Burger King in Oxford

The driver put the food through a window and broke an item of ours not happy and was rude.

Very nice staff and a good meal

Frozen drinks put in with food so child’s meal is literally stone cold! And missing sides

Burger King food used to be better if I would compare to last year from now nothing tastes good burgers are so dry the beef is always cold and not tasty at all ,drinks are like water and seems to be staying there for long periods of time as they are always disgusting and felt sick straight away after having food at BurgerKing never returning back there until food quality gets better.

The customer service experience was exceedingly poor. I was informed that my order was being prepared, only to have it canceled ten minutes later. It would have been more considerate to notify me earlier, allowing me the opportunity to place an order with a service that could fulfill it. The children are waiting to eat and are quite dissatisfied. DO BETTER

Item for one of them never again god knows how it’s not closed down on Uber eats as well it comes up with Gourmet Kings it says nothing about Burger king which is bad enough and Mis leading if it’s not actually Burger King it’s trying to be it and failing at it but very misleading did not know it was bk till it was on the bag on arrival it’s not bad or like that in actual Burger King it’s The Gourmet kings on Uber eats which is disgusting 🤢 I don’t normally moan but it was not nice only ordered as had a long drive back from holiday and was easier but definitely not again

Description and what was made were totally different

So apparently they serve you the chicken fries cold. The chicken are suppose to be cooked at the time when customer give you the order but no they serve you chicken fries cold. Like they serve you cooked chicken fries. Even when you ask the worker that the chicken fries are not fresh he will just go inside and bring the new chicken fries in 10 seconds. The worker wasn't even sorry about that. I would request the area manager please look into it.

not great everything was cold and the bun was stale (rock hard) on the bbq Angus burger and there was no straw with the milkshake ruined the whole meal

Long queue with dine in customers waiting over 30mins for food, staff prioritising deliveries and drive thru orders. We waited almost 30mins and when they bought the food it was cold. Asked for a refund and the manager refused. My grandma got food poisoning afterwards. Do not recommend this place at all

Tries to charge 30p extra for sachet of mayo for a basic whopper meal that already costs £10! I hadn't realised Burger King was so much more expensive that McDonald's. Burger was tepid, hardly any meat in whopper, barely any salad. No sauce. So dry I couldn't finish the burger. It was like cardboard. Really poor

2 hour for food to come and stone cold and the drink is not frozen anymore very poor service

Went to the drive thru tonight and had all the leftovers throughout the day the onion rings wow disgusting half a large milkshake chicken fingers with no chicken just breadcrumbs that shattered chilli bits with no filling unedible sharebox had to throw it away oh and don’t forget the burnt reheated halloumi

Didn't get the right order, me and my partner didn't even get the correct meal, cause of this I have spent money on something I paid for.

Burgers very small. Food cold . Driver refuse to hand over food for 5 plus minutes even after showing him the codes and proof of payments. Wasnt till i keep the food and asked for a refund he then gave it to me

Easy to find off the Oxford ring road. Plenty of free parking. Quiet atmosphere. Cleanest toilets I've ever seen. Great place to bring your loved ones for that special occasion.

On a positive note, the place looks clean. That's it. Burgers are awful, the onion wasn't even peeled properly. The patty was dry and flat as a newspaper. Fries were probably thrown in the bag because there were more around my burger than in the pouch. But that's nothing unusual. Despite all that, the most irritating thing was handing over the napkins. Why can't I pick them myself? Same with the stirrer. Hand to hand so I can feel someone's touch, how warm his hand is. Bro even looked me in the eye. That's it

We had to wait for our order For so long and wasn’t that busy There was a guy with the moustache he had the Manager badge. He was very rude. He ignored us couple of times when we ask for our order. Very bad service. that is not The first time happens.And he did not help. we are not coming back again. And we were shocked of this kind of behaviours of a Manager

Never ordering again late went to the wrong location and had to go get it and didn’t have half my order

Delivery guy did not press buzzer to the flat, my food was left outside the outer building on the floor- cold. If I did not check app to state my food was delivered, I had to search flats and knock neighbours doors to try locate my order. Found it outside the main building doors, this unacceptable- considering the driver could have contacted me via telephone if he had trouble locating my address. By the time I located my order, it was freezing. I am absolutely appalled.

Hi, I bought hot and spicy chicken fillet strips on 30th of July together with fish fillet and fries. I had only eaten 2 pieces out of the 8 and today the rest have gone bad. They were all in the refrigerator. The fish is still okay.

Normally it's good experience however today I don't know if it's because of hot weather or what but half the menu was not available including the frozen drinks (app allows you to order but they've run out in store) and their drinks machine didn't have any ice and the only drink available to get was diet cola even though you can order other drinks on the system. Quite a disappointment. Staff act like serving customers is a chore and they refuse to even smile at customers - when they give you your food they act like you tortured them for it instead of paying them money 🤦‍♀️

My order came in a soaked paper bag that was ripped, I did tell the driver why didn't they ask to come into the entrance of the flat while heading down to get my food. Bag was close to where the food could of falling out of the bag. When getting the food out, it was cold.

You order from here and get wrong items or no items at all either they’re incredible illiterate and can’t read or the delivery people eat your food Then when you reorder things they keep extending the time every couple of minutes… was supposed to come at 6 and not it’s 6:25 and I’m still waiting TERRIBLE STORE!!!!!
