Fantastic service - couldn’t ask for more … manager and staff so friendly !!

Easy to find off the Oxford ring road. Plenty of free parking. Quiet atmosphere. Cleanest toilets I've ever seen. Great place to bring your loved ones for that special occasion.

On a positive note, the place looks clean. That's it. Burgers are awful, the onion wasn't even peeled properly. The patty was dry and flat as a newspaper. Fries were probably thrown in the bag because there were more around my burger than in the pouch. But that's nothing unusual. Despite all that, the most irritating thing was handing over the napkins. Why can't I pick them myself? Same with the stirrer. Hand to hand so I can feel someone's touch, how warm his hand is. Bro even looked me in the eye. That's it

Poor staff attitude, broken equipment, mediocre food

We had to wait for our order For so long and wasn’t that busy There was a guy with the moustache he had the Manager badge. He was very rude. He ignored us couple of times when we ask for our order. Very bad service. that is not The first time happens.And he did not help. we are not coming back again. And we were shocked of this kind of behaviours of a Manager

Delivery guy did not press buzzer to the flat, my food was left outside the outer building on the floor- cold. If I did not check app to state my food was delivered, I had to search flats and knock neighbours doors to try locate my order. Found it outside the main building doors, this unacceptable- considering the driver could have contacted me via telephone if he had trouble locating my address. By the time I located my order, it was freezing. I am absolutely appalled.

No beef available so ordered loaded fry’s but it was cold… Not the best

Hi, I bought hot and spicy chicken fillet strips on 30th of July together with fish fillet and fries. I had only eaten 2 pieces out of the 8 and today the rest have gone bad. They were all in the refrigerator. The fish is still okay.

Normally it's good experience however today I don't know if it's because of hot weather or what but half the menu was not available including the frozen drinks (app allows you to order but they've run out in store) and their drinks machine didn't have any ice and the only drink available to get was diet cola even though you can order other drinks on the system. Quite a disappointment. Staff act like serving customers is a chore and they refuse to even smile at customers - when they give you your food they act like you tortured them for it instead of paying them money 🤦‍♀️

No sprite, no Fanta, no ketchup ohhh if you have BBQ sauce £0.30 extra. Wanted to try fried hellumi, and taste was like rubber.

Only down side was food was not very warm

My order came in a soaked paper bag that was ripped, I did tell the driver why didn't they ask to come into the entrance of the flat while heading down to get my food. Bag was close to where the food could of falling out of the bag. When getting the food out, it was cold.

You order from here and get wrong items or no items at all either they’re incredible illiterate and can’t read or the delivery people eat your food Then when you reorder things they keep extending the time every couple of minutes… was supposed to come at 6 and not it’s 6:25 and I’m still waiting TERRIBLE STORE!!!!!

Went for drive through and staff member there I don’t know his name clean shave head that man was so rude with me and he don’t even understand what I’m talking about and when I asked for mayonnaise he replied rudely no free mayonnaise this is not like other burger kings.

very rude staff who refused to take my order over the till due to them being down and then insisted I used the touch screen order points (requested due to being dyslexic). I even explained I was paying with cash to which the reply was OK just give me the print out receipt and give me the cash at the till!!! What the tills that are down I replied and told the very rude lady at the till not to worry I'll eat somewhere else. Dodged a bullet as my friends order was over cooked and cold.

It's like the owners said I don't want to be competitive anymore. Lazy staff Cold food , the cheese wasn't even melted Lazy staff Pour your own drink ? Lazy staff 20 p for a bit of mayonnaise, it's free with others ! Lazy staff Burger king are a dying brand. Oh your staff are Lazy BTW! I though they were scarecrows.

Always the staff are happy to help you, they come into the kiosk area and help with your needs.

I ordered delivery through the app from this establishment on the 14th of March and received the wrong meal. When I called the helpline I was told I would be receiving a £12.99 refund for the messed up order within a few working days, however by the 2nd of April I still had received no refund, so I reached out again to enquire when I would be receiving my £12.99 refund, and was told I would be receiving a refund of £2.16 within a few working days. I then responded and corrected this by explaining that I was told on the phone that I would be receiving a £12.99 refund and I am still yet to hear back from them or receive my refund. The service was very disappointing and the lack of communication was something I did not expect from an establishment I have been to many times.

Honestly fast food doesn’t exist here neither does customer service need a complete overhaul of staff every time we come it’s always slow, staff who are rude & there’s always something wrong!
