The worst pizza I have ever had in my life, I had one bite and couldn't actually stomach the rest. Not even edible, they told me they would send someone round to collect it and that I would then be refunded but no-one ever turned up. AWFUL! Waste of £25.

Hour late, gave us wrong pizzas wanted us to pay extra delivery charge to swap the pizzas, hour later swapped pizzas but forgot the chips told us he will give them with next delivery which is never happening as we were tourists visiting London

The chicken wings were inedible! They were old and put back in the fryer ... I put them in the garbage! For the rest all ok

They called me 30 minutes after I ordered my food and said they can not deliver it to me because some reason they didn't say so was not happy

Worst experience of my life. Ordered food for me and 8 year old daughter. Added an extra 30 mins time after confirmation of order recieved. Did nit deliver at 6.10. In the end after an hour and a half no food recieved and a hungry crying daughter. Tried calling them no answer. No help from customer service either. Should be taken off site immediately.

Mayo on vege burger despite asking for notes. There is absolutely no room for error when it comes to dietary requirements. If they don't take this fundamentally important thing seriously who knows what else slides in that kitchen. Also wings where absolutely terrible. Will not being ordering again. and would recommend avoiding. Especially if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Not nice i didn't enjoy my food

Do not waste your time or your money! The food literally tasted disgusting and greasy order was not right. No sauces given. It's a shame I can't give it anything bellow 1 star. Really does not deserve a 1 start.

Food was an hour late. I understand people get busy but their was no communication or explanation from the business. I had to call multiple times just to try and get them to hurry up. No apology.

Thought it would be delivered in 40 mins but straight after I ordered the time jumped up by another 40mins!! The chicken nuggets and cheesy chips were great but the fried chicken was really dry and ended up in the bin 😓

Even through my food arrived much quicker than the estimated delivery time, I wish they had taken the time with it . Completely rushed the order ruined it ! 1. Apple pie and mozzarella sticks were uncooked and cold 2. Chips soggy 3.cheesecake was sooo frozen it's ridiculous 4. In both burgers they put a completely different sauce then the one stated on the order 5. They forgot our cans of drink 6. Onion rings cold like had been dipped in fryer for a minute 7. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN !!

Food was very cold when arrived and it was also twenty minutes late. My one of my meals were wrong and I hadn't got items I requested. There for this restaurant one star if no stars where an option it would be that and I will never order from there again.

This used to be my regular takeaway for pizza while I was living in London. I miss ordering from here, as the pizzas were very nice! Definitely recommended.

Pizza was great but the chicken was dry and obviously old stuff that had been sitting around for a while. Would reccomend the pizza but I won't be having the chicken again.

We asked for chips with cheese and ended up getting just normal chips. Also, the food was delivered badly and all the boxes were damaged.

AWFUL SERVICE! Could not be bothered to find my address, even though all other restaurants can, cancelled my telephone calls, and when they said they're not coming put the phone down on me!

I've always ordered from them and the food's always been ok. Today has been very disappointing though, everything was very salty!! not sure if I'm going to order from them again, disappointed.

Hour late after adding 30 minutes onto a 40 minute delivery time. Food was cold. Too salty. Chicken was tough and chewy. Chips were soggy. Awful. Second time from this place same twice in a row.

Delivery was FAR too long. Quoted 45-60 mins then added 25 mins on after the order was complete and paid for. For a very simple order. Not good

El "restaurante" es sucio, el contador y el piso está cubierto de aceite pegajoso y (?), ketchup (?) o algo difícil de adivinar. He pedido dos piezas de pollo y patatas fritas no beber. Pollo, papas fritas sabor y seco (16 piezas - Sí, tengo contar ellos - 16 patatas fritas!) frío, suave y sabor de aceite viejo. No salsa ketchup o cualquier otro. El precio mucho mayor que en otros lugares de este tipo. Si puedes evítalo.

Horrible my burger was burnt the chips were hard the the wings were disgusting couldn't even eat them. Like I have ate from here before there food is usually nice I don't why it was like that last night... The only thing unmanaged to eat with no problems was the onion rings 💩💩

This has been put down as delivered I'm absoluttaly discusted with this place as we rang for 2 hours to see where our delivery was to be told every time it was on its way we gave up at 4.30 this morning after finally realising the food wasn't coming. I'd advise people never to order from this place as I will not be again!!! Very angry and upset customer. I would of expected better service from food places as I've ordered from.just eat before and never had a problem but now I'll be having second thoughts

After putting specific institutions to not ring doorbell upon arrival. Driver ring doorbell and woke up household which was extremely annoying

my food was late by more then 1 hour. i called restaurant and they said it will be further late by another hour atleast. i asked to cancel the order. i am very hungry and its 3am too late to oder receive and eat now. i am very disappointed and going to sleep hungry and angry. i want my money back please. thank you. regards ganesh

Very good and fast delivery, even though it was very late in the evening :) jalapeno stuffed peppers are my favourite, the grilled chicken was perfect. Thank you.

I asked for a pepperoni pizza and there was no pepperoni on it!!

Delivery was fine but food was very poor. Didn't listen to a single, simple request on the notes. 'Please put mayo on the chips and cheese' none. 'Please put a fork in the bag' none. Sat in a hotel room with no cutlery trying to eat chips with congealed cheese wasn't great.

On the menu it is clearly written for Pizza buy one take one free . I ordered according to that and on arrival it was only one pizza . There's no clear explanation on the advert what arr the terms and conditions for buy one get one free . That caused me inconvenience as I had people waiting for the food that I don't know why it didn't arrive.
