My fries were cold my diet coke was like no fizz and not cold . Horrible experience £9 and I felt terrible

McDonald's is always deliver with professionalism and excellent service.

Ordered just a burger and fries. Burger was missing the patty. How do you literally forget to put the burger in a burger in a burger restaurant? Super poor that mistakes like that can happen.

So we came to McDonald’s and was greeted by a family of rats we then rang the store to make them aware that there’s multiple rats running about in the car park running into the rat boxes and then running back out and all we got from the store is “ok sorry” and ended call I have videos of this problem aswell

This place gets worse and worse!!! Don’t order via Uber Eats. All our drinks were missing and a whole meal was missing. The food ended up being cold too

Hello, popped in for a bit whilst waiting for a lift, everything is you would expect, only side note is there's a lot of police comming to this store for food so if your up to no good probably best to visit a different store

Not being funny this is my local McDonald’s but yet every time I’ve ordered recently food has been cold chips have been soggy or stale wouldn’t bother eating here again

Good service, just one chicken wrap was full of gristle.

Egg shell found inside Breakfast muffin. Other that was good, hot and fresh.

This is one of the Mc Dobald's where you can order online, wait in the car park, and they will bring you the order, to where you are parked. So much better than drive thru itself! The staffs who deliver are so polite and courteous.

We were really looking forward to our meal but unfortunately the milkshakes were missing, replaced with coke. Really not happy, I wouldn't have ordered if I'd known they weren't available. The food was cold and the vegetable burger didn't have its extra cheese and it was literally filled with shredded lettuce and sauce - nothing else!!! Appalled! I won't be ordering again!

My husband went to drive through when he got home order was completly wrong not very pleasant experience

Inedible fillet o fish purchased from here. Was so dry and crunchy. Had obviously been standing for ages. Had to throw it in the bin. How they can serve food like this is dosgusting. Will not be going again .

Apple Pie was so dry and burnt onto the packaging. Clearly one that had been sat there all day that they needed to dispose of! Awful. Burgers weren't that warm either.

It's becoming increasingly frustrating that drive through has become park for food...McDonalds has sadly transitioned from a quick service drive through to a system where you have to wait for even a simple thing like fries...come on mannnnn!!!

I revived a normal coffee instead of a cappacino

Absolutely fantastic service at 7.15pm on 8.7.2024. The manager was exceptional. His attitude and general personality is spot on. He is an absolute credit to McDonalds. Thank you.

Coffee cup split so coffee leaked everywhere luckily paper bag soaked it up and put it into a mug. Chips not booked enough so soggy

Drivers keep on missing the drinks with every order

Heavy rain, and staff switch off Mac drive system, so make 2 laps around, no answer, no service provided, park the car, and walked in fully wet just to get order. Strongly disappointed. 2 of us was just only customers.

This has happened to all my recent orders you have no help line no number to ring when there has been a problem with food or the delivery I’m losing money with this app more than I’m getting to eat the food this is the 3rd time I’ve got less than half of my order your drivers are either keeping half my food or there’s something else going on but I want my money back and will not be using this sorry excuse for an app again

The food arrived an hour after I ordered it even though the time said it would be 25 to 35 minutes. The chips were cold and there were hardly any in the large fries box. My order was missing my mozzarella balls and dip too.

We Went through the drive-through, payed then they asked you to park as they did with the next seven cars After 15 minutes I went in the place I won’t call it a restaurant and I won’t call it a fast food place eventually I’ve got my food from inside the shop and then I had to go back in because the fries were cold. I would not recommend this place to anybody all they serve is Deliveroo and Uber eats they don’t care about the customers that are in there and waiting outside.

The most horrible and horrifying Mcdonalds in Leicester... A bunch of college chaps who do not know what they are doing.. Ordered take away...checked the order...found a big mac missing...went again ..manager asked if all good...meantime the other person attending got me a burger and sent me away before I could raise it with her... Chit chatting going on...on an empty afternoon made us wait 15 mins for out order. Reached home only to find our dips missing 😢...we paid for them...with the share box which includes dips...but no dips in the box.. They just don't care for customers...never visiting again...£30 all in waste.

Used just eat. Really got rapide on time delivery. Food hot and order correct. Have used thurmaston but always moving delivery time often by 45 mins and order wrong and cold. Tried abbey lane this time. Will always use them now

We use this McDonalds regularly for UberEats as it not far from us (Birstall) usually for our kids Friday night treat and the odd time for me and my wife. I can honestly say I can’t remember a time where our orders were sent out correctly! Every single order either a missing or incorrect item. Sometimes even a few missing items. I genuinely can’t understand how the service is so poor when the orders are literally stapled to the bag. Why is no one checking bags before that are sent??? We can’t be the only ones. Quite literally the worst service possible. So many occasions where I’ve had to drive down to the store to pick up missing items which completely defeats the idea of ordering food to your door and to be honest the staff could not care less.

awfull! multiple times ordered from here. most often than not theres missing items, cold food or so poorly put together it looks like it's been thrown in the bag order a Friday night treat for the family and yet again they have completely missed my meal out and a side it took so long mcflurries were 70% liquid and the straws had been shoved into the ice-cream. what makes it worse is that I report missing or cold times, i don't recieve a refund it's just wasted money! annoyed is an understatement
