They are more interested in their delivery drivers than customers in-store. Waiting 20mins for 2 double cheeseburgers at 715pm. Only 3 customers inside and about 15 delivery drivers. Fast food my arse.

It didn’t get delivered waiting for a refund

The worst McDonald’s we’ve ever had ,chips were that cold they may as well been frozen , the burgers were cold ,the buns were soggy an expensive mess that’s in the bin , inedible 45 mins late , milkshakes were flavoured milk

Half the items were missing and the coke wasn’t in the cup it was all over the food

Food was freezing. Drinks spilt all over so we’re half empty. Arrived be courier on a bike who went half way round Washington before delivering

arrived and dripped cappuccino all over the laminate floor entrance and assured he would organise compensation but heard nothing, they aren't cheap. 99 percent of the time deliveries from this store have been perfect but leaving the floor soaked for us to clean before anyone slipped then no refund is not good.

Order was only half delivered missing 4 items which I pre paid for ? When I rang shop they stated I had to complain to just eat for a refund ? Why ? They did nothing wrong the shop didn’t prepare order correctly as stated on their receipt!! so why couldnt they re deliver correct order I was missing 3 McFlurry and a milk shake ! Spoilt my take away night in x and the to blame the driver was disgusting x be quite a while before I reorder ! I am still requiring a refund I paid 19.11 anreceived 9£

This had happened so many times where McDonald's aren't checking the orders. I paid for a mix and match and got 1 out of the 3 items.

Have half off the drink go when get it

missing items (large tea, melon bag), other teas packed with mcflurry so mcflurry was melted. one tea spilt and also went into the mcflurry. I do not blame the driver at all, whoever packed that bag is having a laugh. horrific

delivery driver was on time…for a change! But didn’t read the note I left about not ringing doorbell!!

the time in the kitchen took a while and kept getting extensions, and we only received 1 tea instead of 2 as the second one was spilt whilst the in the delivery drivers vehicle

Forgot my sweat and sour sauce and gave me sweat curry 💀

would give a lower score for delivery if it was possible! States it take 10 to 25 mins for delivery and my order took over 2 hours to arrive!

As usual this McDonald's restaurant doesn't pack all the items, always napkins missing, straws 80% time missing. and every now and then missing items from the order.

I am a regular Mc Donald’s customer ordering at least 6 to 8 times a month, but I have noticed that in a recent couple of month it has definitely gone done the hill. Twice in a shot space of time I’ve had items missing from the order and this evening the food arrived 1h after ordering freezing cold which is last thing you want after 12h shift :(

got absolutely the wrong order. spent £32 to feed my family with one burger and coke!!!! no way of contacting the driver at all. what a joke. don't order here!!!!

Missing items (dip & Melon) & half our drinks spilled out into the bag. Not a good delivery this time. You really need to look at what the order says & put ALL of the order in the bag.

1 Hot Totally plain Mcchicken Sandwich & a Maltesers McFlurry. Arrived in good time considering I only asked for ASAP.

Received my order of a filet o fish, with bits of grit and dirt all over. Clearly it had been dropped on the floor, picked back up and sent out for human consumption! Disappointed with the standards of basic food hygiene at MacDonalds, not sure I can trust them again.

Specifically asked for no onion. Burger arrived plastered in it so went in the bin. How complicated is the instruction “no onion” to read !?

Driver arrived late with the wrong order, and no one has answered the contact number despite multiple attempts to call. This kind of service is appalling

I'm fuming, driver delivered someone elses order to me. I spent £36 and got an order that was worth half that, with none of our items since it wasn't our order. I have no way of contacting the driver or just eat and have to "wait" for a refund.

Store staff couldn't even follow simple instructions. They even have the print out GRILL ONLY but son's burger had cheese on!

£6.89 for a hat trick burger, no grilled onions on the burger so basically a plain triple cheeseburger. No help from just eat absolutely disgraceful. Won’t use again!

Delivery was good and on time. But the food wasn’t the best, the drinks didn’t taste like coke and was more syrupy taste. The mc crispy and chips were cold and wasn’t pleasant to eat. Only good things about the order was the cheese burger and delivery time.

i ordered a sausage and pancake meal and did not get the sausage with it but apart from that it was good and fast delivery.

Ordered the burger and fries 2 for £9.99 deal, arrived without the fries. Missing items again! Rang the Store told to request refund from delivery company. Their resonse to "how are you going to ensure this stops happening?". The manager told me to place my order with the delivery company then ring the Store to make sure yet were going to send it all! ?!?!?

Considering I live quite a fair distance from this shop everything was spot on will be ordering again
