Not as good as the one in Durham retail park there staff friendly and store notcthat clean the cleaner at Durham store was lovely and welcoming Evan though it was snowing she had a smile on her face

Order was fine - food was ok but could have done with being warmer ... I know it's not going to 'hot' but it was luke warm at best. I have no idea what the 'Coca Cola' is because it certainly doesn't take the same as when you get it from a can/bottle

the hot chocolate tasted liked water

The delivery man sat at the top of my street for 10 minutes then decided he couldn't find my address so didn't deliver my food. And it still showed up as deliver on my account not happy at all.

Firstly I am not a regular at McDonald’s and after this experience I am pleased I have to say the whole experience was horrible from start to finish firstly it is like a chimpanzees tea party in there the place is chaotic and the standard of cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired we sat near the window and had to fight through customers and members of staff standing talking the latter a group of three soon joined by a fourth member of staff hiding where the trays are stored and proceeding with a tirade of abuse against their superiors so that everyone in their vicinity could here them firstly it is bad practice of the worst kind to do so but obviously the management do not care as they would have noticed four members of staff had disappeared all of this while the establishment was in dire need of a good clean lazy management gives you lazy standards quite simply put , and the food oh dear what is the fascination with McDonald’s we both got the plant based burger meal what a sad limp small cold uninspiring attempt at a meal it was it was shocking but as I looked around the normal standard of a meal it seems this was a one off and that is the way it will remain , so the outcome of the visit to McDonald’s is this what a complete waste of time from start to finish

BEWARE - Do not order from here. Placed order - said 25-40 mins for delivery. 3 hours later, still no food and tracking says delivered.

Driver was sitting outside my house 10mins with our food!! I kept going to the door but he wouldn't get out of the car, I eventually shouted over are you delivering our food!! Which Yes he was had us standing at the door absolutely ages because his system had crashed. Refusing to hand over our food because he couldn't input our code because his machine wouldn't work.! I eventually told him to either taker the food back or hand it over because the food was getting freezing. foods in the bin froz

my order was delayed by nearly 2 hours to be greeted with a message on the just eat app saying my order had been delivered. when I have requested a refund there response was that the courier had made several attempts to get in contact with me but I have no evidence of this and when the courier couldn't get in contact with me they had left the order outside of whatever property they where at but it definitely was not left outside my property and on this basis I was refused a refund.

the food was extremely cold when it arrived. McDonald's tend to make the food and leave it sitting on a table before any delivery driver turns up. I will not be using this service again

Ordered multiple times from this restaurant it was always late it was late of 30 minutes even I added delivery notes and scheduled time, complained multiple times but still they delivering food so late. It’s becoming so annoying. Would never order from here again

A lovely oriental staff member made us feel special in your store. A refreshing change. My autistic son wants to revisit just to see her. They chat on and he thoroughly enjoys his visit. Food is consistent too.

went to the wrong street obviously trying to take a shortcut which doesn't exist. Called me 3 times and then didn't talk when I answered. stick to your GPS. I'm on crutches and can't be running streets looking for idiots.

Totally plain m chicken sandwich & a caramél galaxy mcflurry (with only a little bit of caramel in the bottom) which was disappointing.

Order wasn’t complete. McDonald’s at the galleries who put the order up and missed items told me I had to ring Uber I can’t find any way of ringing Uber. Disgraceful

By far the slowest serving McDonald’s I have ever been to! 2 people were infront of me on the list and we were all still waiting for food 10minutes down the line, I stood for 22 minutes in total waiting for my number to be shouted. This is NOT fast food and there isn’t even a drive thru section for that to be the reason why service was so slow. By the time I got my food, there was a further 14 customers on the waiting list who were also complaining around me at their wait times.

Absolutely horrendous. Coke had fallen over and spilt everywhere and marked my carpet. Fries freezing and hard and both burgers were vile. One flat as a pancake and the other was cold and really hard, basically inedible

Food cold, coffee cold, room always cold due to the air conditioning blasting cold air out and worst of all the background music is always far too loud, little tip always bring ear protectors
