My chips were freezing my burger was disgusting and my milkshake was the right flavor

Always whenever I get my delivery they drop it outside my estate, the food has make me feel absolutely ill from this place no where else

This place is a disgrace we had to clean our table ourself the bins were overflowing with rubbish waited ages for our meal the tables had not been cleared they had no milkshakes

My food was freezing I want a refund and the driver was late

I got 20 chicken nuggets and ordered for barbecue sauce and didn’t put it in the bag

24 hours later and still waiting on the food that DID NOT come with no response of refund.

Arrived late and stone cold. Only offered £3 refund when the whole order was inedible

Order at 11.20 it’s now 1.34 still not here saying will arrive at 2.05am!!!

Absolutely vileeeee food came 3 hours late, freezing cole and stale

I live in hope that this place actually manages to follow the simple instructions given to them and deliver everything you ordered! I’ve not once had a complete order when ordering for delivery.

We received the complete wrong order

The time constantly Changed between 0:55/1:15 and 1:00/1:30 for delivery. Ordered a cheese burger and mc chicken sandwich meal . My food was cold and they forgot to include the chips within my meal .

I go here every Friday morning after my appointment around 9:30am. I order an egg mcmuffin and 2 hashbrowns, the hashbrowns are always crisp and hot and the muffin is also fresh. I travel for work in the week so I visit multiple McDonalds and this is the only one where I never have a bad experience. Staff are also fast and friendly also. I'm equal distance to this one and Silverlink but I find this one to be much better quality. Keep it up!

Took over an hour, food was freezing and out of £32 worth of food we got chips, chicken nuggets and a wrap. Most of the order was missing.

Fries always cold when you order stuff always missing or are spilled or made by someone who hates working there and ketchup it’s always everywhere in the burgers always forgetting to make the order right and when you order on just eat they amend the order to what they are bothered to make

food took ages to arrive, I actually drove to mcdonalds myself after waiting 40 minutes and got back then 10 minutes later the driver came with my freezing cold food

No milkshakes again !!!! That's 6 visits in two months without milkshakes , the franchisee should be ashamed and the big wigs should step in and sort this shameful place out

The orders are incomplete, the atmosphere inside is terrible, the service is unpleasant

Food was fine but delivery drivers a total nightmare. They to be allocated different collection point away from walk in customers.

Second time In a week my order hasn't turned up today from McDonald's couple days ago from Greg's I'm raging I've and autistic teenager and he going mad I'm extremely let down by just eat no help whatsoever and will go somewhere else from now on I order at least once per day and this is how me and my poor son are treat shame on u just eat

This is not the USA it's the United Kingdom a customer driven society who doesn't need cheap burgers and vegetarian wraps that recently I threw out for the seagulls!? MacDonald's seems to have lost touch with quality ingredients and service ...I know this; the ceos won't be eating their own foods they'll be eating the very best foods with natural organic ingredients! And how many Amazonian trees were cut down last year for the cattle ranchers!? An area that needs full military protection by all the worlds governments! Each tree there should be priced at a dollar or pound or euro and then every one would invest in the trees and the funds profits could go towards an army to protect the forests borders and the previous tribes that inhabit their own lands not ours or some conglomerate without a recognisable name? Come on Big Mac board members let's transform your eateries and save the forests and seas or what will the world have left in 20 years time!?

Absolutely joke. They can't handle orders and cancel all the time. Put an order in, waited 2 hours only for them to cancel and the agent said it was because they're now closed. They were still open on the app and open till 5am....

I don't know what has gone on over the past two years, but this location has gone from bad to awful. Terrible staff; whoever runs it-- shame on you.

Quarter pounder has no bacon and not cooked properly we have received no fries with our MEALS, both burgers were freezing cold, the Big Mac pattys weren’t even put in the bun. Took an hour to be “prepared” and it wasn’t even made properly

bad mcdonalds , was working in the area so ended up going here 3 nights in a row , food didn't get any better , cold chips everytime and one of the nights they didn't have any chicken wouldn't go here again unless desperate

burger buns burnt, chicken burnt, the sauces i paid for did nit arrive nor did the free sauces i added to the order. ridiculous.

It took more than 10 minutes to get through the drive through this morning for a coffee at 7am. Witnessed one staff member trying to get things done and at least five standing around chatting. Had to wait at both hatches for service even though the coffee was ready to hand over. Inept management and definitely not customer focussed.

After firstly waiting so long for food to arrive and estimated delivery times changing multiple times even tho my driver was supposed to be in store waiting for my food. Upon arrival my food was cold&ice had melted leaving watered down pop.

Terrible the driver never delivered our meal, I had messaged with instructions so they could find my house easier, I have emailed a full complaint to just eat to get a refund, terrible customer service.

Worst food av ever ate. Ordered at 11:25pm didn’t turn up until 2:45am. All food was freezing cold and stale! Didn’t eat a single bit of it. I asked for the burgers plain and all come with everything I asked took off them , all on! I ordered a share box and 3 come instead. Absolutely joke!!

ordering online, the driver didnt turn up, contacted me about the address, the communication was poor, so i provided him with an address much easier to get to, and proceeded to demand more money ( which i would have i wanted the food ) and thenhungup

Honestly disgusting. The delivery time changed over 5 times (based on screenshots after my partner fell asleep) and then 2/3 times before that. It came freezing and half wasn't even eaten. such a waste of money.

The wrong order was delivered the delivery driver said he will bring my food back but he didn’t I was missing a large Coca Cola and he said that’s all I got he said he will check with just eat and see if he can do somthing to help me but all he said he kept my food and more food was apparently getting delivered to my house but iv been waiting for the past 2 hours and my food hasn’t came

i ordered a big mac with extra pickles, bacon and sauce and the one i recieved was cheese only. The drink was spilled all over the bag and the bag itself was ripped open. The food was also cold upon arrival.

Manager doesn't seem to care what's going on just standing about talking while all the tables are covered in litter gone down hill the last 6 months or so must be new staff who don't really take pride in their work. I will now be avoiding if possible.

This place a joke early hours of the morning. The shop was closed so everyone through drive through it's asif staff was asleep cars were moving like 2 inches at a time We ended up going to Gosforth park one much faster and cleaner

Staff were unhelpful and disinterested. The restaurant was dirty with uneaten food and packaging on tables and floor, plus it looked tired and worn out. The food order was wrong when it arrived and at best average. Now I know why I've not been to this restaurant for a long time.

Used the drive-through for breakfast. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal (for a fast-food), the food was hot and not soggy. Good coffee. Friendly and efficient staff.

The chips are red hot but taste like they’ve been reheated? Vile texture and the nuggets aren’t fresh either.

The worst burger I have ever had ! Absolutely burnt and not in any condition to be eaten. Disgusting! It's absolutely burnt, you can tell it is not fresh straight away. See the pictures. Coke was flat! No gas nor sugar in it. Absolutely joke.

We placed our order and requested table service. We did not receive this instead a guy continued to shout 89 which was not the number we had until we eventually went to see if it was our food which it was. The bins were over flowing on to the floord, there was juice spilled on the floor and no one came to clean it, tables where littered with old food, trays and rubbish and I had to clean our table myself. Will never return to this macdonalds. I have never seen a macdonalds like this.

20mins in a drive through? Not exactly fast food. And they got it wrong but I wasn't going back again!
