Order was not customised correctly

I didn’t receive my order? It says delivered but nothing has been delivered

I want a full refund, the order was almost 2 hours late and stone cold went straight in the bin complete waste of money and time

burger n chips were cold n only thing was hot was the fish fingers!

Driver’s delivery was very good, but restaurant took a long time

I was missing my happy meal and fish fillet

It came up delivered yet no food was delivered. if there was any sort of knock on my door my dog would of barked and let me know. Id like a refund please.

Was some problems with the address on delivery but my courier was very kind and polite about the situation!

Worse mcdonalds I ever had stone cold and very late ordered at 12:30 didn't arrive until 2am.

The station was very dirty and empty.When you see it eating is not the first thing that comes to your mind. The fries were over fried and without salt.

So slow it's pretty unreal, the drive through takes an age as does going in. Seems more concerned with chatting to each other behind the counter.

ordered and paid for 2 large meals but received 2 medium meals , this is laziness by the staff, want this sorted, its not the first time this sort of thing has happened

Came to McDonald’s for breakfast after a morning swim . I ordered the wrong thing , however the lovely man working ( bald working at 7 am ) didn’t get his name , was so nice , incredible service to us and others I saw ! Thankyou !!

Has to be one of the slowest McDonald’s in the North. They need to get themselves together and get themselves some managers on shift. There is no good management at all just a bunch of crew members running about cluelessly. Not a single shift manager was in sight. I was waiting in the drive-through for about 40 minutes at 1:10am in the morning. How is this even possible? The bloody security guard was running about handing out sauces and orders to people himself. Dreadful is the only way I can put it. I waited all this time to get stone cold food as well.

My order said delivered but did not arrive. I did not get a knock at the door and when I got the message to say it had been delivered it was not at my doorstep!!!

Went in and asked for tap water and the gentleman behind the counter said “we will only give you it if it’s an emergency not just if your thirsty” to which he JOKED that they have no bottled water either, by law you are meant to allow customers tap water!!! Disgusting customer service I think they all need to be updated on the laws and regulations before behind a McDonald’s counter! Have been to multiple branches and have had no issues with tap water either, very disappointed.

Got told 41 min wait 2:40 delivery and got delivered at 3:15. Chips tasted like cardboard

Very poor service. I am absolutely disgusted by the service of this McDonald’s, I expected so much better from them. I entered the drive through at around 8:35pm and ordered my food. As we got further down towards the windows where you pay, this worker was not concentrating on his job at all. He did not open the windows for us to have access to paying. I think this is ludicrous as we didn't realise that is where we had to pay, it was not clear at all. Some of these workers need to hang up the uniform and pack in as we were honest and told the lady at the window where you collect food. She was not helpful at all, we had waited in the queue for a whole twenty minutes and then she said that if we wanted our food we would have to go all the way back around and wait for another twenty minutes. This is ridiculous and they really need to get there act together if they want to stay open. They wasted mine and my mothers time when we had important places to be. 😡 DO NOT come to this Mcdonald’s because you will be disrespected and all they care about is themselves.

I received carrots instead of the apple slices which I ordered

Poor service, tables were dirty and staff were standing outside, I chose a table myself and took the tray and cleaned the table so I had a place to sit and after half an hour of sitting and protesting they gave me cold food with a hot drink. The 6 year old child at the table opposite me also cleaned his own table so his little brother and mother could have a place to sit. I really feel sorry for McDonald's with its poor and disgusting management.

Not sure if the delivery driver knew of the non-items in the bag, delivered a very quickly no conversation run back to his car. This is a problem with this not only. is the service rubbish and getting worse day by day nothing is available yet it's still cost £4.50 for delivery and you don't get that back. You might get the items back but not the £4.50 delivery which definitely should be addressed McDonald's McDonald's McDonald's this company is ruining your reputation. Do something about it.

brought the wrong food. I ordered a large mcspicy meal and 1 large big mac meal and got 3 chicken selects for free and when food got here it was 2 big macs 1 double cheeseburger 1 apple pie and 2 large fries and 2 large cokes.

Food was okay for a maccies but honestly the place was filthy, bins were overflowing tables were covered in rubbish no one was clearing stuff away. was just trying to have a quick pick me up during the monthly shop ended up feeling like I did a cleaning shift for them with how much work I had to put in to clearing one sad table for me and my daughter. the staff clearly don't care for the cleanliness of the place

Ordered delivery, delivered by deliveroo. Food was cold and squashed, delivery driver didn't speak English so was unable to communicate.

Food & Milkshake quality have gone so low I refuse to eat from here now. From half cooked chips & all the flavour on top of your milkshake, so by the time you get into it properly, all the flavour is gone... then the Burgers being nothing like they are in the pics & the taste is lacking now. That is even if your order is processed by somebody that has time for you with a small smile, good manners & that they are not having a laugh with their friend & messing up your order. Fast Food... the clue is in the title. Feb 2025 - I finally got a milkshake, I ordered a large being as I have waited a long time to get one as the machines seem to constantly be broken... more like they can't be bothered to clean them. Multi billion pound franchise that is losing who knows how much extra profit by not selling shakes & other products that use the same ice cream machines. So anyway, I finally got a nice large strawberry shake & got home. I opened it up to mix it up as all the flavour was at the top & when I opened it up, the top quarter to maybe just under half was throffy bubbley mush & not ice cream. It's kind of like when you buy a coffee latte that has that pointless throff on top that takes half the cup space to charge you for a full cup. This is now what McDonald's is doing with their Shakes, you know, like charging you for a large Coke but giving you three quarters of a cup because you don't want ice. These places are a joke! The greed is unreal. It's like they're worried they're about to run out of money. They make hundreds of millions, if not billions, daily yet rip us off for not having ice or scrimping off the top of the shakes by making it throffy at the top quarter. If you sold the shakes year round, then you would make plenty of profit, not that you don't make plenty anyway. So, as of now, I am done with that branch at the top of Newcastle,Shields Road, Byker NE6 I will see how the other branch works, which is right out of the way for me, but atleast I will get what I pay for. If that is the same, then I will just use Burger King. Their food is better anyway & you make your own drink in there. It's just a bit of a drive to get to that is why I use McDonald's. Sick of being ripped of by this branch.
