It really comes to something when people who work at the tower park MC D's can't even serve you with the correct order!!! It even tells them on the screen what to prepare and have ready so guessing they can't understand it read plain englsih!!! Shocking experience from this branch on too many occasions now so will be avoiding at all costs from now on!

Burger King Oxford. The kiosk menu did not relate to the actual menu. Meals didn't include chips. The prices were extautionate, £11.50 for burger chips and drink, and the staff struggled with the English language, so asking questions was pointless as they couldn't understand to give an answer. It's card only even when trying to buy a 30p sachet of mayonnaise. I wouldn't recommend this branch

Awful customer service, or complete lack of. Ordered a dessert from the kiosk and paid. A few moments later my order number is called out and I’m shouted to and told they don’t serve that item. Fair enough, mistakes happen but what followed was a complete lack of apology and customer service. Assistant manager mumbled while looking at the till, asking if I’d like a refund. No attempt at being apologetic.

incorrect food supplied, ie, beef tacos, NO Beef, items, carried incorrectly all fell to the bottom of the bag, looks like it was thrown together

If I had the option of zero stars, I would give it that.I ate the worst and most tasteless wings of my life yesterday.Counter staff rude the guy with beard ask me to wait for fresh wings which takes a bit to get ready when its ready he served me the same old wings with 2 pieces of new which is horrible.waste of money not worth at all stay away these thieves.

The worst pizza I have ever had in my life, I had one bite and couldn't actually stomach the rest. Not even edible, they told me they would send someone round to collect it and that I would then be refunded but no-one ever turned up. AWFUL! Waste of £25.
