Nice place with big parking behind.

Lovely service, looks odd McDonald’s being in what looks like an old pub instead of the classic McDonald’s building

Upon call for delivery missing item, on call customer assistance was rude and straight way advised me to collect missing item from shop stating that they can’t send it my missing item coz they don’t have their own delivery driver. Very disappointed and i would suggest everyone to please make sure all your item is there before driver leaves your place. McDonalds wont be able to send your missing item again.

Food can sometimes be wrong but over all the vibe is really nice, the fizzys from there are ace compared to other mds. The main woman , Joe , I believe is really sweet , she was so amazing and generous with the pickles throughout my pregnancy. Love her. Definitely recommend this McDonald's compared to the rest around here x

A good McDonald's, the food was up to standard and the staff were helpful. It is a smaller one so seating is an issue and there is limited parking on site with no drive thru

It's pretty much what you'd expect. Table service was quick and there is some.outside seating, albeit next to a main road.

Bog standard Macdonald's, nothing stands out about this place, you can't say much more than that. It does get extremely busy around the 2 hour lunch period so order ahead on the app and collect at one of the click and collect spots or the collect in store etc.

Older female member of staff went for a toilette break when we ordered, came back and zipped up her fly while walking behind the counter infront of everyone then proceeded to grab my order without washing her hands. Pretty grim! Won’t be back to this store

Very small building compared to most McDonald’s but food is normally always fresh from here

The atmosphere is pleasant. Here you can eat deliciously and not expensively. There are drawbacks in the service - they don’t put sugar in before coffee and you have to go ask for them separately, and they don’t put out napkins and you can’t take them yourself either, you have to go ask the staff for napkins. Also, the fries were not salted at all (it seems they forgot to add salt to them).

When placing a takeaway order at a bustling establishment, it’s wise to verify your order before departure. Given the high volume of customers, there’s a chance that not every item has made it into your package. A quick check can help ensure you receive all your items. I’ve experienced missing items three times myself.

Need to stop people parking their car and leaving it in the click and serve spots... can never find a click and serve spot and there's just empty cars taking them all up when there's an actual carpark the other side... figure it out please McDonalds. Its super annoying.

No, this isn't a Michelin Star restaurant, I give it five stars as it's exactly what I expect from McDonald's and more, the food is as always yummy, the toilets stink and the exterior is beautiful!

Seriously I have No words!! And delivery is getting out of hand £1.99+£1.49+£3.06 = £6.54 to deliver burgers & wraps! Checking & ordering less & less because delivery/vat is almost the same as what's being ordered!

No drive through just a restuarant. Has car park but everyone is lazy so parks outside on double yellow lines. Restuarant is clean and has toilets. Staff are lovely and friendly but sometimes not as fast at busy times but overall good.

didn't get the name of the guy on the phone but, the worst customer service i've ever received! I called up 3 times because my order was placed an hour before. fair enough if it's the apps problem, not the staff at headington, but the worker on the phone became so angry and rude at me, just for calling up!

seems McDonald's is now cooked to order, which may improve the taste, but not the service or experience. Ordered one burger on a Sunday afternoon and it took more than ten minutes to prepare. There were about a dozen orders waiting and a huge queue, a random gathering hanging around the front door aimlessly with nothing to do but stare expectantly at the random numbers on the order board. Some orders seemed to leapfrog the queue. I stopped by on the way to an appointment and expected to leave immediately so the wait was inconvenient and unexpected and was at least ten minutes. The burger arrived and was given to me by a friendly but busy server. It was in a box in a bag, but there was no napkin. And for £5, not good value. It was stodgy, didn't look as deeply filled as the photo and the cheese was elastic sticky goo more than cheesey, the burger was alright. It filled half a hole and took less time to eat than it did to prepare.

The 5 stars are for manager today, he was greeting customers - helped me with a highchair, even took my rubbish for me and got us a sauce. Unusual but very welcomed to come across such attentive staff, expecially in his position. Thank you - we visited 26.3.24 at 13pm

Ordered with the McDonald’s app and after specifying my table at pickup, my order was delivered quickly (it was a coffee and a snack). The server asked if I wanted anything else and another staff member (maybe the manager?) was walking around ensuring the patrons are alright. Pleasantly surprised at how nice my experience has been considering it’s busy (lunch time) with lots of customers were around.

Fast service. No interaction between staff and customers

Whenever I order delivery, I often skip the menu. I ordered it twice, and both times I ordered two hamburgers, but one was always left out. The refund process is difficult and they won't re-deliver it.

At the McDonalds in Headington Oxford the food is always fresh and delicious and the staffs are very welcoming. Huge thanks to Jo for treating my family so nicely and delivering the best customer service. Love this place!😃

Today I had great food and service at this branch. was probably the best McD meal I had in the last year. There was actually a supervisor in the dining area checking on customer experience, friendly guy, much appreciated good service.

