I only had 4 items and never received the new footlong that they have and disappointing so will not be ordering from here again

Generous portion of salad, nicely layered in the box. Care was taken. Definitely one of the better Subways.

When choosing it says delivery in 20 minutes once ordered it gets changed to 40 minutes both sandwiches were requested to be toasted they were not and tasted horrible not being toasted so not ordering from this sub way again

They always forget to include the cookies in the order, its really annoying.

I ordered a takeaway end of july, i got the deal so two sandwiches for £22 i used uber eats, once this came it was only one order not two of the same. I requested a refund to which it said my order was not eligible as i did receive my order… even though this wasn’t complete. I called the store who said that if i was happy to do so the next time i ordered they would send two if i pay for one. Since they were footlongs anyway myself and my partner shared the meal and didn’t think any more of it. We went on out holiday for three weeks and having been back around two we remembered we could order our subway. We chose to do this, called the store before ordering to confirm this was still ok to be told by a woman this was still fine. I placed the order and with no option to leave a note i called again, to be mocked and even laughed at by a man that said it’s been a long time and i can’t do this- terrible customer service. If your staff fail to deal with customer complaints inefficiently then they’re probably only learning from the poorly mannered man that dealt with me. Nothing more to say on this store except, manage your store better, provide a better service and don’t be a dick

1 sandwich thrown away because it came with tomatoes, clearly stated on the note, no tomatoes, the other got thrown as it didn't taste right at all, waffle fries were thrown as they were cold and soggy, only decent thing was the cookies and pepperoni bun.

Do not use this subway at all…. Just been made to use a card reader that was not the normal one I’ve used every time I went within 5 minutes of leaving the shop had a phone call from an unknown mobile number pretending to be hmrc not just myself all of the lads got one within minutes of leaving the shop scammers

Shocking didn’t even receive half the items I ordered tried to call the restraunt and no answer.

The salad was practically non existent and for what is charged it’s not ok. The nachos had a dot of cheese on which was stuck to the box, and the salsa was blobbed in the middle making the nachos soggy!

Love subway! The best sandwiches and so cheap aswell first time having it delivered everything was perfect the only problem we had was the foot long pepperoni it came a 6 inch which is not a massive problem just paid extra for the foot long, but other than that food was great would definitely be getting again🔥👍🏼

This Subway site is one of the worst I have ever used. I travel a lot and use Subway due to dietary requirements, and this one is 100% falls way below the standard expected. The chicken in my salad was still frozen and inedible, the cheese was missing from both salads and the drink that came was wrong. I gave them an opportunity to rectify and they told me to claim. There is always a lack of care with orders I have placed here and the portions are tiny compared to other sites. Avoid.

Always forget to toast my subways after ordering through Uber eats, they tell me to come pick up a new one ? After paying for delivery etc what’s the point not only that they tell me to put a complaint through Uber ??! They don’t know how to run a business, manager is very rude too

hardly any salad in box, why is it every time I order a subway salad for delivery they hardly give me any hut when I get one in store I get a decent salad. sort it out subway it's not like I'm paying less I'm actually paying more to have it delivered just because u aren't preparing it infront of my face doesn't mean u can rip me off, it's really disgusting

the cheese on the nachos wasn't nice however the rest of the meal was yummy

order did not come. courier was outside house for a few minutes and never brought the food.

Order placed at 14:26, delivered 16:28. Food was cold upon arrival. I called the restaurant at 15:47 to which they advised the food was ready so could not cancel but took another 41 minutes for it to be delivered.

Very ignorant driver. He would not come in building, he phoned and said I had to come down. I'm disabled but lucky my son was here, as he went for it. He did say he was at reception but was in car park. He phoned again and said are you coming down then. I reiterated that my son was on his way down for it. I'm not happy at all with the driver at all. He even wanted my son to go across car park for it.

Very friendly staff and the food is up to the standards! Love visiting again and again! 🥳

My food hasn’t been delivered it says in the app it has been deliverers how every I haven’t received anything I need to know what’s going on my food was supposed to be delivered at 14:45 it is 15:03 and I haven’t received anything

The only thing right was the cookie!! No drink, no ham on the sub and only 3 cheese bites. Driver drove past the hose 3 times before ringing for directions!

Food packaging was damaged so it was a bit of a mess and everything that should of been warm wasn’t

BEWARE! If you order something and it's not in stock they send you whatever they think is appropriate and bill you anyway. I had ordered a vegan steak foot long, shortly after placing my order I was called to see what I would like instead. I said I wasn't interested and would like a refund, they said fine cancel the order. I tried to then cancel the order online, but just eat would not allow it. Even though what I ordered wasn't in stock....I spoke to someone on customer chat to cancel, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. SO if you order something through just eat and its not in stock you are STILL required to pay. THEN rang the restaurant again and i was met with laughing when I asked for a refund, and they said they'd speak to their manager..... 20 minutes later a suprise foot long arrived at my door after I thought the issue was being resolved at the restaurant....instead a mystery sub arrived with what looked like chicken in it. As I ordered a VEGGIE steak you'd think a meat alternative may have worked better, so not only did I pay for something i didn't order, I couldn't eat it either. Appauled at the service from both Subway AND Just eat.....I will not be buying again from this branch. Shame on you.

