Didn’t put the wrap in the bag but gave me the fries and drink? Missed the actual main bit of food. Ordered mozzarella share box, received 3 mozzarella dippers🤣. Ordered a triple cheeseburger received a double🤣. Some special people working at this McDonald’s.

ordered my food at 7.20 pm. it has ONLY just arrived at 21.20PM absolutely ridiculous and when I have received my food IT IS ABSOLUTELY FREEEEEZING COLD. paid almost £30 for an absolutely freezing cold meal and waited over 2 hours for. Will not be returning to this restaurant EVER AGAin.

No score for either. I ended up having to meet up with driver in our village after messaging him directions he totally ignored them. From start of messages to meeting him it was 45 mins. So I instructed him to take the food back to the shop as by then I’m sure the food would be cold and the ice cream and milk shakes would be melted or melting. After telling him 3 times to take it back to shop and him trying to give me the food he finally got the message.

Some items was missing and food was cold when arrived absolutely shocking

food didn’t come at all.it stopped outside of the wrong number 12 and asked her if she had ordered food and she said no so the driver got back in the car and drove off

I am at work on night shift and have ordered my supper and I have stood at the door as I was told the delivery was near and then was told on the app that it had been delivered and when contacting just eat they said they have made attempts to deliver my order and I have stood waiting and my food hasn’t arrived at all so I would still like my order to be delivered again but I paid 16 pound so I will not be paying it again so if my order can be sent please

My order wasn’t delivered. I’ve no way of requesting it so I completely lose out on my food and the delivery fee which I couldn’t claim back! Fuming!

Totally wrong order, wait time for a dispute is 48hrs, no one to contact straight away to get the right food without paying again. Couldn’t eat the food that had been delivered due to it not being what was ordered. Delivery was late by ten minutes.

Saying my food got delivered at 7:29 and it’s now 8:00 and it’s never arrived at my house.I waited around for half an hour and have emailed and have got nothing back.Any other time Iv ordered it’s been spot on.I would like a refund please.Thank you.

Delivery can’t really be late when the expected time changes every few minutes.fries were cold and chewy I’ve never had chewy fries also tasted like I was eating the salt pot. Cheese burger was the best bit and that wasn’t great it only tasted like ketchup because there was so much. Chicken mayo wasn’t edible it was freezing, burger was tough to even bit and drenched in mayo. Wouldn’t order from this McDonald’s again

Food was meant to be here by 10:10, then it was 10:35. Surprise surprise by the time it came it was all cold. Only good thing was Courier was lovely and did say enjoy your food.

Ok,must be really difficult to tell coke zero from sprite. Once again the final quality control/packing lets the team down. Food was cold,which considering we live 3 minutes away(I timed on the tracker)means it must have been cold when packed.

food was lukewarm and not amazing when it arrived with a spilt drink in bag to go with it. delivery time said 15-30 minutes when i ordered at 1:15pm giving me an estimated delivery time 1:35-1:50 however food did not arrive until around 2:45pm. we rang the mcdonalds an hour after ordering and the lady on the phone was rude and shirty from picking up the phone to when we asked about our order. definitely will not be ordering again.

They are more interested in their delivery drivers than customers in-store. Waiting 20mins for 2 double cheeseburgers at 715pm. Only 3 customers inside and about 15 delivery drivers. Fast food my arse.
