I ordered a takeaway end of july, i got the deal so two sandwiches for £22 i used uber eats, once this came it was only one order not two of the same. I requested a refund to which it said my order was not eligible as i did receive my order… even though this wasn’t complete. I called the store who said that if i was happy to do so the next time i ordered they would send two if i pay for one. Since they were footlongs anyway myself and my partner shared the meal and didn’t think any more of it. We went on out holiday for three weeks and having been back around two we remembered we could order our subway. We chose to do this, called the store before ordering to confirm this was still ok to be told by a woman this was still fine. I placed the order and with no option to leave a note i called again, to be mocked and even laughed at by a man that said it’s been a long time and i can’t do this- terrible customer service. If your staff fail to deal with customer complaints inefficiently then they’re probably only learning from the poorly mannered man that dealt with me. Nothing more to say on this store except, manage your store better, provide a better service and don’t be a dick

Do not use this subway at all…. Just been made to use a card reader that was not the normal one I’ve used every time I went within 5 minutes of leaving the shop had a phone call from an unknown mobile number pretending to be hmrc not just myself all of the lads got one within minutes of leaving the shop scammers

Always forget to toast my subways after ordering through Uber eats, they tell me to come pick up a new one ? After paying for delivery etc what’s the point not only that they tell me to put a complaint through Uber ??! They don’t know how to run a business, manager is very rude too

Ordered a tuna salad box. Charged £2 than normal for the salad. When I questioned it they said that's the price. Fine. Paid for it. Took my salad and the box felt light. When I opened it there was a few bits of lettuce, 2 pieces of cucumber and tomato some jalpenos. Went back and asked for more, fuming. Really poor customer service. Bad enough I paid more but I will not return to this subway. Stick to my usual haunt.

Serious issue with Customer Service, or rather lack of it. Every visit you can guarantee no common courtesy, greeting or smile (basics of customer service). Today, I placed an order in store only to be told the offer was withdrawn (even though the point of sale advertising was clearly displayed in store!). This was quickly whipped away and then my order was taken. Half way through preparing it, an item was missing (which should have been asked at the start of the order by the staff member) - when I pointed this out, I was told I was in the wrong for not asking for it. Strange, on the other hundreds of visits, I've always been asked - must have changed?!? - my order was modified with the missing item which had already been heated up, instead of offering to make a fresh order, they just added the cold items to the hot....most strange way of making a sandwich! My order was then passed onto another sultry staff member who took payment without a thank you, goodbye or any acknowledgement. So, in short, basic manners cost nothing. if you get the order wrong, at least own it and don't make the customer look as if he's in the wrong. No wonder this place has been through so many staff over the years. I've heard the horror stories, now I can believe it...

Orders £52 worth of food but the incorrect order arrived totalling £11.00. Subway told me to purchase it again and they would “try” and get me a refund for the missing food. The manager blocked my phone calls and the franchise manager suggested that I could collect from the store and avoid the delivery fee. Joke.

Franchise manager gloated about making money from this and then told us to spend £52 again to get our food. Disgusting service!

They wanted us to spend £104 on salads and sandwiches. The service we have received from the franchise manager was disgusting, laughing at us as he had made money on our order and we had no food and then told to share the customers food between the 6 people who had ordered. Absolutely disgusting attitude and behaviour from the staff and the franchises owners. We ordered £52 worth of food through Uber eats for the food not to turn up instead be delivered with a different customers order. To be told from the franchise manager to go and spend the same money in the shop to get our food order. So for a few salads and sandwiches, it would cost £104. The franchise ‘manager’ then laughed at me because he had made £36 from the order that I didn’t have. He then proceeded to tell me to eat the other customers order because we refused to do this. We were then hung up on. We will not be ordering from here again and neither will anyone in our call centre.

Friend of mine ordered £52.00 worth of food for her team at work. The driver shouted at her when she contacted him regarding the late delivery. The order delivered was only worth £11.00. Upon ringing the shop the manger kept hanging up the phone refusing to help. The franchise manager then suggested she come down the shop and pay an additional £52 to get the order corrected and they would try to get her a refund. Shocking service

Absolutely disgusting. Do not order from this subway. Not only was our order well over an hour late (with the restaurant quite clearly not giving a stuff when we called and asked) one sandwich was completely inedible. The bread was soggy and the paper stuck to the sandwich. When we asked for another sandwich, they refused. Don’t waste your money.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. All the usual Subway choices. I used to always grab a sub sandwich, until last week when I tried one of their wraps, was very tasty. I've had the BBQ chicken/Bacon and Chipotle Southwest, steak & cheese, recommend both. 😋

First of all no Vegetarian Patty's anymore which I enjoyed since I was a teen in College. Instead bland Vegan Patty's now which I tried and didn't want to spend more money on. Subway in general seems to have gone down hill and that in as a franchise so I'm not blaming this place. However with the price being high the only other option is Greggs next to it which isn't great either.

Nice to walk round to subway wasting my break time from work to find store closed an hour early no apology from the staff walking out the door just an excuse saying it’s up to the manager well thanks for that I will just do without a bite to eat for my whole shift! Won’t be going back there again :-(

Decided to pop in for a snack .At the time of my visit the shop was quiet yet the till operator decided that she should start adding salad to the next customers order while taking my payment. Wouldn't have been too bad expect the card machine hadn't been activated to accept payment so had to wait till assistant pressed the button. Final straw was when the assistant decided that I didn't want my receipts and so took it upon herself to scruple them up and would have thrown them away until I asked for them.

Always quick in this Subway, it can get busy in the week but considering it is on a big site with lots of companies, it's really not that bad at all. Food is always lovely and people working there are nice too.

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Chips weren’t hot and crispy. Fish was fine but batter again not really crispy at all . Only plus point was because the chips were so bad I threw most of them away so saved the calories

For being a fast food outlet really slow service, had to return hot chocolate as was more like dish water. Got the Philly cheese burger .. big mistake it was vile
