the food was always perfect but I now can’t order due to the minimum amount being so high. it’s a shame cause I will miss their food.

Have order multiple times are normally ok. This time the sausages where way undercooked. Was told full meal would be replaced, only part of it was sent out. Staff unhelpful. Order cancelled just eat refunding cost.

Donner meat was over cooked, Dry and pretty tasteless. Saveloy was freezing cold as if it came straight out the fridge! Portion size was a joke!! More meat in the tray of donner meat and chips than the large mixed Kebab!! Won’t be ordering from here again

Food was early however it was very very cold! I had to warm my chips up in the oven. No salt or vinegar (no option for it either!) Considering it's a chippy would have thought salt at least is a standard. Lamb kebab was not great and again cannot stress all food was cold and greasy... considering it was early you'd expect it to be warm at least not cold... seems like they packed us leftovers

the food was good. but ordered a burger and it come with onions on it when I didn't ask for it. it come late and the delivery man didn't even say sorry for it of being late he didn't even say anything.

Food was terrible. Chicken burger was very watery. The garlic mayo they use was also very bitter. I ended up throwing one and a half in the bin. Never again

Not the cheapest but that is more than made up by the quality. The fish was well cooked with a good batter. Chips were crisp and hot. The expected delivery time was longer than I would expect but well worth the wait. First time I have used this chippy, and it certainly wont be the last.

WHEN it turned up it was as ordered. I'm not sure if the bottle of sprite instead of a can was an apology for the wait or not as the driver didn't say anything.

Chips where not fresh n by the looks oc the chips I cud tell the oil needed changing. Chilli sauce was horrible n not the usual pipped chilli sauce you get at chippies. Donner meat was hard n the pies where stiff n not soft.will not be ordering again only reason we tried it due to my usual welford chippy not open.

Fish and chips were fine but will never order kebab related food again, rang me up to say there was no lamb donna which was fine but when it turned up there was a small tray of chicken donna and chip, for 6 quid I was very disappointed specially seeing as there were more chips that chicken and both looked and tasted like they had been cooked the day before and reheated, very unsatisfying meal... Also no option to add sauces...

Took nearly two hours to deliver. When it arrived there was a missing item. When I rang up to request a refund for the item but to still receive the item (which is not an unreasonable request) the man on the phone said he couldn't refund and bring the item. So I said i didn't want the item and that i wanted a refund. POOR customer service, bad attitude and I will NOT be ordering again. Absolutely disgusted in the service.

Not happy with the chicken nuggets dont know what they cooked them in but had funny taste too them i didnt eat them or my kids

Ordered mixed meat and chips they sent donna meat and chips rang them up as big diffrent in price they didnt want to sort it and to top it off the donna was dry so was a waste off money never again

Not too bad although I ordered for 9.45pm, but it came way before 9pm. Don't understand the option to choose a time and then it not be anyway near it?

Part of my order was missing. When called to query, no apology was given. Said would send missing chips which when arrived were not properly cooked and chicken was all overdone. Poor service.

Batter on fish was soggy and mushy like it wasn't cooked. Mixed kebab contained no doner and had what tasted like burger meat in Chips were cold and so was burger. Really disappointed.

Food was disgusting. Curry sauce tastes like perfume. Burger didn't come with salad or mayo like requested and paid for. Chips also tasted like they were reheated from the day before.

Really disappointed with my order. Firstly my curry wasn't packed at all properly and had leaked everywhere in transit, so I didn't get any! The chip cob was a burger bun that was half defrosted, the fish was more batter than fish and the fish that was there was overly tough and chewy! Also the fish and chips box was sagging from the grease that had soaked through, never had this problem with any other chippy before! Really disappointed with my order, wouldn't order from again by any means!

Our fish and chip supper arrived but with no chips, didn't realise until driver had gone. Called them up they said it would be another 20 mins for the missing chips to arrive, meanwhile our fish is sitting there going cold. Eventually when they arrived, they were uncooked and pale and most of the chips were grey in colour. Disgusting. Will never be ordering from here again.

Delivery Time was at 19:30, 10 minutes was added on. The Just Eat website changed saying it had been delivered at !9:40. Rang restaurant at 19:55 and they said the driver left 10m ago and must have delivered the other meal first. My meal didn't arrive till 20:05, 1hr and a half after ordering. However, got a free 5000ml bottle of coke.

One of the best takeaways in Leicester! I gave them some very specific requirements for my food (for example, lots of mayo) and they met every one. Very impressed with the customer service, and their food is extremely tasty. I recommend their donner meat and chicken nuggets in particular.

For large cod it was small and the chips where of poor quality not so good this time around

I ordered food and it took over a hour and a half to come, I rang and they said 5 more minutes after waiting this long then the delivery driver rang 15 minutes later saying he couldn't find the address. When it arrived the food was cold and I had to microwave it which you don't expect after ordering food. The chips were dry and over cooked already which meant they weren't very nice. The fish doesn't have any flavour and it' comes very soggy. Fried chicken was over cooked. Battered sausage doesn't have much batter on it at all. Burgers have salad but was mainly just onion and nothing else. All in all very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again.
