Subway in St Edmundsbury

Subway leads to be the best sandwich maker and we really got served well by this restaurant.Thanks for the delicious sandwich 🥰.And the New cookie is really awesome

I visited subway today at noon rush hours when it comes to serving the food I really got the best taste ever thanks for the service and the cookies are really awesome.

We visited the store yesterday and we got the best sandwich meal of tuna the sub was properly heated and the salads are really appreciable.This could be the better place to have a perfect lunch meal

If you have 30 minutes to waste for a barely half filled sandwich this is the place for you, worst customer service. Management need to hire more people and maybe people who actually have people skills.

1 star is still too generous. Ordered a breakfast sub and I opened it to find a blonde/pink hair. Took it back and was served by the man who’s hair is was (he has long enough hair that it should be tied up or in a net). He said he would make it again but when I said he should tie his hair back as his working with food, I was ignored so I decided I’d just have a refund. Unfortunately I don’t have his name as he wasn’t in uniform.

So so slow. They prioritise anyone coming in for take away delivery.waited to be served for 30 mins. Hardly anyone in front of me. Gave up.

The manager of this subway is just absolutely fantastic! My boyfriend and I went in there for lunch and both of us agreed that it was the best customer experience we’ve ever had at a subway. He’s got a great attitude, he’s really passionate and just so so friendly. He also made a fantastic sub that we both loved!

Quick food and great customer service. The KFC team next door should pop in and learn a thing or two.

Today I made a order through just eat, and they did not deliver our order, we waited over an 1 hour and a half still no show so I called parkway sub way up and the TOP GUYS, JAMES, and PETER kindly remade mine and my wife’s order free of charge. These 2 guys should be the face of subway as iv never received such great customer service and care in my life. Much thanks James, and Peter the SUBWAY BROTHERS!

Great customer service! Ordered a new Tuna & Egg salad box from the set menu range, apparently the first time that this had been made by the team member. Tasted great and service was excellent. Well done team Subway Bury St Edmunds!

First time going into subway and feeling like a positive environment! Staff working on bank holiday Monday morning were so polite, friendly and thorough. We were curious when our recent Deliveroo order had been perfect and it all made sense when we met these lovely new staff members. A credit to subway!

An absolute joy to go here. Why do I say that? Two words, the staff. Sorry I’m terrible with names, but the two bearded guys and the girl with dark hair are absolutely lovely. The others too, but those 3 need special mentioning. There’s a great, teamwork atmosphere in there and you can tell they all get along. One time there was a newbie. The guy with the smaller beard was being very patient with him and guiding very well. Subway sandwiches are always nice anywhere you go. But this store should be a model for how to interact.

Usually the quality is decent but tonight they sent my Subs with none of the things I requested inside. Not even any lettuce. It was literally bread with salami lol like are you kidding? Bit of a piss take after a hour long wait too. Going to be last time I order from this branch for sure - i'm not fussy or usually someone who gets annoyed but this is just a joke.. I would literally rather they cancelled it than mug me off with what was recieved.

Honestly just been served by the nicest chap in subway, (grey hair and an accent). He was so nice and didn’t rush at all and even jazzed up a sandwich for me. It’s nice to still get staff who treat you individually rather than another number. Food hit the spot thanks.

Took grandchildren for a day out, there choice was subway. Good range of sandwich, warm or cool. Each has their own favorite.

Expensive £20 for 3 sandwiches wich was not very nice

Went in today. A couple of people ahead of me were being served. After about 10 minutes one of the staff asked what I wanted, nobody else was in the shop at this point. I ordered and she said I was at the wrong end of the counter. She asked me to go to the other end to order but in the meantime she immediately served a woman who had just walked in. I obviously complained and asked to be served first. I also commented on how slow they were at lunchtime. The reply I got was 'there's a load of students in'. Really? So were they the students that had eaten their food and were just then walking out I asked! Absolute rubbish and shocking service. Never again.

I visited subway with my mam, we ordered food together at the counter and I got served, when he finished serving me, my mam waited behind to get served, I paid and she said what she wanted he told her to go to the back of the queue and started serving somebody else, in which we got annoyed as we now had to wait even longer to get served, not even an apology when he served somebody else. It was a tall young blonde man and a European man with a beard. We got a quiet apology when we left after we said it doesn't matter, waited too long for no reason. Both subway attendants need training in customer services and first come first served when it comes to customers. Not happy at all.

First ever visit to Subway. Really tasty and good value. Helpful staff and efficient. Will go again.

Before or after the cinema a great healthy treat . My grandson loves this better than fast food.No grease,no fat, just a nice alternative to crap.

use this subway often with the family as it's handy after a shopping trip in Bury being near the car parks. It's pretty much the same as any other Subway except the seating is abit small and just upstairs or you can sit outside and watch the traffic.

Stopped in for a bite while on the way to the cinema. The outlet is clean, and the service quick. Seating is a bit of a problem with a couple of picnic type tables outside, and all other seating upstairs. So with mobility issues or in bad weather, it is best as a take away. The food is the usual Subway selection, and the quality of preparation and presentation is average for the chain.

We were hungry and wanted a quick sandwich. The place was there and we were filled. It was pretty much standard subway stuff. Fast, tasty and had a nice view from the upper seating area. Seriously,we ate at subway!

Sometimes a que but what you expect but freshly done and reasonable prices seating area is nice upstairs when it's not trashed and filled with noises from kids

Me and my friends went in to subway one day on our lunch break and also because one of our friends had never tried it. We went in and started to order to then watch a staff member drop the salad tongs on the floor and then put them back into the salad. Luckily none of us wanted the salad. We then got our food and drinks and went to sit down. The chairs were sticky and their was litter all over the tables and floors. My friend tried some of her drink (coke) to then spit it out because it tasted vile. We then complained and had it replaced. A couple of days later my friend was extremely ill. That same friend had an eating disorder and Subway is now one place she will refuse to eat at. This is bad because she didn't eat at many places beforehand. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Very disappointed.

Staff are always fast and accurate with orders )No communication issues like in the Newmarket Branch) Seating area recently had a refurb and it's stop on for a quick cheap and tasty lunch or snack.

Me and my daughter enjoyed a filling and tasty lunch for under £7. The kids meal bag was great value. I loved the hot chicken melt sub. The queue took a while to move but it was half term week and of course is bar the cinema! Will go back and try another hot option. Coffee was also surprisingly good and I am a coffee snob.

Quick fresh subs filled to order! A good range of fillings and the choice is completely yours!!! Staff always friendly.

had great lunch in Subway after long trip from London... normally Subway staff are not generous in putting meat in out foot long roll, but guys from Bury St Edmunds were unbelievable generous... so that's why we would highly recommend to go there and here we are giving FIVE stars.... plus it's very clean cafe... which is unusual for London Subway branches... :)

Upon my recent visit to Subway I found the customer service rather poor. The woman had little charisma and passion for the job. There was a distinct lack of a smile and banter.Subway? No way?
