Had delivery from here over 10 times never been disappointed great range on menu good quality food and well cooked. One of the best parts is that they open after 12 for 2 and a half hours

Fantastic food, super speedy delivery.

First time ordering a takeaway from here tonight for my cousin and myself. And I have to say that it was the best Chinese takeaway that I've ever had. Everything cooked just right, no greasy batter on the spring rolls.... Perfect.

Really disappointed, food missing from order and cold! Service needs to be 0 stars! My dad ordered food to collect as we have done many times before. Had to wait because it wasn't ready. When we got home, food was COLD and PART of our order was MISSING. No interest in complaint, just told come back and collect the rest, a 40 minute round trip. Check your order, make sure you get what you're paying for. Really poor!

The food taste good. I will give them that, but paying £7 for pork char sui & getting a third of the tub beansprouts with a few bits of pork is not on.

The Jasmine Takeaway has some beautiful food! And they don't skimp on the portions either! The ambience is relaxed and friendly, as are the staff, who seem really pleased to see their customers, as opposed to a fake, hastily produced, customer-service smile that barely works! But the food! All cooked to order, is just so tasty! And all for such a reasonable price too! I WILL be calling there again! :-)

I asked for a chicken curry with no onion but some mushrooms. I got a chicken curry with onions and no mushrooms...not great!

Watery sauces, could be ok, but a few too many corners cut

It was okay. The Hot & Spicy Bean Curd was rock solid, which we didn’t enjoy.

Cant fault, really decent food and service

This is our regular go to for Chinese takeout. Didn't go there for a while as the previous owners chef didn't cook the chicken balls enough resulting in pink meat inside. After learning that it was taken over and had a 5 star hygiene rating we went back and the food was much much better and haven't had a bad meal from there since.

Brilliant food Best Chinese in town and fast delivery only took 15mins. Lovely delivery driver too.

While in the area we decided to buy in some Chinese food to bring back to the cottage we rented. I was dubious due to the under 4* rating but as it was close and that it had a 5* in hygiene we thought we'd give it a go. As it turned out, it was more than nice - it was superb! So much did we enjoy it, we actually went back for a second visit and because we complimented their food so much, we were given spare ribs and prawn toast for free (also scrumptious). I find it hard to believe the star rating wasn't higher, so this is my contribution to a great takeaway! Thumbs up!!

Good tasting food and generally good service. Occasionally get veg in my meals when requesting without. But not the end of the world. Delivery times can be high sometimes but understandable when busy

Ordered the dinner for one A (sweet and sour chicken balls, house fried rice, egg roll, and chicken chop suey) plus crab and corn soup. Service was super friendly and timely. The chicken chop suey had a bit too much sauce. The house fried rice I found to be the best compared to other Bury Chinese restaurants, but everything else was about the same, quite alright.

Use this place quite regularly. Food has always been good. However, cannot say the same about the guy taking orders. No courtesy at all and insists on calling people "mate". No customer service skills at all.

Used for years, was good last couple times I used it has been late and food cold and full of grease, has gone down hill, will be looking for new place as not use them again.

Thai food from Chinese take always is sometimes hit and miss. This was fantastic! The Chinese dishes were also very good. We are relatively new to Bottisham and will definitely be visiting this takeaway again. Very good cooking. Very good quality of ingredients and reasonable prices!

Placed an order for delivered, turned up on time but was cold, chips not fully cooked, I am a vegetarian And there was meat in my chow mein.

Other than the minor language difficulties, the staff are friendly and the orders are prepared on a timely basis and most dishes are hot and yummy. Better than the buffet places in bury st Edmunds

Always had decent food. Even of sometime they add veg into a dish that we ask for no veg In. Our favourite chinese

Price of delivery: £25.40Charge to credit card: £55.40Genuine error possible but when husband queried this the next day in person he was made to wait whilst owner went home to retrieve previous nights copy receipts. Then to be handed £25 cash and sent away..... £5 short..... we used to order a lot, low financial gain to them for loss of business!!!

Very poor tasting food, undercooked and cold. Owner very rude to staff and customers. Absolute shambles of a place.

I have been going there for a while and it has always been nice but last night it was awful. Noodles were so over cooked they were mushy, rice was the same. There was also a black bug in the bbq sauce!Didn't bother calling to complain because the guy that works there is always rude.Won't be going back.

Excellent food but costs 50p to use debit card. No matter how much food was purchased! Thats very very annoying!

Our local Chinese take away, who can provide delivery as well. Never had a bad meal from there. On one occasion part of the order was missing which they very quickly rectified. Friendly staff and the wait for delivery doesn't tend to be too long.

That shop is very good in bury st Edmunds

Still need to keep standards up.
