Dixy Chicken in Sunderland

Food was far below expectations, coupled with a wrong drink and uncooked chicken. Very terrible delivery driver that stopped at a wrong location of about 2miles and told me to come pick up my order there. Finally came to my locations, said some bad words and then handed the food and zoomed off. Very unprofessional. I forgot to add how he was ranting on the phone when I called him to give him more directions

can't fault the quality of the food. but ordered 4 times and every single time there's items missing. mention it when we order again as we get told too and they miss them again and miss even more items.

Great service. The lady behind the counter knows what we want before we even ask. We come here every Friday simply because of the service.

Food turned up and the dog was in the front garden the delivery driver has threw my food off the dog so food was all over front garden and made no effort to replace food

One must be honest and I must say this is the most vile, stale and greasy food I’ve had the misfortune of eating this year and it’s only February.

Chickens dry n tasteless chips not upto much neither, burger had the 2 smallest stringy pieces of lettuce av ever seen with barely any sauce on waste of money wouldn't use it again

Arrived earlier than it said, food was lovely and hot and really good portions too. Will order again. Garlic was great too!

Ordered a boneless mega box £7.99. Chips were OK nothing special. The chicken was absolutely disgusting, dry and tough with a disgusting batter. Wouldn't recommend at all. Picked up order the place needs a good clean and they need to stop reheating chips and chicken from orders left on the counter. Staff serving were friendly and polite.

Extremely poor food. Not edible at all. Terrible or chicken burger and recipe chicken. Recipe chicken soggy on the outside and overcooked on the inside. The chicken burger was the worst I’ve ever looked at never mind tasted.

Over an hour late, turned up frozen cold. I rang twice in the hour and was told a fresh one would be sent. Driver turns up and food is freezing so they obviously just sent the same order back out. Girl on the phone then said she'd cancel

Hace poco probé el pollo Dixy Peri Peri, ¡y me impresionó mucho! El pollo estaba perfectamente cocido, tierno y lleno de sabor. El condimento peri peri añadió una patada encantadora sin ser abrumador.

La comida era deliciosa, agradable y el servicio rápido y el personal era encantador!! me dieron la comida de tiras de pollo de 5 piezas y lo recomiendo.

All chicken bearley warm and chewy ,only chips and corn hot ,no beans supplied or cheese on the bbq chicken ,very dissapointed first time in a while probably be the last ,never mind

it was absolutely stone cold by the time it was delivered to the door. I asked the driver to leave on door step while I sorted the dogs and he was all confused and went to go leave with my food... can't follow simple instructions, even after using hand signals to his face at the door... really poor all round. delivery over an hour late also.. fair to say the dogs got the chicken and the rest was binned. cheers dixy what a waste of 30 quid...

My kids loves the spicy chicken and wish to have it always.

The chicken batter was a little soggy in some parts, otherwise tasty as usual. Much better than the dry overcooked chicken from KFC that is so overpriced.
