McDonald's in Oxford

I’ve received the completely wrong order

I ordered at 7.45 and got at 9.30 food is cold and delivery is shocking

great delivery driver very quick from restaurant even the chips where hot. that's very rare btw

Took a while and was cold on arrival

I never received the hashbrowns and want a refund for what paid for

half my order didnt come! not happy

Every time when i order from McDonalds the delivery is very late

food was squished and drinks were spilt everywhere

The next time a spilt drink is handed to me I’m personally go crazy at the driver THEY SHOULD BE HANDLING OUR FOOD WITH CARE!!!!

I contacted the restaurant directly and they said the food has been prepared at 5.23pm and that I shouldn't cancel as it had been made. the order finally arrived 7 20pm. mcfurry liquid. smoothie melted and all the food stone cold which is no surprise as it had been prepared 2 hours previously. all went in the bin due to the horrendous quality & I had to cooked & fed the kids already due to the issues encountered

Nothing been delivered!!! Ordered at 6pm and still waiting nowhere to cancel order! Now says delivered at 21.20 when it’s 20.44 absolute joke

ordered at 4:45pm amd didnt get delivered until 6:05 and then food was cold!!

mcflurrys had minimla pieces in, happy meal was cold and hard as well as the nuggets and pie. waste of time and money

Driver was sat outside for over 15 minutes with my order I asked him if it was mine he said no then he came back and said yes driver was very rude and didn’t care that my food had been sat in his car

Driver had 2 orders and sat outside the house for 10 mins I put the wrong door number, my friends house was obviously correct. He didn’t knock on her door and sat in the car with doors open etc, he said he called no missed calls, quite rude…

courier was timely but spilled my drink. to be fair he was honest about it and encouraged me to report it.

What a fantastic McDonalds, we chose the click and collect option for a flying visit and only waited a couple of minutes for the food to come out. It was all piping hot and tasted lovely. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Just tell the truth!!!! If it’s going to take 25 minutes just tell me, I’ll wait in the car

I ordered just after 12pm arrived 1.hr 15mins later and was freezing cold I was tracking the driver who spent a lot of time outside windrush tower then proceeded too my address.

This branch is too busy, parking is awful, tables were dirty.

Quick service, often out of coffee though

Paid extra for sauce and no sauces arrived really annoying

My girlfriend has just had a baby, we’re stuck in hospital and it’s Valentine’s Day , food turned up completely cold, very disappointed

Food arrived cold being 45 mins late. 2 of the drinks spilt everywhere the delivery guy did apologise however had to reheat food which made the meal awful.

the driver did not listen. he wanted me to go down to the bottom floor when it is called door to door service. i was not abke to as hav a small child. he then took an extra 10mins to get to my door

The whole delivery was damaged and wet. The coffee spilled all over the food. Had to put everything in the bin.

Awful shop was closed so courier called to say he can’t deliver, no options on app to say food not delivered because store closed and no option to cancel order even on this review no option to say food never arrived

Delivery was quick once food had been picked up. However the food was barely warm. Which mist be from the restaurant itself

The delivery was great but again there were items missing from the order. This is the responsibility of McDonald's as the bag is sealed and the delivery person has no idea what is in there.

There is not point of getting a drink with your order as it just gets spilled everywhere not happy can’t see how you can deliver something like that and only happens when a bike delivers it

delivery time kept changing waited over an hour yet on my receipt it said breakfast wrap made 20 minutes after ordering so means it was ready a good 40 minutes before I received it

The order was obviously cooked as soon as it was ordered as yet again cold not good guys

Fries 🍟 could have been hotter but I was hungry regardless so can’t complain.
