Amazing Food tastes amazing Staff were super polite Food was fresh and only look a minute for my party of 6 to get fully served the staff were super helpful they also made sure to tend to my dietary needs even though they were extremely busy and took extra care 10/10 would recommend

Ordered on the kiosk, which was super easy to use and the food was delicious, staff were nice and got my food under 3 minutes (I ordered the whopper meal)

Great service, rapid and got the order spot on, couldn’t ask for anything more. 10/10 definitely recommend. Atmosphere was great with friendly workers. I found that “Jack” on front counter was very helpful with listening to my special burger requests and dealt with my order in a respectful manor, what a sigma. Will have to bring the missus again😍

Visited over the weekend food was hot, staff friendly and efficient. Didn't have to wait long ordered the bacon double meal everything was fresh onion rings were hot .will visit again soon.

Absolutely disgusting service food cold woman laughed in my face after I asked to be served at the till she demanded we use the machine kiosk So rude food missing as usual wrong order given bunch of teenagers with no training

A bit cold inside Good service and food

I had an amazing experience at Burger King today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I decided to go for the classic Whopper, and it did not disappoint. The burger was perfectly flame-grilled, juicy, and packed with flavor. The veggies were fresh, and the bun was soft and slightly toasted—exactly how I like it. I also tried the onion rings for the first time, and they were crispy and golden with just the right amount of seasoning. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—exactly what you expect from a fast-food joint, but done right. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, and my food was served quickly, fresh, and hot. It’s rare to find a fast food place that consistently delivers on both food quality and customer service, but this Burger King really nailed it. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Absolutely rubbish, very gritty order kids meal with chicken nuggets and just was few chips, pay 4 pounds each

Came here twice over the weekend, on both occasions my burger was made incorrectly and the dining area was left very messy with trays and rubbish left on tables when the restaurant was empty. Would not recommend.

Unless you are gifted using a computer screen type order point, avoid. It took me 3 goes to order a chicken burger and fries, and I still got the order wrong. Staff standing idle behind the counter would not take an order at the till - apparently they are not allowed to touch the tills anymore. And I was not the only one on that day to be confused using an order screen. Burger King - try giving good old fashioned customer service.

As usual missing items from Burger King

As an Uber eat delivery person, I want to say that the Burger King team employs a very racist woman aged ~45~55 years old who is always dissatisfied and rude to her job. Today I was waiting for my order, but she didn’t give it to me, asking questions that were not within her competence, and this is not the first time. I ask Burger King management to pay attention to this problem.

Forced to use kiosks, time to order takes way too long, ended up getting the wrong order still and missed my bus. New employees are ruining the restaurant, not coming here again.

Immediately after ordering, delivery time shifted from 30 mins to 90 mins. Took absolutely ages.

Had a family member that worked there and they was so rude when they done the decent thing by calling up sick hanging up on her and speaking to her like a load of rubbish. The manager should be ashamed of herself. If this is how you treat your colleagues no wonder why you're being left bad reviews.

I visited the store on 10/11 around 3 with my 3 children and husband. We couldn’t use the new self checkout/order machines as they weren’t accepting the code to redeem offers from the app when I scanned them which is a regular problem but I always need to order at the counter anyways as you can’t put through kids meals with a coke as it doesn’t offer that option. When I told the manager named “jack” at the counter it wasn’t working I needed to order it at the counter he replied with a horrible attitude “actually it is working! “ I then explained again it wasn’t and he said “well you’ll have to wait then” and continued what he was doing before coming back huffing and puffing saying “what do you want!?” Getting very annoyed that he had to step away from his colleague who he was busy chatting to gossiping about another member of staff. He gets very annoyed asking what else I want and stomps back to his colleague to chat away. The service was horrible and I often visit this store with my husband and kids but every time this same staff member is extremely rude, confrontational, and annoyed at having to take your order.

Why when I ordered 9 chilli cheese bites why did i only get 3? I paid £13.38 for an extra large bacon double cheese burger on its own and 9 chilli cheese bites on order number 64 on 02/11/2024 at 8.50pm and only got 3 chilli cheese bites. Only found that when I got home. Store now shut. So very not happy. Do I really need to check staff can count past 3 before I leave the store?

Terrible time in the shop today.. 1 ordering station was only working.. staff was rude to the customers that required help.. hot drinks machine wasn’t working so replaced my hot drink for a coke and they was given to me warm.. there was 4 in my group and it was touching on 15 mins before we were given our order

Had An Amazing Experience When I Visted The Store The Assistant Manager Destiny Was Super Friendly And Helpful Went Above And Beyond To Make Sure My Food Was Fast And Efficient

Order at 7.30, to arrive at 8.05, checked at 7.50 to see the progress and it was pushed back to 8.30, then was pushed back again to 9.15, tried to call the restaurant and nobody answered despite still being open. Food arrived 45 minutes later and arrived lukewarm. Delivery times are important as I need to take insulin before eating and no updates were given. I don't have an issue with any other local restaurants except this burger king, and most likely won't be using them in the future.

Placed an order which finally arrived nearly an hour and a half later, stone cold, despite the restaurant only being at most a 2-3 minute drive away.

Can’t be difficult to count to 6. But unfortunately only received 5 chicken nuggets in a 6 nugget meal. Also never seem to be able to read your order properly and supply requested dips. BK costs a lot these days and a little attention to detail would be greatly appreciated. Not good at all.

Waited 15-20 minutes for our order and when it arrived the burger was stone cold. Not exactly fast food. Very poor and would not return. Atmosphere was cold and uninviting, not a nice place to sit.