The nachos has clearly been made straight away and just stood, they weren’t warm at all, the cheese had gone hard. The salad didn’t even have a handful of lettuce on, there was about 4 bits of cucumber and 3 gherkins! You may as well not have put the onions on. Not happy!

Little disappointed with the vegan cookie being put in same bag as raspberry cookie. What if I had a allergy to dairy?

well, after i order subway called me and said that there isnt any cheese/lettuce for my ham wrap, they apologised and i said “its alright” i then got the wrap a few minutes later and tastes nice although no cheese or lettuce.

Ordered a tuna salad box. Charged £2 than normal for the salad. When I questioned it they said that's the price. Fine. Paid for it. Took my salad and the box felt light. When I opened it there was a few bits of lettuce, 2 pieces of cucumber and tomato some jalpenos. Went back and asked for more, fuming. Really poor customer service. Bad enough I paid more but I will not return to this subway. Stick to my usual haunt.

Food was supposed to be ready for 12:30pm, my partner arrived at about 12:35pm and was informed they were just making it now so he sat down and waited. 25minutes pass… out of the 3 members of staff 1 turned to another asking if it had been completed and the worker who had done it just left our food on the side without informing my partner it was there knowing he was waiting! Our food was obviously freezing, we had been given the wrong drink, sandwiches weren’t cut and the nachos we ordered… wow looked like they had been ran over then flung in a box. Not the first time I’ve had bad service from subway either only seems to be when you order through just eat though 🤔

Ignored the notes, wasn’t toasted, arrived cold and late.

Subway is subway the same anywhere however the driver for delivery was bad it was really late and he marked it as delivered an hour before it arrived so it was cold and soggy

Will never orfer from here again. Order was firstly delayed, then arrived and order was incorrect. Rang the shop and the woman on the phone was so rude and said there was nothing she could do about it I told her she either refunded me or send a new one out still waiting for the new one now over 40 minutes absolutely disgusting service. Would avoid ordering from here.

Everything tasted nice but I the cheese was missing from one of the sandwiches and I was given wrong flavour ice cream. In future maybe not put the heated sandwich next to the ice cream. Sandwich wasn’t warm and ice cream melted.

From order to delivery was just over 1 hour which I would not expect for 2 sandwiches where the outlet is less than 5 mins away (however just around the slot provided for estimated delivery) The order was incorrect, sandwiches not as ordered.

Beef was rock hard an inedible. The chicken had only one portion and we paid for an extra portion. 3 meals had no sauce add. Missing gherkins etc from the salads

Delivery was late by 30 mins as we wanted it for dinner at 11 and came at 11 30. We also got a 4 6 inch subs when we ordered 3 6 inch subs and a footlong.

Over an hour late, no answer on the phone, given a revised delivery time and was still half an hour late after that. Sandwich was cold. Requested money back on order which was declined.

Paid for extra cheese, received no cheese. Asked for toasted, not toasted. Don’t know why I bother ordering from here.

All the hot food ordered came cold as it was late to come outside of the ETA, drink and cookie were missing from the meal deal and the sub itself wasnt made up of or contained what i had selected

App said food out for delivery for hour before it arrived, hash browns etc were stone cold and had consistency of cardboard, cookies smashed to smithereens and not what was ordered, nachos had a tiny bit sauce and cheese on and very unappetising, got a salad wrong and a sub. If could give minus points we would, waste of money and time and most of a £40 order ended up in the bin Do not waste your time ordering from here

Ordered same time as two colleagues, to the same place. Theirs arrived on time, mine I'm still waiting for. When phoned the restaurant because it was approaching end of delivery time, they just said sorry gonna 10-15mins late, but no updates on app 😕

Had a meeting so couldn’t meet the driver at the door so he left it in reception rather than just leaving which was great. Food still hot and nothing missed.

Didn't even receive my order! Ordered nearly 2hours ago and I rang the shop and they said it was on way & couldn't get in touch with the driver, then I called again 20mins later and they told me the driver had delivered the order and the driver was back at the shop then said it had definitely been delivered despite me telling them I had not received the order they then turned round and said the driver was no longer on shift and had left for the day!! So no food at all horrendous service and an even worse attitude on the phone......

Waited over 2 hours. Called the restaurant after an hour and they said it has been sent out for delivery however rang after the second hour and said it was 3rd in the que to be sent out. RIDICULOUS

Order took sometime to arrive. Two of the items I ordered i did not get.

Serious issue with Customer Service, or rather lack of it. Every visit you can guarantee no common courtesy, greeting or smile (basics of customer service). Today, I placed an order in store only to be told the offer was withdrawn (even though the point of sale advertising was clearly displayed in store!). This was quickly whipped away and then my order was taken. Half way through preparing it, an item was missing (which should have been asked at the start of the order by the staff member) - when I pointed this out, I was told I was in the wrong for not asking for it. Strange, on the other hundreds of visits, I've always been asked - must have changed?!? - my order was modified with the missing item which had already been heated up, instead of offering to make a fresh order, they just added the cold items to the hot....most strange way of making a sandwich! My order was then passed onto another sultry staff member who took payment without a thank you, goodbye or any acknowledgement. So, in short, basic manners cost nothing. if you get the order wrong, at least own it and don't make the customer look as if he's in the wrong. No wonder this place has been through so many staff over the years. I've heard the horror stories, now I can believe it...

The usual suspects. Can't really go wrong with a subway. No que. Friendly staff. Fresh salad.
