Wrong item delivered with no option to report.

delivery driver was polite and food was still in good condition

recieved wrong order .courier was not helpful and rude.Tried ringing burger king NO ANSWER .

Had to wait over an hour for it for it to come with only half a drink and cold food and when the driver turned up he was on face time

What do you want me to say? How good the delivery driver was or how polite he was etc? Food arrived quickly and warm, that's all i want! 😁

This review only relates to the drive through option as I had 2 terrible experiences. First time that I used the drive through some months ago, when I got home, I realised that some items were missing and others were not registered correctly. Nothing I could do then... This second time, last Saturday, after finishing the transaction on the drive through, to my surprise I was asked to go and wait in the car park. I waited for about 10 minutes, then went inside to check on my order - without any order number or reference. When one of the staff members came out to deliver drive throughs in the car park, I asked about my order, and she told me she didn't have it yet. To my surprise, she goes to my car and proceeds to deliver the bag to my wife. I was fuming. Turns out, one of the items was incorrectly registered. When I opened the bad and gave the burger to my wife, we realised that they did not pack the correct burger. We had 2 burgers, 1 each, and none was what we asked for. Absolutely ridiculous. When ordering on drive through, there MUST be a screen for the customer to see what is being registered. With the loud noises and with staff multitasking, it's guaranteed that mistakes will happen. Secondly, if there is a large number of orders and you can't process drive through properly, just close it temporarily and people will go in and take out.

I ordered Memphis burger king and received bacon double cheeseburger X at about 7:15pm yesterday . The delivery address was also not given to the driver. I got my order and hour late. Always mixing up my orders. Very poor service.

They charge you for large fries and give you small fries. The portions you get for the price you pay is ridiculous! Rip off or what save your money and make your own.

They let me in before opening hour with friendly smiles - that made my day nice and warm in a cold winter day. Thank you.

The staff is very slow, even the order is not prepared they bump the order, i was waiting for 15 minutes for a single burger.

My friends and I visited this burger King on Tuesday 17/12/24, service was slow and the drinks dispenser was limited The Manager decided to reprimand a member of his staff in front of the customer for a simple mistake whilst she was using the cash register,we felt this was totally unacceptable as he came across as a bully....

The food is ok , that's not the problem. The service here is terrible !!! My 2 teenage children came into this store to order themselves some food but they had never done this before... one downloaded the app for burger king offers , where it gives you a code and states you can give the code to the cashier (which I've done many times) the cashier refused to take the code or help them with their order . I was on call when my children went to the till to order and kept saying they don't know what to do , to just be told go over to the screens to order and refused to help them. I'm so very disappointed in the people in there working today !!!!!

Burger King food used to be better if I would compare to last year from now nothing tastes good burgers are so dry the beef is always cold and not tasty at all ,drinks are like water and seems to be staying there for long periods of time as they are always disgusting and felt sick straight away after having food at BurgerKing never returning back there until food quality gets better.

Really good atmosphere very clean really friendly service and the food came immediately very good food the food quality was amazing and normally in restaurant the drink machines taste watery but the coke I ordered was really good came straight from the machine really good 5 stars!!

The customer service experience was exceedingly poor. I was informed that my order was being prepared, only to have it canceled ten minutes later. It would have been more considerate to notify me earlier, allowing me the opportunity to place an order with a service that could fulfill it. The children are waiting to eat and are quite dissatisfied. DO BETTER

Don’t even bother ordering from them it’s absolutely disgusting nothing like what is said my partners burger was Raw and cold mine was hard and cold we ordered our food at 19:30pm or did not arrive til 22:03pm it was disgusting freezing cold and raw just by pulling it apart we throw it In the Bin no chance pic below people be careful it’s nasty don’t go there cheese chips was cold and wrong. Item for one of them never again god knows how it’s not closed down on Uber eats as well it comes up with Gourmet Kings it says nothing about Burger king which is bad enough and Mis leading if it’s not actually Burger King it’s trying to be it and failing at it but very misleading did not know it was bk till it was on the bag on arrival it’s not bad or like that in actual Burger King it’s The Gourmet kings on Uber eats which is disgusting 🤢 I don’t normally moan but it was not nice only ordered as had a long drive back from holiday and was easier but definitely not again

So apparently they serve you the chicken fries cold. The chicken are suppose to be cooked at the time when customer give you the order but no they serve you chicken fries cold. Like they serve you cooked chicken fries. Even when you ask the worker that the chicken fries are not fresh he will just go inside and bring the new chicken fries in 10 seconds. The worker wasn't even sorry about that. I would request the area manager please look into it.

not great everything was cold and the bun was stale (rock hard) on the bbq Angus burger and there was no straw with the milkshake ruined the whole meal

Long queue with dine in customers waiting over 30mins for food, staff prioritising deliveries and drive thru orders. We waited almost 30mins and when they bought the food it was cold. Asked for a refund and the manager refused. My grandma got food poisoning afterwards. Do not recommend this place at all

Tries to charge 30p extra for sachet of mayo for a basic whopper meal that already costs £10! I hadn't realised Burger King was so much more expensive that McDonald's. Burger was tepid, hardly any meat in whopper, barely any salad. No sauce. So dry I couldn't finish the burger. It was like cardboard. Really poor

Went to the drive thru tonight and had all the leftovers throughout the day the onion rings wow disgusting half a large milkshake chicken fingers with no chicken just breadcrumbs that shattered chilli bits with no filling unedible sharebox had to throw it away oh and don’t forget the burnt reheated halloumi

Didn't get the right order, me and my partner didn't even get the correct meal, cause of this I have spent money on something I paid for.
