Subway in St Edmundsbury

this salad was pathetic, it was missing cheese,pickles and sweetcorn the chicken was shredded so small, there must of been 2 tablespoons of product,in the box and it cost £13.00 I will never be ordering from here again, iam one unhappy customer

When we ordered the app said it would take 20-35 minutes to arrive. It took 70 minutes. I monitored progress using the app and it seems the deliver person was there waiting for a long, long time, putting the blame on the restaurant. Disappointing.

Ignored by both staff at the counter whilst they were dealing with an online order that appeared to be a priority - whilst staff were preparing the online order they were having fun laughing having a chat with the delivery driver yet we were told abruptly and rudely to ‘wait’. Very rude, no customer service at all, and had trouble understanding both workers. Won’t be returning - EVER.

Long haired english man. He speaks very rudely to his customers, and as if that wasn't enough, he tries to cover up his own mistake by swearing at the new workers. He shouts in front of the customers and thinks he is a master.

Food was delivered on time however the hash browns were spongy and cold on arrival. The chicken bites were also cold and soft not crunchy on the outside at all. Pepperoni wrap was the only thing that had any kind of warmth to it. Couldn't taste pepperoni over the marinara sauce though. Overall disappointed with what I recieved Ate it regardless because i was starving with a newborn in the house but wanted to let people know the standards are not what should be expected. Could spend the same amount and go to burger king or mcdonalds and get a better meal.

I'm missing my drinks and 2 cookies also I haven't had cheese added in my foot long

Delivery was fine, but the sandwich was cold as.

Crinkle Weges arrived cold - inedible Hash Browns arrived cold - inedible Footlong Margherita Slice arrived cold - inedible Disgusting start to the day, honestly what is the point of offering such a poor service...

no apple pie, or brownie, not a double vege burger and cold aswell as milkshakes melted

Was very late also my food was requested to be toasted I don’t know if it was or not as it was cold. Also my cheese garlic footlong was cold. And also my 2 pots of meatballs very very disappointed.

Everytime we order from subway we are always missing items avoid!

Subway leads to be the best sandwich maker and we really got served well by this restaurant.Thanks for the delicious sandwich 🥰.And the New cookie is really awesome

Food was ordered close to closing time and was obviously, extremely rushed, have ordered the same thing before and it was 10/10 this time 1/10

I visited subway today at noon rush hours when it comes to serving the food I really got the best taste ever thanks for the service and the cookies are really awesome.

We visited the store yesterday and we got the best sandwich meal of tuna the sub was properly heated and the salads are really appreciable.This could be the better place to have a perfect lunch meal

If you have 30 minutes to waste for a barely half filled sandwich this is the place for you, worst customer service. Management need to hire more people and maybe people who actually have people skills.

Waited over an hour for it to be delivered and was stone cold not tried keeping warm at all not ordering again

1 star is still too generous. Ordered a breakfast sub and I opened it to find a blonde/pink hair. Took it back and was served by the man who’s hair is was (he has long enough hair that it should be tied up or in a net). He said he would make it again but when I said he should tie his hair back as his working with food, I was ignored so I decided I’d just have a refund. Unfortunately I don’t have his name as he wasn’t in uniform.

Every time I order why does my driver have to do another delivery before mine shocking

So so slow. They prioritise anyone coming in for take away delivery.waited to be served for 30 mins. Hardly anyone in front of me. Gave up.

I did not order peppers of any kind inside my sub as I am very sickly to them. However I was given green peppers in my sub anyway.

Food wasn't even cooked. Delivery on time done well to get here

Went to collect food. Was told the order wasn't there and that I would need to take it up with just eat. Drove home, got in the door, sat down and the phone rang to say there had been a mistake and my order was at the restaurant. By the time I got back to the shop my order had been sat for sometime. I asked if the sandwich was fresh and was reassured it was. When I got the food home I opened it and had to pick of the paper the sandwich was wrapped in as it had been sat for so long the paper hand stuck to the cheese. really disappointed.

I ordered at 3:10 for it to come at 4 but it did not come till 4:40 I can’t even eat it as my break has finished

The manager of this subway is just absolutely fantastic! My boyfriend and I went in there for lunch and both of us agreed that it was the best customer experience we’ve ever had at a subway. He’s got a great attitude, he’s really passionate and just so so friendly. He also made a fantastic sub that we both loved!

Today I made a order through just eat, and they did not deliver our order, we waited over an 1 hour and a half still no show so I called parkway sub way up and the TOP GUYS, JAMES, and PETER kindly remade mine and my wife’s order free of charge. These 2 guys should be the face of subway as iv never received such great customer service and care in my life. Much thanks James, and Peter the SUBWAY BROTHERS!

Dissapointing subway has changed it's selection of sauces.

THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OR CALL YOU IF AN FOOD ITEM IS MISSING. Ordered 3 cans of chocolate milk Only received 1 and wrong cupcake.

Great customer service! Ordered a new Tuna & Egg salad box from the set menu range, apparently the first time that this had been made by the team member. Tasted great and service was excellent. Well done team Subway Bury St Edmunds!

Pickles were missing from the salad and it was drowned in Mayo so ruined it ☹️ didn’t seem much in the container, when you pay £12 for a salad it’s very disappointing

This order was the driest, soggiest and coldest subway I’ve ever had. Was not impressed. The portion size for the wedges was a complete rip off too.

Seems Subway is using Just Eat customers to offload their overcooked bread that a customer in store might ask not to be used. Ordered 3 foot longs. All three used burnt bread.

My delivery never turned up, despite having notifications that my order was confirmed, driver and the restaurant, and out for delivery. I will not be ordering with Just Eat again unless I receive a full refund.

Part of my order was missing and any attempts to contact the restaurant went unanswered. So now I've paid for products I haven't received.

I keep selecting the sandwich to be toasted and putting a note asking them not to forget to toast it but it turns up Not toasted all the time ! Why can’t you toast it when I ask !??

Ordered twice on separate days non of them delivered and never got a refund

You make a simple request for it to be toasted you select the toasted option you also put in special requests to please toast it and it doesn’t get toasted this happens all the time! Why can’t you follow simple instructions !
