McDonald's in Oxford

Cheesburger wasn't fresh almost cold when i received it. I ordered vanilla shake but received banana shake 😞

There is still a place I used to visit every Saturday morning decades ago. Grip/

Friendliest maccys I have been to. The staff were coming over to check up and see if you needed anything, keeping the tables clean and tidy. Very impressed as I had never witnessed such good service at a McDonald's before.

Food was lovely, freshly cooked, tasty and well out together. Staff were friendly enough, just a shame there is not more seating and screens to order on!

I forgot to amend my daughter's cheeseburger and the lady kindly changed it for me, I was very grateful!

Food was cold drinks split all over the food very awful im not sure what’s going but your delivery people are slacking

the food took over an hr and a half to be delivered when I put in the order it kept saying it's being prepared and kept adding 15 mins onto the order time and then when it was eventually delivered it was cold.

all good exept hot chocolate was near on empty as was spilt loads through delivery.

almost 3 hours waiting for my food.. disgusting service. if I was told that long I wouldn't have ordered. McDonald's fault or just eat . no communication.

I had 2 items missing. No mcflurry or chocolate biscuit. Only received burger. 2 bags delivered but cold drink in one that i never ordeŕed! Please refund for these

Delivery time kept being changed then wrong stuff came both lids on grandsons hot chocolate split spilling drink all over them but on the plus side as the drinks were cold saved the boys from getting burnt

Are you sure you didnt cook this yesterday its that cold its unedible, i get that its not gonna be great because of delivery but this food is so cold you cant eat it

All hot which is great and drink wasn’t spilt this time.. perfect meal for us all

For what we paid the food was unsatisfactory, chips were stone cold, and no sauce in one the burgers, chicken wrap tasted like it i was chewing on a pencil rubber, very dissatisfied, no ketchup or bbq either, very disappointed threw most of it away!!

the order was placed before 3:00 and received by 3:50 . really bad experience. this is my second order and same happened with first order. pls improve quality of service.

Driver had spilt both the drinks ordered and then when I questioned it he told me to not order drinks. And continued to be rude and walked off while I was speaking to him. Absolutely appalling delivery driver

Food can sometimes be wrong but over all the vibe is really nice, the fizzys from there are ace compared to other mds. The main woman , Joe , I believe is really sweet , she was so amazing and generous with the pickles throughout my pregnancy. Love her. Definitely recommend this McDonald's compared to the rest around here x

Lovely service, looks odd McDonald’s being in what looks like an old pub instead of the classic McDonald’s building

Upon call for delivery missing item, on call customer assistance was rude and straight way advised me to collect missing item from shop stating that they can’t send it my missing item coz they don’t have their own delivery driver. Very disappointed and i would suggest everyone to please make sure all your item is there before driver leaves your place. McDonalds wont be able to send your missing item again.

My food was cold because the driver did a whole divert probably to deliver else where. But the pure fact I only live 4 mins drive is annoying

Order arrived after 1 hour and 5 minutes of ordering. All food was freezing cold. 1/2 of the drink was missing as had leaked out. Restaurant is only 3 miles from my home and it was a small order all of which should have been instantly available in a fast food restaurant!!

I accidentally ordered to wrong address. driver has marked as delivery completed to wrong address without checking if receiver is correct

I am so angry, why would I pay for ketchup and won’t get it? This is the second time I would pay for ketchup and won’t get it, something that’s meant to be free instead we pay. Then, I pay and don’t get it.

It's the same everywhere, not just this outlet. Miserable queues, miserable service, miserable food. Atmosphere? You've got to be kidding. But the kids get the better of me, hence this miserable review.

Awful delivery driver. Coffee was leaking out of the cup as the lid wasn’t secured. I said to the driver and he replied it was not his issue and walked off whilst wiping coffee off his hands! He was very rude.

My drinks had all spilt and got all the straws and napkins wet my burgers had everything in them and I only wanted cheese and the chips were cold I would like a refund as not happy with the food

It's pretty much what you'd expect. Table service was quick and there is some.outside seating, albeit next to a main road.

A good McDonald's, the food was up to standard and the staff were helpful. It is a smaller one so seating is an issue and there is limited parking on site with no drive thru

Order has turned up late, alongside this I was given order 87051 of which is definitely not mine due to it being 2 pancakes rather than what I ordered which was 5 dbl sausage egg McMuffin a bacon roll and 6 hash browns. I ordered a food for my nephew , for his supper but the food came late for 2hours

I don't know if it's because it was late when we ordered or if they were just under a lot of pressure but the meal was not as good as usual chips seemed slightly undercooked and my Fanta was just the soda water and no Fanta flavouring whatsoever but the wrap and chicken selects were ok so not a complete failure just hope it's back up to scratch next time we order

I won't be using this takeaway service again, all orders are either missing onions, pickles, extra sauce, & toy for a happy meal, ordered loads if rimes, always something missing, had enough, one unhappy customer, will never promote you, the courier that came tonight, no manners, rude!!!

It seems like every time I order now there is an item missing, it’s delivered to the wrong address which we are then blamed for seen as your drivers ask for absolutely no proof and practically throw the food at the first person they see, I don’t know what’s going on at Headington m McDonald’s but how hard is it to pack 2 big max meals with chips?

The food was cold when arrived now I understand this is not necessarily due to the driver but the fact that McDonald's staff make up the orders and leave on a trolley for sometimes up to 8 -10 minutes, there really needs to be a better system for this.
