All the drinks had spilt in the bag which I have evidence of and the ice cream was melted

Sprite drink came open and upside down. I spilled it on carpet, floor and my socks. All burgers are wet

The delivery was great but again there were items missing from the order. This is the responsibility of McDonald's as the bag is sealed and the delivery person has no idea what is in there.

just wanted to make a comment about the delivery driver. He was extremely polite and very happy. I love that. you don't see much genuine positivity much anymore. it's a nice change. great service

what the point of putting a time when you were like your order by and then it comes half an hour late.

Delivery was late, when handed to me drink was pouring out, went all over food. Food bag was torn open and food cold.

Ordered a cappuccino and most of it had been spilt so ended up with half a cup ! This seems to happen quite a lot .

There is not point of getting a drink with your order as it just gets spilled everywhere not happy can’t see how you can deliver something like that and only happens when a bike delivers it

got the wrong order and the bits we did get was so cold couldn't eat very disappointing this is happing every time with just eat

delivery time kept changing waited over an hour yet on my receipt it said breakfast wrap made 20 minutes after ordering so means it was ready a good 40 minutes before I received it

It's a McDonald's. The staff seem great, it's clean & there's click and collect parking spots (although people drive crazy trying to get in &out). I don't like the rubbish people drop around the area, or the food but my kids do.

It’s a nice location and has a big car park and drive through. 1.5 hours free parking. McDonald’s has gotten really expensive lately so use the app and try and get some discounts and deals. Nice mock-Tudor building too, probably an old converted pub.

We had several items missing, the items we did have were missing things for example the big mac was missing onions and the sauce, the mcplant was missing the pickles and we only had 11 cheese bites. The food was cold and mccflurry had melted.

Courier went on another delivery - it took time to get to me and my meal was cold, Courier didn't care when I pointed it out.