Awful and chaotic ! Tons of shouting behind the tills. Someone took our order and the workers wouldn’t do anything even thought they were the ones who didn’t even check it was the right number, then Didn’t give my friends the right order 3 times and wouldn’t do anything about it, fire alarm going off, food really squishes and nothing of it.. they were quite rude and just shrugged stuff off.. wasn’t the best place which is sad bc i love mcdonald’s

First time at this McDonald's just like the others

Today I went to the hospital to visit my brother who is suffering from leukemia in hospital and for my sisters birthday. We all agreed on ordering mcdonalds so we did and the delivery took 3 hours and we even had to order 2 times because the first delivery was delivered to the incorrect side of the hospital despite added detail as to where we would be waiting for the food and even the clothes I was wearing. And alongside the completely inadequate service my brother (who is only 11) cried because his burger was freezing cold and he chose not to take his anti sickness medicine so it didn't make him sleepy and he could enjoy his burger. I'm disgusted by the service especially given the circumstances.

Would give zero if I could, waited over 2 hours for a delivery through just eat. Food never arrived despite being marked as delivered, called the restaurant to raise the issue and was told we would have to order again. Dreadful service avoid at all costs.

One of the better Macdonald's. Clean, quick, friendly. The layout could be improved ergonomically because where you order is right opposite the heavy main doors so it gets very congested with people waiting, collecting orders, staff and customers coming in or out, but otherwise well run.

It's a very average McDonald's, the service is up to par with any other, the food is to be expected (not bad)

Really good service, the manager personally went round to each table to check if people were enjoying their meals and even brought us salt after I went looking for it. The food was fresh and well prepared, the presentation/construction of the burgers was of a much higher standard than other McDonald's. Overall cleanliness was good too.

Service was quick, breakfast was great but I will still prefer if beagle was brought back to the menu for breakfast.

They take advantage if you buy a take away. Cold and miserable meals plus the fries were all less than 2cm each. Was told to get a refund I need to visit the same branch... its only 1½hrs away from me. Went from bad to real bad

Location I'd imagine is hard to get to, to find the entrance via the car park, but service was swift, food was cooked well and the staff were friendly.

Wasn't sure we were going the right way on the road, a sign at the end of the road would be useful. We also didn't find any disabled parking spaces which meant I was worried about being able to get back in my car after our visit all the time we were eating.

Great example of a McDonald's. Disabled parking was right next to the entrance. Toilets were clean. I didn't feel any awkwardness from the staff being transgender. If anything the member of staff that brought our food to the table went well above what was expected checking if we needed anything else and returning shortly after with sugar for the drinks

Clean environment, good, friendly service and clean toilets! Parking can be limited and road leading to it is difficult due to residents parking making it a bit narrow to navigate.

The worst ever experience at Macdonalds…. Spent £25.00. 3 of the orders were ok,but I had a cheeseburger and small fries and it was cold. Took it back and explained… I touched the top of the burger bun and said… feel how cold it is, which it was…. He took it away only for it to arrive back 5 minutes later…. The chips were hotter but I could tell straight away not fresh, and the burger bun still had my finger mark on it so it wasn’t a fresh one…. Don’t forget the server touched my burger also…. Can’t be bothered to take it back again, so didn’t eat it…. We won’t be back … I have had several good macdonalds meals so I will use ma Donald’s again…. Just not that one!

There's no drive-thru and the road system makes it almost impossible to get to once you spot it located on the roundabout if you are not familiar with the area.

Always fast food preparation, you know your favorites are gonna taste the same eeeeverytime. Safe bet. Can be a bit rowdy in the evenings

Small and compact. Not the easiest to drive to due to its narrow road and parked cars. Food hot on arrival.

Had Big Mac meal from Headington, Oxford. Fries soft, mushy and undercooked. Burger tastless and bland. No cheese or gerkins just a mushy sauce with tiny bits of shredded lettuce. After very many years of having MacD meals this is without doubt the worst I have ever had. So bad I could not finish eating and gave it to the dog. Maybe go to Beefeater in future. Marks out of 10? 1!

Ordered two wraps and 20 wings .chicken selects in wraps wasn't reheated,just directly from freezer..when I ask the men in white shirt was so rude and it was like my mistake..very very bad hospitality

Solid branch of McDonalds. Consistent performeer. Just off the A40. Always busy, and can be a wait for your EVM, but bearable. Crying out for a re-design due to the number of food couriers coming in and out of the front door. Come on McDonald's give it some of the new design magic.

It’s McDonald’s. Cheap rubbish. Always have to wait for ages. Expensive for what it is. I don’t recommend to anyone, however, if you need to go I suggest using the app and checking in a bay. The app is the only thing going for McDonald’s. Good luck!

Awful music, zombie staff, rude customers, stale bread rolls and cold food. Nothing New here to see. It's a shame McDonald's can't make a decent burger anymore or find fresh rolls.

It's ok if your impatient,food standard

Great Mcdonald's, but be warned that there is no drive through, so park up and nip in to grab your grub. Be mindful that the purchasing screens are so close together, that you are literally back to back with someone else (touching backs!). Great food and will come again.

Shockingly dirty toilets with urine flowing onto the floor. This is completely unacceptable. How can this even be aloud in a food serving business?

There is a parking lot where you can wait for meals

Always very clean with efficient and polite staff. Service fast too. A million miles away from the Botley Rd branch. Mind you if you go on a Friday or Saturday night from 21.30 onwards, expect a long wait.
