Where do I start I was really looking forward for fried chicken especially this because it was halal but I later regretted ordering I ordered a 12 chicken strips popcorn chicken and fries the only thing I could say was okay was the fries the popcorn chicken was barely any chicken just batter and the strips were honestly terrible they were barely fried it fell apart in my hand honestly a big waste of money I would definitely not recommend. Only come here if u want crispy chicken with no chicken 1star way to generous

First time in a long time the food has come hot and for me to get my food early is rarity. The food is always amazing and the service is getting better.

I always get the wrong food or sometimes it’s missing last night I was on almost £70 and only got one bottle of papsie and one can of Fanta my my order supposed to come with big bottles of Pepsi all of them but I never get that every time I order 😫

Really nice Chicken and always fast delivery. My bank accidentally sent money for 2 meals and I only ordered one. They offered to recredit my bank account but I requested another meal instead and they sent it out promptly. Even had some extra fries and chicken etc in the 2nd meal they had sent. Just finished my second meal from Dixy Chicken Pallion. First time we popped in on the off chance. It was tremendous. Beats Chicken from KFC by a million miles and so the second time, we sought it out and ordered it in using the SunderlandEats App. We weren't disappointed, once again, Chicken was superb. Fresh and tender with lovely flavour to the coating. And the wraps... oh wow... the wraps are amazing. We had chips (fries) and they're the best takeaway fries we've ever had. Will definitely be ordering again. So pleased we popped in that first time!

Not even worth the one star £40 spend on food for it all to go in the bin absolutely horrible driver also came without change so £5 short and when rang up woman on the phone said the driver isn’t coming back with the money

chicken strips were dry and cold. only decent thing was the chips ( although i order large and got a small portion ) this place used to be lovely but has massively went downhill

Half my order wasn’t there they said take another 1 hour ti delivery the rest of them absolutely joke

The driver mixed the foods up and then gave us half of our order then came back 15 mins later to give us the rest of it then proceeded to say “not my fault I’m just the driver” even though he has a tab of our order

Food didn’t arrive and got a 4 year old waiting for her food. Ridiculous

I tried calling them a multiple times, they won’t respond it. It says it’s delivered which is not here. All of my information is correct.

Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for the food to come and it was freezing. I rang the store and he said it would be a couple of minutes and waited a further 20 minutes. The man on the phone was so rude and proceeded to take someone’s order whilst leaving me on the phone for a further 15minutes. Disgrace and won’t be ordering again.

I just moved address, and put the wrong address in by accident and when I ordered the delivery guy was rude on the phone cause he went to the wrong house, so I said I wanted the shop’s number he said google it.. then hung the phone up, and rang me back asking me what the postcode.. and every time I tried to explain anything he hung up.. but when he drop the food off he just shook his head and walked away.

Absolutely abysmal. Couldn’t find the address even though it’s a business and clearly signposted. Went round in circles after waiting over 30 mins with the driver literally on the same road.
