Food missing again every single time I order there’s always something out of a meal or two missing

didn't receive what ordered missing fries o. both meals

good was cold again, won't order from this mcds again

Delivery driver rude and ignorant left food on porch and looked into the house asked for the code then drove off.

Food was freezing and it took forever ...time to lower your prices McDonald's! Foods gone down hill and its over priced ..miles better places to eat for less ... wont be ordering again this isnt the first time ive had this issue ..vile

Delivery driver spilt 3/4 of my coke, and didn’t receive any of my food. Delivery driver said was only given the drink and dips however the receipt has the entire order on.

tried to gave wrong order was told complete wrong info and put down that she had delivered the order when infact i refused it, so was told by resturant that driver will eat the meals so no food and £20 down

wrong order paid for 2 large fries and only received medium

Ordered plain cheeseburgers for my girls and they came fully loaded with sauces, onions and pickles which made them inedible.

food took ages and fries are freezing cold

I ordered the Minecraft meal, and there was no blind box in the bag which was very disappointing considering this meal seems to cost more due to it coming with a blind box figure

Ordered a delivery at 7.50pm and wasn’t delivered until 9.15pm. Delivery was delayed time and time again

ordered 3 times and all 3 times the order was wrong

told many times that times changed eventually came burger stone cold and drinks like water ice cream pure melted

I placed an order at 4.45 for delivery at 7.30 and it still didn’t arrive until 8.10 without the dips I had ordered

no sauces despite specifically ordering sauces

The food was not delivered and got set as delivered

Drinks spilled everywhere in bag and soaked all condiments. No drinks were able to be drank

ordered at 18:55 and didnt recieve food until nearly 21:15

Order arrived promptly but was given someone else’s order. Was completely wrong

Had to ring up due to times changing multiple times and being extremely late , the original time was set for 8:10pm and i didn’t receive my order to almost 9:00pm along with the estimated time ranging from 8:10pm - 9:25pm, I am extremely unhappy with this service as they charged me £3.99 for delivery just to cause more trouble.

This was not delivered to my house?

Food barely warm Big Mac soggy had to heat chips , nuggets and burgers up in microwave very dissapointed

Iv had macdonalds from this restaurant before, and its been good. This time, it was stone cold and i waited for over an hour and a half for it. Also orders 2 strawberry milkshakes, and was sent 2 diet cokes! Dont even like diet coke. Terrible.

Order slightly wrong. Half frozen and no straw for a milkshake. Savvy.

My fave part of the order was the toasted muffin with jam that came with no jam just melted butter

went to wrong address then dropped all the drinks

Order came bag dripping opened it and no pop at all in the cup only ice, empty cup all juice spilt out

Why don’t drivers ever read delivery notes? Every delivery goes to a different address to mine! Tonight the driver was in someone’s back garden trying to deliver my food? It really needs sorting out.

Time kept getting pushed back and then the food arrived cold. Sunday now ruined as the wife has had a meltdown. A good McDonald’s keeps her right.

Sent the complete wrong order I order 2 beef double cheese burgers and 9 nuggets and an ice cream . I got a vegan burger and an ice cream . I would like a refund please

vanilla milkshake taste and smelt like harsh chemicals…clearly haven’t cleaned the machine properly…food was stone cold as it was “preparing” for 40 mins. such such poor quality food - i’d avoid the milkshake/ice creams from this place.

Order was missing two fries, 6 chicken nuggets and a wrap which I didn’t order

Driver knocked on the Door wit McDonalds staff member. Said driver picked up the wrong order. They needed my code to confirm delivery. They then left and returned 30 mins later with the wrong order! Absolute joke. Driver told me to complain. Macdonalds have not fulfilled my order. Sent me something half the price of what I actually ordered. We've waited an hour for my hungry household to be disappointed.

For some reason the Big Mac is never hot and usually cold.
