delivery driver pleasant and good was great

Waited over an hour tried cancelling the order only for it to turn up anyway after I’d already reordered from somewhere else

No straws given with milkshakes.

Dry and not nice. Waste of money

Arrived hot and everything correct!

Drinks had been spilled to the point that the cups were half filled

The time for delivery kept being pushed back and on the map my driver either wasn’t moving towards the restaurant or once collected stopping at random location that weren’t on route

The driver was particularly kind and went back to the restaurant to replace my drink that had spilled on route. Thank you so much 😊

Vanilla milkshake was like milk and tasted like mint

the food was cold and i didn't have any drink or the ice cream as it got mixed all together in the bag

Great delivery guy. He actually came to my door, knocked and was polite. (The others do not) Employ more guys like him!

I get that your drivers are trying to take as many orders as possible. But when they take them in completely the opposite direction to my address, it’s not acceptable. I watched while the driver tracker went North from the restaurant and then returned past the restaurant (8minutes elapsed) to then deliver to me (another 8 minutes later) The food was not in a heated bag and so it’s not as hot as it could be. I want to have the option to say DO NOT take other orders when delivering to me.

Over an hour late. Drink was missing and the bag was soaking wet

my order was cold when arrived plus I ordered banana milk shake and recieved a coke instead I don't drink coke or any fizzy drinks so it was wasted as no one to give it to

The delivery drive was rude shouting to me on the phone. As he could not find my address. I put on the delivery note clearly to where I was located. And still got shouted at to be honest this will be the last time I use your services as its wrong !!

My Coke Zero spilt into the ice creams I ordered and my daughters happy meal was cold

My food was delivered early and the drinks were all spilled over and missing items out of the bag. The driver was arrogant rude and just had an absolutely appalling attitude when giving the food on hand over. Will not be ordering again

Watched on tracker stopped at pear tree for 5 mins and then went and delivered the other food he picked up after mine and mine is cold

5 pounds for salad and the place is really convenient for travelling.

The best McDonalds I’ve probably been in Uk so far. The restaurant & toilet is so clean and tidy. I ordered at 6.20 pm for collection 2 cheesburgers, fries and cola. Perfectly fresh made and fries was crunchy not soggy like other McDonalds do. And the salt was perfect. Recommend, hope other places will improve!

Delivered to the wrong house and I don’t have my food

The food was warm by the time it was delivered and the chips were soft because they had cooled down.

Food out of here is nothing like its meant to be especially if its not busy. I got my meal pretty quick but thats only because it looked like it had been sitting under a warm plate for about 6 minutes or thats what i believe the 6 on the tag meant. Service people serving looked like they were just doing it so they could get the next pay check and was no interest in the job whatsoever imho. Tables were not clean and if needing one you had to clear it yourself. Toilets were tidy but not clean in my opinion and smelled of stale urine.

The chips were only quater of the way full i ordered 2 medium fries so was extremely dissapointed. Also there was no straw or ice in my drink.

It can be hit and miss here. Generally the staff are friendly and helpful and get the orders right. Sometimes they can be more bothered about chatting than helping customers

Wrong order delivered, delivery person argued it was the correct order the items delivered were 20 Chicken nuggets and sauces. Took the order back to McDonalds spoke to the manager who replace the items with the correct items.

Ordered pancakes in a rush for my daughter, asked the cashier for jam and she assured me it was in the bag, low and behold, get to where we are going, no Jam! She then had to eat them dry. Brilliant. Thanks for that. 🤷‍♂️
