Delivery driver was extremely rude clicking in my face been rude.

I received the wrong drink, wasn’t a strawberry milkshake. Half empty medium fries and mayo chicken burger was cold

overall food is okay but i asked for no cheese on my burger and it came with 2 slices on it and i can’t eat cheat

Don’t receive my delivery! Even it’s saying that is delivered!

burgers were rubbish, all 3 of them fell apart & the burger bun was burnt

as always something is missing from my order one of the drinks for my children's happy meals is missing also ordered a family meal deal the two small fries were missing why can McDonald's staff never correctly fulfill their orders quite happy to take the money

the delivery guy almost ran our neighbour over by speeding down a pedestrian pavement. luckily her kids weren't there else they'd have been injured! very dangerous. would be better if on time and safe

the food is good and the staff are lovely the only problem is their security was absolutely appalling to me and my friends, he does it every time he is shift and is the only security with a problem even tho we are nothing but respectful towards the macdonalds workers. we tried to go in today and order some food and then continued to full force push my friend out of the door when trying to order a mcflurry away she is already injured

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been in. Tables sticky and full of food. Dirty toilets. Staff cleaning with a black rag cloth that clearly isn't clean, using on each table without spray. Dirt around toilet seats and taps. Staff standing around.

Driver was clearly doing multiple deliveries as he went in the opposite direction to my location and stopped at two different addresses before mine. Drink had spilled all over the bag, my McFlurry and an apple pie.

sp básicamente es una larga historia, pero vine aquí no hace mucho y pedí pedir mi comida y luego un gerente vino y dijo que estoy prohibido en este Mcdonalds. aparentemente mi nombre es Jack y aparentemente amenacé a uno de los pesebres con una caja de herramientas y me dijo que me diera el dinero de las cajas. (btw) esto no sucedió, entonces procedí a ir detrás del mostrador y escupir en cada una de las hamburguesas de queso que había allí y luego comencé a hacer mi propia comida. mientras caminaba, di una patada al gerente y tiré todas mis papas fritas en su cara. luego procedió a llorar en el piso diciendo que quiero a mi mamá. no es una buena experiencia en absoluto!

Ordered in the evening. Rider turned up over 3 hours later in the middle of the night and I had to eventually call the police to get them to leave my property

Iced coffee was all over the bag and and the ice creams. Driver says he was going to return to store and return with new drink and ice creams but didnt return!!

They completely forgot my triple cheeseburger. They put ketchup on my autistic little sisters happy meal cheeseburger and now she won't eat it because she's picky with foods. They got a bit of purple grimace shake in my banana milkshake. I'm quite shocked as I always get my McDonald's from this location and never gotten anything wrong before

Items missing from order and all delivery guy spilled all drinks during transit. I appreciated the apology but not the stinking attitude when i suggested he take the soggy bag and empty drinks cartons back with him.

My order was delivered to the wrong address and I was not contacted by the courier, regardless of the fact that I stood outside for 5 minutes after receiving the notification that my order was close.

Order not delivered. Buzzer/bell to my flat, to alert me of delivery driver’s presence, wasn’t rang. I had an incoming phone call which I couldn’t take as I was on the phone. Phone-call was the same time as just eat indicated the food had been delivered. Went outside to check and no food there, and there is no option to select that the food hasn’t been delivered when I’ve indicated that there’s been a problem with my order.

Why are the droids always stale and cold? The triple cheeseburger was really nice this time, chicken selects weren’t fresh or hot enough but everything else was standard. McDonald’s either gets it right or they don’t.

The order hasn’t came I ordered it at 12:30 and it kept changing the time it was coming until it said it was coming at 3:00 and now it says it has been delivered and nothing has came I tried cancelling the order and it won’t let me I have tried phoning just eat and McDonald and neither would help .

it never even arrived it went to the other address I use sometimes to be called by the homeowner passing her phone to a delivery driver, I apologised for the wrong address and he agreed to deliver to my address after I offered a tip, he asked for the code but I didn't give him it and the food never came and was listed as delivered. I'm trying to get my full refund but your delivery man is abysmal

Friendly staff, correct order and in a timely manner. Have only given 4 stars for the fact that out of all the staff I could see only two Asian girls had their hair nets properly covering their hair and one Asian lad with his beard net covering properly. All of the others either didn’t have one on or had one with or had nets which were holey and their hair was hanging out of the holes.

Very friendly delivery chap. Courteous and polite - McDonalds forgot to fill the fries to the top so large was more like medium.
