Burger King in St Edmundsbury

Immediately after ordering, delivery time shifted from 30 mins to 90 mins. Took absolutely ages.

Food is amazing chefs must be incredibly talented. Even the staff in the kitchen are kind and respectful and helped me out. The managers are respectful and responsible.

Had a family member that worked there and they was so rude when they done the decent thing by calling up sick hanging up on her and speaking to her like a load of rubbish. The manager should be ashamed of herself. If this is how you treat your colleagues no wonder why you're being left bad reviews.

The food was hot and tasty and got out to me really quickly and also all the staff were really helpful and polite and the manager was really kind and super helpful with my questions. Visited 17/11/24

Visited today food was hot staff friendly and efficient. Didn't have to wait ordered the xl meal everything was fresh will visit again soon.

I visited the store on 10/11 around 3 with my 3 children and husband. We couldn’t use the new self checkout/order machines as they weren’t accepting the code to redeem offers from the app when I scanned them which is a regular problem but I always need to order at the counter anyways as you can’t put through kids meals with a coke as it doesn’t offer that option. When I told the manager named “jack” at the counter it wasn’t working I needed to order it at the counter he replied with a horrible attitude “actually it is working! “ I then explained again it wasn’t and he said “well you’ll have to wait then” and continued what he was doing before coming back huffing and puffing saying “what do you want!?” Getting very annoyed that he had to step away from his colleague who he was busy chatting to gossiping about another member of staff. He gets very annoyed asking what else I want and stomps back to his colleague to chat away. The service was horrible and I often visit this store with my husband and kids but every time this same staff member is extremely rude, confrontational, and annoyed at having to take your order.

we ordered our burger King at 12 34 did not arrive to 230 that is the longest we have had to wait can't get hold of just eats no phone number and no text I understand they are busy but not that long sorry I don't like to complain thanks

Why when I ordered 9 chilli cheese bites why did i only get 3? I paid £13.38 for an extra large bacon double cheese burger on its own and 9 chilli cheese bites on order number 64 on 02/11/2024 at 8.50pm and only got 3 chilli cheese bites. Only found that when I got home. Store now shut. So very not happy. Do I really need to check staff can count past 3 before I leave the store?

Terrible time in the shop today.. 1 ordering station was only working.. staff was rude to the customers that required help.. hot drinks machine wasn’t working so replaced my hot drink for a coke and they was given to me warm.. there was 4 in my group and it was touching on 15 mins before we were given our order

Had An Amazing Experience When I Visted The Store The Assistant Manager Destiny Was Super Friendly And Helpful Went Above And Beyond To Make Sure My Food Was Fast And Efficient

Order at 7.30, to arrive at 8.05, checked at 7.50 to see the progress and it was pushed back to 8.30, then was pushed back again to 9.15, tried to call the restaurant and nobody answered despite still being open. Food arrived 45 minutes later and arrived lukewarm. Delivery times are important as I need to take insulin before eating and no updates were given. I don't have an issue with any other local restaurants except this burger king, and most likely won't be using them in the future.

Very polite driver. However I do have a. Kicker I couldn’t attach. Not great.

Placed an order which finally arrived nearly an hour and a half later, stone cold, despite the restaurant only being at most a 2-3 minute drive away.

Can’t be difficult to count to 6. But unfortunately only received 5 chicken nuggets in a 6 nugget meal. Also never seem to be able to read your order properly and supply requested dips. BK costs a lot these days and a little attention to detail would be greatly appreciated. Not good at all.

Waited 15-20 minutes for our order and when it arrived the burger was stone cold. Not exactly fast food. Very poor and would not return. Atmosphere was cold and uninviting, not a nice place to sit.

this is unacceptable! the restaurant did not pick up all my calls and Just Eat app does not offer any help at all to the customers. your FAQ is a major "F*** you" to the customers with your patronising information without any options for an real-time actual help to us. I am starving!

All staff members are polite and welcoming. They are all helpful and prepared to help in every way possible. The waiting time is second to none and I would 100% recommend to anyone in the area.

Ordered a double whopper and a single was delivered food was stone cold and the total on the receipt is lower that I was charged, I have pics to prove it if you want to see them.

According to my just eat notifications the courier was at the restaurant for over an hour. Food arrived arrived extremely late and was poorly packed, cold and missing items. Very disappointed. Will not recommend.

Unbelievable 30min wait. Just two teenage staff. Just eat given priority.

Very short staffed but understandable with few customers at once. I was the only one waiting for my order which seemed to take a very long time especially as I ordered on phone before I got there. Halloumi fries a bit overdone and drinks very syrupy. Manager seems good at job though, she put my order on the tray and went and put another burger on, the colleague next to her had forgotten one of my burgers so she just did it herself. She was very polite to me as well. I'm not sure she was the manager but that's the impression I got.

Assistant manager, crew manager and staff they all staf always gossip with each other and laugh always in the store. Never do their job delivery order. Order ready for pack but they are joking. When rider come in the restaurant then they pack up and always take time. Sometimes 30 Mintutes more. Very disgusting staff. Sometimes they say to delivery driver, cancel order and go, it will take time. How rubbish staff work here. Some ladies also work but they are Very very slow. They Don't bother delivery driver. Hate the staff.

I loved the Burger King in bury St Edmund’s! one of the best atmospheres and the staff were so polite especially faith from the till she was so sweet. Overall I will be going back and the food is incredible!!

Popped in here for some food staff we're friendly enough but the place was empty and there was abit of a wait for the food which I found abit strange 🤔 but yeah OK for a quick meal have since used this again and was very disappointed with the waiting time from ordering to getting the meal again it wasn't that busy I did ask the staff why it took so long but didn't really get a response I think it's called fast food for a reason
