McDonald's in Leicester

Good place to have quick bites. Usually very busy and noisy.

Decent McDonald's, just went here for a drink before a football match but good area and nice place.

I don't feel safe there. Anyone can come in, stoned, aggressive. I come there with my child and I think that there is a lack of trained, competent security authorized to use all security measures if necessary. It is often dirty, the toilets are also either out of order or dirty. Last week, an unconscious man was lying in the middle of this facility, I observed it for a while and asked for intervention. The crew did not care much about it, but people passing by took pictures and laughed at it, which I consider scandalous and very reprehensible.

We never got the food. We kept telling the driver the adress and directions, but he kept saying I need the address, the company says to wait 5 minutes before cancelling or something, and kept hnging up on us. I want my food or a full refund

What a farce tonight’s order was. Over 45 mins later than initial specified time and the main food was missing. We ended up with fries and drinks. £60 odd order and probably no refund or anything from just eat! How hard is it to put things in a bag. Then deliver it. Not sure if McDonald’s messed it up or the delivery driver.

Half the order missing as is beginning to be a trend when ordering from here.

Always A Busy McDonald's - East gates Branch - Were Particular Busy On This Day - Even So,Member Of Staff Who Served Me Was Professional And Friendly - Taken My Order And Made Sure My Order Was Correct, Repeated Back My Order - (I Have Noticed Not All Branches In Leicester Do That) - I Thanked Him And Went Off And Waited At The Other Side Of McDonald's - For Mine And My Partner's Order - Just A Bit Of Wait For Waiting For Our Food's - Some Others Who Were Calling Out The Food Orders - Weren't "CLEAR ENOUGH" - Suggestion Could Do With A Calling System,Where It Calls Out The Number And Display It - In Big Bold Red Numbers

Dont bother ordering, i ordered a chicken mayo,cheese burger, large fries and a mcflurry. I only received the 2 burgers delivery and service charge was more than what i received!

Appalling. Apparently having problems with rogue drivers stealing the orders. Order never never arrived. Phoned Eastgates only to be greeted with the most arrogant, unhelpful person who displayed an attitude that it's not her problem. Speak to Just Eat. FINALLY, got to chat with just eat who assured me that they will refund our money but takes 7 days. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Food quality was very poor as the food was reheated. Never order from here again, waited for over 2 hours to receive the food as was in preparation just to receive this garbage.

Why my order was open? As far it supposed to be close and seal. The food was cold & why not closing it properly well.. someone can eat or put something in my food..

Order said it had been delivered and nobody has even knocked the door or called my phone number for me to answer so im now out of pocket andhaving to order again

Good stuff. They make my order pretty quick even when there is an army of customers. I have seen a lot worse in other city centres. My issue is the lack of seating there is sometimes and also the fact that the app didn't work and they didn't give me points but still a good location.

SHOCKING customer service even from the manager. Absolutely no customer skills, no sympathy and refuse to listen. This McDonald’s needs a serious managerial review. 1 star is a push. Will NOT be coming to this branch again and I urge others to do the same.

Worst Mac in UK. Staff treat like we come to eat for free. Worst staff seen in Macs. No place to seat either and half of the seating area closed. Try any other Mac but not this.

Clean tables, polite staff and warmish food. Not much else you can say for a McDonald's

delivery driver went to 2 other locations before delivering to me which resulted in food arriving cold. the latte had spilled onto the donut I ordered so that had to be binned.

Every time I make a order things are missing my drink and dips missing this time not on when you pay a lot of money

I ordered the chicken selects share box and it came with chicken nuggets ( I don't like them) and the mozzarella sticks I ordered had 5 chicken selects inside and no mozzarella sticks this is a very big concern because a chicken was in a vegetarian option, I am very concerned about the kitchen staff making such a big mistake, this leads me to wonder if correct training has been given and if the correct food safety and food hygiene certificates have been obtained by staff??

Terrible! Left a note to say don’t forget items and they still forgot the main items off the order! More time needs to be taken when packing orders as this shouldn’t happen. Now I have to report missing items to probably get nothing back and sort other food out. Won’t be using again!

No happy at all the delivery times and the delivery guy way good but had my child milkshake missing and mixed my daughter fillet a fish mixing with burgers so she couldn’t eat it.

Stale cold food being sent via Uber delivery! Why would you send fast food that needs to be heated in the oven again. Gooey chips, hard fillet and inedible dippers. GET A GRIP.

I visited with my 3 kids. They have colouring mats and do a great job making sure tables are cleared and wiped. The food is McDonald's, so you get what you get and know what to expect.

Please avoid, there is an outgoing problem either with their supplier or the hygiene standards in the kitchen. At first they've mixed up my order, which is fine, can happen to anyone especially when busy. After I've received the corrected order I couldn't believe what I found inside. There was a bug crawling onto my cutlery, at first I thought it could be a single one coming from outside but there was more coming from underneath. Concern has been submitted to both FSA and council to investigate on it.

Today at 17:00 I decided to purchase a Double Cheese Burger meal going for large option. Oh dear, the double cheese burger was loaded with Grease and it was Squash so much it resemble a Single cheese burger. It would seem McDonalds has decided Quantity over Quality is their best policy. Had to ring McDonald’s to amend my order and the woman I spoke to was lovely (Nadia) she made sure our order was correct. Thank you Nadia, excellent customer service. And quick delivery.
