A huge shoutout to Gabe, the General Manager, for running such a smooth operation. Assistant Manager Rim was super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The team leaders—Praful, Matt, and Talha—were all professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!

Nahhh, Chopstix Leicester is too good. The food slaps every time—crispy chicken, unreal noodles, and flavors that just hit different. No mid bites here, just straight-up 🔥. The service? Immaculate. The staff are absolute legends—mad fast, super chill, and always on top of it. You blink, and your food’s ready. No stress, no wait, just pure vibes. If you haven’t pulled up to Chopstix yet, fix that ASAP. This place is a whole W. 1000/10, would inhale again.

Breaded chicken was stale and thus inedible, only 2 small (thumbnail sized) pieces of chicken per selection, and no sauce added to rice whatsoever which is contrary to ordering inside the restaurant. Effectively fraudulent behaviour. Do not order from them online.

Minkal’s attentiveness and warm demeanour made us feel so welcome, ensuring that every part of our meal was enjoyable. Praful’s professionalism and friendly approach were equally impressive—he offered great recommendations and checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect. The two of them worked together effortlessly, creating a friendly and relaxing dining atmosphere. Their dedication to exceptional service made the experience so memorable, and I can’t praise them enough for their effort. Chopstix is now one of my favorite spots, not just for the great food but for the outstanding hospitality. A big thank you to Minkal and Praful for making it such a special visit. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I frequently go to Chopstix, whether it’s with friends or sometimes on my lunch break and I have never had a bad experience. In my opinion Chopstix could be the best asian restaurant in Leicester. It is clean with a lovely aesthetic and the food is 10/10. If you like Asian food (or maybe it’s not your favourite) I would definitely recommend as there is so much to choose from and the prices are very reasonable! The staff are very friendly here at Chopstix and they are very supportive if you need assistance with your choices. The reason why I have gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is in the very middle of Leicester City Centre which means that you could witness some trouble outside the restaurant during your visit. Overall Chopstix is a very quick and affordable place to nip into for a nice lunch and/or dinner. Would definitely recommend!

Significa que estábamos confundidos sobre cómo construir una caja. El personal se rió de nosotros en lugar de guiarnos y explicarnos el menú , era muy fuerte allí dentro por lo que estábamos luchando por escuchar y no hicieron ningún intento de ponérnoslo más fácil . El hombre que nos atiende también llamó a mi compañero "Hermano" y continuó riéndose cuando mi compañero tartamudeaba diciendo "Estoy confundido ¿puede explicarme esto?". Nunca volverás

I literally have no food! Got the wrong order it got taken back and I never got my food. When I called the store they were rude saying I should just get a refund there even tho my order was there they said they won’t deliver it and laughed .

Rude service from a guy called Raheem. Ridiculously disgusting attitude. Asked a simple question and acted like I asked him to donate an organ. Asked for fresh noodles and rice as my friend and I were ordering together and he went on the defence for no reason saying even if I make it fresh you will get the bit that was from before. We were happy to wait but he was forcefully saying that we would be getting the last remaining of the noodles and not the fresh one. The manner in which he spoke was highly offensive. Beyond poor customer service. Disgusting. Whatever happened to you before is not the next customer's fault. And if you don't like your job then you should not work there. Even more so if you don't like dealing with people. Horrible person. And the female colleague working with him just stood there looking. You could tell that this is not the first time that he behaved like this from the look in her eyes. Ate at other Chopstix and haven't come across such poor customer service. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Food was delicious but didn’t like the attitude of person serving (kiran). He thinks customer should know everything once they enter the shop. Management look into his training or get rid of him if you want to increase business.

I got takeway the hot wok for 1 deal and you get 3 toppings with this, but I genuinely had 4 pieces of chicken per topping. The taste was alright, but it lacked that extra sauce which you can throw on your noodles. The chicken was just sticky with sauce. The noodles were cold and didnt seem so fresh. I tried them at Luton airport and it was honestly amazing, thought id try them in here, but honestly such a disappointment.

When we walked in the was quite a queue, it was managed expertly by Praful. He was working on his own, making the food, serving it and taking payments. This guy deserves a raise🎉
