at other Chopstix and haven't come across such poor customer service. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Primera visita, no tenía expectativas, pero tuvo un almuerzo increíble. Realmente sabroso, buena relación calidad-precio, el llenado y el servicio al cliente fue excelente. ¡Volveremos! Ojalá hubiera uno en Oakham. ¡Sería mi lugar!

The food was amazing but the lady on the till was rushing too much all she wanted me to do is pay there was no customer service there whatever I am not happy at all.

I went to the central branch of Leicester in early October. The noodles tasted very salty. Last time I came to eat very good, but this time I had to rethink.

La comida era desagradable, arroz demasiado cocido, pollo insípido y apenas caliente. Esto no era ni remotamente como la comida china. En general, mal servicio, comida desagradable. Asumo que esto es una franquicia, ¿Chopstix necesita abordar esto?

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered online at 21:15. Gets a confirmation and by 23:00, nothing had showed. Don’t accept orders that you can’t fulfil and then close for the night.

Food was delicious but didn’t like the attitude of person serving (kiran). He thinks customer should know everything once they enter the shop. Management look into his training or get rid of him if you want to increase business.

When we walked in the was quite a queue, it was managed expertly by Praful. He was working on his own, making the food, serving it and taking payments. This guy deserves a raise🎉

I got takeway the hot wok for 1 deal and you get 3 toppings with this, but I genuinely had 4 pieces of chicken per topping. The taste was alright, but it lacked that extra sauce which you can throw on your noodles. The chicken was just sticky with sauce. The noodles were cold and didnt seem so fresh. I tried them at Luton airport and it was honestly amazing, thought id try them in here, but honestly such a disappointment.

Myself and my wife visited for the first time today for an early dinner after a full day of shopping. We intended to take away as we were so tired but the staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome that we decided to stay and dine in. I must say, the food was so delicious and the atmosphere was lively. To top it off we were acknowledged with a warm goodbye as we were leaving. We would 100% recommend this restaurant and we will certainly be coming back!

I have been coming to this place every time I visited Leicester. I have made a point of trying something new on every visit and have enjoyed the food the been impressed by the service. I can't say enough about the service. Friendly and welcoming sums it up. Try their number if chicken flavors and the tasty noodles. Where else would you find such affordable food in Leicester. My five star to the management and this awesome place. Enjoy and go back for more like I do.

We went there for collect reward but one of the Chinese staff is vey rude when we ask reward they said leave shop then one of the girl came and give to us ! That staff is really rude and that kind of staff reduce customer flow!

Food was amazing this is the second time we have eaten there and we wish we were more local to visit often. Amazing. A lovely staff member today explained how the meal options work too and what each dish was wish I got a name to mention him personally.

Really enjoy this place for some quick noodles or rice. Can often be out of the meat-free options, but overall good service and food.

Well what can I say about this place. The food was cold there was hardly any food anyway, 1 tiny spoon of curry with a few bits of chicken, noodled were very bland. I will never order from here again

1st time ordering from here and won't be ordering again. I got 3 tiny bits of chicken and it was bearly warm. Very disappointed especially as it cost me nearly £30
