McDonald's in Leicester

Hate hard seats very quick service.

Worst Mac in UK. Staff treat like we come to eat for free. Worst staff seen in Macs. No place to seat either and half of the seating area closed. Try any other Mac but not this.

Clean tables, polite staff and warmish food. Not much else you can say for a McDonald's

my 7 year old wanted a book with her happy meal and got really disappointed because she's didn't get one? please send one

delivery driver went to 2 other locations before delivering to me which resulted in food arriving cold. the latte had spilled onto the donut I ordered so that had to be binned.

as always fries always cold and rubbery. shame.

Every time I make a order things are missing my drink and dips missing this time not on when you pay a lot of money

I ordered the chicken selects share box and it came with chicken nuggets ( I don't like them) and the mozzarella sticks I ordered had 5 chicken selects inside and no mozzarella sticks this is a very big concern because a chicken was in a vegetarian option, I am very concerned about the kitchen staff making such a big mistake, this leads me to wonder if correct training has been given and if the correct food safety and food hygiene certificates have been obtained by staff??

Terrible! Left a note to say don’t forget items and they still forgot the main items off the order! More time needs to be taken when packing orders as this shouldn’t happen. Now I have to report missing items to probably get nothing back and sort other food out. Won’t be using again!

1 driver said another driver was bring our food so all we got is drinks and mcflurrys and we got none of the food from our 60 pound order. just the drinks and mcflurrys.

The man who brought my food refused to pass it to me through my window.... He was rude and dumped it on the floor next to my wheel bin... I paid for delivery to my door... I also took a pic.. How do I make a complaint please?

Food delivered at 19:51, but the apple pie discard time on packaging said 18:27.

No happy at all the delivery times and the delivery guy way good but had my child milkshake missing and mixed my daughter fillet a fish mixing with burgers so she couldn’t eat it.

Stale cold food being sent via Uber delivery! Why would you send fast food that needs to be heated in the oven again. Gooey chips, hard fillet and inedible dippers. GET A GRIP.

I will never order from there again!!! I had several time something missing in my orders and that’s last one 2 items was missing called customer service and because I was using app they using uber eats their policy is ridiculous and they don’t want to refund or redelivery missing items!!! Never ever using these thefts again!!!!

I visited with my 3 kids. They have colouring mats and do a great job making sure tables are cleared and wiped. The food is McDonald's, so you get what you get and know what to expect.

Please avoid, there is an outgoing problem either with their supplier or the hygiene standards in the kitchen. At first they've mixed up my order, which is fine, can happen to anyone especially when busy. After I've received the corrected order I couldn't believe what I found inside. There was a bug crawling onto my cutlery, at first I thought it could be a single one coming from outside but there was more coming from underneath. Concern has been submitted to both FSA and council to investigate on it.

Today at 17:00 I decided to purchase a Double Cheese Burger meal going for large option. Oh dear, the double cheese burger was loaded with Grease and it was Squash so much it resemble a Single cheese burger. It would seem McDonalds has decided Quantity over Quality is their best policy. no chip and cookies come , mcdonalds always miss item off , my 2 cookies n fries didn't come with any of the meal , you won't send my money back but are happy to take it , my cookies and fries would work out to about 6 pound is a joke , I would like to be refunded but as this has happened before I know just eat and mcdonalds won't refund it , a refund policy should be on the app instead asking us to rate the delivery n quality

Delivery person rang 3 time’s to say he was outside my son was actually waiting on the doorstep for the delivery I told the delivery guy this but he was still saying he’s outside I gave him my address each time . I asked which road he was on he didn’t know my son then started to walk along the road thus leading him to find the delivery person no where near my house which is why all the food was cold & ruined 😡

Were very helpful my 2 year old son was in distress and wasn't very happy and other guests were staring ,one of the ladies clara think it was offered him crayons and colouring and they prioritised our order to calm everything down super nice staff Many thanks

Today I ordered a take away and it was chicken burger( crispy) wrap. Even there was a offer on it. To my surprise I found only crispy chicken inside wrap nothing else. Portion of lettuce was almost zero and there was nothing. Only tortilla and crispy chicken. We pay money to get good quantity and quality of food. Horrible guys. Don't buy from this outlet, here this is second time I was ripped off. Shame guys you lost a customer.

lost tracking , then when turned up mcdonalds had not done order right my burger clearly said on wrapper no pickles and add bacon, had pickles and no bacon. hallomi fries 2 not 4? and chicken nuggets 14 not 20 what a joke! then my fella opend his triple cheese burger to find had no extras aswell
