Every time I’ve ordered through the app there’s always items missing. Not good service for customers report the issue with uber and you get a refund which take 15 days to go back on your card. Especially paying extortionate services charges. Won’t order from here no more:

It was OK but we got evacuated because someone was vaping in toilets and we got threatened by them when we were walking out

Food was never delivered despite the website saying so. Spoke to restaurant who was adamant they gave the order to the driver. Driver has either dumped it somewhere, delivered to an incorrect address or claimed the order as their own. Either way, an extremely disappointing experience with Just Eat, especially when there's no customer service number or live chat option to speak to someone about it.

Arrived within the estimated time, was exactly what I ordered and the delivery man kindly gave me a call to let me know when he had arrived. Fantastic service!

I'm an wheelchair user could not use this macdonals as they is 2 wheelchair bays but plenty of alternative seating abled bodied people sat in the wheelchair space asked staff for help verry un helpfull in the end left this macdonals very un wheelchair friendly

Food has never arrived. ordered at 17:30, it's now 19:15 and I'm sat outside Sunderland hospital waiting for it. I'm a patient here so can't get food from anywhere other than a delivery place at this time. Abysmal service, I'd give 0 stars if I could and I will be requesting a refund!

One of the three items I ordered was wrong, however it was good.

Delivery driver had ripped the bags. So all drinks fell out allover the hotel floor. Have photo of this. Really unhappy. As driver didn't seem to care and just left had to ring girlfriend to come help me. Drinks also leaked out ruining most of the food.

Delivery driver delivered wrong order. Then we went to the actual shop to get right order. Manager said he would sort. Gave us the same wrong order again. Third attempt got it but was cold.

Pin of my location was off so the driver couldn’t find me and also had trouble hearing me on the phone this made it annoying as I said it was travel lodge central to him my food was cold when I got it as well because of the mix up of the addresss the driver was good so not a complaint in the driver xx

Ordered plain burger with cheese no burger just a bun with cheese

So, for brunch, I bought a 14 pound meal with 2 burgers one of them customized to 5.5 pound and 1 hashbrowns. I received the normal burger and 6 (!) hash browns. I realized much later to my dismay and thus 1 star, next time refund the order don't fail it because it is customized.

Courier was at the restaurant nearly 30 mins before he got moving. There was no tracking available and the times kept changing. Don’t know where the driver went but by the time I got my food it was stone cold.
