Ordered tonight app said delivered but I didn't receive it need to teach the staff to deliver to the right address

chips portions on everyone was ridiculous hardly any in.

The bags had been opend and the food was freezing

Food was stone cold when it arrived today.

it is a total disgrace,i ordered my food at 12.30,and it still has not arrived, triple cheeseburger and large fries,the drive txt me asking for my house number,i txt him back and still nothing turned up,it was £12.22,i have emailed you so many time

great delivery but they're really bad at topping up the syrup at this one. there's always problems at this one

Food was squashed and Ice-cream stored in the same bag as hot food. Driver went to wrong address again. Need to learn the actual address after so many deliveries.

No seats could NOT go upstairs as was closing at 4 and this was only 3.20. Could NOT go up last time even tho it was packed down stairs. Dirty tables. Full of kids that just sit there

Food was cold and drink had tipped over. Delivery guy was nice but handed me the bag with coke dripping out, he said not to worry as it wasn’t much but the whole large coke was empty and has dripped all over my floor. I was offered £2 refund.

My food came with missing items again

Asked for no onions and pickles in burger…arrived with onions in the burger, my partner didn’t notice until he took his second bite of it! Could have ended badly if he was allergic!

Fries weren't cooked, still hard, arrived cold. But place was heaving so not surprised. Poor staff, lovely as always

Missing items. Delivery driver spent over 4 minutes standing at open boot of his car. then nearly 2 whole minutes walking to my door while staring at his phone. This is 6 minutes the food was exposed to the icey weather outside. Shocking service all

they moved the delivery time 3 times and took 1hrs 25 mins to deliver it, the I had coke instead of oasis.

We enjoyed our food although they chips were slightly underdone, we didn’t receive the apple pie and we received 4 large fries instead of 2 large fries and one small frie.

this is really going to be the last time I order from just eat...as my food was cold YET AGAIN!!! I asked the driver if he dropped an order off before he came to me...he said yes,AV had to put my grandaughters chips in the bin!!! they where soggy n cold!!! i always use just eat.you have lost a good customer,a carnt understand why yous let them deliver to other places,with other ppls orders in there car!!your order should come straight to you

The delivery driver was dead nice and went back to get my order. No fault to deliver driver just McDonald's it's self

ordered food approx 11.30am and didn't get here til after 2pm, freezing cold! Will not be ordering again

The order did not even turn up and it’s saying it’s been delivered I give the right adress and even said it was a pool and to come to reception

I haven't received this order it was placed at 12.15 and it's now 2.20

Food was not of great temperature but the roads were covered in snow so could have contributed to delivery time. The large fries were exactly the same as the medium as not filled up properly.

Yes again this mcdonalds misses items off order. No improvement at all.

This is the second time from the same delivery driver where the food was freezing. No thermal bag was used.

The driver was quick whilst delivering the tracking was spot on the food was a bit cold otherwise it was delicious the driver was polite and made sure that he got the correct house

Two hours to arrive and missing two lots of pancakes, a full breakfast wrap and a hash brown. The food that did arrive was stone cold and no option for it to be re sent as breakfast had then finished. Disgraceful!!!!!

Absolute disgrace. Food arrived 30 minutes late and absolutely freezing cold. To add insult to injury, Just Eat offered me a pathetic £2.29 credit for an £18 order. All I can say is, they should not be accepting orders if they are too busy to fulfil them correctly.

Driver delivered no food and has given me 1 extra drink. My order was 18346 and I have only received the drink from that order. I have received the drink from order 15592. I have now missed the breakfast menu as it is after 11am. Absolutely shocking service!

Not as good as the one in Durham retail park there staff friendly and store notcthat clean the cleaner at Durham store was lovely and welcoming Evan though it was snowing she had a smile on her face
