McDonald's in Oxford

Fabulous menu of nutritious food, cooked to order and served piping hot by a wonderful, attentive staff member in a delightful setting...... err, no, it's McDonalds.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy. Our food was made quickly and was tasty and fresh.

It’s a nice location and has a big car park and drive through. 1.5 hours free parking. McDonald’s has gotten really expensive lately so use the app and try and get some discounts and deals. Nice mock-Tudor building too, probably an old converted pub.

It's a McDonald's. The staff seem great, it's clean & there's click and collect parking spots (although people drive crazy trying to get in &out). I don't like the rubbish people drop around the area, or the food but my kids do.

Best McDonalds in Oxford. Their food is healthier than other branches too.

Situated on a busy dual carriageway Clean & service is quick

I didnt get my meal and when I asked the driver if that was everything he told me yes. Non of what I ordered arrived.

Gave me a McSpicy when I ordered a McCrispy. Also, drinks came half full due to spillage in packaging.

It was over an hour late and Stone cold

This is the second order I had to order tonight as only 2 items came from the first order an hour before, driver could by English so was left with 20 nuggets for £29 I spent absolute joke, I use just eat a lot, but I’ve had enough cause not th first time

both the sauces that were supposed to come with my meal was missing unfortunately.

The McFlurrys were completely melted and spilt in the bag the food was squished and cold

Need sat nav, tricky to find the way to drive in and out if you are new to the area

Our order was delayed by an hour, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold, and the drinks were spilled. This is unacceptable service. Is this what I’m paying for? It’s definitely not worth the money we spent

All the food was cold and basically not even edible and my young son had to wait ages for his food

We had several items missing, the items we did have were missing things for example the big mac was missing onions and the sauce, the mcplant was missing the pickles and we only had 11 cheese bites. The food was cold and mccflurry had melted.

order at 17:44 food was made at 18:28 picked up at 19:15 and delivered at 19:30

Food took over an hour and everything absolutely freezing

Courier went on another delivery - it took time to get to me and my meal was cold, Courier didn't care when I pointed it out.

Paid £7.28 for a happy meal and large chips not including delivery. Stone cold burger and chips for my daughter, the chips are hard they are so cold! And the refund is £2? It’s a joke.

It took a lot longer than expected, you kept changing the time and arrived cold, they did a few other stops before me, I should have gone and got it myself.

Driver did not deliver my order. Rang me to say he was here and I asked him if he could buzz up as I have two young children and he hung the phone up and put the order as delivered and it had my sons baby milk in there! Absolutely fumming

Delivery was great. However this branch of Mc Ds rip's you off for normal sauces and charge you £0.40p per sauce . No where else charges.

Order was messed up, 2 large chips, apple pie & burger missing, happy meal was also wrong. Food we received was good quality but will not be ordering again!

Friendliest maccys I have been to. The staff were coming over to check up and see if you needed anything, keeping the tables clean and tidy. Very impressed as I had never witnessed such good service at a McDonald's before.

Food was lovely, freshly cooked, tasty and well out together. Staff were friendly enough, just a shame there is not more seating and screens to order on!

Very bad experience and very bad service. Not deserve 1 star but there is no option for zero star.

The burgers were so dry, it looks like they are managing their mac sauce. Nothing on the first layer and second layer, just like a drop of sauce.

I forgot to amend my daughter's cheeseburger and the lady kindly changed it for me, I was very grateful!

the food took over an hr and a half to be delivered when I put in the order it kept saying it's being prepared and kept adding 15 mins onto the order time and then when it was eventually delivered it was cold.

all good exept hot chocolate was near on empty as was spilt loads through delivery.

I had 2 items missing. No mcflurry or chocolate biscuit. Only received burger. 2 bags delivered but cold drink in one that i never ordeŕed! Please refund for these

Delivery time kept being changed then wrong stuff came both lids on grandsons hot chocolate split spilling drink all over them but on the plus side as the drinks were cold saved the boys from getting burnt

Are you sure you didnt cook this yesterday its that cold its unedible, i get that its not gonna be great because of delivery but this food is so cold you cant eat it
