Never got my order your drivers are cons and if I don’t get refunded I will never use you again disgusting!!!!

Just eat had pinned the wrong location on my order to the address I ordered it too

Again McDonalds screw up a simple order. No dips that were requested and no straw for the drink.

Food freezing cold, restaurant 2mins away, driver had order since 12.23 am and only just delivered !!!!

Travelled to Newcastle from Scotland & decided to pop in for a lunch break after a long drive. This place was absolutely filthy. Tables were not cleared and had sauce smeared all over them. We had to clear a table ourselves and also clean it with our own wipes. Disabled toilets were a total muck hole with feaces stuck to the toilet seat. I have honestly never saw any food restaurant like it before. Never again would I visit here.

If you order through the delivery app’s with the Byker McDonalds it’s hit and miss whether all your food arrives. Place is crawling with gangs of kids towards 17:00 to close. Often messing on and swearing.

i was missing food and i had no straws no sauces like i had asked for most of the food was cold i paid over 20 pounds for me meal and im not happy with it as there was food missing that left my friends having to waste more money and order from somewhere else as they had bought food and it hadnt showed

We ordered this meal at 22:22pm and the original time for delivery was 22:50 they kept adding time on and it did not come till nearly 11:30 my sons bed time is 11:00 and he was asleep by the time the food came the food was cold and they forgot a large fries as well to go with one of the big mac meals I am very disappointed in this order!!

Have had more incorrect orders than correct ones from here. Ordered a triple cheese burger today and only got a single one, even though it said triple on the wrapping. Never include dips or customisations or orders. Food is usually cold too. I don't expect the best from a mcdonalds anyway but I at least expect a correct order.

This could be the worst Mcdonalds in whole England if not the world . I have never seen such a shocking service . That new young female manager has a shocking behaviour, I do not understand how is she not fired . There are about 4 people that do their job and are nice , one of them is Brenda, a nice older woman who works there for very long time. Don't know the names of other three nice people but thanks for being professionals. The rest is absolutely shocking! They don't care for customers food at all .

One of the worst service I ever got today in byker macdonal from the staff and the food , its took 25 minutes to prepared the food and its came with could frie,s , and the staff with careles attitudes 😒

Went to the McDonald’s and the door was locked. Couldn’t get in. Only live a couple minutes away across the street and still had to wait over an hour for food to be delivered. Food was delivered and was freezing cold.
