RAW DO NOT EAT. I ordered a chicken burger that got sent out pink. I raised this with the staff and got offered a replacement. THE REPLACEMENT WAS EVEN MORE PINK. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL BECOME ILL

Great food at a bargain price! Delivery was the only let down,the driver couldn’t speak English and didn’t understand the map! I had to go all over to find him!

Poor pathetic staff. They always mess up with my order. I ordered the veggie burger and they gave me spciy chicken burger. I'm allergic to spices and have health condition. I was almost dead to taste the spicy burger. Please train the staff.

Food is great alongside amazing customer service that are helpful. Even during a busy night he made sure I was good. The restaraunt is clean also just not that big for sitting down with a crowd larger than 4. Overall good quality food for a great price, much recommended.

I appreciate the driver sitting in the wrong street letting my food get cold and then going for a drive before deciding to return with it and THEN trying to phone me.

I am disgusted by the customer service. One staff member, who is often serving, behaves inappropriately toward my partner, which is highly unprofessional. When I visited today with a friend, part of his order was missing, and my meal was overpriced despite ordering in-store. My partner, however, has repeatedly received preferential treatment, including unavailable items. It’s not worth having orders go missing because a staff member gets overly excited. I won’t return, nor will the person receiving this undue attention.

They didn't deliver all of the items and refused to send them out again. Wasted food and time! Arrogant staff who didn't want to bother.

Never leave bad reviews. The chicken smelt fishy? The texture was soggy and wet, and taste like the chicken has been left out for days. Would not recommend this experience, what a waste of chicken, I’m thinking about going vegan.

Nice, tasty chicken and fries were decent. The cake was nice but I recognizer it and know exactly what it cost for a full cake, won't be buying it again. all in all tho would definitely order again.

Ordered from this place at 9:30pm. Waited for over an hour and decided to call the shop, man on the phone said “drivers left already”. So I let that slide. Coming to 11:30pm and still nothing. So have been basically waiting for 2 hours. Got in touch with FoodHub and requested a refund. Waste of time and money. Do not order for delivery from here!

In the notes, I advised I was disabled and would not be able to come down. I had to get a neighbour to collect the order as the delivery driver was 'unable' to deliver the order to my door bearing in mind we has multiple contacts on the phone and them walking in the car park. Absolutely disgusting service! Very reluctant to order again!

Writing this as I am bed bound from being sick every half an hour. As well as headaches stomach cramps etc. 100% have got food poisoning from here and I’ve never felt worse in my life. Went in around 10.30 Tuesday night, thought it was suspicious how much chicken was on show, obviously been there for days and days and full of disease! Please avoid unless you want to be knocking on deaths door for a few days.

We made our order 50 minutes ago so it gets on time for our iftar as we were fasting and we told them to come on time. However, they didn’t deliver our food. Do not order from this place. They are scam and wasting your time!!!!

Had bad experience before but yesterday was ok the food was ok and had no proplems it's ok just haven't been in again

Food came very quickly after putting my order through and was piping hot and fresh. Delivery driver was very friendly. Service was excellent, thank you!

Food was freezing cold, considering I paid £30 for a takeaway. Charged £1 for tub of sauce and they give sachets you get for free from McDonald’s. Definitely will not order again.

The estimated delivery was 1:35am-1:55am, my order status at 1:56am said enjoy your food but the food wasn't delivered. I phoned the resturat and asked where my order was and was told it was out for delivery it should only be a few minutes, I gave it 20 minutes before ringing back to be told AGAIN it was out for deliver in an unpolite manner. My food eventually arrived at 2:46am, freezing cold. The panini was unedable as it was rock solid, so it went straight in the bin as did the chips. I rang to complain and they just put the phone down on me and wouldn't answer when I tried to ring back. Total waste of money and disgusting service.

Ordered a burger from here on Christmas eve and how I wish I hadn't. I woke up Christmas morning spewing my guts up and carried one spewing throughout the day. It single handldly spoilt my whole Christmas. Something needs to be done as I have read this happening on so many occasions from other people. Either sort it or get closed down.

I always like wesmoreland dixy, never disappoints us. In fact I tried all dixies in Newcastle, this outlet is the best, the worst is the one at the quayside. The west gate is ok, the Benwell is fair. Keep it up wesmoreland.

Shocking the pizza was like a big slice of bread with cheese and one but of pepperoni won't go back

Their chicken is really delicious, but sometimes it is very hot and makes the stomach hurt, and the chicken thighs are not cooked well sometimes, but the way they make the chicken is unique and its taste would be much better if the chili was reduced in the chicken spices.

We orderd our food at 1:15am, and was told it would be delivered between 2:10-2:20, so at 2:10 i recieved a notification saying ‘our food is on its way shouldn’t take long’, after calling the restaurant twice, we were told the food has been sent out and is on its way. Little over 50 minutes after it said the food had been sent out, it arrived all three pizzas freezing cold with no explanation to why it was 50 minutes late.

Hasn’t turned up want a full refund

Food arrived 2.45 freezing cold.
